I still believe that Khloe Kardashian’s current situation is being used RIGHT NOW as a distraction and deflection from Kanye West’s very public meltdown. Before Kanye even melted down so publicly though, Khloe was getting all the attention for all the wrong reasons. She discovered, just days from giving birth, that Tristan Thompson had been cheating on her throughout her pregnancy. She gave birth to baby True Thompson while everything was falling apart. She’s apparently living at Tristan’s house with the baby, while he lives somewhere else. I’ve seen a lot of stories about how there were more side-chicks during Khloe’s pregnancy, and I’ve seen stories where it seems like he’s still in contact with some of those side-chicks even now. The vibe I’m getting: Khloe is still trying to figure out a way to make this work, and Tristan truly doesn’t give a sh-t. Tristan is hoping that Khloe will just dump him.
A few days ago, E! News – Kardashian Central – ran a story about how Khloe feels like she’s in “hell” with the Tristan situation. Here’s what some sources had to say:
She’s reflecting: “Khloe is taking it one day at a time with Tristan. She is glad he is helping her out with True, but she has also been spending a lot of alone time reflecting… They don’t speak much about the situation, and Khloe feels like she is living in her own personal hell. The only thing keeping her happy right now is True and the support from her family. Everyone is ready for her to come home and thinks it will give her more peace. Tristan has desperately been trying to keep Khloe happy and make their relationship work, but she thinks it’s too far done.”
The Kardashian-Jenner clan is trying to be supportive: “Kim was the only one to go public with her opinion, but they’re on the same page and have similar feelings.” Kourtney Kardashian “is more understanding,” and she counseled Khloe on how to “make this work by separating from Tristan and co-parenting. Khloe listens to Kourtney the most and she confides in her daily.” Kris Jenner “thinks it’s time for her to come home and start the chapter over with True. They all are going to support whatever Khloe decides but have lost all respect for Tristan….They think Khloe is making the wrong decision and aren’t happy. But leaving is easier said than done. They are trying to be supportive no matter what, but they are a bit disappointed… They don’t think Tristan will change his ways and think that Khloe will be hurt again and again.”
She’s staying in Cleveland for now: “The more time passes, the more comfortable she gets. “Her original plan to take True back to L.A. is off the table—for now.”
Which… I believe. The only thing I don’t believe is that Tristan is really 100% engaged with Khloe and True. As I said, he’s hoping that Khloe just dumps him. People Magazine also had a story about how Kris Jenner and the rest of the family are “still furious” with Tristan “but things have fizzled a bit because they almost expected this from him.” People’s source says the same thing as E!’s source: Khloe is planning on staying in Cleveland for now and “She’s creating a life for her family in Cleveland.”
Kris Jenner is on The Ellen Show today (in a pretaped interview) and Kris basically says that Khloe is just focused on being a mom now.

I don’t know. I remember the episode where Khloe found out she was having a girl. I think after a while she was happy to have a girl because she said her daughter and Kim and Kylie’s daughters would all go to school together and be “besties”. So I’m guessing she wanted to raise her daughter in LA? Now she’s saying she wants to keep her family in Cleveland? If her mom and sisters were really that supportive, wouldn’t she want to be in LA with them instead of far away in Cleveland where she literally has no one? It makes me think there is some sort of drama going on with Khloe and her mom and sisters.

Oh I definitely think a lot of what this family says and does is scripted…it’s just whoever is writing these “scripts” needs to keep the lies, etc. straight ! One minute it’s this and the next minute it’s that. Oh and we have a big “reveal” from Rob to look forward to. He’s reportedly “skinny” again and can now be part of the family again lol.

I get that she wants to do everthything to try and keep her little family together in Cleveland, but if she thinks this Tristan character is ever going to be on the same page, she’s pushing schitt uphill. My feeling is that she’ll do whatever she can to make him a loving partner and involved father, but eventually will get tired of of trying. He’s already done. When she’s ready, she’ll pack up whatever life she has in Cleveland and return to LA. Or, as FLORC said, it’s scripted.
Can she even leave Cleveland with the baby without his permission or a messy custody case?
Lunde, unless the law there is totally different than I’m used to, Khloe would have full custody of their daughter. When my first daughter was born my (now) husband and I weren’t married. He had to sign a paper saying he would take financial responsibility for the child to be added to her birth certificate. It stated that to get any form of custody or visitation he’d have to go thru legal channels.
Regardless of whether this is scripted or not, isn’t it weird how “she’s deciding” whether to end things with Tristan or not? It is very important to her (or PMK) to make the world think that it is entirely up to her whether or not they will stay together. Even though he’s clearly not interested and that ship has kinda sailed.
In the old days, we called these soap operas. I’m pretty sure my life doesn’t feature a single life crisis in season format.

There was no coincidence that all those side-chick videos were released right as the CAVS entered the playoffs – it was well-timed with her “delivery” and with the playoffs starting – as if she didn’t already know. @OCE I totally agree, everything this family does is for maximum attention. I do not believe that she didn’t know about the cheating, purportedly those tapes were held onto since October and only released recently. They are so calculated in all they do.

Judging by Tristan’s recent resurgence on the basketball court to his pre-Kardashian levels, I feel pretty confident that he’s already moved on. She’s going to drag this out as long as the Cavs are making headlines though. I think riding the pine for the first 6 games of the playoffs because of his antics was a huge wake up call.
Tristan is not hoping Khloe dumps him because Tristan dumped Khloe months ago. These aren’t side pieces. This isn’t cheating. He is openly dating other women because he has been free to do so since he dumped Khloe months ago. He’s just doing what he needs to do for the kid and probably wishes she would get the hell out of his house.
Has Khloe shown up at any Cavs playoffs games recently? No. Because he hasn’t offered her tickets. Because he ended the relationship months ago. If there were any actual conversation about reconciliation happening, no way would she pass up the opportunity to be seen sitting courtside to get that media attention. But he ended it. God, if the Cavs and Rockets make it to the Finals, we’ll have to contend with The Battle of Khloe’s Exs.

If they were broken up, wouldnt he just have come out and say so? I think he would have saved himself some bad presss if he came out about a break up..not ideal to be broken up with your pregnant baby mama but its way better than being positioned as serial cheating on your pregnant gf
The first two games were in Toronto, not Cleveland, and the second one was last night. She definitely didn’t travel to Toronto or it would have made the local gossip news.

My gut says she and Tristan had this baby by surrogate, and she faked carrying. This would explain why she’s staying in Cleveland because that’s where the surrogate mother lives and she likely wants to breast feed.

I don’t think Kloe can carry, but her eggs were OK, so she went that route. This happens to a lot of women.

Not everyone’s belly button will protrude. Mine would just level off with the rest of my tummy and you couldn’t see it through my shirts. Not everyone does gain weight in their faces either. Can’t really go by those things because it’ll vary between pregnancies even for one woman.

I don’t think everyone’s face changes due to weight loss. I know someone who crash diets and will lose 30 pounds and her face looks exactly the same. Meanwhile, I lose 15 and my face looks different.
A surrogate could pump milk and ship it frozen… The logistics of such a surrogate actually breast feeding seem rather difficult, unless she is actually living with Khloé and the baby.
She will go back to LA as soon as she drops the baby weight,. No way can she stay out of the spotlight.
I have a feeling that Khloé is hoping to convince him to try again through the baby. And is nagging the hell out of him right now. Staying in his home, asking if he’s going to be an involved father, why aren’t you here to help? Don’t you care about the baby? And she’s hoping he’ll come around to her as well. This will only end in tears…I am a touch sorry to Khloe. She has such low self-esteem that she, like a lot of women hopes so desperately he will change for her and the baby’s sake when we all know what happens in these scenarios. My friend dated a man for 10 years before marriage and he left her for a waitress when their second was 8 months old. Some people never change or grow up. He did this at 35 too.
And I’d be curious to know if your friend always had a sinking suspicion that her man would leave her high and dry someday.
