Melania Trump hasn’t contacted Jill Biden, nor did she invite the Bidens to Blair House

Trump returns White House Cutting Short His Vacation

The general rule is that no matter what, the outgoing president invites the incoming president to the White House at least one time during the transition. Usually there’s a photo-op, perhaps a working lunch, and a private discussion of what happened during the campaign and what moves will be made going forward. There’s also an unwritten transition protocol that the outgoing FLOTUS will invite her successor to the White House, show her the East Wing space and perhaps the residence and maybe even introduce some of the WH residence staff. Obviously, Donald Trump is too much of a suckbaby loser to show one iota of grace in defeat. But did you know that Melania Trump is also too lazy, too stupid and too cruel to even extend the barest of curtesies to Dr. Jill Biden? It’s true. This CNN piece on Melania’s last days was a whole f–king journey. Some highlights:

Until Donald Trump tweeted that he wasn’t going to the inauguration, Mel didn’t know: Until that tweet, the White House staffer said, Melania Trump was not 100% sure she would be going to Biden’s inauguration, or wouldn’t be. “It’s not the first time she has learned what he was doing because he tweeted it before he told her,” said the source, who downplayed the significance of the first lady being delivered news about what is ostensibly her schedule too, based on Trump’s mood that particular day. The staffer, like many, was clear that the event with the tweet did not solicit their sympathy for the first lady. “She’s part of this. She can be silent, but she’s part of this,” the source said.

She still isn’t doing a damn thing: The outgoing first lady hasn’t done anything of significance as the weeks of her tenure come to a close. She hasn’t established an office for continuing her platform in the post-White House years, according to a source familiar with her activities. Nor has she helped with the onboarding of incoming first lady Jill Biden — with whom she has still not made contact, the source said. The only thing Trump has done, besides pack the White House, work on photo albums of her time as first lady and oversee photo shoots of a rug and decorative items, is make a convoluted statement about the events of last Wednesday, five days after they occurred.

Melania is aligned with her husband on most things: “She understands her husband and what he stands for, and it simply does not bother her,” said [FLOTUS historian] Brower. “She is not a victim and she will not leave the White House apologizing for her husband’s behavior.”

Mel has been packing up since Donald’s loss in November: The first lady is now more than halfway done with the job of shipping belongings either to Mar-a-Lago or to storage, having bit-by-bit overseen the moveout for weeks. The residence staff has had to help with the semi-clandestine operation, facilitating packing logistics without raising the ire of the President, who truly believed he would be staying put. “(Melania Trump) is not sad to be leaving,” said one White House official with knowledge of Trump’s mood.

She couldn’t even be bothered to invite the Bidens to stay at Blair House: On Wednesday, an announcement was made that Blair House, the historic official guest house of the White House where several Presidents (including Trump) have stayed overnight before their swearing-in, would welcome Biden to stay as well. CNN has previously reported Biden, without an invitation yet extended to him by the President and first lady for Blair House, intended to stay at a hotel on Inauguration eve. But the invitation was not sent at Melania Trump’s insistence. “She had nothing to do with it,” said the staffer. The invitation may have read “White House,” but it was issued via the State Department, whose Office of the Chief of Protocol oversees Blair House’s management.

[From CNN]

So, in the end, Melania’s Be Best initiative is a lot like the Duchess of Cambridge’s Early Years initiative – just busy work to fluff up her image temporarily, with zero long term plans or goals or structure. There’s more than just laziness at play here – there’s the casual cruelty, the lack of empathy, the self-centeredness that belies the Trumps’ dual sociopathy. And to be clear, I doubt Dr. Biden is at all concerned with Mel’s lack of engagement or downright rudeness. Dr. Biden knows the White House, she spent eight years as the wife of a vice president. But we can be mad on Dr. Biden’s behalf, because Jill deserves the world. Melania is gutter trash.

I don’t think Dr Biden considers it a loss anyway. She’s good. This WH handoff / invite is merely decorum and PR. The vote for Biden and the swearing in are more important. Dr Biden has worked in real life, she knows who to approach and what to do.

    • josephine says:

And I wonder if the Bidens think it would be a risk to be anywhere near the Trumps, not just from Covid, but also from the homegrown nazi cells.

    • jessamine says:

Exactly. If the Trumps were anything except exactly what they are, Joe wouldn’t have run and the Biden’s wouldn’t be heading to the Whitehouse right now. They knew how this would play out and good riddance to bad rubbish.

    • Agirlandherdog says:

Saves her from thinking up a polite way to decline…

      • Esmeralda says:

Can you imagine having to make small talk with Melania for an hour or so? What do you even talk about? Rugs?

      • Golly Gee says:

@Esmeralda: Oh you know, girl talk – Donald’s small hands, Fake Stand-in Melania, how much standing-in she can expect from said Melania* (*see Donald’s small hands )

      • Nana says:

        @esmeralda – christmas decorations. You’d talk christmas decorations…

    • Saucy&Sassy says:

Alexandria, the peaceful transition of power began: “After successfully winning the American Revolution, George Washington surrendered his military commission to Congress.” Upon learning this, King George III “could think of no other words than to declare Washington, “The greatest man in the world.”*

It was rare for someone who had won a war to give up his military commission instead of taking over the country. So, although today it might seem to be about decorum, it really goes back to George Washington.

  2. 809Matriarch says:

In all fairness, I watched a couple of documentaries about the Donald, on NETFLIX and he seems like an emotional/mental abusing terror. When his first wife, Ivana was CEO of one of his casinos, he accompanied her to a party held in her honor. Since she was the honoree, she commanded most of the attention. He was so peeved he threw a tantrum and RIPPED A CABINET door off a piece of furniture.

Melania already knows how he is and he probably made it explicitly clear that she had better NOT recognize the incoming Biden administration. Frankly, I wouldn’t be surprised if she fired the Donald herself after this is over.

    • Wiglet Watcher says:

Was that cabinet door inside a Trump owned building because their furniture is cheap AF. Those baby hands really got to struggle to grip and pull anything.

    • MM2 says:

The info that always sticks out to me is that Ivana, in a sworn deposition, told the story of how Donald Trump violently raped her. He was mad that his scalp reduction surgery hurt, ripped out her hair & raped her. She said, later, that she was not accusing him in a literal or criminal sense & his lawyer (Michael Cohen) said someone couldn’t rape their own wife. He doesn’t *seem* like an abusing terror, he most definitely is one.

  3. harla says:

I can’t wait to never have to read or see another thing about these two every again. When I think about how professional other presidents have handled the transition the behavior of these two just makes me sick to my stomach. Wealth certainly doesn’t buy class.

    • Michelle Obama’s comments on dealing with the transition and how she had to take herself in hand and do the appropriate meetings, etc. with both the Trumps is very poignant. As she said, some of the comments publicly made by Trump about her being subhuman or that were heartrending to her children were unbelievably nasty and cruel. Yet, Michelle extended the appropriate invitations and took the time to answer all Melania’s questions about raising a child in the White House. Michelle felt it was historically important to do the right thing for the dignity of the presidency and the peaceful transition. Melanie has proved herself over and over to be a vain, selfish, petty, bitch and — in my opinion — it’s really beginning to show in that reptilian face of hers.

      • Esmom says:

Yes, so poignant. The Obamas showed a deep respect for the traditions of the Presidency and went out of their way to be courteous to the very people who led the demonization of them. It’s staggering, really, but also not surprising that Melania hasn’t lifted a finger to try to uphold that tradition herself. The Trumps absolutely pissed on everything the presidency every stood for.

I know the Bidens don’t need the handoff, but the sure as hell deserve a lot better than they are being handed. I guess the silver lining is they can wipe the slate clean of the Trumps, with no pretenses that the transition was in any way normal.

  4. Christin says:

I would not want to be in any of these suoerspreader spaces until a very deep cleaning occurs.

About the photos – Wonder if she’s planning a photo book? Good luck in finding a publisher.

    • Noodle says:

I wonder if she’s cataloguing which items from the White House she wants in her possession, when the MAGA-NAZIs try to loot it. Remember that bust that DT had removed from the American embassy in France?

      • josephine says:

It doesn’t take much imagination to see these people stealing everything they possibly can.

      • Jaded says:

Good thing it turned out to be a fake. But they’ll have to count the WH silver for sure.

      • Badrockandroll says:

If you recall, when DT was confronted with the fact that the $750,000 worth of art to which he had helped himself wasn’t really his to take, he promised to return it in 2024 when he was done being POTUS. Well, hallelujah, that day came early.
And I am petty enough to have emailed the American Embassy in France to see if they have received it yet – no response to date. The current Ambassador is a Trump flunkey, so I don’t really hold out hope. But I do hope that someone is checking their bags as they exit.

      • fluffy_bunny says:

One of the entertainment new shows showed a WH staffer walking out of the WH carrying a bust so there may be some looting going on.

      • (TheOG) Jan90067 says:

There WERE pics yesterday taking out artifacts…not even packed!

Someone posted on Twitter that things were being taken out readying for the office turnover. And while I KNOW each president/vp gets to decorate his offices and personal residence the way he/she likes, I sure as hell hope someone (before the election!) made a list of all these treasures to make sure they’re all accounted for before this family of Grifters, Inc. leaves!

(Frankly, I’d want it sprayed for bed bugs, exorcised, and have sage or whatever burned in there to get rid of EVERYTHING before Joe and Kamala move in!)

    • whatever says:

That was my thought as well. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere near the place until a full hazmat team has been through.

    • Golly Gee says:

She’s putting together a coffee table book apparently.

  5. Bibi says:

Worst fisrt lady ever. These people have no klass and it’s klass with a k. Im so embarrassed for the American people. Jill & Joe will have great moments stolen from them by these twits

  6. MissMarierose says:

I don’t want that gutter snipe anywhere near Dr. Biden. It’s bad enough she already received the undeserved grace of Michelle Obama’s presence four years ago.

  7. Amy Bee says:

This is not surprising. Melania and Trump are very much alike.

  8. BlueSky says:

She’s been there before and she has Michelle so she will be fine. It’s not like this lazy trophy wife has done anything anyway.

  9. Ninks says:

When I remember how gracious Michelle Obama was to her, it makes me think I’d be ok with Melania being burned at the stake.

    • HoofRat says:

While I completely sympathize with your sentiments, I’m wondering if would be sufficiently nasty to deprive her of her extensions, Botox, fillers, nips, tucks, and tacky-ass overpriced wardrobe. And force her to work year-round Christmas store populated exclusively by Walmart shoppers wearing pyjama pants.

      • (TheOG) Jan90067 says:

HoofRat, I like the way you think. That WOULD be hell on earth for this Escort on an “Einstein” visa.

I wish Biden would be petty enough to have the INS look into this visa (considering how “anti-immigrant” Dump’s admin. is), and when they find out just how fraudulent is was, deport her AND her chain-migration family along with her! Oh wait… considering Epstein and Maxwell introduced Melanoma and Dump, I guess we know what her “extraordinary talent/skill” was.

    • booboocita says:

You don’t want that. With all the plastics, fillers, and implants, she wouldn’t burn — she’d MELT. Goodness only knows what toxins would be released in the air.

      • Yeah, and maybe Jill could get a tour if she promised to leave a couple thousand on Melania’s nightstand afterwards! Not worth the price as I imagine Melania isn’t all that familiar with the White House anyway. There are stories out there that she and her son mostly live outside the beltway with her parents. Who would want a tour and tea while having to wear a hazmat suit?

  10. Nev says:

The White House would need a major SAGE before I slept there if I were the Bidens.

    • KhaoManee says:

Definitely. And a priest to perform an exorcism. I’m just chuckling over the fact that Mel has to sneak around packing her crap up so Cheetolini doesn’t throw a hiss fit. Great marriage ya got there.

    • alibeebee says:

and A rabbi to Kasher the place like he’s getting ready for Passover.
and a couple of Native American Elders and Shamans. They need every kind of person that deals with the spiritual plane of existence in the White house, Blair House and Wherever the VP is gonna live too ( Number one Observatory or something?)

    • Sandra says:

And major cleaning of the upholstery given Donald’s propensity to soil himself when he gets upset.

    • fluffy_bunny says:

And new mattresses. I wouldn’t put it past the Trumps to infect the WH with bed bugs.

    • (TheOG) Jan90067 says:

I’d also change the toilet seats. (Isn’t what these Racist Garbage Grifters insisted on?). I sure wouldn’t want to use ANYTHING that touched evil so intimately.

    • CL says:

The whole place needs to be tented and fumigated

  11. Sofia says:

What exactly were her and Jill going to talk about anyways? Melania has done nothing in 4 years and she doesn’t care about anybody but herself (and Barron).

You can’t have a decent conversation with someone like that.

    • Bettyrose says:

Yeah I figure Jill is like, meh, who needs it? I imagine Jill is good at being gracious and social in awkward situations but who enjoys it?

    • Indywom says:

Not to mention Melania is not well educated. I think she would be intimidated by Jill just like she was Michelle.

      • KhaoManee says:

I’m betting Dr. Biden is relieved she doesn’t have to be in the same room with this she beast. Poor Michelle having to endure that nightmare. The Obamas are the epitome of grace and class.

      • My Two Cents says:

Indywom, your comment made me think of Kate! i know she has a degree, but she still comes across as, well, not very smart, so i wonder what she and Michelle Obama had to talk about when the Obamas visited them. I often wonder when Kate is meeting world leaders, does she just giggle and smile? because it all seems so over her head.

  12. Bess says:

I really hope every inch of the White House is fumigated and sterilized once Trump finally vacates. Also, the Russians and other intelligence services have probably installed listening devices and other equipment / software in the White House. I hope the entire area is swept for spyware too.

  13. Becks1 says:

She’s lazy, and self-centered, and cruel – and I’m glad that the staffer who spoke to CNN made clear she is not a victim. She is not, and everyone should realize that by this point. She may loathe her husband personally but she doesnt loathe everything he stands for or does.

I will say – I’m reading Obama’s memoir – and it does stand out to me how gracious Bush was to Obama – not just once he was elected, but even before that – Obama was kept updated on the financial crisis and the different options all during the campaign – so he didnt start off even as president-elect with a blank slate. He knew where things stood and that was due to Bush. And then his retelling of George and Laura during the transition is also very positive.

Just goes to show that you can be a trash president and still handle the transition gracefully.

    • Abby says:

Didn’t see your post before I commented. Agree with all of this!

    • Tiffany says:

Yeah, W and Laura would not have been that gracious if they already did not complete two terms. If W was a one termer like he should have been, he would have been just like Casino.

      • Becks1 says:

Disagree – his father was reportedly still very gracious to Bill Clinton. There was none of this type of behavior, and he was a one-term president.

      • Abby says:

I don’t think so. Even if they were offended and mad they lost, I feel like Laura Bush would have operated with graciousness and decorum.

      • LahdidahBaby says:

From all I’ve seen of the Bushes, although I differ from them politically I think they would have been kind, gracious, and helpful to their successors even after just one term.

    • I have a friend who worked in senior Bush White House in an executive staff position (she also worked in same role last year of Reagan term). She said Reagans were a totally different vibe to Bush family. Nancy was cold and controlling and Reagan at that point was vague, forgetful, and not really interested in individuals, but turned it on for the vast public. The Bush’s were warm and friendly and very caring and inclusive towards staff. She did mention that Barbara Bush (whom she very much admired), was the center of that family and very much a powerhouse in her own right. I especially loved George Bush’s deep love for Barney. He and Laura (whom I admire) seem to have raised two wonderfully decent daughters. I think the way people treat those that work for them behind the scenes is extremely revealing as to whom they really are; much more so, than the public image they project.

      • Larisa says:

I’m sure it warms the hearts of Iraqis to know that they weren’t killed by cold and distant Americans, but by the warm and friendly ones who raised decent kids.
I’m sorry, but I feel like this was a precursor to all the “but Trumpers are such nice people and lovely neighbors” we are doing now.

      • Moxylady says:

        @larisa – I ADORE YOU. 100% what you said.

  14. Mia4s says:

    “ Melania is gutter trash.”

That’s an insult to gutter trash.

Seriously though, she has no class whatsoever. One of my fondest hopes is that she is isolated and alienated from as much of “high society” as possible. It’s the only thing that will give her an ounce of remorse.

What about the kid by the way? Baron? I mean I know his father doesn’t care about him, but he’s a teenager with Internet access. He’s at school with outsiders. Does he have the sense to know his father is a pathetic (and dangerous) loser or is he as bad as the rest? And what does his mother tell him?

    • Amy Too says:

I think Barron is the same age as my son, 14, maybe B is 15 now, and they’re both only children. So I wonder about him and worry about him. 14 year olds know what’s going on in the world and they have strong opinions, so I wonder what the kids in his class think about him. He seems a little awkward or maybe just like he feels things a lot (I’m probably projecting bc my son is a little immature and awkward for his age and also feels things a lot and is really sweet and kind and wants to be friends with everyone), and he’s also super tall for his age which wouldn’t help him fit in either. I feel like he might get snubbed a lot and must rely on his mom and grandparents for a lot of his emotional connection. Maybe Barron has a bunch of online friends who don’t know who he really is. Who knows. I feel so badly for him though. 11-15 is a terrible age to be isolated away in the White House, with no other kids to hang out with when you’re at home, with shit parents who are part of a shit administration that everyone hates.

      • KhaoManee says:

I feel for Baron as well. No kid should have to deal with “All of This”.

      • (TheOG) Jan90067 says:

I worked at a Dem. letter writing event last summer. A man there told us that he worked as a teacher at the school where Barron went. He is definitely on the Spectrum. He is also his father’s son, entitled (even if just by his mother), and was very unpleasant to the staff and students alike.

I DO remember one interview that Melanoma gave, when Dump was running. In it, she said that Barron LIVED on the floor ABOVE her and Dump (with his nanny) in Trump Tower. I remember thinking that couldn’t be great for a pre-teen, to not have that much parental contact. He was supposedly a terror to the staff there, too.

      • missskitttin says:

Aubrey O’Day, Don Jr.’s ex lover, said that she was witness to what a horrible human that kid is. Scary.

      • FYI says:

Doubt that Barron lives at the White House. I think he lives, along with Melania, somewhere in the Maryland suburbs, probably Potomac, with her parents.

      • Pupuplatterettei says:

Definitely. Melania comes in for ceremonial appearances. He was contemplating divorce in the months before he received the surprising Republican nomination, and it could easily come to pass as soon as he is out of office. Except he’s getting pretty old and long in the tooth to go out looking for number four.

    • Tiffany :) says:

Aubrey O’Day said that Barron once threw his plate at private airline staff because he didn’t like the food he was given. He’s a Trump, so I imagine he is just as terrible as the rest of them.

      • Nini says:

There is a video from sometime around the Trump inauguration where Melania attempts to give Barron a high-5, he just stares at her so she gives up and turns to the side, and when she turns he hits her in the back.

  15. lucy2 says:

That’s fine. The White House is a covid hot spot until it can be thoroughly cleaned, and Ms. Be Best’s husband just incited an act of domestic terrorism because his ego got bruised, so I think Dr. Biden would have done a hard pass on any invites anyway. No need to spend time with an enemy of the United States.

  16. Abby says:

I’ve been reading Obama’s memoir and and it’s really special for the incoming presidential family to get to stay at Blair House before the inauguration. The fact that the Biden’s are going to stay at a HOTEL the night before because this trash couple won’t extend the courtesy of an invitation makes me so mad. That little detail sent me over the edge.

    Horrible people. Sore losers.

    • Amy Too says:

They got the invitation in the end, though. They’ll be at Blair House. I also read that Biden is no longer taking the train, which thank god.

      • Coco says:

Trump probably ordered any covid positive staff to cough on all the pillows.

      • Jaded says:

@Coco – I wonder if he’ll get a couple of prostitutes to pee in the bed like he did in Russia because the Obamas slept in the presidential suite too?

    • lucy2 says:

I kind of feel for them, he’s wanted to be POTUS for so long and finally gets it, and due to the pandemic and the terrorists squatting in the WH, so many standards and traditions aren’t going to happen. I know it’s inconsequential stuff compared to everything else going on though.

  17. Gab says:

Honestly who tf would wanna have that awkward visit? It’s past the point of staged decorum now.

    • Ainsley7 says:

Yeah, I don’t really see the need either. Trump tried to overthrow our government to stay in office. He’s now trying to pretend Like he had nothing to do with his failed coup. There’s nothing normal here and no reason for the Biden’s to pretend otherwise.

    • FancyPants says:

That’s what I keep saying, Gab! Why do we still keep making a big deal about “Trumps won’t attend inauguration” or “Trumps won’t issue apology” or “Trumps won’t do the bare minimum of symbolic motions or display basic human decency?” Who tf still expects them to? Nobody wants them there and I think they even know it by now. The Bidens and Harris/Emhoff will be just fine/better off without them, after a suitable fumigation of course.

  18. TheOriginalMia says:

Melania is trash. Jill has experience with what comes next and if she needs advice, she has her good friend, Michelle to guide her. The Bidens aren’t staying in the WH the night of the inauguration. It’s being fumigated and painted and none of that can happen until the Orange Menace is out the door. They’ll be at Blair House.

Melania needs to hop on her broom and head to Florida. In fact, today would be a great day to migrate south. She won’t be missed.

  19. M Narang says:

Like my momma use to say: you can’t buy class. Cheeks implants, hair extensions, a new nose & boobs, even a body double or 3….sure you can buy those things but class, not so much.

  20. Sandra says:

I mean. This isn’t news. This is just par for the course for her tenure as FLOTUS. She doesn’t do anything ever. Except for f*cking Christmas stuff.

  21. ennie says:

I don’t think she has been there since before the riots. She took the kid and is already gone, in part due to the craziness that has ensued, she has more info than us. I doubt we will see the back of her anymore.
Having a mini-stunt double works for her perfectly.

    • (TheOG) Jan90067 says:

She was IN the WH doing that stupid rug book. She didn’t stop or even bat a fake eyelash, according to news reports. She just kept up with the ghost-writer while the Capitol was under siege.

  22. AnnaKist says:

No way could I have put it better: Melanie is gutter trash, just like her husband. Schitt always sticks with schitt. Dr Jill has way too much class, grace and intellect, and I suspect Mel knows and feels inferior, which of course she is. There’s the irony; I don’t believe Dr Jill would ever be so ill-mannered as to make anyone feel uncomfortable, not even the Dumps.

None of the ending of the Dump presidency surprises me. Mel is rude, lacks basic manners, is as big a narcissist as her husband, and cares not a jot for anyone. We all sometimes need to use our good manners, particularly in a professional setting, in order to work collaboratively. It’s just a fact of life that we will, at some point, havei to work with people we don’t like. But civility and professionalism take over in order to get the job done. Mel had no job, didn’t want the job, and didn’t care who knew it or what they thought of her. Good riddance.

    • (TheOG) Jan90067 says:

The definition of class and manners: to NOT make anyone FEEL uncomfortable or “inferior”, but to make them at ease as much as possible. (According to Judith Martin, aka Miss Manners!)

  23. Lizzie says:

Just the thought that there is anything that Melanie could show Dr. Biden is laughable. These two women are not comparable on any level. Mel is on the bottom rung of accomplishments while Dr. Biden has excelled in all she has done.

  24. Dee says:

Is Faux Melania’s contract up as well?

    • atorontogal says:

I’m thinking the last few pics we’ve seen of the queen of mean have been of the faux. At this point, Melania is long gone!

      • I think you’re right. I was wondering what was OFF about Melania when those photos of her and Trump walking hand-in-hand (first photo above) came out at Christmas. It’s the width of her face. Faux Melania’s face is much wider and her eyes are slightly different which is why she’s usually got sunglasses on.

    • Normades says:

I think the picture here is of the fake Melania 😂

(One at top with sunglasses, sullen white dress is real Melania).

      • atorontogal says:

I agree. The faux is wearing a huge coat so we can’t see her figure. She’s “heftier” than the evil queen.

      • lucy2 says:

I think so too. Big coat, big glasses, but the jawline and the fact that she’ll actually hold his hand is always the tip off.

I hope someday Faux Melania spills the beans!

      • SomeChick says:

I love how it looks like Fauxlania has a beard in that pic with the big coat.

I bet she will be happy to have a break when all of this is over!

  25. KPS says:

There was no FLOTUS in The White House for the last four years. Hence, no need to transition. Bye bye Mel.

  26. Murphy says:

I’m sure Michelle would be happy to show her around.

    • Abby says:

      That would be really nice!

    • lucy2 says:

I always felt terrible for the Obamas, having to welcome the lowlife trumps into the WH. But as always, they were pure class and graciousness.
I think the Bidens and Obamas have been good friends over the years, so I’m sure Michelle has talked to Dr. Jill quite a bit in recent months, and filled her in on anything she wasn’t already aware of. We are quite fortunate to have two such wonderful, strong, smart, and caring women as our FLOTUS, and hopefully that awful 4 year gap will be a quickly fading memory.

  27. Marie says:

    Be best!!!

  28. nicegirl says:

I’m in love with the picture choice

  29. jferber says:

I wouldn’t want any contact with either piece of trash, him or her. Remember that the White House will be deep cleaned before the President and First Lady enter. No amount of deep cleaning will ever make this trash and their evil deeds non-toxic. And they can’t clean their souls because they have none. Be gone, orange traitors.

  30. steph says:

Is the header pic Melania of Feauxlania? Anyway, is anyone surprised by this? She literally did nothing as first lady.

  31. mish-mash says:

Melania aka The Escort…is a classless slug just like her husband…

  32. Liz version 700 says:

Dr. Biden is probably relieved as heck. Even if it was safe to ge in the White House with the Trumps (and I wouldn’t bank on it), what a hella awkward conversation that would be between them. Jill will be fine. Michelle will gladly come over to lend support. And Jill is an old pro at this stuff.

  33. BL says:

    Is Melania a man?

  34. Michael L Kelly says:

I bet when President Biden is finally in the WH he does one of those luncheons like President Obama did and invites all the living former Presidents EXCEPT Trump. It will be great to watch him stew on the sidelines

  35. EM says:

This is not surprising at all. Melania is just as complicit as her evil husband. Staying at Blair House would probably present a security threat to the Bidens anyway. God only knows what Trump might do or have one of his wretched followers do to the Bidens. I cannot wait for the transfer of power on January 20th.

  36. Willow says:

There is White House staff that have worked there through multiple presidential terms. The day of inauguration is a ‘highly coordinated move out / move in and a thorough cleaning normally done by the staff’. This time because of covid and several people living and working there who were sick with it, several different cleaning companies will be coming to do special deep cleanings. There’s one doing all the carpets, one doing walls and window coverings, one doing artwork, etc. I was so relieved to hear that.
And the Biden’s were invited to stay at that guest house by the state department that manages it. They were waiting for the Trumps to send the invite, because that’s how it’s usually done, and the Bidens had hotel reservations, but I guess a career employee went over a political appointee’s head or maybe someone thought the Bidens would be safer on White House grounds.
I love how Biden’s response to the Trump petty bs is to just ignore it and keep going. His priority is the American people, which is exactly how it should be. Such a relief.

  37. L84Tea says:

Of course she’s been packing since November. “Oh, he lost? Oh, wow, darn. Okay. Bye….Somebody get me some boxes, and oh, call my lawyer. Tell him he can draft those divorce papers for me now…”

  38. Mel says:

As close as the Obama’s and Biden’s are, she doesn’t need the tour. Frankly, I don’t want the Biden’s in the WH until it has been cleaned and decontaminated.

  39. Assbreath says:

Of course she didn’t, just like the worthless twat didn’t do anything as First Lady. Good riddance to her nonsense.

  40. Keri says:

Cannot believe anyone would choose to make such a dismal contribution to history and on such scale. History will judge them harshly forever and we know it never forgets.

  41. Chartreuse says:

Packing the white house up is the most work Mel’s done in four years. Gotta give her that.

  42. Likeyoucare says:

Jill biden doesnt need a tour from that hateful family.
Jill biden had been going to the white house a lot of times, her husband had worked there for eight years.

  43. Justwastingtime says:

The weird thing is that in any other time fake Melania would be a huge scandal.. but this year no one can bring themselves to care

  44. Deb says:

The lead photo on this isn’t even Melania. It is the much shorter Secret Service agent who doubles for her at photo ops when Melania can’t be bothered to show up. She’s always wearing dark glasses. It’s pretty well documented at this point.

    • Talia says:

I thought the Secret Service said she definitely didn’t work for them (but carefully avoided saying whether there was a Fauxlania at all). I just assumed Trump hired the fake privately (or more likely put her on the payroll as a secretary / assistant so the taxpayer paid her salary).

  45. Stella says:

I think Dr. Jill’s probably happy she doesn’t have to pretend with this woman. I mean really a lunch? A photo op? At this point?

  46. Stelly says:

I think Dr. Jill’s probably happy she doesn’t have to pretend with this woman. I mean really a lunch? A photo op? At this point? I get why it’s notable that they aren’t keeping up the tradition. I also think the Biden’s are relieved they don’t have to play nice with these psychos.

  47. Linda says:

Did anyone ever think she was sincere as the First Lady? She is as awful as he is.
