One of the best “conspiracies,” in my opinion, is that Donald Trump’s behavior keeps getting more and more unhinged simply because he’s trying to distract from his close friendship with Jeffrey Epstein. Like, every wild and audaciously stupid thing that Trump has said and done in recent months is just about Epstein, and the “bawdy note” Trump contributed to Epstein’s birthday book, and the coverup of Trump’s name in the Epstein files. Is this true? Probably not – Trump has a profound cognitive decline which is evident to everyone except his cult, and I think “dementia” is a larger factor than Epstein. Still, Trump is just throwing everything AND the kitchen sink at Americans in an attempt to distract from… everything else. This week, Trump and Robert Kennedy announced, with absolutely no evidence, that pregnant women’s use of Tylenol leads to autism in children. The only thing that overshadowed this massive scandal was Trump’s absolutely insane appearance at the United Nations yesterday. Still, the World Health Organization isn’t distracted. WHO tried to do some cleanup on Trump’s lies:
Officials from the European Union (EU) and World Health Organization (WHO) on Tuesday rebuked claims from President Trump and his administration linking acetaminophen use to the development of autism.
“Available evidence has found no link between the use of paracetamol during pregnancy and autism,” the European Medicines Agency (EMA) said in a statement to Reuters. European Commission spokesperson Eva Hrncirova later confirmed the conclusion stating, the EMA is overseeing “very strict control to every product that goes to the European market, has not found any evidence linking the use of paracetamol during the pregnancy and autism.”
The agency noted that paracetamol or acetaminophen, the drug found in Tylenol used to treat fevers and pain, can be used during pregnancy when needed.
WHO spokesperson Tarik Jašarević also said Tuesday evidence linking Tylenol and autism “remains inconsistent” and warned against “casual conclusions” connecting the two.
World leaders have continued to speak out against Trump’s Monday statements alleging Tylenol was bad for pregnant mothers. During remarks in the Oval Office, he struggled to properly pronounce acetaminophen causing online laughter and clamor. “Effective immediately, the [Food and Drug Administration] will be notifying physicians that the use of aceta— well, let’s see how we say that,” Trump said. “Acetam — enophin. Acetaminophen. Is that OK? Which is basically commonly known as Tylenol.”
“Fight like hell not to take it,” the president later told reporters.
I’m glad WHO and the EU are getting involved and directly contradicting Trump’s insanity. Of course, I also hope that Tylenol-maker Kenvue sues the everloving f–k out of all of these people. I hope it happens soon. Speaking of, people did some digging about the one guy who claimed a link between Tylenol and autism and it turns out that the guy had previously been paid to testify against Tylenol/Kenvue.
The dean of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, who consulted with top Trump health officials ahead of Monday’s warning about Tylenol and autism, was paid at least $150,000 to serve as an expert witness on behalf of plaintiffs in lawsuits against the maker of Tylenol.
Dr. Andrea Baccarelli, a leading epidemiologist, disclosed the figure in a court deposition he gave in the summer of 2023 that is publicly available in federal court filings and was reviewed by The New York Times. He had previously disclosed that he had served as an expert witness in the case but not how much money he had made.
A federal judge dismissed the suits for lack of reliable scientific evidence. The plaintiffs are appealing the decision.
President Trump and federal health officials claimed in a news conference on Monday that there was an established link between Tylenol use during pregnancy and autism. Trump administration officials have leaned heavily on Dr. Baccarelli’s research in pushing the idea, citing him in the news conference, posting on social media and championing him in a television interview as a highly credentialed expert backing the evidence for an autism-acetaminophen link.
The stupidest f–king timeline, I swear to god. Baccarelli was hired and paid to testify against Kenvue, and then these paid “findings” were cited as evidence for this whole “Tylenol-autism” link. Anyway, I never thought I would root for a drug company to sue the f–k out of a government, but here we are. March their asses to court, Kenvue!

I know that the most important point here is how dangerous and cruel these false claims are, but this is also very embarrassing my God. How has the US come to this??? These two men should be in an institution and not propped up in positions of power.
I know, I know, it’s all a bit too much.
To be fair to the Harvard doctor who was cited in all this Trump BullS^%, the study language used – which is being grossly misinterpreted by the media – did not say that there was a causal link. In fact, the language was very carefully written and actually says there is no evidence of causation. Scientists would be able to look at a scientific study, look at the language, and understand that what it says, and in fact the same asshat FDA commissioner who went on the news and declared this study as the reason they’re now recommending against Tylenol had earlier in the week sent a letter out to medical professionals acknowledging that there is no causal relationship that’s been established.
This is all amazing really, bc Trump has been blasting Harvard for being too liberal and woke. And yet, when they really want to prove a point, they do so by trusting that we’re all too stupid to understand scientific language but as long as they invoke HARVARD we’ll get on board. I hate this timeline SO MUCH.
I saw this on social media- so take it with a grain of salt, but i heard that Kenvue has a policy and campaign that is anti-bribery and one of trump’s grifters (dr oz maybe?) owns/owns stock in a “supplement” company that is trying to replace kenvue.
So that tylenol thing is strictly punishment for not submitting to the clown car mob boss administration.
The first case of autism was discovered in 1943. Tylenol did not become available until the 1950s. Unfortunately under federal law they can’t sue the government due to sovereign immunity, which generally shields the government from such lawsuits, though a court could potentially compel the government to reverse a statement under the Administrative Procedure Act.
OK, I went HUH??? Bonkers advice from those objectionable-looking specimens, even though one of them was the head of the once much-respected FDA.
So, my own research. For those of you who are of like-mind, this piece on acetaminophen by CBC journalist Andrew Chang is a good starting place. AC explained the difference between “association” and “causation” simply and clearly, citing the studies quoted by the FDA guy, IN CONTEXT. Besides reading these studies, AC did more research and read Dean of Harvard Public Health’s study of the studies.
As for advice to pregnant women to tough it out, well, the expert pointed out that acetaminophen is also used for fevers. And fevers raise the body’s core temperature which can cause long-term damage to the person’s inner organs, and to the fetus.

There’s no way for Tylenol to sue RFK Jr + Trump + Dr Oz as individuals is there? That’s what I want. But – they’re representing our poor government here. It’s not easy to sue a government that controls everything.
Maybe tough it out until they’re out of power and then go after them as individuals? It will go all the way to Supreme Court and …
Yeah, unfortunately, I can’t see a suit happening.
They’ll have to find a way to bribe and sweet-talk Trump into reversing himself.
He also insists that Leucovorin can cure autism (it’s a chmeo enhncing drug) IhPpen to be on it along with -FU fo rmy cancer traatment. Where doe she get this shit???? Fom that faker OZ?
There is a John Hopkins article saying tylenol is linked, also. That is fueling the magats to support this. The article is from 2019. https://hub.jhu.edu/2019/11/05/acetaminophen-pregnancy-autism-adhd/
What the heck are women supposed to do? Take advice from whack job Oz?
