I hadn’t seen KP’s Easter message until now! WTF was that?!

    • Snuffles says:

I blocked KPs social media ages ago so I hadn’t seen it. This is some psycho shit. I’m more convinced than ever we are watching a psychotic break in real time.

    • fluffy_bunny says:

That’s super bizarre. Are they okay? Not that I really care. If they’re having a breakdown I’m glad it’s playing out in real time.

“Wow, that was weird.” -Walter Hobbs

    • Becks1 says:

It was so weird. I feel like we are seeing a downward spiral over there and its kind of hard to watch at this point. Their crisis PR people cant come soon enough.

    • lucy2 says:

Very strange. Sometimes those reverse videos are interesting to watch, but…from Kensington Palace…for a religious holiday…?

    • booboocita says:

A misguided and inept attempt to be artsy? An attempt to show that other people smash things, but the Cambs put them back together? I dunno …

  2. Pocket Litter says:

WTAF was KP thinking on that Easter post?

  3. detritus says:

So uh that message eh. What’s your fav interpretation? Extra points for English major metaphors etc and/or ridiculousness

I submit that it shows Williams feelings that Humpty Dumpty can never be put back together again.

Or the egg is dark chocolate because Meghan, the white writing Harry, and the white rolling pin Will and Kate smashing H&Ms nest egg and dreams.

Or that they are willing to eat their own to nourish the monarchy that destroys all in its way.

  4. Watson says:

That Easter post was incredibly strange.

  5. TheOriginalMia says:

That was a weird. Other than the chocolate egg, what did smashing it to bits have to do with Easter? Very strange.

  6. lucy2 says:

Yay for Mariah getting her vaccine and sharing it, but the audio on that was a mess!
I got shot 2 this weekend! So grateful. Only mild side effects and better today.

  7. Delphine says:

That Easter video — yikes. It feels almost malevolent. There’s an underlying violence to it. The most generous interpretation would be what was in the post about bringing back together what was broken I guess but it’s just really creepy.

  8. Penguin says:

I don’t know if this is a thing in the US, but in Britain we get big chocolate eggs or bunnies for Easter and then we smash them on Easter day before everyone has a piece. Obviously, it’s geared towards children, but everyone participates as it’s quite fun and messy. Every year my husband and his brother compete on who comes up with the most ridiculous way to smash their egg. Some just roll them on the floor until they smash. So that’s why the smashing of the Easter egg.

  9. BusyLizzy says:

I got my first jab over the weekend! Only a sore arm, no headache or fever whatsover. I’m scheduled for the second jab in 3 weeks and I am so excited. It’s the highlight of my year so far.

I will still practice social distancing and wear my mask in public because the disease is far from gone.

  10. Jennifer says:

I’m planning on getting my vaccine in the next few weeks. A little nervous, but glad to do it. I will be wearing my mask for the foreseeable future as well. If there are people around, my mask will be on. At this point it would feel weird if I didn’t have it on while out and about.
