Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson were in Washington DC over the weekend to watch Jon Stewart receive the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor. From what I could see, Kim and Pete didn’t walk the carpet and they were only photographed in their seats. They weren’t making some big parade about it, is my point. Well, reportedly Kim and Pete are going back to DC this coming weekend, where they will attend the White House Correspondents dinner.
Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson will be back in Washington, DC, this weekend for the 2022 White House Correspondents’ dinner, Page Six can reveal. Fresh from watching Jon Stewart accept the award for lifetime achievement in humor at the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor show Sunday night, the lovebirds will be back in the nation’s capital to see dinner host Noah roast President Biden.
Kardashian, 41, and Davidson, 28, will be sitting at Disney/ABC’s table, as the Kardashians’ new reality show is on Hulu (which is owned by Disney).
“I don’t think they should feel that they’re safe,” one source said. “Trevor could definitely turn his attention to Kim and Pete.”
It’s the first time the dinner will be held in two years, as it was postponed due to the pandemic. It will also be the first time that the sitting president has attended the Correspondents’ dinner in five years, since Donald Trump refused to go throughout his time in office. President Biden and the First Lady Jill Biden will be attending this year’s gala at the Washington Hilton Hotel.
Kardashian last attended the dinner back in 2012 where she was the butt of jokes from host Jimmy Kimmel and then-President Barack Obama.
I totally forgot that Kim has already been to a correspondents’ dinner before! I blanked on that. But yes, the Obama years were good years for the WH Correspondents’ dinner. Obama always attended and he always had some great speeches and hilarious jokes for the dinner. When Biden was vice president, he often got in the act too – he did that famous bit with Julia Louis-Dreyfus when she was the star of Veep. Biden is always game for this kind of thing, but I doubt his speech will be all that funny. Too much is going on right now, he’ll probably keep it brief and allow Trevor Noah to tell all the jokes. As for Kim and Pete… as Page Six notes, it’s not like they’re guests of President Biden. ABC bought a table and they gave tickets to Kim and Pete.

The Kardashians don’t believe in over-exposure do thay lol? If we are gonna talk about them, I’d much rather hear about their trial. Kim and Pete are boring. She’s going to be raging with jealousy once Kourtney gets all the attention back. I hear Kourtney is getting married very soon. So I’m guessing Kim will put out fake rumours that either Pete proposed to her or they broke up. It has to be about her at all times.
Kourtney will never steal Kim’s spotlight! People are just way more interested in Kim, for better or worse. I wasn’t always a fan of the Kardashians, but I started watching the show because they talk about home renos & organization, party planning, health and beauty stuff. I don’t have their kind of money and access so, for me, it’s basically a source of what really rich people are doing. Even if I only like 15% of it, it’s still a win in my books.
They have lasted longer than I would have expected.
That’s probably because they rarely see each other, which is the type of relationship Kim seems to like. She didn’t even want her second husband Kris living with her !

Just like Kayne got her access to the fashion world, she’ll parlay this relationship to gain acceptance into the mainstream entertainment industry. I know it’s not her first time but she’ll be less the butt of jokes and more the +1 of a successful comedian. She is playing coy but you she’s loving it.

Kim is strategic with her dating life. Reggie Bush brought her into the football gf club. He was a huge star for a while. I remember their on field kiss when he won the Super Bowl. I think Kris Humphries was a miss because he wasn’t that famous for her. Kanye was in a stratosphere of his own. Pete is a hot comedian on the uptake with lots of access.
I think Kim wants to be respected and finds partners with access who can help her achieve that.
