Zoe Kravitz and Taylour Page are happening.

All that pretty, let me tell ya.

Seriously, they are gorgeous with a capital g.

Texan here. I don’t understand how Matthew could actually win. Like I don’t know who would vote for him. He is not conservative – conservatives would think he’s way liberal, and Abbott is the incumbent. And I don’t know if his views are actually liberal. His family is incredibly conservative and I feel like his own views are a word salad. As a Democrat, if I wanted to vote for a Democrat candidate I would much rather vote for Beto.

I don’t really think Matthew understands how the government works, and I don’t think he has real policy ideas. He’s just a really popular celebrity. Which to be fair, can get you elected. I like him a lot as a person but I have no desire to see him in leadership as governor. Maybe he should run for mayor, or city council, to start.

Welll…if Trump happened I guess M M is totally possible. Looks like alot of our elected officials don’t know sh*t, so he’s perfect.

    • Normades says:

From what I understand about Texas politics the real power is with the lieutenant governor. So Beto maybe for lt. gov?

I think Beto is great btw. He does more for his state than ted Cruz and all those asshats.

      • wildwaffles says:

Mike Collier is running for Lt. Gov. and he is AMAZING. Enough with Matthew, I lived in a state that elected two actors to the Governor’s office (Reagan and Arnold) and it’s not good. Beto all the way, Matthew can campaign for him on his bongos.

    • Lucy says:

I mean, I’ll give anyone not named Abbott a shot if those are the only two choices. Please baby Jesus let there be another choice.
Also, I will say Matt went on college game day and he was actually thoughtful and nuanced in his college football analysis. That means zero about getting elected, but at least he’s surprised me once in a good way.

    • KG says:

      Exactly my feelings, too.

  3. Mabs A'Mabbin says:

Matthew has his head so far up his posterior. The very last thing Texas needs is a self-proclaimed philosopher who thinks meaningless drivel will steer diplomacy which, in turn, will move the state forward politically. Greg Abbott is pathetic and Matthew is a performer. Soliloquies won’t save us.

    • Msmlnp says:

For real. This guy thinks he’s a gift to the world.
I wish I had the confidence of a middle aged mediocre white man.

  4. Mia4s says:

Ugh, Scott Rudin has been an open secret for years. Do NOT let up on this story!! Horrifying excuse for a person.

Oh and interesting that Karen Olivo and Sutton Foster speak out, and Hugh Jackman hides under his bed while the women step up. Between this and his friendship with Fascist Barbie….sorry, I meant Ivanka Trump…and that parasite she calls her husband I am side-eyeing the hell out of Hugh. 😒

    • JustMe2 says:

Wasn’t it Rudin who basically trashed Angie Jolie in leaked emails. Pissy little man

    • lucy2 says:

Definitely an open secret, though the recent accounts of his behavior are far worse than anything I’d heard before. Physically assaulting people. He’s always gotten a pass because he’s been successful and makes people money, but good to see even he is having to face the music a bit.

    • Lightpurple says:

I want to know why Karen Olivo left Moulin Rouge and cited him as her reason for doing so when he wasn’t involved in that production at all. She has played Satine for 3 years now so I can understand wanting to move on but she said he was the reason she was quitting. There has to be more to that.

The Chauvin verdict is going to be released this afternoon. I am so anxious! I am trying not to be hopeful, but I just don’t see how they could find him not guilty. I think the prosecution did a great job in bring many charges at different levels, so it gives the jury options. I’m not religious, but I am making an exception today. Please God, give the jury strength to do the right thing.

  6. Eleonora says:

I want that BTS menu, but I want their new song even more. Just one more month of waiting 🙂

    • Normades says:

Meh, I really hope proceeds are going to a charity because they are so rich they don’t needs this. Plus it’s just supporting bad nutrition. Frankly I love BTS and am pretty disappointed

      • Eleonora says:

BTS give lots of money to charity (both individually and as a group).

Plenty of rich artists/actors and even way richer business people who give much less, so don’t know why they should be singled out as having to give proceeds of a deal to charity because they are rich.

Perhaps you can share a few charities you recently donated to as inspiration for other people reading this, to keep this a little positive though?

Hope the sentences aren’t concurrent but are consecutive.

  8. Zantasia says:

I don’t get why Kody Brown’s wives are still with him.

    • Lila says:

Me either. That guy is a tool. The only reason poor Ysabel had to wait so long is that he dragged her to a snake-oil salesman and made her do made-up exercises for YEARS.

Honestly it just feels like Robyn is his wife at this point. And the other three are just his exes.

  9. The Recluse says:

Those Aquazzura shoes could only be good for going to a party or dinner somewhere. There’s no way that they could last even for just one day’s use without suffering damage. Those are serious fou-fou shoes for the idle or just an occasion or two.
