Vanessa Hudgens and former Colorado Rockies shortstop Cole Tucker announced their engagement back in February. They have one of the more fun meet cute stories out there, as they met through a Zoom meditation group during the Covid lockdowns in 2020. She then made the first move by sliding into his DMs. I kinda freaking love that. You never know when Cupid’s arrow will strike. I wonder if Vanessa’s next romcom will feature a similar storyline. They could call it Zoom Into Love or something. Yeah, not my best. I’ll workshop it.
This past weekend, Vanessa and Cole tied the knot in Tulum, Mexico. Although no official statement or pictures have been released, a screen cap of an Instagram post of Hudgens and her manager, Evan L. Hainey, spread through social media. Hainey’s account is set to private, but he captioned the post, “Congratulations @vanessahudgens & @cotuck on your beautiful wedding this weekend! Love to see you both so happy!”

The 34-year-old actress and the 27-year-old professional baseball player tied the knot over the weekend in Tulum, Mexico, sources confirm to JustJared.com. The ceremony took place just less than 10 months after getting engaged.
In a photo circulating on social media, Vanessa could be seen wearing a white dress on the beach in Tulum, seemingly from one of the wedding weekend events.
Cole‘s brother Carson also shared a series of photos from the Mexican city, including a pic with Vanessa‘s mom Gina.
Vanessa‘s High School Musical co-star Monique Coleman was also in attendance, and shared a video on Sunday (December 3), with the caption, “Last morning in paradise 😭”
Congratulations to Vanessa and Cole! As of right now, there’s only that one picture floating around that shows Vanessa’s dress. We don’t know if it was from the ceremony or something she changed into for a reception on the beach. Thoughts on the dress? I like it. The New York Post identified it as Galia Lahav’s Dean gown. It’s pretty much exactly what I’d expect Vanessa to wear. Her boob tape is working hard, though. I can’t tell if she altered it or if it’s just billowing to the side from the wind, but it doesn’t look as full in that picture as it does on Galia Lahav’s website. Either way, I think it’s a really pretty gown. I can’t wait for whatever outlet has the official pictures to release them.

The main thing I remember about being in Tulum (early 80s) was the mosquitos. I was swarmed by hundreds of them and had no repellent with me, I wonder if that is still a problem there?
