Here are some photos of Kim Kardashian in Paris in the past 24 hours. She’s there for Paris Fashion Week events, to see shows and hang out with her designer friends. At first I was like, “Of course she’s wearing track pants with a lingerie top.” But these are like nice, wide-leg Adidas track pants and… now I sort of want them. I would wear them with a t-shirt though, not a bustier. The photos of Kim in gold are from last night’s Balmain event, and I assumed her dress there is Balmain.
As we discussed yesterday, Kim Kardashian was assaulted for the second time in two years by “prank journalist” and predator Vitalii Sediuk. Sediuk is the same guy who just assaulted Gigi Hadid in Milan last week, and on Wednesday, he ran up to Kim and tried to put his mouth on her ass. Her bodyguard got him to the ground quickly. Apparently, Kim has had enough. She went to the French authorities?
Kim Kardashian wants the notorious celeb attacker who went after her ass to get more than a slap on the wrist — so she’s calling in lawyers and the police. Sources close to the Kardashians tell TMZ … Kim’s planning to file a report with Paris PD over Vitalii Sediuk’s latest assault. We’re told Kim’s security team will give cops a rundown on Sediuk’s bum rush and kiss. She also wants to get a restraining order. After all, this is now the second time he’s gone after her. We’re told Kim considers the guy a constant threat to herself and others, who won’t stop until he pays the price.
I wish Gigi Hadid had done this too, although I understand why Gigi probably did not – she didn’t want to become entangled in what would probably be a drawn-out legal situation in a foreign country, although Gigi would have had a good case against him, what with all of the video evidence of the assault. Kim has video evidence too, so I’m guessing that, at the very least, she’ll be able to get a restraining order.
Sediuk also “responded” on Instagram – go here to see his posts, including a gross video where he’s eating chicken. He also whines about “journalism,” like somehow it’s unethical to say “maybe a serial predator who assaults women needs to be in jail.”

Agreed 100 percent. These are not pranks and letting him continue on as if they are sends the message that any dude can rush up to a woman and lift her or kiss her bum and we should all laugh about it.
Unfortunately she won’t be able to get a restraining order. France doesn’t have that. I know I tried to get one against my ex. All she can do is make a complaint. If he tries to come at her again she can call the police but that’s it. Nothing she can really do. She should file in the US but he’s not allowed there? So it doesn’t really matter.

I agree! First time I’ve ever thought this: RIGHT ON, KIM KARDASHIAN! I support her 100% and I hope she prevails and they make it permanent. He’s not allowed in the US and I have no idea how they handle this sort of think in the EU, but GO KIM!

I really don’t like her or her family (kids are adorable and not included in that) and with all her money the woman is tacky and cannot dress to save her life, but I hope she somehow legally do something about this creep that calls himself a journalist. He’s a horrible human being.
I really wish anyone who gets attacked by this idiot presses charges of some kind. It’s assault and he has no right to touch anyone without their permission. If people don’t press charges he is just going to keep on doing this type of thing.

Do not blame her at all for want an RO on this individual for his second ambush and physical attacks. She has a right to her own personal space & safety while out in public just like anyone else.
Even if the man is not hurting her or just pranking Kim and not causing severe physical harm– his ohysical contact with her since it is not by mutual consent/requested by 2nd party can actually be considered as a simple assualt or A & B depending on what type of contact/action he is using on her person.

Apparently, they’re all the rage on insta, and this woman took her friend out shoe-shopping for her bday, but when her friend wanted to buy those plastic monstrosities, her friend went IN on her. It’s hilarious. Someone needed to say it. It’s the emperor’s new robe – they’re hideous.
