Big Sean is known for being big in many areas in life. Despite his moniker he’s allegedly 5’8″. Big Sean is more small in size (height) big in surprise. Until now. Big Sean posted on his Instagram stories recently that he has grown two inches. How you may ask? Supposedly, Big Sean has been going to a chiropractor twice a week for a year. Big Sean believes that his consistent spinal adjustments have made him grow two inches. According to chiropractors quoted by Page Six, going to the chiropractor does not make you grow. However getting spinal alignments improves your posture which gives an illusion of an increase in height. Below are a few more details:
“How da f–k I grow 2 inches?” Sean, 33, wrote over a video of him looking taller than his pal Ronnie, whom Sean said was 5-foot-10. “Chiropractor for a year straight twice a week, that’s how. Straight spine that’s how.”
“N—-s try to hate on me like I’m five-six,” he added in the clip. “No, for real, I probably grew like a couple of inches.”
According to experts at The Body of Beverly Hills Wellness center, chiropractors can’t “actually make you a few inches taller,” but that patients “can notice a change in your height after a few sessions.”
“The secret lies in the spinal adjustment and posture changes that occur with chiropractic care,” according to The Body of Beverly Hills Wellness center.
I am cracking up laughing at this story because no one is checking Lil Sean’s height at all. The dude is quite attractive and seems to have the ladies on lock so why is he so concerned with his height? I am sure being a man who is on the shorter end messes with your head but Sean swims in a different pool of eligible women because of his career. And don’t get me started on his need to stand next to someone to compare his height. Some of the comments were cruel but others were hella funny. Somebody said that Sean seems taller because of his Afro and shoes. I cackled. As someone who has consistently been going to the chiropractor for the last year, it does feel like I have grown a couple of inches. Even my mom noticed when I sat in her car. I just assumed the height differential was because my spine was straighter and my posture was better. According to the experts, my assumption is correct. Anyways, I hope Big Sean will eventually be ok with the fact that he didn’t win the height lottery. He will always be a pocket-sized snack.
As someone who is 5’0 with a spouse who is 5’6, I might have to start going to the chiropractor!
When I used to do pilates I looked taller, similar to this, I assumed it was posture.
But also, I don’t fully agree with the comments about how many women are interested in him – I’m not disagreeing that women are interested in him, just with the idea that if women are interested in him then that eliminate any concerns he has about his height. While I’m not saying that he needs to be concerned with his height, but his self-worth also shouldn’t come from how many women are interested in him.
Anyway, good for him if he feels like he’s looking good and standing tall.
I have to 100% agree with you on the Pilates part. I did Pilates on a reformer and I noticed I seemed taller as did my friends and family. I need to get back to Pilates!

I was scrunched up in a car accident and “lost” a few inches.
One of the treatments was a stretch rack, like one of those torture devices. It hurt like hell!
So it did help me restore my height.
I hope he is happy with his treatment and self.
It’s for sure just better posture and alignment and all. But if he feels better, good for him.
