What a horrible thing to happen to Ashley. To lose all your possessions, including one of your pets, in this horrific fire that gutted her entire condo. She, Ryan, and her brother barley had time to get out with one of her dogs, but the other one died under the bed. My heart goes out to her.

Sounds more like major problems between the producers and the director, and then Jude Law apparently left because he only wanted to work with that director. I feel bad for the crew. Hope they’re getting paid something.

@lucy2 I feel like Portman knows more about the situation than she’s let on and is letting Steindorf handle it. Didn’t Portman bat for Ramsay to make this film or something? Anyways, some shit is going down and sexism is involved and people crying foul. And omg did you guys here about how the producers assistants were told to write only good things about steindroff and the movie and terrible things about ramsay on one of the internet articles. That blew my mind. It’s just ridiculously awesome drama.
Berry, you’re right, she is a producer on the film. I wonder if she’s actually involved in producing or if it’s just one of those vanity credits stars often get. So far it all seems to be between Steindorff and Ramsay, but who knows. I just feel bad for all the people who need that job and are uncertain about what’s going on.
And Jude Law was a last minute replacement for Fassbender who also abruptly quit just a few days ago.

I don’t care about Happy Endings, and I stopped caring about New Girl (second season sucks compared to the freshness of season one) but I am mad at ABC for cancelling Don’t Trust the B- in Apt.23… and madder for tv viewers who didn’t tune in for that hilarious show!!! I actually tuned in when it was on to support the show too 🙁
I wish these two would suck each other’s asses so hard that they swallow each other, thus disappearing altogether.
I hate when Networks move the TV schedule around. It either conflicts with another show I watch that night or I completely forget about the show. I really like Happy Endings, it’s just that I have no idea when it is on.
Side note: Kris Jenner needs to grow up.

They do that with the shows they want to burn or cancel. Community and Arrested Development had the same happen to them, but viewers complained.

I’m torn by this twerking video. On one hand, I was confused by the whole Miley Cyrus thing. I was all wth is twerking??? but didn’t care enough to google it. Little did I know that twerking was ass shaking that’s been around for forever, and now people just call it twerking. So mystery solved. Tmz is saying a candle was burning and somehow got knocked onto the couch. I’m glad it wasn’t a bong or a cigarette.
I’ve stopped going asleep to burning candles, and I’ve stopped leaving the room if a candle is burning. Especially where I live in L.A., my biggest fear is actually an earthquake knocking a candle over. I know there’s such a remote chance that I would have a candle burning at the same time that an earthquake happens, but what can I say? I’m a fraidy cat!
I share a split house with a couple of grad students and I live in fear that they’ll do something reckless and set the place ablaze. I feel bad for Ashley of course, and for her dog, but I also feel really bad for her neighbors. I hope there isn’t too much damage to their homes.

I’ve always been that way about candles – only use them on top of my flat surface cook top, and only when I’m in that area of the house. Anything else makes me nervous.

She left candles on and her apartment caught on fire. Common sense tells you to never leave candles on, the same rule applies to Christmas lights. Her dog died and several people were injured. I wouldn’t be surprised if those people sue.

TMZ has a awful video (I didn’t mean to click on it) of Ashley covered in soot in her lobby crying over her dead dog. It’s heartrending-and who on earth takes a video of that? That poor girl.
Her nose is bizarre. Is it a bad nose job or is it her real nose? On another note, Ryan Phillipe seems ageless to me. He is close to 40 and looks great imo. Has anyone seen the movie Straight A’s? I thought he did really good in that movie.
