Ben Affleck sent a creepy video to a woman who unmatched him on Raya

Triple Frontera premiere

Raya is the dating app for celebrities, rich people and Instamodels. I honestly don’t know how it works exactly, but over the years, we’ve heard of various single celebrities on Raya. According to those in the know, you actually need a referral, a significant social media profile and a job to get on Raya. I remember hearing stories about John Mayer on Raya, plus Lucy Hale, Kiernan Shipka, Keke Palmer, Channing Tatum and a lot more. Add Ben Affleck to the list of Raya users. I have no idea when he joined the dating app, but according to CB’s records, he likely joined the app several years ago, maybe 2018-19. In 2019, he had a bad relapse and during that same period, he was dating some model whom he met on Raya. My guess is that he left Raya while he was with Ana de Armas, but then he rejoined following their split. At some point, he was matched with a woman and she rejected him. So he sent her a really creepy video message and she exposed him on Tik Tok:

CB thinks he looks/sounds drunk. Could be! But mostly I just think he’s a f–king creep. Imagine taking the time to join Raya, getting matched with someone and then getting your panties in a bunch because they rejected you. So you find her on Instagram and send her a creepy video? The whole thing is gross.

I have no idea about the timeline of this either. Was this after Ana de Armas? And presumably before he started up with Jennifer Lopez again? Hm.

so apparently it is likely this is actually an undercover ad … and it worked? we all shared it?

    • Ainsley7 says:

I feel like this is the only explanation that makes sense.

      • Darla says:

Would Raya do that to an A lister though? Wouldn’t that turn celebs off, and after all celebs are their draw? I don’t know. The whole thing is so WEIRD.

      • Ainsley7 says:

@Darla, there aren’t that many A list celebs in general. Their target is mainly the lower celebs. Showing that a mere Tik Tok star can match with someone like Ben Affleck is a good way to get the lower celebs to join.

      • Darla says:

        Oh that makes sense Ainsley.

      • Silver Charm says:

@Sandy I’d agree with this bit it’s too creepy even for Ben. When Ben knows he’s “on” he can be charming and funny. This…this is not.

    • Me says:

Ah, the paper thin skin of a narcissist! This is him in all his unself-aware glory—some model-type has rejected the great Ben—how could she, a mere female—doesn’t she know who he is!

He’s a real artist but also a twisted frat-boy, there’s no deeper reason or thought going on there—foolish and creepy aren’t a brand identity anyone wants.

      • Cantaloupe says:

@Me, totally agree with your take. This isn’t an undercover ad. It’s that TikToker getting her 15 minutes.

      • LaurenS says:

Why would anyone really think that this is an ad, or that Ben agreed to it? LOL he looks so foolish and so baaaaaad. No way. It’s just a young girl making fun of this middle-aged drunk for sliding into her DMs. Simple as that. The young girls don’t want you, Ben!

      • Eleonora says:

        Not sure about this one.

Could have been a case where they’d been talking for a while and she said she would only believe him with a vid and given her instagram to him.

The vid is short: which makes sense in that context.
        He wasn’t ranting or anything.

And no, not a fan of his, but we don’t know the context entirely either.
She could have left things out to make it seem weirder than it was for maximum attention.

    • MrsRobinson says:

Or a deep fake. There are some really convincing ones on tiktok.

      • Kaykay says:

I was actually thinking his face looked off, but I just assumed he had had a bunch of botox … but maybe it’s a fake.
I do feel like it’s something he could do thought.
Old people should stay off social media. I feel like they have no clue about the social media game.

      • Jesma says:

What an incredibly ageist thing to say. I’m in my 30s, so when should I delete all my social media? 40? Might as well go and lay in a coffin at 50 I guess.

    • Lawcatb says:

Why would he participate in an ad that is designed to make him look like a douchey stalker? And Raya’s whole business model is about not being for plebs, but for celebs and the beautiful people. Tacky tiktok ads wouldn’t appeal to that demographic. It’d be much more likely to turn them off.

    • BrainFog says:

My first thought exactly. This has got to be an ad.

  2. Darla says:

Ben never stops being messy, it’s hilarious. He really threw a wrench in the Bennifer works with this one. For my money, Ben has the most dramatic, messy, and gossipy personal life of any modern-day celeb. Certainly of any A lister. That’s why I laugh at people who comment that he pays paps or calls paps. Nah, the paps are always outside Ben’s house. It’s the place to be man. Can’t you see that? YOu just never know what the hell Ben is gonna pull next. Maybe today’s the day he has workers shove a life-sized cardboard cut out of his young, beautiful ex in the garbage dumpster.

Most A listers are so locked down and PR controlled, they’re just not giving us stuff like this. I love it.

    • Jellybean says:

I heard an interview with a woman who was on that dating app and she described going on a date with Ben. It was a bit of a dud, she just said that despite really hitting it off online there was no chemistry when they actually met. She told a few stories and was clearly not out to get anyone in trouble, she made a point of saying Ben was single at the time and sober. Interestingly the interviewer threw the name Jon Hamm at her and her immediate gut reaction was “ew!” The interviewer then tried to get her to talk about him, she really didn’t want to say anything negative, but based on the interviewer’s response to her facial expressions and a mumbled confirmation, it seems that he is a huge douchebag who is totally into himself – their words, not mine.

      • Darla says:

Really? I would not have guessed that. Ham always seems so funny. Huh.

      • Jellybean says:

I wouldn’t necessarily believe things like that, but this woman and been speaking for a good half hour and was very open and direct. This was right at the end and the interviewer just said Hamm’s name because he was the one celeb that she would want to date. Once she got a reaction the interviewer just threw questions at her, but she really clammed up and changed the subject as quickly as she could.

      • Bee says:

I knew Jon Hamm in high school in St. Louis. He was nice then. A tiny bit full of himself but still nice.

  3. Traci says:

    Jlo. You in danger girl.

  4. Sunnydaze says:

Yes, the video is creepy, so effing gross. That said, what a weird video all around, the hair tossing and duck lips while a strangely paired song plays in the background? I don’t think I get tik tok.

    • Darla says:

      Yes she’s a disaster.

      • LaurenMichelle says:

This is a frighteningly creepy side of Ben..I feel badly for his kids. Ben is incapable of being decent, and continues to embarrass his family.

    • FYI says:

She comes off way creepier than him, imo. And that’s saying something. Those lips are ridiculous.

      • Esmom says:

Thank you for saying what my immediate thoughts were. Someone above said this was possibly an ad. That seems very plausible. Affleck seems like he’s acting in that video, lol.

      • It’sJustBlanche says:

I thought the same thing. As gross as what he did is, she’s worse. I can’t believe his taste in women is that bad.

      • Theo says:

Maybe he is paying her just to sabotage Jlo,s plans!! Imagine…..

      • BothSidesNow says:

Yes, thank you for saying that. Her lips and her moving around with the hair tossing, ew!! She is gross so they would be well suited for each other. I will now have nightmares of those lips…..

      • Shoop says:

I agree. He seems a bit desperate but she seems much more so, just in a different way.

    • SaySo says:

I can see how it is creepy, but I can also see how it could be a failed attempt at humor on his part. I mean look at the dating site that they are on and what she does for a living ( oversharing). Having said all that, they are both cringy AF.

    • Alissa says:

the song is part of a Tik Tok meme – you make some faces while the song plays, and then you attach a clip of something you did that’s embarrassing (usually videos of you as a kid or something).

she’s basically saying she’s embarrassed that she unmatched him thinking it wasn’t actually him and he called her out on it.

the whole thing’s meant to be funny.

      • Lionel says:

@Alissa: This was my take too. She says she didn’t think it was him, probably said something to that effect when she unmatched him.

    • LaurenS says:

      It’s a filter.

  5. Cecilia says:

He sounds like a serial killer/ stalker in a movie.

  6. Nikki* says:

This girl’s fake ginormous lips look like a cartoon to me. And he’s an actor: he can’t even position his selfie to look AT someone instead of down? Maybe these aren’t supposed to be my takeaways, but they are.

    • Lucy2 says:

Yeah she is bordering on cartoon there. It’s so weird to me, the way people are altering themselves to look not human.

  7. milliemollie says:

He’s pathetic. His showmance with Ana was pathetic, his new showmance with JLo is pathetic and this is pathetic and creepy.

    • cassandra says:

Perhaps one of the reasons the showmance with JLo was contrived was because he knew this was going to come to light? ::puts on tin foil hat::

Not at all shocked that he’s this kind of douchebag 🤷‍♀️

      • milliemollie says:

I don’t even wanna know how many women have received similar videos… Ew

  8. Lauren says:

Creepy, creepy behavior. If she was uninterested in one app, why do you have to follow her to another app and send her a video? Eww.

  9. BeyondTheFringe says:

I agree that he sounds inebriated in the video.

  10. Jayna says:

Ive seen several famous women celebs say they are either on or have been on Raya. Sharon Stone was on there recently. She talked about it.

  11. Nibbi says:

Gawd I actually wish I hadn’t watched that. I don’t like him at all and wonder why ppl are still trying to sell him as sort of a heartthrob, so I just expected to experience some light schadenfreude, maybe a little celebitchy frisson, if you will… but I’m cringing so hard right now, seriously gacked out. Ew, his desperation and ego. Gawd, the cliché-ness of her boobs and pout.

  12. KinChicago says:

He hit on a friend of mine in a dark movie theatre while movie previews were playing.
She said he was gross and creepy- wearing a ball cap and sunglasses in a dark movie theatre.
He was married then too… his poor ex wife!

My friend was watching a movie with her husband, very visibly pregnant, in her third trimester. She was wondering if he was high… he is a mess, an embarrassment and it is sad.

Everytime I see him in another relationship I think RUN, SAVE YOURSELF- RUN AWAY!

    • Cantaloupe says:

      Thanks for the gossip.

    • Chaine says:

Bahaha this story is hilarious! Maybe he is one of those guys with a pregnancy fetish?!

    • Alissa says:

hit on her how? like blatantly asked a heavily pregnant stranger out, or was mildly flirtatious? because he strikes me as the sort of dude who is flirtatious with every lady. really doubt be was trying to have sex with a woman in her third trimester, sloppy though he may be.

and I’m guessing he was dressed that way to avoid recognition?

    • Louisa says:

I knew someone who years ago told me she was standing next to him and Garner at a b’ball game and he put his hand on her ass and held it there. All while his wife was standing right next to him. He’s gross.

      • BnLurkN4eva says:

What did she do? Come on, you can’t just leave me hanging like that, (she said, like she’s the only one on CB). Tell, tell.

    • icequeen says:

How did he hit her up exactly?

      • Lena says:

He’s gross. He’s the type of guy (we all know someone-hope none of you married that someone) who has to constantly have his ego stroked by getting attention from women -any woman. Whether he’s married or in a serious relationship with someone he can’t or won’t turn it off.

    • February-Pisces says:

Gawd he sounds awful, he must of been high, or atleast I hope he was, cos if he’s acting like that sober he’s beyond help.

I just don’t understand why men have to hump every girl they can find. Is it so bad to find one woman who loves you and to be faithful?

      • Emily_C says:

Very few men do. Those men tend to get around. There are women who go after every man they find too. But most men are actually faithful, just as most women are. Hollywood, of course, is a different planet.

  13. Susan says:

Have we entered a new weird combined dimension of celebrity? I mean, ten years ago, were Instagram influencer types even in the same stratosphere as an A list Oscar winner? Yes Ben is a mess, but I can’t help but wonder: who ELSE is on raya and matching with duck lip wanna be models that we don’t know about?

    • ItReallyIsYouNotMe says:

Ooh this is a fun game. I guess Leo DiCaprio probably. Anyone care to guess?

      • Susan says:

Haha TOTALLY! And if you follow deux moi on IG…they have lots of comments on Leo’s um weirdness.

      • February-Pisces says:

I’ve heard for years that Leo was in the closet and I believe it cos he literally has no sexual chemistry with any woman.

  14. Janie says:

When will celebs learn not to make an online trail, send videos or texts especially to social influencers who thrive on attention or seek clout? I don’t agree with her violating his privacy or sharing it but still at his age he should know better. Didn’t he learn from Brad Pitts faux pas with that insta model? He may have thought she thought it wasn’t really his profile on Raya or his ego was hurt either way cringe on the video send. Raya will definitely be hearing from his publicist or bloke her from their platform for exposing him. I still think all celebrities shouldn’t complain if they put material out there though because the sad and shows how much privacy they don’t have.

    • Darla says:

She says right in the video (well, in the text) that she unmatched him because she didn’t believe it was really him. HOw did he know that’s why she unmatched? Either she gave that as the reason ( I obviously don’t know the format so don’t know), or…he’s aware enough to know no insta model who is on Raya is going to unmatch with an A lister.

I’m curious myself about other A listers on there pulling this. From what I read on Instagram, the well known B listers straight up slide into DM’s, so I don’t know. This whole Instagram influencer/model thing is a total mystery to me. I’m so old!

    • LaurenS says:

He went on Good Morning America in 2020 and claimed that he wasn’t on Raya or any other dating apps. The Cut even did an article about it, saying that the profile for him on Raya wasn’t real. This girl prob saw or heard that and figured his was a fake account.

      • icequeen says:

That video is from 2019. He closed his account in 2019. Don’t ask me how I know this but Ben Affleck is not currently on the Raya app and hasn’t been there for a while. He doesn’t even look like that now. He’s lost a lot of weight since. Google pictures of him recently. So, no he wasn’t lying in that show because he had already left the app by that time. This girl literally dragged an almost two-year video, exposing a man’s right to privacy just for clout.

      • LaurenS says:

Wrong. That video is from February 21, 2020. That is on the GMA website. He is a pathological liar, just like he lied about his “fake for a movie” back tattoo and that he has ancestors who owned slaves. And no, I don’t believe you that he ever closed his account. PS. There is no expectation of privacy when you send videos or pics to a stranger on the internet.

      • icequeen says:

@LaurenS I meant the video that the girl posted is from 2019, the one he sent her. Not the GMA video. If you don’t believe it, fine. But it’s the truth. He closed the account sometime in 2019 after only being there for a short time. Raya is an exclusive dating app. People have to go through a rigorous process to become a part of it and only celebrities and people who are influential in some way are granted access. And the whole point for that is to grant them privacy. You are expelled from that app if you out people in there like this girl just did. So, it’s not the internet. It’s literally the opposite. Many Hollywood celebrities are or have been in Raya, and there’s nothing wrong with that. Grown people are allowed to date online. And it’s literally no one’s business to ask him about his back tattoo or the dating apps he’s in so even if he chose to lie about it, good for him. He didn’t post insta pics of his back tattoo until paps got pics of it and he didn’t go out and say he was on Raya before people who have nothing better to do, started talking about it to the media. Who does the media and people think they are that they have the right to know about everything a celebrity does in his personal life? It’s totally inappropriate and he doesn’t owe anyone anything. As for the slave owners in his family, he didn’t lie about. He had people ask the producers of documentary to not share that specific finding and they consented. If he didn’t want to disclose personal info about his family’s past, it was his pejorative.

      • Darla says:

She chose to release this video two years later, right after the Bennifer news broke? That’s really something. And no one is going to hear that, they don’t want to. They are already on a different post about this, claiming he couldn’t go a week without a Raya scandal. People don’t care, they have their narrative and by god they will stick to it. But this is the price of celebrity, so…

      • LaurenS says:

It’s actually NOT okay to be caught repeatedly lying about things. Your moral compass needs to be readjusted, Ben. Stop writing essays on here and get some therapy for your many problems.

  15. Grey says:

If I was a celebrity on this app and someone was sharing my replies or messages publicly, I’d be mad though!! Just my two cents.

  16. smee says:

“It’s me” like he’s Santa or something

  17. whateveryousay says:

Ehhh. If this was an AITA post I would be ESH on both of them. Her doing that totally violates their TOS and it seems really dumb to me. Most of twitter world was not on her side about this at all.

Also Ben have some sense. Sometimes women won’t be attracted to you. Good grief he stays messy. That’s about it.

  18. MyJobIsToPrincess says:

I have a feeling Jlo will not be commenting on Benaffleck anymore lol
This is not a good video and feels very entitled. “how could anybody reeeaaally unmatch me.” These celebrities, my god, they think the world of themselves. lol

    • FancyPants says:

It isn’t just celebrities, though. Way back when I first started using sites like Match.com (circa 2008), I didn’t know to turn off the function where it tells somebody you read their message. I might read a message from somebody and think “ okay I’ll think of a good reply to this later” or I might be at work and not have time to reply right away. Then when I’d go back a few hours later I’d have a bunch of “Bi+c# you think you’re too good for me??? You just gonna ignore me?” It was quite frightening.

  19. Lucy2 says:

JLo is probably kicking herself right now wondering why every man she is attached to is such a colossal screwup.
I kind of think it was gross of this person to share this video, but not as gross as him sending this to someone who unmatched him. He is such a mess of a person.

I’ve heard a few celebrities talk about Raya and it sounds pretty lame. Mostly D list people, and shall we say, not terribly diverse.

  20. Lowrider says:

Does Ben have a financial interest in Raya? I thought raya was a private dating app? How come Bens business is everywhere?

He is so messy, a real complex character.

  21. chimes@midnight says:

So if I’m understanding this right, if you are a dude and want to join Raya, you must have a significant amount of money or fame (preferably both), X amount of stories must have appeared in InTouch Weekly about you, and you must have attended at least one Oscars after party. If you are a woman, you just have to be hot and have an Instagram to prove it?

  22. LaurenS says:

He publicly denied being on Raya (or any other dating app) too. It was during an interview. Just like that time when he lied about his tattoo being fake for a movie. He’s pathological.

  23. Midge says:

I don’t like this at all. Is it that hard to believe that he was just trying to date and a lot of women don’t believe it’s him so he reached out to prove it? The jerk here is the woman who posted his private message.

    • LaurenS says:

The girl is probably decades younger than him. Maybe his old, fat pathetic self should stop creeping on young women and sending them videos.

  24. tempest prognosticator says:

He’s kind of pathetic. He gets more and more embarrassing as the years go by.

  25. Serena says:

Lord, why is he so gross and creepy..
    “it’s me”… EXACTLY because it’s you!

    • icequeen says:

She literally said she unmatched him because she didn’t think it was him and regretted it afterwards. He suspected that and was right. He must get that all the time in these apps where people don’t believe who he is and wanted to take a chance to clarify it. What makes that gross? You’re judging him from your perspective, not his.

      • likethedirection says:

Yeah I don’t get all the hate for Affleck here. He’s done many creepy things in the past, but in this case it seems pretty likely that he knew or had good reason to guess the reason she unmatched him! (That said I *will* judge him for pursuing a human Bratz doll less than half his age.)

      • Size Does Matter says:

I agree. She thought it was fake so he sent the video to prove it wasn’t fake. She looks like his type – remember how he chose Emily Rata-whatever for Gone Girl?

  26. icequeen says:

From E News: ‘Jay has since insisted she didn’t mean to poke fun at Affleck with the video.’

“I’m seeing a lot of comments calling him a creep and l don’t think that’s fair. l wasn’t making fun of him in the video,” she told E! News. “l was making fun of myself for thinking he was a catfish and it was just supposed to be funny.”

I don’t understand which part of his behavior is creepy. There’s a lot of celebrity impersonators in social media and dating apps and he thought maybe she didn’t believe it was him, which he was right about because she herself stated that’s the reason why she unmatched him and regretted it afterwards. It doesn’t mean that he thought it would be the only reason why a woman unmatched with him, because she didn’t recognize him, but maybe it happened so many times that he was sick and tired of it and wanted to clear his doubt. He literally just confirmed that it was him in a sorta funny classic Ben way with his deadpan humor if you’ve ever watched videos where he’s trying to be funny. She didn’t say he harassed her or send him inappropriate stuff or insisted after that. Also, this interpretation that he said it as in ‘I can’t believe you unmatched me because I’m Ben Affleck’ is just that, an interpretation. And we don’t have the context of their potential conversations prior to this. She didn’t say he initiated the conversation in her in the DMs or anywhere else. Maybe she asked him to confirm it was him? Either way, she’s very in the wrong for doing this. Just trying to get some clout. And I don’t see how he’s in the wrong for it.

    • Jennifer says:

This twit was looking for her 15 minutes. She didn’t care how he was “seen”. They are both gross.

      • icequeen says:

WHY is he gross though? For trying to date someone on a dating app? That’s the whole purpose of people being in a dating app and he’s a free man. Just because he’s a celebrity and runs the risk of having people be so rude and cruel about it? You have the gift of anonymity. You can come on this site and others and interact with people as you please and people don’t judge your choices because they don’t know who you are. Why isn’t this man allowed to have it too?

      • Darla says:

That’s true Icequeen. An interesting perspective. I did notice and mentioned that everyone is completely ignoring the part where she outright states in she unmatched because she did not believe it was really Ben. But this is the kind of thing that is going to happen on the internet, so…I don’t know, Ben needs to be more careful. You’re right though.

    • Alissa says:

I agree. honestly the comments here are gross and rude over something that was supposed to be funny. I don’t see what the problem was at all either, and certainly nothing to warrant him being called creepy, fat, old, and gross, and speculating that he wasn’t sober.

the comments say more about the people commenting than they do about Affleck.

      • MariettaJones says:

        Exactly… well said!

      • Midge says:

People on the site definitely pick favorites and also pick celebs to vilify. If you go against the grain, they attack. I love Duchess Meghan but I don’t think she walks on water. I don’t like Ben Affleck, but my opinion is that he was just trying to get her to believe it was him. I’m sure many of his matches don’t believe it. It’s gross that she posted his private message to get her 15 minutes. People love things to be black and white. Dare to argue a gray area and the vitriol flows.

  27. Carolnr says:

    Sorry!
I just don’t even see the appeal of her.
Guess Ben can’t be alone for one second!

  28. LaurenS says:

I’m certain of a few things: 1) he’s pathetic and stupid, 2) there are probably dozens of videos like this from him in girls’ DMs that we won’t hear about, and 3) he’s probably going to be blackmailed with some d*ck pics at some point (if he hasn’t already) because you know that he’s dumb enough to send them. It’s so funny when these dumb old guys try to chat up the young things online and get called out. Is Bill Gates next?

  29. Jainey says:

Ha. I think he isnjust trying to be funny because she said she thought it was fake.

  30. nicegirl says:

    It’s me omg weirdo

  31. Jules says:

Ben is the gossip gift that keeps giving. I thought the photos of the lifesize cardboard cutout of Ana in the trash was his peak messiness, but he just keeps going. I always think of his kids and how embarrassed they must be, can you imagine being a teenager and having your friends see this crap online?

  32. Suzanne Booth says:

He looks a lot younger in this video, I think it was a scam.

  33. Leslie Irizarry-Moore says:

This feels like a joke but hopefully the Bennifer stories will stop, I just can’t with them!

  34. Janie says:

I still don’t think she should’ve shared it whether she thought she was being catfished or not. She still did it for attention. He definitely won’t be answering her DM’s after this or send out videos. JLO should know better than to go back what makes her think him or any man will change for her they have to change for themselves. He’s just way too much. She should try dating a non-celebrity but mostly take a break from men as Ben needs to take a break from women and work on himself and whatever direction he wants to take in life. Brad Pitt Insta Remix lol

  35. Amelie says:

Is this why I kept seeing tweets about Ben Affleck yesterday? I assumed it had something to do with J. Lo lol. The instamodel girl might have thought she was being funny sharing the video but it only makes Ben look creepy since it is clear she is several decades younger than him.

  36. Mabs A'Mabbin says:

    Ew, skeevy bucket of turds.

  37. KinChicago says:

I don’t know what his motivation was, what his fetishes might be (and frankly- don’t care)
According to my then heavily pregnant friend he was sleazy and gross. So no, he wasn’t cute or flirty. He was hitting on her, in a dark movie wearing a ball cap and sunglasses during movie previews… while she was with her husband.
    And yes, He was married.
    Gross.
    The messiest, not cute ever.

I am not surprised he is still gross. UnMatch and save yourself!

I find it really interesting that your friend explained in such details everything surrounding the situation, the place, what she was wearing, what he was wearing, how many months she was pregnant, who she was with… etc but no details at all on how he actually hit her, what he said etc. You’d think that was the important part of the story.

I also find it interesting that almost every person who has personally known or met Ben usually has a positive impression on him, especially him being nice and generous. But almost everyone who has something negative to say about him has heard it from a friend or a friend of a friend or someone they knew once.

  38. Meghan says:

Ugh creeper. A couple of weeks ago a guy went OFF on me and told me I was a “time waster” because I wasn’t responding fast enough/how he liked. I was at work. And I’m a single mom so thanks for showing your true colors dude!

Another has messaged me a couple of times and I responded politely but he keeps messaging me and yesterday he found me on Facebook and then sent a message through the dating app 5 mins later. Congrats you just disqualified yourself.

I make it very clear in my profile that I’m looking for friends/people to talk to. And I’m a working single mom so you need to have some patience with me.

  39. Sunshine says:

Can’t wait for horror “it’s me” GIFS

  40. Regina Falangie says:

Just ew. Argue all you want. It’s ew.

    • LaurenS says:

Ben, his PR, and his two devoted stans are ALL over this post, trying and failing to argue on his behalf. It’s super weird and obsessive. She dared to ignore him on the app, he *followed her to Instagram* and then DMed her a video of himself. What did he think would happen? He’s such an aging dumbass, he deserves this humiliation.

  41. February-Pisces says:

Ben scores 100 on the creep-o-meter. What is it with good looking Hollywood men thinking they can just creep the f*ck out of women. Not just Hollywood men, but men in general.

I’ve been thinking a lot about sexual objectification, because I have experienced such objectification online recently, and it just infuriates me how some men think that women are just pieces of meat to hump then toss away. I would never let a guy treat me like that, I don’t care if they are a celebrity, cos what’s the point, he’s never gonna treat you with respect. My bottom line is if the guy doesn’t want to be your boyfriend or doesn’t value you as a person, then he’s not getting the goodies.

And as for Ben, i really hope no woman ever marries him again, cos he’s a garbage man who clearly doesn’t know how to respect women. Seriously why are white men in hollywood allowed to be so messy and still have their careers intact? This would never happen to a woman.

  42. Winnie Cooper’s Mom says:

He’s like the PG version of Charlie Sheen. It’s like “wow.. what’s he going to do next?”

  43. CC2 says:

I don’t care for him but the video was funny. I would make a similar video if I was famous and someone thought I was fake.

  44. Amando says:

Honestly…that’s just sad that he’s even on a dating app. Online dating apps are the worst. Either people are desperate or needy or you can see right away why they are single.

    • Jayna says:

My brother married his wife, a schoolteacher, off a dating website. They’ve been married a long time now, children and everything. They were hardly desperate or needy. She was in her early 30s, divorced, with little ones, and not about to hang out at bars to meet guys with her limited free time when her ex had visitation. My brother was in his mid 30s, wanted to meet someone nice, and had zero desire to go to bars. He fell hard for her and always said he married up.

And for the younger generation it’s the norm. My very pretty niece going to college full-time and working part-time would use the dating app at times. She went out with a few 20-something guys on dates. Fine, nothing serious. Then she met her future husband off of it. He’s an amazing and good-looking guy and he has said he can’t believe he got anyone as pretty as my niece. It ended up they had mutual friends. She’s now graduated from college and an elementary school teacher in the public school system, and he has his degree and is doing great professionally now. They are engaged to be married.

  45. TeeMajor says:

I don’t think its an ad on the low, I think its Ben in his glory trying to gift the girl HIM. AS if…its me, LOL!

OK, and it still stands, LOL!!

  46. Carolnr says:

The fact that Ben matched up in the first place with this girl speaks volumes! If you take off all her make-up & deflate her lips, she looks like she is 17-18 yes. old!
One of our friend’s friends recently started seeing a girl like 20 yrs. younger than him! They look so dumb together! When it came us all having conversation, she had nothing to contribute ( she could not relate) But we all know that relationship is only based on one thing, which is why eventually it won’t last!

  47. papier mache says:

Dating apps don’t match you with people, people match themselves— she swiped right on him and then unmatched figuring it was fake. So the way you’ve written about the whole thing is pretty unfair, based largely on your misconceptions

  48. Andrea says:

Paige and Hannah on Summer House have openly mentioned using Raya, so it is reality stars on it too.

  49. Andrea says:

Didn’t Gwyneth Paltrow say Ben would be happiest with a 6 pack of beer dating a stripper or something similar? I can’t stand her, but I feel like she described him to a tee.

  50. Bee says:

Doesn’t his brother Casey do the same stuff?
