I work with victims and survivors of domestic abuse. She is completely believable and he is still dangerously obsessed with her. I hope someone has advised her that he is still dangerous and to use a good safety and riak plan at all times.

Because at the time he did it he was still making tremendous money for WB (Pirates) and he is involved in Harry Potter. Plus Rowling stood up for him and she has made WB a tonne of money. He had the power and he used it.
@Red, I thought he had just had two flops in 2015 when they divorced–Martdecai and Black Mass (about Whitey Bulger). And before that was Transcendence in 2014 and The Lone Ranger in 2013.
Not disputing the Rowling stuff but Pirates is not WB; it’s Disney, based on the Pirates of the Caribbean rides at Disneyland and Disney World.

I think it’s because he openly talked about his mental illness and admitted he went off his medication. He also spoke about realizing when he went back on hiss medicine that he was being used by Trump and his people.

Oh and the Fantastic Beasts series is turning into a massive disappointment (which yes is on Eddie Redmayne as lead…but we all know they thought Depp would be a selling point). I’m bummed there wasn’t a post about Kanye’s Sunday Service. The way the live stream was with that stupid fisheye lens was annoying but the performance/service itself was pretty interesting. I didn’t have any expectations for it but I guess I was kind of surprised that it was basically a legit Christian service. It was very untypically Kanye because he really wasn’t the focus and he seems very moved and humbled by all of it. Plus the camera person got a very obvious shot of Kim’s jumbo booty, which is creating some pretty funny memes.

Story: I once had a boyfriend slightly similar to Depp. Similar in the sense of the woe-is-me, phoney-romantic boyish darkness thing, or whatever it is Depp is representing for. …Blacklisting and gatekeeping is the first thing he did when we broke up. Cutting me off from friends, or trying to. Oddly enough we are still cool, but only for two reasons: One, I like staying civil with exes and more importantly two, because everyone accepted this was how to treat exes and I ran for the hills before things got weird. I can’t imagine what it would be like if your livelihood was at stake!
