Matt Gaetz trafficked escorts to the Bahamas with a ‘marijuana entrepreneur’

I’ve said this before and I’ll keep saying it: Matt Gaetz’s criminal behavior was so appalling, so public and so well-known that the Trump-era Justice Department had to open up an investigation into his activities. Like, that’s how bad Gaetz’s behavior was. His conservative MAGA allies in DOJ and the Trump administration couldn’t help him and couldn’t make it go away. Apparently, under the Biden administration, the investigation is moving along at a steady clip. In addition to probes into human trafficking, solicitation, revenge pr0n and all of that, it seems like Gaetz was trafficking women out of the country for sex/abuse as well. Seriously, where is QAnon? There’s literally a deep-state guy abusing underage girls and trafficking women to the Bahamas.

Federal investigators are looking into a Bahamas trip Matt Gaetz allegedly took in late 2018 or early 2019 as part of an inquiry into whether the Florida representative violated sex trafficking laws, multiple sources told CBS News. Gaetz was on that trip with a marijuana entrepreneur and hand surgeon named Jason Pirozzolo, who allegedly paid for the travel expenses, accommodations, and female escorts, the sources said. Investigators are trying to determine if the escorts were illegally trafficked across state or international lines for the purpose of sex with the congressman.

“Traveling across state lines is what creates a federal hook for a prosecution,” Arlo Devlin-Brown, a former prosecutor and partner at Covington & Burling, said in a report that aired on the “CBS Evening News with Norah O’Donnell.” “It doesn’t matter that [Gaetz] personally paid them as long as he knows someone is doing that.”

The Justice Department declined to comment. Pirozollo did not respond to repeated attempts to contact him, and declined to comment on his relationship with Gaetz and whether he paid for escorts for him when asked by CBS News on Wednesday outside his office in Orlando.

In a statement to CBS News, a spokesperson from Gaetz’s office said: “Rep. Gaetz has never paid for sex, nor has he had sex with an underage girl. What began with blaring headlines about ‘sex trafficking’ has now turned into a general fishing exercise about vacations and consensual relationships with adults. Yesterday, we even learned of some nonsense ‘pardon’ story that turned out to be false, and today it’s just more euphemism. It’s interesting to watch the Washington wheels grinding so hard every time one of their falsehoods gets knocked down.”

Investigators also want to know if Gaetz was accepting paid escorts in exchange for political access or legislative favors, the sources said.

This report goes on to suggest that Gaetz suddenly became very pro-marijuana-legalization following this all-expenses-paid excursion to the Bahamas with assorted call girls. Which… in the scope of Gaetz’s reported crimes, seems almost mundane. As for Gaetz’s claim that the FBI is on a “general fishing exercise” – it doesn’t even seem like the FBI has to “fish” for any of this. All of this information is just sitting there, waiting to be organized in an indictment. He was literally Venmo-ing women he met on sugar daddy sites. There’s an electronic trail of his efforts to groom teenage girls. There are flight records and hotel records of this trip to the Bahamas with escorts. What is there to “fish”?

Is that his adopted daughter in the top photo ? Because if not, we have a problem.

    • Betsy says:

      I believe that’s his fiancé.

      • whatWHAT? says:

and, note the “smile” in the pic with his “betrothed” vs. the giant grin in the pic with the teenagers.

        just ew.

    • A reader says:

      That’s his current fiance.

I say current bcus i expect her to dump this dude in 3…. 2…. 1.

      • Christa says:

There should be a post dedicated to just how long it takes her to dump him. Lol

1 week = she was already on the fence

1 month = a little slow on the uptake

        > 3 months = she’s a masochist

      • Chicken Tetrazzini! says:

They’re renegotiating her contract as we speak

I hope those sex workers got hazard pay for having to look at him.

      • whatever says:

She’s not going to dump him. That would violate the terms of her contract.

  2. Rapunzel says:

The pic with all those young girls in braces… and the caption. 🤢🤮

I’m guessing that’s one of those Charlie Kirk events?

    • LightPurple says:

Kirk is busy pretending he never heard of Matt Gaetz.

    • whatWHAT? says:

I LOVE that Celebitchy uses that photo (AND the one with Nestor and DJT Jr.) in EVERY post about PizzaGaetz.

keep that creeper photo in circulation to remind everyone.

    • Frida_K says:

Every time I see that photo I am struck by the girl in the middle with the necklaces. Look at how she’s curling her shoulders inward and covering her chest with her hands. Look at her embarrassed expression. I see this photograph and wonder if he said something obnoxious to her just before it was taken or something else (did he leer at her?) to make her uncomfortable. The one in the green shirt next to her looks mildly skeeved as well. And the blonde guy in the background on the right has a furrowed brow and looks, from what I can see, concerned.

It’s a horrifying picture any way you interpret it. Those are girls, not women, and he it is repulsive to see how gleefully he sexualizes them.

      • missskitttin says:

There’s something about the picture I can’t quite fathom. The necklaces, she’s the only one with makeup or more than the others, her awkwardness, weird…

  3. Anners says:

That “good lunch table” insta continues to haunt me most. What 30 yr old male politician posts that??? It’s soooo creepy, but he wasn’t worried about backlash from his voters, which shows you how bold he felt to keep on being a creepy old goat. Why do men not see/learn how gross it is when they leer at young women?

  4. Mabs A'Mabbin says:

That’s the question isn’t it? Where is the Q and its righteous minions?

    • JanetDR says:

Right?! A friend’s mom has been constantly posting things about how tRump is going to save the children from Hilary, but for a real monster – crickets.

      • whatWHAT? says:

you should reply to EVERY one of her posts with the “Good lunch table” picture and say “oh, like THIS guy?” and follow it up with the pic of him and Nestor and Don Jr.

    • Bre says:

He was invited to speak at a protrump conservative women’s summit at Doral. So I guess the Q followers are “pro pedophile” if it’s one of theirs.

    • Sandra says:

Q Anon cultists never cared about victims of trafficking or sex abuse. They were just brainwashed that Democrats are evil and that the right-wing, who screws them over, are good. Just like the GOP never cared about babies and children with their “pro-life” stance. They just hate women and impoverished people.

    • BearcatLawyer says:

I love their double standards. When Democrats eat babies and sexually abuse kids, the US needs Trump installed as a dictator to save us all. But when a Trumpster trafficks teenagers, pays them for sex, uses drugs with them, etc., it’s all “consensual” and “legal in the state where it occurred.” Or else they need “more evidence” of crimes being committed. Ummm…so Q Anon never really cared about protecting kids at all? They just care about badmouthing CERTAIN (alleged) perpetrators? Got it.

    • The Recluse says:

It genuinely astonishes me that those QAnon yahoos are so busy looking for pedophiles and there is a serious cluster of them RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR NOSES. That’s some chronic brainwashing.

  5. emmy says:

This entire thing is wild, crazy, awful, and I hope he roasts. I don’t have the emotional capacity to follow all of it because #2020. Are we surprised? No. Throw him in the volcano. And somebody needs to find out about this whole Nestor issue. It’s so utterly bizarre.

  6. Mac says:

What a disgusting POS. Wait until he finds out his father can’t get him out of this one.

  7. MattyLove says:

But her emails, guys!! Focus! 😉

  8. why? says:

The most disturbing thing is how the press keeps coddling Matt. They keep adding the disclaimer “but Matt denies…” as if he hasn’t spent the last 4 years purposely spreading lies about Covid, Hunter Biden, the 2020 election, Biden, Hillary, AOC, IIhan O, Maxine Waters, Liz Cheney, Nancy P, Mueller, Cohen, and anyone who dared to disagree with Trump. It’s also disturbing how the press keeps characterizing these teens as “young women” because they don’t want to offend Matt.

The QA gun lady tried to defend Matt by arguing that the claims are false because no witnesses have come forward or been identified, even though Matt openly admitted it by claiming that he spoiled his girlfriends with “gifts”(paying for hotels, plane rides). Since his victims are kids, it’s a common practice to protect their names and identity.

Matt and his friend posed in photos with Roger and Desantis, so the press should also be asking if they participated in the abuse of these kids.
