It’s still not over, he is appealing it again. He has since had a child with a girlfriend who lives in Europe. But he is not living in Europe, so having and living with children is not the issue. Controlling Sofia is the issue.

Yes, I made two orders on the same day that the story was posted here. I placed an order for two of the flavors and then went back and ordered the other two cause they sounded so good. I got my first order weeks ago and got the second order (which was placed like an hour after the first) just yesterday. They must have gotten a HUGE boost in sales for it to take this long, especially since they claim a three day turnaround time normally. I like the chai. The coffee isn’t my favorite. Haven’t tried the other two yet but so excited. I like my frother too.

I seem to remember they signed a strict contract in that they both have to be in agreement on what to do with the embryos, be that destruction or implantation. That’s why he’s suing her – she won’t sign off on implantation.

Maybe I missed something, but most legal paperwork I’ve done for IVF my husband and I specifically set it up so I had 100% control and that was the preferred option. Our first clinic (we had our 2nd at Barbados Fertility Centre recommend to everyone) had it so if I died or we divorced iour embryos would ONLY go to me. And our 2nd had something similar. Of course ours was 2018 and 2019, things change yearly. He is an an is asshole and I can’t wait until our laws come up to the times on these issues – although I hate it’s in a time ACB is on.
If I was Sofia, I would have paid for the embryos to accidentally be destroyed.

Watched The Dig last night and ended up just googling the actual story in the second half of the film. Introduction of Lilly James’ character instead of female photographers was a waste of a great story. Yeah, I didn’t hate it ’cause there were some interesting bits in the first half but they decided not to go there for whatever reason. So, basically, just check the real story. Way more interesting than this film to which I fail to see a point.
