Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are in the Hamptons! They are presumably spending some downtime at Jennifer’s Hamptons estate, which saw a flurry of activity last week, as Page Six noted. Ben and Jennifer were photographed taking an evening stroll around the neighborhood on Saturday. Can I just say? She’s already started grooming and styling him. He got a recent haircut, his beard is freshly trimmed, his skin looks fresher (like he just had a facial) and she’s got him nice khakis and an expensive-looking cream pullover. I wonder if she had a concept board for how he should be styled in the Hamptons and how they would coordinate in soft creams and pale browns.
Incidentally, no one knows who those other people are. I would assume they’re Jennifer’s neighbors, perhaps on a walk that evening as well. They seem to chat with one another, probably about the paparazzi gathered down the street. Personally, I don’t think J.Lo and Ben look all lovey-dovey. I think they look mad about the paps. Update: Apparently, the other people are Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and her husband. Elaine is J.Lo’s producing partner.
The trip to the Hamptons wasn’t the only Bennifer activity in recent days. Before Ben and Jen jetted off from LA, they took their kids to the Universal Studios Hollywood theme park. There was some debate about which kids were around – from what I could see, it looked like Max and Emme Anthony were there and so was Samuel Affleck. I bet Jennifer Garner is sh-tting bricks.

I don’t always smile when I am taking a walk. Also they could be talking about something serious. Someone could be sick, their kids could be in trouble, who knows. They are human after all.

Yeah, Elaine’s mom just passed and that’s why JLo had flown back to LA after the hung out in Miami a couple weeks ago, to be with Elaine as they’re quite close.

Ben looks exhausted. Keeping up with J- Lo would be challenging. Perhaps Ben is wishing he was at a casino with J-Lo’s mum, instead of being chased around by the paps.
He looks plaintive, like it’s a silent cry for help. He’s trapped in the beige palace and longing for a cigarette and some Dunkin.
I forgot about the Dunkin’ routine! Ben looks worn out and probably wants to chill, but now he’s on the J-Lo train and can never relax.
I believe he loves J-Lo, but this whirlwind pace of life looks like it’s killing him.
According to People, the other couple are JLo’s best friend and producing partner Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and her husband.

I don’t know, it seems she is hiding into his chest and Ben is growling, probably at paps; before that I see a look on Ben’s face I read as finally I am free to be me and be with Jennifer (I always believed he was forced to break off with Lopez by his mother & Damon and his previous marriage was stable but loveless and quite honestly I believe not his choice)

Boy, Ben towers over everyone. I don’t think I realized how tall he is. So they’re in the Hamptons, the whole SNL crew has been in Montauk a lot, including Scarjo. And not even at Scarpetta’s where you expect to see celebrities, but at the Crow’s nest. I don’t know if Shookus has been with them though.

Agree! Many big celebrities have shown that they can fly under the radar when they want to. These two are being documented at every step because they want to be.
Honestly, I don’t think this whole roll out is a good look for either one of them. One good point is that with Lopez’s constant entourage Ben can’t get into much trouble. That might prove too much for him as time goes on. I’ve always thought of him as a loner..

I for one am very much enjoying this season of this show. Yes it’s a bit repetitive in the writing but given all the stress of the pandemic I’m enjoying watching known and familiar shows/characters more than totally new stuff.
They both look stressed, and in the top pic especially, Ben looks super weary. If it was about the paps dogging their every step, I feel sorry for them.
And yes, I am aware celebrities call the paps all the time but from their pinched expressions, I just can’t imagine they’d call them to document this stroll if they weren’t prepared to put on their best PR faces.
Weary is right. They flit around the country the way I flit to the grocery store across the street. Start in Miami, then Disney in Cali; next day, Hamptons. Honestly, they may have just been trying to stay awake to adjust to their latest time zone.

I thought Samuel looked like he was having fun. I found one photo sweet, where on the rollercoaster father and son were looking at each other smiling and Ben had his arm reached over around him. Emme was between them.

It’s warm and very humid in the Hamptons right now — no wonder Jennifer’s hair looks frizzy — my hair looks like a dandelion gone to seed in humid, windy weather.
