Rudy Giuliani is ‘more than willing to go to jail if they want to put me in jail’

Curtis Sliwa Mayor Campaign

Rudy Giuliani is gassed out. The Angry Farter stands alone. He is broke and trying to raise money privately for his criminal defense, having been cut loose by Donald Trump and the Trump criminal organization. Rudy is probably ready to sing like a canary, as they say in mob movies (which is appropriate). But for now, Giuliani sees his current crisis as a test of loyalty and a test of his faith. Lolz.

Rudy Giuliani told NBC New York that he is “more than willing to go to jail,” but if he does, those who put him there will “suffer the consequences in heaven.”

Donald Trump’s former attorney has been the subject of a lengthy federal investigation into his dealings as an “unregistered lobbyist for Ukrainian” before the 2020 presidential election, an investigation that the former New York City major calls unlawful and politically motivated. In a new interview with NBC News 4’s Melissa Russo, Giuliani maintained his innocence, saying if you think he committed a crime, “you’re probably really stupid.”

“I committed no crime, and if you think I committed a crime, you’re probably really stupid, because you don’t know who I am,” Giuliani said. “Is the guy who put the mafia in jail, terrorists in jail, Ed Koch’s commissioners in jail, and the worst people on Wall Street — I’m not going to file (a form)? I mean, that’s just crazy.”

Federal investigators searched Giuliani’s office and Upper East Side apartment in April, seizing his electronic devices. In June, CNN released audio of a 2019 phone conversation in which he “relentlessly pressured and coaxed the Ukrainian government in 2019 to investigate baseless conspiracies about then-candidate Joe Biden.”

Although frustrated by the FBI probe, Giuliani said he’s “more than willing to go to jail if they want to put me in jail” even if he is not guilty. He added, “And if they do, they’re going to suffer the consequences in heaven.” Why would he plead guilty if he wasn’t? “Because they lie, they cheat,” he replied.

[From The Wrap]

“I’m more than willing to go to jail,” says the man who is absolutely going to jail because it’s not a matter of will. It’s not like “I’m more than willing to not eat a cookie after dinner.” Rudy Giuliani’s broke, angry-farting ass is going to prison. Whether or not he’s “willing” to go to prison isn’t a factor.

As for Rudy’s broke ass, Maggie Haberman had an update on his financial situation. This actually isn’t news – this has been the holding pattern for months. Trump has cut off Rudy and Trump also refused to pay Rudy for the national Angry Fart Tour last fall and winter.

Rudy has been watching too much General Hospital now that he’s got more free time. He playing like he’s Shawn going to prison to prove his loyalty to Sonny. BUT…Sonny would pay the legal bills. Anyway, as the saying goes, I have my daytime shows for this drama. The players actually look human and the thought of them having sex doesn’t make you want to become a nun.

    • Chaine says:

How dare you compare Sonny to Donald Trump!

      • Darla says:

LOL I mentioned that Sonny would pay the attorney fees! I am certain he paid Shawn’s.

      • fluffy_bunny says:

Did Diane represent Shawn when he plead guilty for a crime he didn’t commit? After serving all that time Carly asked him if he wanted back in to the game.

      • Darla says:

I was thinking of Diane! I think she did represent him, and you know Sonny paid all the legal bills. LOL I didn’t know there were so many GH fans here! I used to call it my guilty pleasure but I stopped feeling guilty about it sometime ago.

  2. Sigmund says:

Huh. Man, it’s so interesting and bizarre how these type of people attract each other. Giuliani seems more unstable every time he talks, exactly like Trump.

    • Miranda says:

Lap dogs always start to resemble their owners, don’t they?

      • Sankay says:

How these people have no shame in standing up for the Orange fascist is beyond me. I could understand with someone with great knowledge, wit, and charm but this guy. Never would I risk going to jail and losing everything for such an ass.

  3. Shanaynay says:

You get what you play for, Rudy.
Whatever sentence he gets will amount to a lifetime sentence.

  8. Steph says:

What is running down his face? Hair dye?

  9. MsIam says:

I’m surprised MyPillow isn’t helping Rudy Tootie out. But then again, Pillow is being sued. And Trump is probably saving all his money for his own legal fees. They are all circling the drain and it couldn’t happen to a nicer bunch.

  10. Golly Gee says:

Why wait for an invitation? Just go.

  11. ClaireB says:

Yes, Rudy, we do want to put you in jail. On account of those little crimes you committed.

  12. FancyPants says:

If they’re going to “suffer the consequences in heaven,” and heaven is where people think you go for doing good things… sorry, I already lost wherever I was going with that.

  13. Lucy says:

Trump aides “think Giuliani took actions a lawyer should have known were problematic, even if the client wanted it.”
At least he’s ready to go to jail.

  14. Lizzie says:

Almost as if another lawyer for trump named Michael Cohen didn’t predict this ending.

  15. SurvivalIsTheGame says:

They do! Not only do they want to see you in Jail rudy colludy, they expect it! fooliani is the biggest disgrace to NYC besides one term-never won the popular vote bunker baby.

  16. Poisonella says:

Rudy 9/11 Giuliani is a pathetic drunk. I hope he does do some time. He was a huge part of the “stop the steal” campaign to include the Jan. 6 insurrection. He was a New Yorker- he knew what Trump was about- yet he chose his path. He could have remained revered as “America’s Mayor” but chose to squander in on a loser like Trump.

  17. J ferber says:

Yes, Rudy, they want you to go to jail. And so do I.

  18. You Know Me says:

Bye, Trick. He’ll be safer in prison than on the streets with the tRump Cult on the loose
