The rumors around Glen Powell and Sydney Sweeney get louder every day. They’re currently filming a romantic comedy in Australia, and the paparazzi photos have shown that Glen and Sydney have a lot of chemistry, and they seem very flirty and fun together, even when the production cameras are turned off. The problem? Um, both Sydney and Glen are technically with other people. Sydney has a whole-ass fiance, Jonathan Davino, although it doesn’t seem like he’s visited her in Australia whatsoever. Meanwhile, Glen has been dating Gigi Paris since 2019/2020, and she did make the effort to visit him in Australia, only to leave after a few weeks. Not only that, but after all of the “cheating” rumors, Gigi Paris has now unfollowed Sydney on Instagram.
Could this be the end of GP squared? Rumors that Glen Powell and Gigi Paris have called it quits are running wild after the model recently unfollowed the actor’s co-star Sydney Sweeney on Instagram.
Powell, 34, and Sweeney, 25, are starring together in an upcoming rom com directed by Will Gluck. The two have been filming the untitled project in Australia – with Sweeney sharing several snaps of their off-camera adventures via social media.
Paris – who has been dating Powell since 2020 – initially showed her support for the “Euphoria” star when casting news was announced earlier this year. However, popular gossip account DeuxMoi has speculated that Paris’ relationship with Powell has been on the rocks in the months since filming with Sweeney began.
Paris traveled to the Sydney film set to be with Powell in late March but returned to the US less than two weeks later.
Reps for Paris and Powell did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment. The pair were first linked in 2020 when they were spotted vacationing together in Mexico. They confirmed their romance in 2021 and Paris was by Powell’s side throughout his press tour for “Top Gun: Maverick” last summer. Meanwhile, Sweeney has been engaged to restaurateur Jonathan Davino since February 2022. It’s unclear whether he traveled Down Under to visit his fiancée on set.
I feel bad for Gigi Paris, honestly. She just got Aniston’d – unceremoniously jettisoned when her partner suddenly finds himself entangled with a costar. I don’t blame her for unfollowing Sydney, nor do I blame her for having too much self-respect to stay in Australia and watch as her boyfriend falls for his costar. It sucks. I’m also super-curious about Sydney’s engagement – that might be the bigger tell, if Sydney suddenly breaks off her engagement or updates us on that situation.

Even if it’s a PR stunt, being labelled a home-wrecker could derail her career before it even began. He’s a man so it won’t affect him, but this will unfortunately follow her.
Yeah, if this is just PR for the movie, they’re taking it way too far. I really liked him after his movie Set It Up, and definitely would have seen this, but now I don’t want to. This is overboard, whether it’s real or not. They’re not A List actors enough to get away with this messy implication. People are talking about how untrustworthy Sydney is already. Meh, all for a mediocre romcom?

There are some photos of him w/ his costar on twitter that illustrate his, um, interest in her.
A month or so ago I remembered seeing photos of Glen and Sydney on location in Australia doing a kissing scene and she had a little bit of a wardrobe malfunction as the wind was blowing her dress. Even back then their on-screen chemistry was already obvious. I’m still 1/2 1/2 if it’s real. Seems like they already started to do promos of this film for a while. She also visited a rugby team locker room with shirtless men a few months ago as well.
Sydney has said before that she’ll never date anyone in the entertainment industry just so she can keep her normal life. Lol.. let’s see if her words will still hold true.
