This exclusive story in The Sun is from Simon Boyle’s Bizarre Column. The Sun has been one of those outlets with very iffy and shady exclusives, all of them pro-Brad Pitt. The thing is, The Sun does that thing of gilding the lily – they take a somewhat believable gossip story and twist it until it becomes utterly useless. The nugget of gossip that I’ll believe is that Brad Pitt is mad that his divorce from Angelina Jolie hasn’t been finalized yet, especially as we’re nearing the three-year anniversary of Angelina ghosting him and dropping divorce papers on him. If that was the story – Brad’s mad, he wants this to be over – I would shrug and say that it sounds about right. What I don’t believe is that Brad’s mad and that Angelina is purposefully slow-walking the divorce because she wants to reunite with him. That’s some fantasy bullsh-t.
It has been almost three years since Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt – and it could be another three till it finally goes through. I can exclusively reveal Brad and his legal team have gone to new lengths to get Angelina to sign the papers after stalling the process. The A-list Hollywood actor has asked his lawyers to get a judge to impose a final date or face being fined.
A source close to Brad said: “He has been incredibly patient throughout the divorce process despite being pushed to his limits on many occasions. But he’s finally had enough, and while he is a relatively calm person, he can only be pushed so far. He’s sick and tired of Ange constantly moving the goal posts and stalling their divorce month after month — painfully dragging out the process which he now feels has become almost a game for Angelina. Brad has instructed his legal team to seek help from the judge to impose a deadline for Ange to finalise the divorce — imposing a financial sanction if she fails to adhere to the date given by the judge.”
The Sun revealed in April that Angelina was trying to delay the process in a bid to win Brad back. But he turned her down in favour of trying to keep things harmonious for the sake of their six children. A court then issued a bifurcated judgement, which means the pair are legally single as they hash out the details of their divorce.
The source added: “Brad’s never been one for ultimatums. But he’s spent the past two-and-a-half years dealing with the ending of his marriage and he just wants to put an end to it all for good. He wants to move on with his life and stop having the divorce hanging over his head.”
Brad and Angelina’s divorce status was bifurcated back in March, which means they are somewhat “single,” legally. Back in December of last year, they reached a custodial agreement, which I believe (still) just extends to the four youngest children. What’s left? The money. The financial part of the divorce, which we haven’t heard much about in months. Back in November of last year, Angelina notified the court that she turned over all of her financial information to Brad and his legal team. We have never gotten confirmation that Brad has made similar disclosures to her team. That’s what’s left in their divorce proceedings, figuring out the money, figuring out the child support and spousal support and whether Angelina will get a structured divorce settlement. That’s my take on this suspicious piece from the Sun – I mean, Brad keeps smearing Angelina for no reason, except maybe the reason is that he’s the one holding sh-t up because he hasn’t made a disclosure to her team about his finances, and he’s fighting her on spousal support and that stuff. Just a theory. Because I truly don’t believe Angelina is pining away for him or hoping for a reunion.

What has she done to her chest? Her boobs look almost cartoonish on her thin frame. Wow. I never noticed how big they are. Looks weird.
She had reconstructive surgery after her double mastectomy. It took a while for the new boobs to settle over the scar tissue. It’s common with that procedure. A friend of mine had the same procedure around the same time as Angelina, and it took at least a year before her new boobs “fell into place.”
@AM well she IS with brad there, so we know it’s been at least 3 years since that photo was taken, and we also know from recent photos that her chest doesn’t look like that anymore since the implants have settled.

Brad has more money. His net worth (according to Wealthy Gorilla) is listed as $300 million. Angie’s is listed as $100 million.
The way he stalled turning in his financials, makes me think maybe he doesn’t have as much as he says he does. Why else delay that part of the proceedings? If he’s so anxious to get this over with, turn over the records and let the lawyers work out the settlement without delay. Unless, of course, doing so will reveal he’s not as rich as he says.
@Algernon, I think Brad handed his financials over just before the Judge signed the form legally separating them.
I can confirm that Pitt filed his Service of Preliminary Dec of Disclosure (schedule of assets and debts and an income and expense declaration and attached documents) which is a proof of service of financial docs. Here is the court’s docket entry:

I can confirm the same way you did that Angelina Jolie disclosed hers in October of 2018. Months before deadbeat FINALLY disclosed his. Also I can also confirm that he filed to extend the private judge more than 5 times.
Not sure why extending the Judge is a thing. Also – it has to be stipulated to so it is a joint agreement.
I thought they had settled everything except for final custody and the financials. The last thing I read about this called the current custody agreement temporary until the Judge makes a final determination. If Angie is hedging on signing the final decree (and that’s a big if as they both seem to want their marriage over and done with) could it be because she’s not thrilled with the final custody decision?

Considering he only filed his Preliminary Dec of Disclosure on 4/12/19, the case would not be finished yet. They both have to file FINAL Decs of Disclosure and with a high asset divorce it is very time consuming. They have property and businesses and charities etc. It’s a lot of shiz.

Both parties stalled on all kinds of things…most notably the absence of a support order which usually comes first. Beyond that, I will not speculate or call names. You cannot call either party a “deadbeat” if there was NEVER an order requested by either as to support. They dropped the ball there and I am surprised at the attorneys as TYPICALLY, a support order is put in place immediately (albeit temporary)
I’m interested in AJ in relation to The Eternals. I am really eager to see what that is all going to be about. But she is with Marvel now and she needs to jettison him. If she is slow walking the divorce she is making a big mistake. She just pulled off the biggest reinvention. Last week the gossip magazines were saying they are finally getting along. This week he’s demanding she signs the divorce papers, decisions, decisions, who to believe. I’m minding my own business, they are rich and good looking, not my business.
The most interesting thing about this nonsensical story is the timing. The private Judges mandate ends at the end of June. It’s June now, meaning this divorce should be announced any day now. Which makes this stupid story a non story if there was always a June deadline in place? So this isn’t a coincidence IMO. Time will tell I suppose.
Angelina hasn’t asked for spousal support at all as far as we’re aware. They are in the money stretch I’m guessing & have been since custody was bifurcated in November last year, her lawyers Hersh Mannis seem to be handling things now.
Pitt finally handed his financial disclosure forms 6 months after Angelina on the 12th of April, the same date she then filed the necessary paperwork for termination of status. Also curious the Sun had that bullshit story about “Angelina begging Pitt to take her back” a few hours before all this was filed & made public in April. So hhhmm makes you wonder what’s coming this time ??

She’s attractive, takes up space, has not always fallen in line with the traditional good girl script, is successful, has flaws and has struggled publicly with weaknesses, and is independent and feminist. We don’t know these people and never will I’m aware. We’re all just guessing/ speculating mostly based on who we like or don’t like, and educated guesses in some cases. None of us have inside knowledge, but some things aren’t guesses.
1- Custody was bifurcated in November last year & a judgment filed with the court, meaning the judge signed off on an agreement. It’s on the court site.
2 Angelina submitted her financial disclosure forms last year in October
3 Pitt finally submitted his financial disclosure forms April the 12th this year 6 months after she did.
4 Angelina then submitted certain documents necessary for bifurcation/ terminating legal status on the 12th of April.
5 As per filed court documents, the very expensive private Judge on this case has been retained until June 30th when his mandate expires. That means that was the deadline they set to settle it all. If they’ve met this deadline, it means their divorce is imminent. These are facts.

I just read the same story on DM. Everyone in the comments are absolutely vicious toward Jolie. The story makes no sense. There have been no hearings set and there have been no documents filed since 4/12/19. There is no motion on calendar asking for sanctions. I truly do not get this. It takes forever in high asset cases to file FINAL Declarations of Disclosure (financials etc) and since Pitt only filed his PRELIMINARY Dec of Disclosure less than 2 months ago, this part of the divorce would not be finished. They have extended the private judge to 12/31/19 for a reason. But they are legally divorced.

Hmmm, you aren’t lying. Watching the Jolie-Pitt saga feels like watching my situation all over. All you can do is ignore. Same with Heard-Depp. These dudes need to feel powerful and in control because they lack self esteem, and their responses are normalized in cultures throughout the world (he just loves her so much, he was so hurt that he disparaged her/was still jealous/hit her/sued her/killed her). Again, ladies, please read Lundy Bancroft’s book, Why Does He Do That?. The book may surprise you. It makes it easier to see how abusive men function in the world.
Drop-off and pick-up by neutral third parties seems pretty routine in such cases. The idea is to avoid the kids seeing any conflict between the parents.
