Miley Cyrus’ sister Noah, 10, performs Ke$ha’s “Tik Tok”

LIONSGATE PREMIERES THE SPY NEXT DOOR

The heads up from this came from Lainey Gossip – Miley Cyrus’s ten-year-old Noah Cyrus “performing” another completely inappropriate song – Ke$ha’s “Tik Tok”. At least it’s not Akon’s “Smack That” and at least Noah’s not smacking her own butt and popping her hip as she performs every lyric to the camera. So… it’s not as bad as before. But there are still some hip-pops in this video, as well as some “acting” for the camera that is just… beyond appropriate. She just turned ten years old, by the way. Just last week. Perhaps this was her birthday present from her parents? The opportunity to perform for the camera yet again? Actually, I doubt it. My guess is that her tenth-birthday present from Billy Ray was some shiny new hooker-wear boots, or perhaps a jaunty new dominatrix “costume”.

I have no idea who the guy is, by the way. It’s not Noah and Miley’s big (half) brother Trace, because I would recognize that Joey Ramone looking boy anywhere. Oh, maybe it’s their brother Braison, who is 15 years old and looks about right for this. I had no idea there was a brother named Braison, and now I’m wondering how they came up with that name. It sounds like “You wanna Brais’on ribs before we git ’em on the grill?” Anyway…

If the kid is Noah’s brother, maybe it’s not terribly inappropriate…? It looks like this was something they rehearsed for a while, and God knows her brother is probably looking for things to keep this little girl occupied while he’s stuck babysitting. This family…

Lose the glasses kid, you look like Woody Allen.

And I see she’s stolen Britney’s ‘stick your tongue out for the letter L’ thing. Yuck.

  2. bite me says:

    damn what an ugly child

  3. crab says:

    @ ditto, ohh ya!

  4. GatsbyGal says:

A black camisole with red lace trim, yes that’s absolutely appropriate for a 10 year old girl to wear in public… oy vey, this family.

Also, I don’t think that’s Braison in the background. That guy there looks of a darker complexion, maybe hispanic or middle-eastern? Does he have a teenage-boy pubestache? I could swear I see one.

Jeez…I hope this girl grows into her weird nose.

  5. QB says:

All the members of that family are hard to look at.

  6. meow says:

There are no words to describe this mess!

  7. Ifeelbad4them says:

Can we please draw some attention to the fact her hair is a matted mess?

There is something terribly, terribly wrong with that. Small window into a big problem.

Gut instinct tells me there is something WAY worse going on.

  8. Carey says:

We need to refrain from talking about a 10 YEAR OLD LITTLE GIRLS looks. I don’t think that there is anything wrong with this video…this is what kids who are interested in dancing and singing do…My daughter at 10 would have done the same. I REALLY dislike that she was singing about beer, they could have picked a better song but I find that the young kids do not access any meaning to songs they are singing…it is really just the beat, the sound, and they fun of it all. Let’s not take our anger about this family out on a little girl. It is just too small and unkind. Especially given what is going on in the world around us right now.

  9. GatsbyGal says:

@Carey – This girl hangs out with teenagers all day long. I think it’s safe to assume she knows the meanings of all these songs.

  10. BitterBetty says:

Being a pedophile has never been easier

  11. April says:

Someone please get that poor little girl a hair brush!!

  12. Carey says:

A 10 Y. O. girl doesn’t need random strangers judging her. I think this story has no place on this site. There should really be a rule about posting this kind of content.

Bitterbetty says that there has never been a better time to be a child molester….let’s all decide that children stories of this ilk are no longer welcome.

  13. Firestarter says:

    LOL@Sasha and BitterBetty.

Aside from hating this song with a passion, I just cannot imagine these parents think this is so cute.

It would be great if we ever heard anything about these kids going to school or something normal.

Surely those glasses are a joke.

  14. GatsbyGal says:

@Carey – Maybe this 10 year old shouldn’t put herself out there, then. Maybe her parents should make sure she’s not broadcasted across the internet for all to see. If you post videos of yourself online, people will judge you. Doesn’t matter if you’re 6, 16, or 96.

Also a huge LOL @BitterBetty, because seriously, I know right? NO ONE is watching out for this girl. It’s almost comical.

  15. lucy2 says:

I don’t understand how her parents allow this sort of thing to be published online. They are a celebrity family and it goes everywhere, it’s not like someone putting their kids on youtube for Grandma in Florida to watch.
They actually seem like they’re trying to make her famous too. I guess now that the Disney bucks are going to slow down with Miley, the family wants a replacement? It’s disturbing and sad. This little girl seems to have no boundaries and her parents have no idea what is appropriate or not.

  16. ,,,, says:

I’m extremely torn on this issue.

I do not believe that people should be saying mean things about a 10 year old. When you are 10 years old you do not have the capacity to make logical, well thought out decisions. It’s not her fault that she’s “putting herself out there.” It’s her parents. So if you want to leave a mean comment, direct it towards the parents, not the child.

Also, she didn’t upload this. The person in the background, who’s name is Shelby, did. It’s on his/her Youtube account. Other websites are saying that Shelby is Noah’s cousin and possibly a girl in man drag… though that is a very convincing trash stache.

And lastly, I do agree with Carey regarding children not comprehending the true meaning of the songs they sing. When my mom told me “Wannabe” by the Spice Girls was about finding a boyfriend, I couldn’t believe it. I just thought it was a fun song. I didn’t know a “lover” was someone you did the deed with.

  17. Goddess711 says:

That kid is butt ugly and talentless – who’s monitoring this fugly little punk? Shouldn’t child welfare be having a look-see into this kid’s well being? Who puts her up to this sh**?

  18. sasha says:

I think people held back on the obvious comments about her looks at the start, but she keeps being dangled in front of us as the next big thing – in spite of there being no justification for that other than a famous surname.

    Now it’s game on.

  19. Rachel says:

Nobody should be picking on this 10 year old or commenting on her appearance.

That being said; where are her parents? WTF is wrong with us/society that it’s acceptable for children to be exploited for entertainment.

It is all of us as consumers who dictate what is o.k. and what isn’t. Things have got to change.

  20. Firestarter says:

Okay Goddess, I have to give it to you, that was funny.

  21. Alarmjaguar says:

Nope, we should not be commenting on her looks. If we keep it up, she’s going to be the next Hedi on the cover of People telling us about all her plastic surgery — and ultimately it will be her parent’s fault, but we will have contributed.

  22. Sumodo says:

Cyrus family: This is the child who you should spend money on for college. Make sure she concentrates on her grades, not a showbiz career. Kah-PEESH?

  23. kim says:

    2015 rehab or unwed mother

  24. Mel says:

@alarmjaguar- I was just thinking the EXACT SAME THING.

  25. Jules says:

Man, I feel sorry for her she is so homely.

  26. Kim says:

Wow, I can’t believe how rude people are. This girl is 10 YEARS OLD! She does not have good judgment, she is a CHILD. Cut her some slack. I agree with whoever said it’s her parents fault, not hers. I imagine those of you making the horrible comments about her looks and how stupid she is or whatever don’t have kids.

Yeah, the song was inappropriate, but I believe she was just having fun. She obviously wants to be famous like her sister, and who can blame her? She probably idolizes her big sister. Cut her some slack people.

  27. Codzilla says:

    Who’s Ke$ha?

  28. snapdragon says:

are her parents even watching her at all? her behavior is horrible and her parents are to blame, not her. they must be the worst parents in hollywood.

  29. serena says:

that boy is not her brother xD so I wonder who the hell he is.. maybe a relative.. well yes she resemble woody allen, she’s too little to that glasses fashion ..beyond all of her shitty things.. xD

  30. *sigh* says:

unattractive, unsupervised and rich–the WORST combination!
That poor little girl thinks she’s cute.

  31. daisyfly says:

    Celebrity parenting at its finest.

  32. javelin says:

Note: Being a publicist is not being a parent, no matter how much your kid appreciates it. If your kid never accuses you of trying to ruin their life and keep them from having fun you’re not doing it right. (Billy Ray, pass this note to Dina and Michael)

  33. emma says:

with those glasses and that outfit she looks like the dancing old man from the six flags commercial

  34. kermit says:

Carey, Rachel and Kim, kudos. Ugly comments about a kid’s appearance can do great harm. Noah’s acting like a kid that is doing something not unusual for a kid that grew up in her environment and has a very famous and commercially successful big sister. She’s being groomed as a performer/entertainer/actress and she’s having fun. This time her attire is not alarming so, it’s a kid singing and dancing to a pop song and someone older having fun with her.

  35. Anastasia says:

Carey: HER FAMILY IS PUTTING HER OUT THERE FOR COMMENTARY.

That is what most people have a problem with!

Who is taking care of this child? Her hair is a matted mess, she’s wearing lingerie type clothing, and seriously: go read the lyrics to that song.

Gah. I’m not predicting good things for this kid.

  36. hatsumomo says:

You know what I noticed when reading these apologetic comments? Everyone is saying ‘oh she’s so young, she doesnt know what she’s doing’ or ‘you cant criticized a child for her displays of sexuality because she’s too young’. I’m sorry, but yes you can. What this girl needs is some fucking guidance. And education. Right about the time I was her age, when I was in bible school, my counselors starting separating the girls and boys and giving girls ‘the talk’. About what was appropriate and what wasn’t. About how a lady should act in public and what not to wear. And about what boys will think if you wear something too short, see-through, saying certain things (dirty words)and such. And how upset Jesus would be if girls acted that way too.(I forgot to wear my training bra once, she took me aside and told me ‘looks like you forgot something today!’. It was incredibly embarassing then but now I look back and thank god she took the time to tell me!) And since my mother was a hooker, I didnt get much advice from her, so I listened to what other adults were telling me. And I came out pretty fricking alright. What I’m trying to say is this girl does know what she’s doing. I knew what I was doing when I was her age and it was only 14 years ago! She is prolly trying to surround herself with what she thinks is ‘cool’ and being a twat in the process. So yes, I can say she’s ugly. And she’s prolly stupid too if she isn’t actively trying to be in school instead of making these videos and partying with her sister.

  37. Praise St. Angie! says:

I also don’t like to make fun of kids’ looks.

and I’m not going to in this case, either.

however, I WILL say this. She is putting herself out there. if you think she doesn’t want these vids out, you’re wrong. If she (or her parents) didn’t want them made public, they would stop it. she’s a minor, and I would think that you can’t put videos out there without her and/or her guardians’ permission.

when you put yourself on display with a “LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT ME!” attitude, you are ASKING to be judged. I guess we should all just judge her privately, as not to offend.

I’ll just wait ’til she hits 16 and then let loose.

  38. ssarahdarlingg says:

she looks like miley… that really sucks for that kid.

  39. juiceinla says:

these videos and the level of disheveled-ness clearly indicate (as most of you have said) that this young girl clearly suffers from neglect. Gawd only knows what she is really seeing, hearing and experiencing at this young age.

Michael Jackson once said he was profoundly confused and affected seeing his older brothers spend “time” with groupies… can you even imagine how much therapy this kid is gonna need if she is already acting out and role playing what she is learning.

    tragic.

  40. loca says:

Oh god. SO pathetic. It’s just sad to see stuff like this.

  41. Kathie says:

I cannot believe how many people are looking to ascribe adult motives and judgement calls to a CHILD! Seriously…did I read someone who said “game on”? About a 10 year old? Game on? Pick on someone your own size you bunch of bullys! God! I hate when people are brutal critics of chidren(or “adore” them as in Empress Z and Suri) and then wonder wtf happened to Lindsay Lohan and why 23 year olds have plastic surgery! Way to go, bash her looks and then in the next breath bemoan the sexualization of children???

  42. singerinwhite says:

The black camisole with the red lace trim underneath that white cheetah print coverup is the most conservative thing I have seen this child wear for awhile. And on any other 10 year old – it would be scandalous

The fact that I typed this should be a wakeup call to the Cyrus family and those like them – but I know it isn’t.

    It’s so sad. 🙁

  43. uSheep says:

“I’m talking about everybody getting crunk, crunk
Boys tryin’ to touch my junk, junk
Gonna smack him if he getting too drunk, drunk”

    god, where are her parents!

  44. Kit says:

Good lord. What 10 year old didn’t dance and make up steps to songs they know, even if the song was wholly inappropriate?

Yeah. I knew all the lyrics and harmony to ‘Afternoon Delight’ at 9. I had no freakin’ clue. We used to sing it coz it sounded cool.

  45. drakeula says:

more than any thing my heart just hurts for this little girl. i want her parents to step and protect her. let her have a childhood.this world is not going to be kind. poor thing.

  46. NicoleAM says:

I didn’t watch the whole thing ’cause I bore easily. but it didn’t seem too bad. Just goofing around, although the choice of song might of been iffy. What I don’t understand is why whoever feels the need to broadcast every home video.

  47. Firestarter says:

Look, it’s not just this one time vids like this have surfaced with this kid. Either she is “brushin her teeth with jack” or she’s “droppin her booty” or else she is dressed up unlike any other child during Halloween. Clearly there IS something wrong with that, in addition to her always running around at Hollywood parties, but never a mention of school.

  48. ViktoryGin says:

    lol. sigh….

To those who don’t find the issue with this video because it’s perfectly normal for children of this age to do this, pray tell where are your videos that your parents have allowed to be broadcasted worldwide as a testament to their questionable parenting?

It stands to reason that given the proximity to various nefarious influences, she’s going to be privy to some elements that we (presumably being average, middle class) are going to perceive as damaging. Showbiz is notorious for rearing disaffected and damaged youth. Now, the advent of the information age has allowed us along for the ride to see it happen. There’s obviously an issue here, but her handlers obviously aren’t being bothered. I’m just upset that she was actually chugging a bottle of Jack. Relax I say, and let’s pop some corn and enjoy the movie. *side eye*

  49. bababffl says:

i dont see what’s so rong with HER singing the song if any other ten year old was signing this song u ass’s would not be saying shit so f-off

  50. Chris says:

Please save us from the American Taliban!!!

This blog and most of the comments are prime examples.

  51. James says:

Ya know people need to STOP saying that people shouldn’t comment on this soon to be pregnant ugly mess of a child….. a girl her age should NOT be posting videos herself on the net and should not be allowed to dress like a whore at 9 and 10 years of age… Unfortunately her PARENTS and sister sealed the deal for this kids poor life already. Her trailer trash parents should realize that she is NOT an attractive girl and probably never will be and to keep her away from the media and posting pics online for her own sake, but if they are going to let her enter into the horrible world of show-biz, she better get used to people calling her like they see her… she could be the ugliest child I have ever seen, and judging from comments I see whenever she makes the news, I’m not alone.

  52. James says:

Holy crap! I just noticed this girl has cold sores already at 10 ..lol.. man this girl is screwed.
