Prince William stopped by a random school, twelve miles away from Prince Harry

Prince William was out and about on Tuesday, because of course he was! He’s very busy and important, even if literally every royal reporter was twelve miles away covering his brother’s every move! Pay attention to meeee, William cried. London is mine, Harold!!

William was obviously doing the same thing the rest of his family are doing this week: emotional-support busywork to prove to themselves that they are busy and important and have no time to see Prince Harry while he’s in town. William stopped by the London Welsh School (aka Ysgol Gymraeg Llundain) and he truly looked like he had no idea what he was actually doing there. Allegedly, he was joining the students as they wished good luck to Team Wales in the Commonwealth Games. This is literally the first I’m hearing of the Commonwealth Games happening this month, btw. They’re scheduled for July 23-August 2 in Scotland.

The Prince of Wales played bowls with children at a Welsh-language school on Tuesday. The Prince seemed in high spirits as he joined pupils and a handful of athletes from the forthcoming Commonwealth Games in Hanwell, west London.

At the same time, some 12 miles across the capital, the Prince’s estranged younger brother was dealt a legal blow when he learned that he had lost his high-profile £50m privacy claim against the publisher of The Daily Mail.

The Duke of Sussex, 41, was speaking about his Invictus Games at Chatham Houseon Tuesday afternoon when the news broke, while his older brother went to an engagement in west London. The 44-year-old Prince of Wales joined the schoolchildren at Ysgol Gymraeg Llundain, a bilingual Welsh-English primary school for three to 11-year-olds, and athletes from the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games.

In a huddle in the school’s playground, he said: “Hopefully England win the World Cup, and then it will be a great festival of sport going on in the summer for the Commonwealth Games, so it could roll into being an amazing summer.”

The Prince, who quipped that he would love to be “in a swimming pool” on another hot day in the capital, added that he looked forward to the team winning “a number of golds”.

[From The Telegraph]

Just a reminder that William and Kate’s Forest Lodge “forever home” has neither a pool nor tennis courts, which likely hurts their souls. How could they actually live forever in a home without a pool? Without a tennis court?? As for the World Cup – a few months ago, sources close to William said he would only come to North America to watch the WC in person if England made the quarterfinals or better. Well, England is in the quarters and they’re playing Norway on Saturday. Do you think ol’ Workshy Willy will make it to Miami? That’s where it’s happening. But… but… the busywork! Wimbledon! How would he manage??

Oh, my…… stalking his brother. Like he was stalked by his half-estranged wife. The fact that Kate was not at the Scottish commemorations so recently cannot help but stand out to someone who followed the monarchy from a position of disinterested appreciation for years before the current melodrama. This guy’s whole existence is like a Potemkin castle rigged up by set dressers and costume designers and lighting directors. What in it is real? Harry is taking on the media that warps the public’s mind and soul and ability to tell what is true and what is false, what is in the public’s interest (factual information about the state of the planet) and what is sheer distraction (celebrity gossip). People with integrity and a high profile resent being exploited to generate plot lines for public distraction, when there are more compelling issues in play. That’s who Harry is. William — for a point of contrast — is desperate to retain some public attention, any attention, and the question is, why????

Scooter should have gone to a bilingual school. He looks so awkward in the photo ops

I mean us ordinary people have to save up , plan and ask leave etc to go to another country . This arse takes private jet and goes wherever and whenever he wants. He must have done some good deeds in past life to enjoy incredible wealth without any work. Atleast queen and chuck work , this one was entitled his entire lazy life.

This could have been such a nice engagement for Kate and William to do together soon after they became Prince and Princess of Wales. For him to only do this now when Harry is on town is just poor planning. Plus how is going to a Welsh school and talking about England at the World Cup? I know the school is in London but the supposed purpose of this visit was to wish Team Wales good luck at the Commonwealth Games. Again he could have gone to Cardiff to wish the team good luck. KP is just incompetent and William is a lightweight. I don’t like William will be in Miami on Saturday. He’s already said that he was only going to the WC if England reaches the finals and he has his polo event the day before.

He didn’t even practise his Duolingo Welsh? Even Kate made an effort when she was in Italy.

  6. Becks1 says:

They are SO obvious. At least Charles and Camilla have some cover as they work regularly. But Lambrook’s school year is over so who is with the children while the parents work their fingers to the bone??!?!?

They should just be thankful Wimbledon is still going on and Kate stays for the end of that. Imagine if they had had to change their vacation plans because of Harry?!??

(they NEVER work this week besides Wimbledon and the occasional sports related event, so this is just such an obvious distraction ploy.)

    • Moondust says:

Aha, they’re so predictable. And yes, that’s another reason they want to discourage Harry coming to the UK. They have to work while Harry is in town and it is not sustainable for them.

    • Jais says:

      Yep. Obvious desperados.

  7. Chantal1 says:

If the Wails didn’t include a swimming pool in their renovations and theft of public lands, they’re definitely having one installed.

I can’t believe a future and allegedly well educated king speaks like this. I had to read what he said a couple of times before it made some sense. And he’s talking to children like this? It seems that he, like his wife, is not used to talking to nor really being around children that aren’t theirs, at all.

  8. Eugenie says:

The future king always the same, he plays with the children and not engage in serious events, always opening his mouth (supposedly he is happy) he definitely wants to overshadow his brother, as soon as Harry returns to his family the heir will disappear .. he will go on vacation because he worked too hard !!!!

  9. Me at home says:

What a contrast, Harry does Invictus (on Friday) and Willy takes a private jet to Miami for the footie the next day.

  10. MsKrisTalk says:

He reminds me of an evil cartoon character especially when he smiles and it emphasizes his pointy nose and bad skin.

  11. heygingersnaps says:

This guy is such a loser. Pathetic and a horrible waste of taxpayer money.

  12. Beverley says:

That little girl is over it.

  13. Tn Democrat says:

Baldimort is just awful at bread and butter events. Some of these staged images (carrying the white chair, riding the scooter, any event that involved day drinking) will live in infamy when the public turns on him and Keen. He needs a padded room somewhere. His obsession with all aspects of Harry’s life and only in his own mind imaginary competition with Harry are deeply unhealthy. Anyway. Team Norway!!!!
