Suki Waterhouse appears to be wearing an engagement ring from Rob Pattinson

A month ago, we learned that Suki Waterhhouse and Robert Pattinson are expecting their first child. They’ve been together for years, and they actually seemed pretty settled-down and normal as a couple. I wondered if they had any plans to make anything official after all of these years, but no announcements have been made. But! Rob and Suki were pap’d in London on Monday and Suki was wearing a ring on her left hand.

Robert Pattinson and Suki Waterhouse seem to have more than just a baby on the way — there may even be wedding bells in the near future … if this ring is any indication.

The couple was strolling in London Monday and Suki flashed a massive diamond rock on THAT finger. They both seemed pretty giddy as they walked along in the brisk UK weather. If they are, in fact, engaged … we suppose they have every reason to be stoked!

I’m including a tweet with the (exclusive) photos below. If that’s an engagement ring, it looks pretty simple and not that flashy. Maybe a three-stone ring, and the lighting makes it look like the stones are pink diamonds? Keep in mind, Rob probably won’t confirm anything – he got so burned during the Twilight years, but he seems fine with letting Suki and her people confirm things. I suspect that they are engaged, but they probably won’t do a shotgun wedding.

The child of these two is going to be so gorgeous. Like, cheekbones-carved-of-stone straight out of the womb.

I am glad they’re happy. They both seem to be unproblematic actors just trying to find roles that excite them (at least he doesn’t need to accept roles for a paycheck). Her acting was incredible in Daisy Jones and the Six.

Yes good for them. That baby will be so good looking and talented. Love the ring. One stone does look pink.

2 stone engagement rings seem to be gaining popularity. While I’m not a fan of Meghan Fox & Machine Gun Kelly, the ring he gave her IS really cool. It’s 2 (huge) teardrop stones, emerald & diamond, to represent each of their birthday months. I think it’s a really cool idea

    She is so boring.

Idk what this says about me but just once I would love to find out some celebrities got married a long while after the fact. Like hm, they live together and they’re raising a child and they have wedding bands on…they must be married? And that’s it.

Also I think it really speaks to the hold the institution of marriage has on society that famous people, who don’t *need* to get married for any financial benefit or really legal protections, still want to get officially married. More should just do the Anniston-Theroux fake wedding haha.

Ok all that said, good for them. Best wishes! I love Rob and his weird movies.

That’s interesting, I was thinking the same about the influence of having kids on decisions to marry. My partner and I were together for 10 years and in no hurry to get married. Then we learned we were pregnant and decided we should get married, not because of our relationship, but to recognize our legal relationship with our child. Romantic, I know.

      • P says:

Ha, my partner and I are celebrating 10 years next spring! Maybe we’ll get married if we have a kid, idk! Maybe when we’re 40 or 50. My biggest thing is being able to use FMLA to care for each other or getting separated in a nursing home. Romantic! Haha. But the real romance is in how much we love each other. There’s no one else I’d rather be with. 🥰

I’ve been with my guy 30 yrs, our anni was last week. No kids. And yeah, just considering getting hitched so our end of life choices are easier on those left behind.
We have as much fun as we did in the early days, but a much better understanding of each other. We care even more if that makes sense. And we still annoy the f*ck out of each other on occasion. Gotta keep it real 😃
I won’t ever call marriage is unnecessary, but there really, literally is no rush (exceptions, of course).

I always assumed Suki was an actress, never saw her as a model, she dated alot of frogs in Hollywood. Glad Rob is the one for her, congrats on their baby coming.

I love both of them and wish them well!

  5. KN says:

Genuine question: is she a model because she dated Bradley Cooper? Obviously she’s pretty enough, but (to my eye) she doesn’t have the beauty of a model or the height.

    • Kirsten says:

No, she was a model for years before she dated him. She sort of came up in the same group as Georgia May Jagger and Cara Delevingne.

Congrats to them. I always got the vibe she was way more into him than the other way round, but rob does have a slight awkwardness to him so it’s hard to tell.

    Close your mouth, Suki!

Looks to me like a 2 stone toi et moi style ring.
