Donald Trump: ‘Could you imagine if I lose? Maybe I’ll have to leave the country’

President Trump Arrives in Miami for Campaign Events

Last week, NBC News’ leadership showed just how addicted they – and the media entirely – are to the psychodrama of the Trump show. The media has enabled Donald Trump from the beginning and don’t think we’ll forget that. The whole thing last week was that Joe Biden agreed to an ABC town hall on the same night as what would have been the second presidential debate (a debate which was cancelled BY Trump). So NBC offered Trump a competing town hall in the same time slot. Trump’s people blanketed the media and said Trump would “beat” Biden in the ratings, because that’s all this was for Trump – a TV show. Well, it didn’t work.

Joe Biden’s town hall on ABC averaged 14.1 million viewers on Thursday night, easily surpassing the Nielsen ratings for President Trump’s town hall on NBC. That alone was a result virtually no one in the TV business expected. And that’s not even the most surprising part.

The Trump town hall was simulcast by two of NBC’s cable channels, MSNBC and CNBC, but even when those channels are included in the total, Biden — on only one network — still prevailed. The Trump town hall averaged 10.9 million viewers on the NBC broadcast network. On MSNBC, Trump reached 1.8 million viewers, and on CNBC, about 720,000 viewers. So Trump’s gross audience across the three channels was 13.5 million, still fewer than Biden’s audience on ABC alone.

[From CNN]

I want to believe that after four years of Trumper BS, people are just tired. They’re just exhausted from the drama, lies, racism and nastiness. Biden’s town hall performance was compared to Mister Rogers, and it WAS like that because Joe Biden is just a nice, decent man who speaks intelligently and compassionately and really, genuinely gives a sh-t. Maybe people were finally ready for that. Maybe people are just ready for someone who is actually presidential. Anyway, imagine being such a f–king disaster that people don’t even want to tune in to hate-watch your bulls–t.

Speaking of, Trump was on the campaign trail in Georgia (hahaha, imagine campaigning in such a traditionally red state) on Friday and he said, “Could you imagine if I lose? I’m not going to feel so good. Maybe I’ll have to leave the country, I don’t know.” BUT HIS EXTRADITION.

Here are some photos from that Macon, Georgia rally. There was no social distancing and I would say less than half the people were wearing masks?

He’s setting things up to flee to Russia if he loses – Russia won’t extradite him.

Also I fear for the Gov of Michigan – he pretty much gave his militia the say so to attack her and the rest of her administration.

    • Rapunzel says:

If he moves to Russia, I’d guess he’d die “mysteriously” in 6 months. Unless he brings Eric as a food tester or something.

      • Digital Unicorn says:

Good point – if he looses Putin will have no need for him.

      • Sandy says:

I say, it’s cruel of you to get my hopes up like that!

      • tempest prognosticator says:

“…unless he brings Eric as a food tester”
        That’s good stuff! 🤣

      • Sarah says:

Nah…Putin won’t have him killed. He’s still an extremely useful iconoclast to have screaming on Twitter to incite violence and further societal breakdown to destroy America – moreso out of office. He’s a lightning rod for the myriad of extreme right wing groups that are growing every day. Putin isn’t close to being finished with this project.

      • Rapunzel says:

Sarah- but if he leaves the country, he ruins his reputation, doesn’t he? I think people would just stop listening.

      • Sarah says:

@rapunzel If his reputation hasn’t been ruined by his actions so far…

He will scream the Deep State is framing him etc etc etc. Witch hunt! These people have justified everything so far and swallowed everything he’s said. This will be no different.

      • Lady D says:

If he’s broadcasting from Russia, won’t the extreme right call him traitor?

      • Jaded says:

If he doesn’t move to Russia he’ll be facing down a tsunami of lawsuits. He’ll go broke fighting them and no bank will forgive him the alleged $40 million+ in loans he’s amassed. I’m living for the day I see him and his pilfering family behind bars.

      • Sarah says:

@Lady D They didn’t after the Mueller Report or his impeachment for conspiring with a foreign government or the solider bounties or the 8425535 other things he’s done in the clear light of day that the rise to the level of treason.

      • Carol says:

@Rapunzel LOL!!!! Your original reply deserves a round of applause!

      • Suz says:

I’m sure Vlad will have a nice cup of tea waiting for him.
His followers are in a cult. Whatever reason he gives for fleeing, they will defend. I hope they all follow him wherever he goes.

    • Bella DuPont says:

      Yup.

I’m very happy to say I predicted this pos “president” would flee the country if/once he lost the election for fear of prison. The only question is where he will run to. Top choice obviously is Russia, but let’s not rule out Saudi Arabia (do they have an extradition agreement with USA?) or some other place in that region.

I hope he takes his tadpoles with him.

      • Rapunzel says:

Bella- Saudi Arabia does not have an extradition treaty. Neither does Oman or the UAE. Dubai could be a good choice. Nagani would like the shops.

      • Lightpurple says:

Saudi Arabia would not risk the damage to relations with the US if it offered him or his spawn shelter. Ivanka and Jared may think they have set something up with the Prince but he has been known to turn on his own family. They won’t get the welcome they expect when they have nothing to offer. They aren’t worth the risk to the country

      • ChillyWilly says:

But why would the Saudis help him? He’s broke and after he loses the election he has no power to trade. He and his family are very, very screwed.

      • Bella DuPont says:

I guess Russia would most likely take him. It would be worth it, just to thumb their noses at the US.

      • Guest says:

@ChillyWilly. National security people are probably having nightmares about the damage Trump and the Kushners could do to national security. Everything they know would be up for sale to the highest bidder.

      • Godwina says:

Guest is spot on about the national security threat. Something will have to “happen” to the lot of them.

      • Lemons says:

Trump and his family are bad for business once out of office. Hell, they are bad for business now that an actual global pandemic crisis is ravaging the entire world and its economies.

      • khaveman says:

        Most likely the Saudis.

      • Nana says:

I think he’ll go to Brazil – better climate than Russia and Saudi Arabia, plenty of golf courses, the small matter that Bolsonaro won’t extradite him… might probably even given him some kind of government role. Those two definitely birds of a feather.

    • Esmom says:

My friend from Michigan was beside herself with rage last night, both about him inciting violence against Whitmer and for bringing a super spreader event so close to her elderly mom and other family members.

These rallies are truly mind-boggling. Trump just relies on the same old script and just revels in performing for his base. It’s sick. Seeing those laughing MAGA faces — like this is nothing but entertainment for them as they own the libs — makes me sick.

      • Rapunzel says:

Esmom- In my area, there’s been huge rolling rallies for him the last two weekends, with another planned next weekend. These golks meet up maskless and hug and kiss and don’t social distance. Potential superspreaders. So irresponsible. All so they can roll around waving Trump flags while wearing “f–k your feelings” and “f–k biden” t- shirts. Like imbeciles.

      • Nana says:

In two weeks time many of them will be too sick to vote and too late to do postal votes. He’s wiping out his own demographic.
It’s their contacts that I worry about though – the transport workers, grocery store clerks, food servers, their kids teachers and janitors and the health workers who’ll be overwhelmed with ever more cases in the coming weeks. He really is evil personified, as are all his enablers.

    • Lightpurple says:

Putin would only take him if he thought he still had useful information and then would only give him aid until he had pried that information out of him. After that, he would let him stay in Russia but would offer no assistance. He would be broke in Russia, unable to leave, and at the mercy of the oligarchs for whatever shelter and crumbs they’ll toss his way.

Nagini and Tom Riddle seem to have been scouting places in the Middle East but none of those countries would risk alienating relations with the US to protect them.

      • Lady D says:

Are US citizens on the hook for security costs for Trump’s spawn once he is no longer president, LP?

      • Chrissy says:

Do you think that Israel might welcome the Kuschners under the guise of them returning to their “homeland” when, in fact, they could be considered fugitives by the US or New York State Governments?

    • AnnaKist says:

I’m not American, but as long as he doesn’t come here, I’d be ok with him living in exile in Siberia and we never needed to hear him or his name again. And he can take the Kushners with him.

    • Rocķy says:

He would be too much of a security risk. Not to mention a target. He wouldn’t be allowed to go. But can you imagine the cost to keep security on him overseas?

    • Riva Diva says:

Y’all need to stop with the conspiracy theories and limit your criticisms to reality There’s plenty to work with without having to put the tinfoil hat on.

  2. Swack says:

I truly believe he will move to a country with no extradition policy with the USA or he will try to pardon himself.

    • minx says:

Presidents can’t pardon state crimes. NY state is going after him, bigly.

    • Arpeggi says:

Yup! The only reason why he’d try to leave the country is to avoid prosecution on tax evasion and money laundering

    • H says:

What about Cuba? I can’t imagine Trump going to Russia willingly.

      • Lady D says:

Let’s make sure that wherever he ends up, he has the same living conditions as the people of Puerto Rico.

      • kerwood says:

Cuba would NEVER take Trump. President Obama was moving towards normalizing relations with Cuba and Trump destroyed all of that. Cuba’s got enough problems without importing an American fascist.

Trump is definitely signalling that he’ll leave the country if he loses. Which would probably be the best thing for the country. It would shut up a lot of the deplorables. Complicit Melania wouldn’t have to worry about ‘fucking Christmas’ decorations. I’m sure the Kushners will move to Israel. I can’t imagine ANY country taking his sons. Tiffany should just keep her head down and remind everyone that Trump didn’t raise her.

  3. VS says:

On one hand, I said “Thank you gosh”; on the other hand, I want him to stay here because NY will indict him for tax fraud!
    This man is despicable……

    • North of Boston says:

They can still indict him, no matter what he does

      • VS says:

I sometimes wonder what I would do if this man is re-elected! what would that say about our country? I just feel like it will be a nightmare!!!

  4. Rmcgrudiva says:

No, wait, don’t go – not until you’re prosecuted for your crimes to the fullest extent the law allows (and then some. I won’t tell.).

  5. Seraphina says:

My first reaction was: Ha, we can only be so lucky BUT he should face the consequences of all he has done. The NYT had a great OP ED by the editorial board – nothing we don’t know but it is a breath of fresh air to see journalism in this way.

  6. ThEHufflepuffLizLemon says:

One of the GA state reps crowd surfed at that event. A Democrat no less who has endorsed Trump! This whole thing is a disaster-I’m so ready for boring politics and Mr Roger’s Neighborhood.

    • Busyann says:

I saw that. I dont mean to offend, but what’s with all of these black supporters coming out in support of this man? Im black, and hate to use words like token or sellout, and dont like to bring up race often, but seeing people like Candace Owens, that Kimberly girl in Baltimore, the Kentucky AG, and now this crowd surfing guy….I dont know how to articulate what Im feeling so I’ll just say, there’s something really sinister about anyone supporting Trump, but it is a different type of sinister desperation to be black and doing some of the things they have been doing for Trump/GOP. Dont vote for these people.

      • Guest says:

@Busyann. I’m as perplexed as you as to why some of our people behave in this manner. Two quotes I’m reminded of: “Skinfolk ain’t always kinfolk” and “Don’t waste time on someone Harriet would have left behind.”

  7. Busyann says:

He needs to stop attacking Gov. Witmer. They tried and failed to kidnap her, if he keeps this up he might encourage someone else to try to harm her. This isnt a joke. I agree, people are just tired of this nightmare. He never should have been elected and I hope our time with el dictactor is coming to a close.

    • Rapunzel says:

If Whitmer or her family is hurt, it’s on him.

    • Bella DuPont says:

He’s a psychopath, so he doesn’t share your capacity for empathy or any useful emotions outside rage. If something were to happen to her, he wouldn’t lose a moments sleep. He’d blame her for getting attacked and then just point his crosshairs at his next victim and keep it moving.

      • paranormalgirl says:

He’d point his crosshairs at Cuomo, but he’s actually a bit afraid of the Cuomo connections. He only goes so far with Cuomo.

  8. Sarah says:

Just reading the headline my first thought was of course you will, go somewhere that won’t extradite you back to the US. Russia seems likely but I guess it depends how much they actually want him around vs packing him off somewhere else.

  9. Snuffles says:

My dream scenario. Trump loses. Stomps off to Mar a Lago refusing to do anything then tries to flee the country. Gets put under house arrest while Joe and Kamala are immediately sworn in. Then the entire Trump family and his cronies are put on trial for their crimes against humanity (like the Nazi’s).

  10. Rapunzel says:

    Possible outcomes when Trump loses:

    1. Flee to Moscow for new Trump Tower. I honestly think Putin would have no use for him, so this could be risky, as Putin might decide to off the orange liability.

    2. Flee to Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman). More golf courses, and Jarvanka is more likely to flee here, imo, so i think this could be his non-extradition plan.

    3. Flee to Mar-a-lago with his tail between his legs. It’s possible that he may not try and flee the country until charges seem more likely. It may not be instantaneous. He could just petulantly leave DC and refuse to do anything.

Either way, there’s some choices that will need to be faced by Congress

    1. What do they do if he flees while still President?

    2. What do they do if he runs to FL and throws a fit and stops working?

No answers to anything yet, but a few things are pretty certain

    1. He likely won’t step down. Too egotistical.
    2. Stepping down so Pence could pardon would not save him from state level charges. So he likely won’t try that.
    3. His Twitter feed will be soooo crazy.
    4. He won’t attend Biden’s inauguration.

    • wildwaffles says:

I was thinking that there was no way he would not be a petulant, fit throwing toddler from Nov-Jan if he loses badly. While I would love it if he would just move into Mar a Lago, we never seem to get the easy side of things with him. I fear it will be a hellscape of awfulness between Nov and January, especially if Moscow Mitch loses the Senate and the GOP goes for a scorched Earth exit.

      • Juls says:

Scorched earth lame-duck GOP senate will be very, very dangerous. Watch them try to ram through some legislation that makes Trump’s and all their state crimes pardonable. Think they can’t bypass congress? Think again. Moscow Mitch is crafty, evil, and seemingly all-powerful.

    • FancyPants says:

I think #2 is most likely. He’ll retreat to Maralago to pout and lick his wounds and we’ll be left with the shadow government of Kushner and Miller who have been running everything this whole time anyway. Oh, and then he’ll pardon himself and Ivanka.

    • Gina says:

I forgot where I read this. There is a theory that he’ll actually resign after losing. This way Pence will step in all as President. All federal charges, indictments, etc will be filed while Barr is still AG. Pence will then pardon him.

      • Arpeggi says:

Pence can’t pardon state crimes and Barr has no power over whether the NY AG decides to prosecute him and his fam or not

      • minx says:

Again, he can’t be pardoned from state crimes.

      • Gina says:

Right. @Arpeggi and @minx. As I mentioned, this would clear up his federal charges. Yes, he would still face any and all state charges.
Trump knows, which is the true, that federal charges are deeper and steeper. The feds don’t charge unless they know they’ll win.

    • Lemons says:

Can you imagine if, immediately after Biden is sworn in, Trump is filmed and photographed being handcuffed and taken into custody?!?!?! It would be such a glorious day.

  11. Lizzie says:

He may start his own network. He will have to repay loans.

  12. Guest says:

Trump is extremely dangerous right now. He’s like a frightened caged animal ready to lash out at any and everything. The thought of losing to “sleepy Joe Biden” is soul crushing to his pathetic ego. Meanwhile, his henchmen are reeking havoc on government pushing through all kinds of dangerous regulations and stacking advisory boards with hacks.
    https://www.nytimes.com/2020/10/16/us/politics/regulatory-rush-federal-agencies-trump.html

    • Lightpurple says:

He has been destroying federal agencies since the day he arrived. The Social Security Administration is so decimated that it cannot keep offices open five days a week and the days they do open, they close when they hit their maximum number of cases they can handle for the day, which is usually before noon. Forget calling, you’re on hold for an average of 90 minutes. The IRS, VA, CMS, State Department are all the same. People have no idea how much damage he has done.

      • North of Boston says:

For a while, the Guardian was keeping a summary of all the changes the Trump administration was making to the US government structure, policies, staffing… I haven’t checked it in a while but even months ago it was stomach churning. Between siphoning money (like millions, billions) away from carrying out the actual mission of an organization and into the pockets of Trump cronies / minions, making structural and policy changes that are in direct opposition to the mission, watering down/perverting communications output to the point it’s worthless or destructive (eg stripping the phrase “climate change” off of govt websites and publications, changing site content re the National Strategic Stockpile to match Jared’s corrupt and dictatorial views).

There has been A LOT of purposeful action to cause fundamental, structural damage to programs and organizations that will be hard to recover from. Decades upon decades of institutional knowledge has been lost in the State Department alone … something that alone will hamper, even cripple US diplomacy, intelligence and national security for many many years to come. Same with the Bureau of Land Management, where Trump purposely moved the HQ out of DC to satellite offices scattered in the American West… making it harder for BLM management to do their actual jobs (coordinating with Congress and other agencies, coordinating efforts nationwide), fragmenting oversight, and driving many experienced personnel to have to choose between moving thousands of miles to keep their jobs, or staying in DC (where spouse’s careers, children’s schooling, homes, other ties might be), while making it easier for special interests (aka fossil fuel companies) to gain access for special favors to exploit the Nation’s resources for their private gain.

It’s not just someone taking a sharpie to an official weather map, or firings across the Justice Department, or staffing key positions with unqualified people who actively undermine the organization’s primary mission (cough Devos cough DeJoy cough Pence-the-COVID-czar cough), it’s all day every day all over the place in ways that have done serious structural damage to the infrastructure of the nation, our standing in the world, our strategic alliances, and the ability of the federal government to function, and the same for the state, local governments, NGO’s and businesses that rely on federal agencies for information, forecasting, permits, guidelines, processing applications, etc, oversight, approvals, funding, coordination of efforts (including supply chain management, distribution)
Oh, and don’t forget the National Coin Shortage … because they even had to muck with The Mint. Thanks Mnuchin.

… This administration is woefully AND WILLFULLY incompetent.

      • Juls says:

Biden and his people will have to spend the first 2 years just rebuilding the federal government. The GOP will accuse them of doing nothing for the American people AND of enlarging the federal government. They will win in 2024 on this platform, rinse and repeat.

  13. Teebee says:

He doesn’t look so good. Only so much that makeup can hide.

  14. ClaireB says:

Whenever I used to threaten to leave or not speak to her as a petulant teenager, my mother would say, “Is that a threat or a promise?” And that’s all I have to say to Trump right now.

He’s apparently so in debt that I don’t think there’s anyway he could flee to another country and live comfortably. Unless he’s also been stockpiling cash in secret bank accounts, which seems too prescient for him.

  15. Amando says:

Yes, please leave the country. In fact, do it now.

  16. CatWomen says:

Everyone is so tired off Trump, except for his cult. ‘Sleepy Joe Biden’ is the antidote. But I doubt Trump will go away. He’ll keep his mouth running,

  17. Izzy says:

I’m sure there’s a gulag with a golden toilet just waiting for him.

  18. Leah says:

He says that like it’s a bad thing.

I want him to stay, stand for trial and go to prison where he belongs. He’s got a laundry list of felonies that’s longer than my arm.

Right now his campaign is pushing lies about Biden’s son (same tactic they tried to use against Hillary in 2016). It’s not going to work this time. Hunter Biden isn’t running for president and where is the proof? I know it’s a sack of lies because Rudy G is behind it.

    • Suz says:

Yes. Russian operatives feeding misinformation to dementia-addled Rudy was a huge misstep. And the never-revered N.Y. Post breaking the story.
      Everyone is tired of this.

  19. NΞΞNΔ ZΞΞ says:

I believe all the media attention in the 2016 election cycle help get this POS elected. America is filled with people who equate being famous with being worthy of our respect and support. NBC giving him a time slot was a just a ratings stunt and reinforces that his cowardice and bad behavior is OK. We better hope he bolts and does something outlandish, or the media could start making even dumber decisions for ratings. Most journalists won’t admit it, but the last five years have been an exhilarating time where the outrage and the drama were front-and-center – no one wants to go back to covering sleepy elementary school visits and sedate Rose Garden events.

    • Esmom says:

Um I think plenty of journalists will be happy to cover a competent administration that is transparent about its policies and plans. Elementary school visits and Rose Garden events aren’t the only thing a normal president does. Th outlets that care about dumb stunts are the exception not the rule.

      • Lemons says:

Journalists, perhaps. Their bosses won’t be so happy with the inevitable ratings drop as American stops hate-watching the administration. I truly believe at least 40% of Americans watch the news waiting to hear that WW3 or the nuclear apocalypse has begun.

    • (TheOG) Jan90067 says:

SNL last night…. Che had a bit: “NBC has a “type”” and there was a trio of pics: Cosby, Lauer, and Tangerine Traitor 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

  20. FancyPants says:

He isn’t going anywhere. He has never even liked international travel and no country on Earth is going to want to touch that can of worms. He’s gonna stomp off to Maralago and pout for the rest of his life, which is not going to be long because he’s already on the downward spiral side of dementia. The rest of his family is the potential flight risk, although again I think no foreign government will risk the consequences of sheltering a Trump or Kushner. [still wouldn’t hurt to confiscate all their passports]

    • Digital Unicorn says:

Yeah – he doesn’t like leaving the US, wonder why?!?!

TBH – he won’t leave the WH quietly and neither will his crotch goblins, they will take what they can while burning it all down. The Kushners will stay in Washington as they have delusions of running for President, they have a taste for power that they will never ever give up.

I have visions of them barricading themselves into the WH calling on their militia to ‘protect’ them – blood will be shed for the Trumps. The damage that they and GOP have done will take several generations to fix.

      • Suz says:

Then the Biden administration can operate somewhere other than the White House while Dump finally has his wall built. Around the WH. It can be his damn prison.

    • Lorelei says:

He won’t have a choice because he knows NY will indict him immediately and he won’t risk the humiliation of a perp walk/inprisonment. I truly think if it came down to it, he’d put a bullet in his brain if the only other option is going to prison.
NY has an amazing AG who does not f—ck around and they’ll be ready. They know he’s a flight risk and has access to personal planes. I read somewhere that he might even flee on election night but who knows. He’s unpredictable and stupid and desperate. I have no idea how it will play out, but he’s not going to be able to live out his days playing golf at Mar-a-Lago and he knows it. He knows NY’s got him as soon as Biden is sworn in.

  21. lucy says:

I want frozen assets, I want state charges for all the adult spawn (except maybe Tiffany. Maybe). Also if he “dies” I still want his kids to go down. I think he would be fine with faking his death, but could only handle being “dead” for a few months at most before the lack of attention would end it.

  22. Rapunzel says:

Bannon says if Trump loses, he’ll run again in 2024. I don’t think so, Stevie.

  23. Jelly says:

I hope he does in jail for the traitor he is.

  24. Markle says:

Please take your lousy family with you, you big orange ape. I will be waving byebye to you and yours at the airport!!

  25. Sa says:

What kills me is that it was a Trump person who compared Biden to Mister Rogers, thinking it was an insult. You have to be really far gone to think that comparing Biden into someone warm, calm, trustworthy, and intelligent is an insult.

  26. Nina Simone says:

Maybe he can go to North Korea?! Perfect.

All I know is that Biden better not part don him like Ford did Nixon. No more Mr Nice Guy Democratic Party. We are the party of decency yes, but we do not have to turn the other cheek

  27. Oh-Dear says:

I wonder if the various agencies are keeping information from his because he is such a security risk? I sure hope so.

  28. Andrea says:

How awful will the US look that we have a president living abroad to evade charges??

  29. Mabs A'Mabbin says:

I imagine he’ll try to leave because the list of lawsuits and felonies piling up is quite extensive. If he escapes everything he’s done……….

  30. Val says:

Is hell a country? Because that’s the only place that’ll accept him once this nightmare is over!

  31. Seraphina says:

YES!!! Wasn’t just awesome to see the NYT gather, write and publish this??? Amid the stupidity, this gives me hope.

  32. SJ Knows says:

    Go ahead and leave jackass!
Take your entire awful family with you.
Please, let me hold the door for you.

He is a hot, crazy, unhinged, crooked, heartless, bungling, ego-driven turd!!

Thanks for letting me get that out.

I am enjoying these comments a lot. You all make some good points, I hadn’t thought about his stepping down and getting Mothers Husband to pardon him. Ugh, Trump.

MAKE IT HAPPEN!! Vote, vote, vote that (no words left) out of office and out of the country

  35. Ariel says:

Maybe they‘ll go with him, the maga racists.
More likely they’ll fall for his money raising real estate scam, thinking they’re buying “estates” in the kingdom of Magaland.
And they’ll be shocked when they realize they’ve been swindled.

Also, it’s not “leave”, it’s *FLEE

    • Guest says:

I’ve read some of his cult followers are threatening to leave the country if their Messiah doesn’t win.

      • Valerie says:

And go where? Canada? We don’t want them, lol. And they’re convinced Trudeau is the son of Castro, too, despite the timeline being a mismatch.

      • lucy2 says:

This country would be such a better place without them!
I saw someone saying they wanted to go to Canada. You know, to flee the socialized medicine of the ACA.

  36. Jay says:

He’s been saying a version of this a lot lately – maybe testing out the reaction, maybe putting out some feelers to countries without extradition treaties. I think he has an extraordinarily bright future broadcasting late night infomercials from abroad in order to work off his massive debts.

  37. Liz version 700 says:

Don’t make promises if you aren’t gonna keep them. Ps you are a super spreader of Covid who wants your fat orange a$$

  38. Coco says:

Putin finds Trump’s stupidity hilarious. I can see Putin actively trying to convince Trump to come to Russia, manipulating him (not that it would be difficult) into revealing as much national security info as possible, and then extraditing him anyway.

    • Suz says:

The CIA has probably already weighed that scenario and will have agents in Russia ready to off him before he spills. Dump has alienated himself from the intelligence community. I don’t think they GAF.

  39. Stelly says:

Ha! No other countries will want him. He’s really getting scared now about how badly he might lose (fingers crossed!) I’m hopeful America will do the right thing and vote this fucker out. The GOP rats are already getting ready to flee the ship

  40. Betsy says:

Flee! Flee the country you waster piece of traitor!! GOOOOOOO.

File all the indictments on him and his stupid criminal offspring; I don’t care if they all make a run for the border. I want ALL the guilty people prosecuted, both the names we know and those who have stayed mostly in the dark – like the Mercers.

  41. jferber says:

I haven’t imagined it, but I pray for it every day. Lose, you mofo!

  42. NotSoSimpleTaylor says:

To paraphrase great wizard Gandalf: “Fly you fool!”

I hope he flies to Slovenia. That would be hilarious.

    • Suz says:

Nah, Melania’s got the divorce papers ready as soon as Biden is sworn in. Unless she also did some of the crimes and needs to flee too.

  43. Justwastingtime says:

Don’t let the door hit you in butt.

  44. MCG says:

I took this as a call to all of his “friends” aka the totalalitarian despots he respects, as an open invitation for a cushy exile paid for with national security intel. Thank god he’s dumb and probably doesnt pay much attention to his security alerts.

  45. Winterforever says:

I want him in cuffs. I want him to lose his access to Twitter fingers. I want him to have to use actual Cheeto dust to “bronze” his face in prison. I want him to lose all of his money on lawyers, fighting off indictments, jail and sexual assault settlements. He deserves to lose everything and die in the US penal system.

  46. Riley says:

“Maybe I’ll have to leave the country, I don’t know.”

    And I said, promise? #unexpectedmulaney

  47. Grace says:

He needs to go away to prison and be locked up to pay his dues for all the crimes he committed. And never speak again. I wish he would SHUT up FOREVER!!! Vile man.
