The complete Michael Jackson memorial service program

Photo agency Bauer-Griffin put together the complete Michael Jackson memorial program in order, and it’s all below. There are lots of heartfelt condolences from friends and family members, and many are hard to identify as they use the nicknames he had for them. Some of people who were closest to Michael in the last few years worked for him, and they have memories of a kind, gentle man they were privileged to know.

I met Michael Jackson during a very dark period. The forces of evil were trying to take him away from us. The man I came to know was a kind, gentle soul who wanted to heal the world through music, art, love and decency. He succeeded. It was an honor and a privilege to defend him.
Rest in peace, Michael.
Thomas A. Mesereau, Jr. [Michael Jackson’s attorney in his 2005 trial]

Dear Michael, the last 17 years with you I will never forget. Thank you for your love your understanding. Thank you for entrusting me with you precious children, my love for them will never waver. Through the peaks and the valleys, we laughed hard, and we cried but through it all you taught me to always rise above it. I miss you so much but I know that you are in a better place. Rest in Peace, my friend.
With love,
Grace Rwaramba [Nanny to Michael Jackson’s children]

Mr. Jackson, being your personal assistant for the past two years has not been a job but a phenomenal and empowering experience. Words are too simple to express my most humble gratitude for being blessed to talk, work, and just be in your presence daily. You were more than my employer you were my mentor and friend. I will forever honor your legacy by fulfilling our promise. You will always live in my heart. Your Friend,
Brother Michael (Michael Amir)

Michael, we have been so privileged to have been able to call you our Boss. You will forever remain in our hearts, we love you, respect you and we will forever treasure are [sic] own fond memories of you…
Bye for now, – The Hayvenhurst Five – Janice, Jesus, Abel, Jorge & Olinda

Dearest Michael, how do we even begin to tell you what you meant to us? What a beautiful journey we had with you. You touched so many lives and we are honored to have been one of them. How blessed are we to have been given the opportunity to see your dream of Neverland grow and flourish. What a lesson we learned in compassion, generosity and love from you.

Because of you, the sound of children’s laughter, the whistle of a steam train or the whirl of a carousel, will always bring a smile to our hearts. You will forever be felt in the gentle breezes rustling through the trees, in the trickling of streams and in the stillness of the valley of Neverland.

Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your deam. The enormity of what you gave and created leaves us speechless. May you sing with the Angels above, our love forever
Your Neverland Family

[From Michael Jackson’s memorial program, bracketed text added]

There are messages to Michael from his nephews, nieces, brothers, sisters, uncles, and friends. He was truly loved and will be missed. I just wish we could of heard more at his memorial from the people who were closest to him. It was likely too painful for them, as we saw from some of the heartbreaking impromptu speeches from the family at the end. The family relied on their friends to be strong and carry the service for them, and they did it beautifully in song and in spoken word. It was a real tribute to Michael and to what he left us.

    Thanks for sharing that, Celebitchy.

Never seen some of those photos before, especially of the brothers when they were younger. A nice job was done on that program in a very short time.

What a nice program. I’m also impressed that it was printed so quickly.

What I find SO annoying is those pop up Bruno ads that show up on the corner of the pages with the photos!

I wish this Bruno promotion would just “die” already! It’s so in bad taste!!!

Thank you for sharing that with us! A lovely tribute to MJ, I love the PIC of him jumping, and Grace’s (the nanny) comments were so heart felt.

@ Gigohead – this is off-topic, but you might want to try Mozilla Firefox and use the “ad-block plus” add-on. You will never have to look at any annoying internet ads again!!

What a lovely remembrance and keepsake. Thanks for sharing this CB.

Also so with you on the Bruno ads, they are intrusive and awful. Unfortunately at work I am not able to install any ad blocking software so I’m forced to keep closing that annoying ad.
