The Acolyte is an interesting addition to the SW universe and its great to see the Jedi Order before their fall but the plot seems very predictable to me – the twins reconnect each blaming the other for the fire and they find out it was one of the Jedi Masters Mae is hunting who started it blah blah ….

The article about Taylor Swift claims that her UK concert will pump 1.2 BILLION into the UK economy, but HOW?? She has plenty of stops throughout Europe, so it’s not like other Europeans will have to travel to the UK to see her. Where are they GETTING this figure???
For the shows in Scotland last weekend there were people who came from Ireland, England, Wales and the EU came to Edinburgh – it was in the local news about all the international visitors who came just to see her. She’s only visiting Holland, Germany, Italy, Poland, Switzerland and Austria; demand was so great that people are travelling to wherever they can get tickets and sometimes people are paying to go to multiple concerts. Swifties have way too much money to burn.
Apparently you couldn’t get a hotel room in Edinburgh last weekend – not sure how true that was thou.
The fact is Edinburgh council were having to move the homeless out to other cities as the rooms for TS were bought a year ago but Edinburgh had a run of homeless over the winter . This was a big news last week and was on BBC
