Madelyn Cline dated her Outer Banks co-star Chase Stokes and was with Pete Davidson from fall 2023 until sometime in early 2024. Prince Constantine-Alexios is the second-born child of Crown Prince Pavlos of Greece. The prince has done some modeling and is supposed to serve in the Greek military at some point. He’s also dated both Poppy Delevingne and Brooks Nadar.
Over the past week or so, Madelyn and Prince Constantine-Alexios have been seen together in New York City. Recently, Deuxmoi shared a video of the two of them walking around, holding hands. Then, they posted an exclusive picture that someone sent of them kissing at a restaurant in the East Village. A few days ago, another picture was posted. No location was shared, but it’s definitely Madelyn and PC-A making out in a crowded space.
Over the weekend, Madelyn Cline was spotted kissing Prince Constantine-Alexios of Greece in a steamy snap posted by Deuxmoi—further fueling romance rumors between the actress and the prince. Earlier last week, the rumored couple were spotted out at a New York City restaurant, The Lions Bar in the East Village.
Neither Cline nor Prince Constantine-Alexios have publicly commented on the rumors, but on Instagram, the Prince (@alexiosgreece) and Cline (@madelyncline) follow each other. And, Cline’s The Map That Leads to You costar KJ Apa commented on People magazine’s Instagram post about the couple, writing, “Proud of you jimmy,” perhaps subtly confirming the relationship.
Prince Constantine-Alexios is the eldest son, and second child, of Crown Prince Pavlos and Crown Princess Marie-Chantal of Greece. He is named for his paternal grandfather, Constantine II, the last king of Greece.
At the premiere of her romcom last month, Cline was asked for her “best love advice.” She responded, “Best love advice? I dunno. Fall in love, don’t be afraid of it. Look, historically, I haven’t been, like, the most successful [at love], so don’t take advice from me until I figure it out. But yeah, my advice is don’t be afraid to fall in love.”
Neither Madelyn nor Prince Constantine-Alexios have confirmed that they’re together, so it’s possible that they’re just having a nice little NYC fall hook up. Constantine-Alexios allegedly does his fair share of dating, so who knows? Whatever the case is, I hope they’re having a good time. I am all for two consenting adults in an age-appropriate relationship (she’s 27; he turns 27 in a few weeks). Hot Girl Fall, coming at y’all!
I know it’s easy to jump right for the obvious prince-dating-an-American-actress comparisons, but it’s apples to oranges. Constantine-Alexios’ grandfather, Constantine II, was the last king of Greece before the monarchy was abolished in the 1970s. Prince William is one of C-A’s godfathers (and, as you may remember, the late king was one of his). The Greek royal family still uses their titles, but they have no power. Anyway, I do think it’s funny that Deuxmoi is getting sent videos and pictures of an actress and a royal that most people wouldn’t recognize. Wild that someone happened to recognize both of them and send that first tip in.

Greece dumped their monarchy in the 70s. He is a prince of nothing. The fact that they pretend to still be the “royal family” of Greece is disgusting.
A royal title, even though non existent, helps to attract a monied spouse. Pavlos married a Miller sister, Marie Chantal, who brought a rumoured 100 million dollar dowry to the marriage. The 2 other sisters also marries “names” .
This is definitely one of my pet peeves. I had a serious rant about this to my husband a few days ago! He and our kids are direct descendants of the first king of Scotland but would rightly **never** attempt to use Prince or Princess. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
Yes! It’s my pet peeve as well. Greece dumped their monarchy (which only existed for something like 100 years anyway) decades ago. We should honor the will of the Greek people and not use fake royal titles. As an American, I would be offended if anyone referred to Charles as the king of the USA, so I would like to show the Greek people the same respect.
They make a cute couple.
Wasn’t his mother one of those who kept throwing vitriol at Meghan “for reasons”? That makes me hope they end up together, so Marie-Chantal can have her own American actress in the family. . . Unless it wasn’t the American actress part she found so off putting. . .
Is this the one who’s trying to be an actor? Anyway they can’t use their titles in Greece. In exchange for Greek citizenship they have to go the surname de Grece and yes the sons are supposed to join the Greek military.
This young man looks like what you’d get if you asked the google: “what is a prince”
I actually love Madelyn. She’s also been pretty private with her previous relationships, so I wouldn’t expect her to say much about this relationship either.
“The Outer Banks” is a guilty pleasure show for me. My husband and I stayed in a weekly rental while our kitchen was out of commission, and the show had been teed up on the cable box by the previous renters. I couldn’t figure out how to switch it without paying extra, so I just watched it. It’s a romp. It makes me nostalgic for the area where it’s filmed (which is not the Outer Banks of NC!) because as a kid I went there every year to visit family.
Chase is a good actress. Hope she’s having fun with “The Prince.”
