Man, Cardi B is fertile. Cardi is expecting her fourth child, and first with her boyfriend Stefon Diggs. Cardi’s first three children were fathered by her first husband, Offset. For what it’s worth, Cardi and Offset’s divorce has not been finalized. She’s still technically married, although she has been the one pushing for the divorce to move faster, and Offset is the one dragging his feet. Cardi has only been dating Stefon Diggs for less than a year? The first rumors about them started last fall, but they didn’t really step out together until spring and summer of this year. Also: during Cardi’s trial several weeks ago, she absolutely looked visibly pregnant and she was waddling in and out of court. So, there was already a lot of gossip, but she only confirmed it today.
Cardi B is expecting another little one! The “I Like It” rapper, 32, revealed in an interview on CBS Mornings that aired on Wednesday, Sept. 17 that she’s pregnant with her fourth child, due before her tour launches in February.
“I’m having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs,” Cardi B told anchor Gayle King, in a pre-taped interview. Responding to King’s messages of congratulations, Cardi — born Belcalis Almánzar — expressed her thanks and shared, “I’m excited.”
“I’m happy,” she said. “I feel like I’m in a good space. I feel very strong, very powerful that I’m doing all this work — but I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby.”
She went on to share about her relationship. “Me and my man, we’re very supportive of each other. We’re like in the same space in our careers,” she said. “I feel like we’re really great and one of the best at what we do. And me and him think the same way. ‘Yeah, you’re one of the greatest, but what’s next. What are we doing again? We have to do it again, all the time.’ We’re never, like, comfortable. We just have to keep going it and that’s just what we are.”
Diggs, a 31-year-old NFL wide receiver for the New England Patriots, makes Cardi B feel “safe,” she told King — both emotionally and physically. “You see how big he is,” she joked.
“He just makes me feel safe and very confident and very strong,’ said Cardi B. “Two weeks ago, I was literally having a panic attack. I was like crying and crying and crying, just because I was getting really nervous with the whole album rollout. People were coming at me very hard; you know, sometimes people love you, people hate you. And people was just saying very mean things about me.”
I’ve been around the gossip mills long enough to remember when Cardi used to talk about Offset as a super-supportive partner too. I don’t know anything about Stefon and maybe he’s truly a great guy and everything. But I find this very chaotic and I doubt the relationship will last. That being said, Cardi seems like a great mom, and she loves her babies. When she has this baby, she will have four kids under the age of seven. *deep sigh* Better her than me.

I’m sorry but this woman gets away with so much because she is light skinned and fairly amusing. Darker skinned African American women would be dragged to filth if they did half the ghetto shit she’s done.
🎯🎯
so true! I can’t stand her
You said it 👏🏼
“When she has this baby, she will have four kids under the age of seven. *deep sigh* Better her than me.”
LOL. Amen. Although I’m sure being able to afford an army of nannies and housekeepers lightens the load.
Cardi does not seem to have a great picker for men so….fingers crossed I guess.
I don’t mind Cardi. I think this is crazy, but to be pro-choice means you have to accept people’s choices. She can afford the child, and she’s a great mom. I’m going to leave it at that.
@ Tila, please, plenty of white celebrities have multiple children by multiple fathers. Kate Hudson has three kids by as many men, and no one is calling her “ghetto.” Chill.
You missed @Tila’s point.
I don’t think so. She thinks people aren’t calling her ghetto because she’s light-skinned and funny. I don’t think having children out of wedlock is “ghetto”. I don’t think having a BBL is ghetto. I don’t think wearing wigs is ghetto. I don’t think any of the things prescribed to black women that white women get a pass for are ghetto.
I don’t think it’s ghetto either and people shouldn’t be called ghetto for those things.
But the double standard is so obvious in that a white woman like Kate Hudson isn’t called ghetto or trashy or stereotypical, same with Latina Cardi B, while a black woman is called that for doing the same things.
That’s exactly the point. White and light skinned women don’t get called ghetto or trashy for it but darker skinned women do. People would have absolutely had more to say about Kate Hudson if she wasn’t a white nepo baby.
Cardi is a dumb bird. I keep thinking of the video Stefon’s teammates did that when asked which teammate they would not let their sister date they all answered Stefon. That speaks volumes
*mi chancla slaps her wig*
Mija, you are getting that Mirena up in there after this new one is born 😤
Stop having babies with men you barely know 🤬
Girlllllllll
Not the chancla! Ha ha
She’s messy, but she’s amusing.
I genuinely like Cardi and I’m happy for her because she comes across as a very loving and present mom to her kids. She is fortunate to have financial wealth but more importantly she is surrounded by a very supportive and loving family. I don’t know much about him but she would know more about their relationship than any of us and I hope it continues to be all that she wants and needs it to be. Congratulations to them both.
I don’t know much about him except that he has a brother who also plays in the NFl and there was some drama when he left Buffalo (he got a lot of the fan blame for the playoff loss that season).
Offset has six kids with four different women.
As someone who grew up with a complicated family situation involving multiple half siblings, it was a LOT to deal with. I wish people (this is a general statement) who bring this chaos into families would think about the other kids sometimes.
Yes, I had a similar upbringing.
My parents had multiple kids with multiple partners so I have a mix of full siblings, half siblings, step siblings, former step siblings, etc.
We were also a multiracial family too and my mother did nothing to prepare me (they called me “tri-racial”) for the racism I would face at the multiple schools I attended.
I’m fine now but my childhood was A LOT.
Stefon Diggs has a daughter as well, so there are a children of in this messy situation and yeah, I can’t imagine it it easy on any of them.
