Team Oksana has spent the weekend doing some damage control after Mel Gibson’s team went on the war path Thursday and Friday, attempting to discredit Radar’s release of a photo of Oksana after Mel beat her, and releasing part of a defense of Mel from his ex, Robyn. Mel’s team went primarily to TMZ, and the results… well, I’m sure there are some takers on Mel’s version of events. I know that from the comments on this site and others. I know that there was a comment war on Friday when CB talked about how she felt about Oksana’s injuries and Mel’s campaign against her. Here’s what I told CB: Oksana has smart lawyers, and she has good people around her. Don’t count her out, and whenever you worry about Mel coming out ahead, really think about how smartly Oksana has played this so far. At this point, she’s not going down without a fight.
First: People Magazine got a strategic interview from Oksana, all about her relationship to her ex Timothy Dalton, father of her son Alexander (who may have witnesses Mel Gibson abusing his mom, and who spoke to Child Services this weekend). My guess is that Timothy Dalton will probably be making some kind of statement on Oksana’s behalf shortly:
As Oksana Grigorieva’s custody battle with Mel Gibson gets progressively nastier, she has turned to another ex for support: Former James Bond actor Timothy Dalton.
“He’s very good,” Grigorieva tells PEOPLE, of Dalton, 66, who is the father of Grigorieva’s 12-year-old son, Alexander.
Dalton was seen Friday morning stopping by the Russian singer’s Sherman Oaks residence, which is owned by Mel Gibson.
“We raise our son together,” Grigorieva said Friday. “He’s a good father and they have a very good relationship.”
As for how she’s faring in the midst of her public wrangling with Gibson, the 40-year-old mother says she and daughter Lucia, 9 months, are both doing “okay.”
Grigorieva also insists she didn’t release the explosive alleged taped conversations with Gibson or the photo of herself with broken teeth.
“I didn’t release anything and I’m not happy with the lies being spread,” she says. “But when the court is done with the investigation, then I’ll be able to talk.”

Oksana‘s rep also confirmed to Radar that the photo of her bruised face is “a true and accurate photograph.” Her rep even went to TMZ and called what Mel’s camp’s activities a “smear campaign” and that the Mel Camp’s claims that her injuries were self-inflicted are “disgusting”. Stephen Jaffe told TMZ: “While Mr. Gibson’s camp has floated a variety of false claims in the press to try to distract the public from the true facts at hand, it is telling that his camp has not once denied that it is Mr. Gibson’s voice on the published recordings. It is common in such cases for those who perpetrate domestic violence to vilify the victim of that domestic violence. One would hope that those who are close to Mr. Gibson would take a more constructive approach.” And after running several interviews with “experts” who analyzed the photo, many of whom claimed that Oksana somehow injured herself and blamed Mel, TMZ ran this interview with another “expert”: “It is obvious not only from the photograph of Ms. Grigorieva, but from other evidence, including Mr. Gibson’s own admission, that he struck her in the mouth and temple, that she sustained injuries as a result of his blows. The notion that her wounds were ‘self-inflicted’ is ridiculous and not credible. No legitimate, independent expert photo analyst could reasonably draw such a conclusion. Her injuries are consistent with her account.”
Now, I don’t want to start another war here, I really don’t. I believe Oksana – about 90%. Do I think she might have exaggerated here and there for dramatic affect, or maybe just gotten a few technical details wrong? Sure. But I think the bulk of what she’s said is true, and I think there’s enough evidence to support the idea that Mel Gibson is an insane, vile, disgusting, physically, verbally and emotionally abusive man. If his private actions were disgusting enough, he and his team have begun to wage this ridiculous campaign against Oksana in which they’re trying to make Mel into the victim – that alone shows how f-cked up Mel’s mental state is. My opinion.
UPDATE: Oh, and the latest news: Mel Gibson is putting his Malibu properties for sale, and word is he wants to go live in Australia (to scream at and beat Aussie women, I presume).

I think by now there’s no denying the fact that Mel Gibson is an abusive drunk but IMO she is no angel. I’m not saying she deserved what he did to her, no woman does, but I think she’s just being equally sleazy as he is by now. He admitted to hitting her and knocking out her teeth. She has done nothing wrong. If you don’t like her, you don’t like her. You don’t know her. But you don’t make moral and legal judgments based on vaguely ‘not liking’ the look of someone. Your comment sounds sleazy and dumb. Should a man be allowed to beat you up and verbally pulverize you?
If you have no defense, then destroy your accuser. That seems to be the approach Mel G’s “team” is doing. What is creepy is it seems the Hollywood machine is starting to turn around to support him. More ‘sympathetic’ stories, less critical stories, more slamming of her. Mel G used to be a big profit machine. It’s all about money. Women are seen as expendable and women have no power, except if they stick together.
Oksana’s publicist is disingenuous. All of the accusations and counter accusations have been fueled by leaks from Team Oksana and the resulting media frenzy. Oksana decided to bring her legal battle to the press and the court of public opinion, so it’s only expected that the other side fights back and that disinterested parties chime in. Mel’s people would be crazy not to point out the contradictions in her story, and many people expressing skepticism are third parties. I believe that Oksana is partially telling the truth, but her exaggerations will torpedo her legal case. I have to strongly disagree with you Kaiser about the competency of Oksana’s lawyers. Good lawyers would have kept a lid on the changing stories leaked to Radar.
I don’t see Timothy Dalton making any sort of statement, nor do I see Dalton’s visit to his son on the day he was interviewed by Child Services to be a show of support for his ex.

Why is it so hard for some of you commenters to understand Mel’s own words that YES, HE HIT HER BECAUSE SHE DESERVED IT (his words!)?? What you believe at this point is completely irrelevant because it is already fact. So all you’re saying is that you don’t believe in facts. Way to go!
And all this ‘she’s no angel’, ‘she must have done something’ is really getting too much.
In all fairness, she did look nothing like a saint originally, as she was photographed with Mel for about 3 years before they announced his divorce and her pregnancy. And the fact that she was already a single mother to the child of another movie star.
But as soon as the actual tapes were released there was no more grounds to accuse Oksana of anything, anything at all. She was/is the victim of all the abuse we could hear with our own ears. That’s all that matters in this case.
Finally, due to the whole reporting that’s been done on these two currently, I see a lot more of her background and realize that she was working a respectable job as interpreter in the movie industrie when she met Dalton. (And quite a looker.) They had a legit relationship until 2007, not just some sordid affair that enabled her to collect child support and live care-free.
That really leaves only the homewrecking in Mel’s case that counts against her. And, to be honest, if there ever was a marriage that was openly not intact since at least 2006, it was Mel’s. Not saying I’ll give her a pass on this, but of all the women who had affairs with married Hollywood men, she had the most reason to assume that Robyn had stopped caring. After all, she never filed for divorce when day after day new pics of Mel with questionable women appeared.

I’m waiting for both sides of the story before judging. Things aren’t fitting together right.
I thought in the beginning that Oksana was a gold-digger. When all this mess started I thought “shes a smart gold digger and shes gonna bank!”, now, I think this is not about money any more. It may have started that way, but now she is proving Mel to be abusive and dangerous. I think that saving her life and her baby’s life is worth more than having a couple million.
She doesn’t appear to have any “contradictions” in her story. And she didn’t take this to the press. Mel Gibson is a huge international celebrity – it will be in the press. She didn’t leak the tapes and even if she did it’s understandable. Even with clear cut admissions from him, she’s still being vilified. She did not get paid for the tapes. They’re not pointing out “contradictions” in her story. They’re saying she faked the tapes, faked the beating, fake the picture. They’re saying the dentist lied or is changing stories. Just throw a bunch of garbage out there and by the time you retract it it’s already in people’s minds. The more outrageous the accusations against her, the worse he looks.
He was the one who was married, kids & claiming to be religious, and reportedly sleeping around with a double life. Using women like ordering off a menu. She wasn’t married or cheating on anyone. What are the contradictions? According to TMZ, Oksana said she was struck in the mouth. Furthermore, “Oksana told Sheriff’s deputies Mel Gibson struck her in the mouth twice, knocking one tooth out and chipping another.” That is a major contradiction, because the dentist’s sworn statement says that her teeth were not damaged and that he did not see evidence of a blow to the mouth, only to the temple. There are also contraditions from Oksana’s unnamed sources, who claimed earlier that photos showed Oksana with bruises all over her face and two black eyes.

I don’t think she released these tapes. There was a rumour that she offered money for them NOT to be released although I don’t know if that is true. This is very sad for the little girl but also for Alexander. In one of the tapes (Laker box) she mentioned the only time she asked about the box was so it might help with his relationship with Sasha (Russian nickname for Alexander)

I believe most of her story, but she is effing lying her ass off about releasing the tapes. She did it. Even if she had a friend do it for her, as has been claimed elsewhere, it is still her that did it. She is out of her mind if she thinks anyone believes her story about the tapes. She is covering her ass because she will be in trouble for going against a court order.
This is not a defense of Mel. He should go to jail for hitting her and she should get the legal penalty for defying the court order of the judge. Give the baby to an infertile couple, a foster family, hell even an orphanage, a dumpster or being raised by wolves would be better than these two losers. Poor little baby. Not sure about this. According to the Dalton article, they only broke up in 2007, so either she was cheating on Dalton or she is lying about the three years with Mel statement. Personally, I think she is likely exaggerating the amount of time she was with Mel, but she could have been cheating with Mel. That would explain why her son has hated Mel since day one, long before the abuse issues. Kids usually hate the person a parent leaves the other parent for. And the person that the parent was cheating with shouldn’t expect to be liked.

The picture DailyMail has of Oksana is sooo different than her appearance now. Seems like Mel took the life out of this woman. Quite frankly, I’m tired of hearing about this. Mel used to be such a great actor and now he is just a waste of space. I wish both of these people would settle this outside of the media and justice prevails.
Look, I’m not “Team Mel” and I think Gibson has some very significant, religiously-entrenched entitlement issues and delusions of moral superiority that are exacerbated by his fame, financial situation and substance abuse. He also, obviously, has some significant anger management issues that I’m pretty sure have gotten exponentially worse because he realizes he’s the one that was used in the relationship with Oksana (his beliefs tell him women are to submit to men to be used by the man, not the other way around).
I think that Oksana is, essentially, a grifter that played him big time and intentionally pushed his buttons to provoke him to get the most extreme reactions for the sole purpose of gaining control and recording his rantings in order to blackmail him.
She told her dentist Gibson hit her in the mouth and busted her teeth, the dentist didn’t see it occur so his testimony as to who allegedly hit her is hearsay. Since the findings of the dentist’s physical examination is completely inconsistent with her story, the story should be discounted. It’s no small coincidence that she made coy statements about the truth behind their breakup coming out and these tapes were leaked but that she didn’t go to the cops before making sure all of this was public.
I also think the rantings were Gibson but the tapes sound doctored and I would not be surprised if her statements had been dubbed to show a calmer demeanor and, maybe, alter some of the things she said to him
Do I think he could lose it to the pointed of hauling off and decking her? Yes.
Do I think he may have smacked her upside the head? Yes.
Do I think he cracked her in the chops and broke her teeth as she claims? No
Do I think he has a right to be abusive or that it’s OK to get violent and abusive with another person? No
Gibson deserves to be punished severely but I don’t think Oksana is quite the innocent victim she portrays herself to be or that she deserves to be rewarded. I feel really bad for that baby and Dalton’s son – they are the victims and the ones being used poorly in this situation

Wouldn’t it be nice if she and Timothy Dalton would get back together again? At least something positive would come out of all this. I do believe Mel will have to pay for all the abuse and emotional distress he has put her through, that’s the least he can do.
@Whatever…Oksana is “rounding up” to get to 3 years. In that Hello! interview after their breakup, she said that Mel and Robyn separated after his DUI and that she didn’t meet Mel until a year later. She also said they didn’t start “going out” until 6 months after they met.
Sasha Dalton shouldn’t blame Mel for breaking up his parents. His mom dated David Foster and lived in Foster’s house between dating Timothy Dalton and Mel Gibson.
Interestingly enough a few experts (not affiliated to either party) are saying that the recordings are spliced together so that he may not actually be admitting he hit her.
I think both sides s*ck and this needs to get sorted by the Police & Court. She is trying this in the court of public opinion and that is suspicious enough for me. With that said he is a verbally abusive drunk but I am not convinced he is physically abusive.
Oksana probably got herpes from Mel, who has a history of drunken whoring around and who apparently likes his BJ’s – hence the sore on her mouth.
If Oksana did try to use those tapes to protect herself and her baby, and even as leverage to get some money out of Mel, at this point, I don’t blame her that much. She is being abused and threatened, and Mel obviously doesn’t want to support his child – and supporting the child means supporting the mother, like it or not. She might be a gold digger, and he might have been had – too bad – it’s ultimately his fault for turning his back on his wife and family, screwing around and fathering a child with his mistress. He should still pay – for the new family he so irresponsibly created, for infecting Oksana with herpes, and for the abuse he has heaped upon Oksana.
Angel or not, Oksana should be compensated, generously, and the baby should be generously provided for. Mel should never have abused the mother of his baby and he should have settled this quietly and fairly, if he wanted out, to save everyone involved here the public humiliation. I look at Dalton’s physical presence showing up at Oks house as more support than trying to make it out that Robyn is showing support on behalf of Mel; I don’t see Robyn’s “statement” as a “support” she is only testifying that she was never hit by Mel, it is only saying she was never PHYSICALLY abused – no mention of emotional/verbal abuse.
If that was my dad with all the humiliation he is going thru, I would publicly come to his defense in some way at least to say that “my dad might have had some temper tantrums in the past but he isn’t a violent/abusive person”. So far, I don’t see Robyn or his kids coming to defend him in some way which I feel only confirms his actions that they have suffered mental/emotional/verbal abuse from their father; (maybe he was “partially” a loving, caring father at his convenience). Makes me think they are too embarrassed to defend their father which raises the question, “What would they feel that way?”

And even if those tapes were doctored to make it sound worse in parts (which I personally don’t believe), he said all those terrible words to her and kinda admitted to have hit her. So, if you break it down this, he has got to be blamed and held accountable for his actions, no matter what evil plan Oksana was playing in the first place. She wasn’t hitting him, she wasn’t yelling at him and wished for his death or for some ppl raping him from behind.
So to all those ppl out there who still have the feeling on defending Mel (incl. my beloved Whoopie!) and giving him excuses at hand such as alcoholism, bipolar disorder or that he’s been played by a gold digger, he had no right to get that much out of control, physically or verbally. THAT IS A FACT, people, because human dignity is inviolable. And that also applies to famous and beloved movie stars.

Oksana is making a big deal about her son’s father visiting him at the time and location that the boy was interviewed by Child Services. If Timothy Dalton wants to make a statement, he can do it himself without his ex bringing him into this.
I think Dalton was there to be present for the questioning of his son, rather than as a public show of support for Oksana. He hasn’t spoken and was there at the same time as children and families was questioning the kid. I would insist on being present if authorities were questioning my child.

I don’t care if she is a gold digger. I’ve been in an abusive relationship, and he deserves what he gets. Just the phone calls qualify as abuse, people. Would you want someone saying that to your mom? Or your sister? Or your daughter? F Mel Gibson.
I don’t believe the tapes were doctored. They don’t sound choppy or spliced – they are pretty clear. Mel said what he said. It seems that this was the way he always talked to Oksana, so she had plenty of opportunity to record his abusive remarks. Mel and his power team attacking and abusing Oksana publicly at this point is only making things worse for Mel. This man is an idiot who does not have normal social controls. He does not know when to stop. Mel – pay up, shut up, leave Oksana alone, and start cleaning up the mess you have made of your life!
Why is it no one mentions that it is a felony in California to record a conversation without the other parties’ knowledge and consent? The one undeniable fact (as opposed simply to what is reported) is that Oksana broke the law by making secret recordings — and did so to benefit herself.
Why is it that no one mentions Oksana pushed Mr. Gibson’s buttons, knowing that she was making a record while he did not? That is not to dismiss Mr. Gibson’s comments, but clearly Oksana — secretly taping — wanted him to go around the bend. In my opinion, I cannot imagine she did so for the benefit of their child.
Why is it no one questions how the recordings became public? “Not me,” says Oksana and her team of shills. But only she knew about the recordings, and only she had control of them.
And then there are other obvious questions . . . . Her claims of injuries are inconsistent with the public pictures . . . . While the recordings need to be examined by experts, some delays and non sequiturs give rise to a reasonable suspicion that the recordings have been edited and, either way, we never hear the entire conversation(s), beginning to end . . . . She has been through this before with Timothy Dalton.
Sadly, in the wake of Tiger Woods’ infidelities, it apears we have legalized for suits against celebrities what is a felony for the rest of us.
I agree that the tapes don’t sound spliced, but I do think they don’t show the whole picture. She probably started a fight, knowing how he gets and then started the tape. That is not a slam against her. I would have done the same thing, if I was trying to record evidence. Although I wouldn’t have stuck around long enough to record over a period of time. I would have kicked his ass to the curb the first time he called me the “c” word. Pig.
I think that at this point, she’s released enough info. to get her point across. Any more released tapes and photos and people will start to question her motives. Her best bet now is to sit back, let Mel hang himself with his own stupid comments and rants and let the courts handle it from here on out.

As for Mel’s ex. I think she is just bullshitting to save face, because once these tapes came out, people saw the ugly side of Mel the alcoholic and chauvinist. Few women escape abuse from alcoholic and chauvinistic partners and Robyn is just saving face. I do think he has verbally abused her and she’s just kept quiet and distracted herself from her ex husband’s ugly personality after his meteoric rise in Hollywood. Gossip Cop said the rumors of Mel moving to Aussie are NOT true. I think the Malibu home they are referring to is the one that has already been on the market the one they lived in as a family I don’t think it’s the home that he’s been living in since last year.

I also agree with those who point out that Timothy Dalton was there to support his son, not necessarily Oksana. And Cathy T is right about Oksana’s relationship history. When she and Mel were outed as a couple TMZ reported that she was living in a house owned by David Foster before Mel moved her into the one owned by his production company. Oksana has a lot of “overlaps” of men; she usually lines up the next one before dropping her current beau.
Mel is only 56 and Dalton is 66 but Mel looks a least two decades older than Dalton! I guess all that drinking ages a person.
PEOPLE have posted an article today that says that Mel’s ex/family support him 100% and are tired of seeing him painted as a “heartless, monster”.
I feel this is all PR, I would think Robyn and the kids support would come directly from them, publicly, and not thru PR; you think so?
I feel it’s all stricly PR trying to give Mel some defense, but I can’t help but feel that this is going to do damage to Robyn and his kids because they are going to get negative feedback and bitter opinions. I look at this way that doesn’t sound like much consideration to them.

I agree with you 100%. I can spot a douchebag a mile away. Which begs the question: why couldn’t Oksana “spot a douchebag?” She hooked up with Mel after the 2006 “anti-semitic rant heard ’round the world,” and she knew he was married. The public knew he was a hot-tempered alcoholic, and thanks to friends and acquaintances on the Hollywood scene Oksana would’ve had access to a lot more stuff than the rest of us. Even if Mel seemed like Prince Charming at first Oksana had to have known about his dark side. So why do you think she got involved with this married man then quickly became pregnant?
Australia doesn’t want him! Although chances are if he did move here, he’d get into a bar fight and get glassed by another angry drunk, so I guess maybe it’d work out karmically.

I am still on Mels side to a degree as She broke the law by recording him with out his knowledge.
She agreed in a lawyers agreement with Mel that these tapes would never see the light of day, Agreed to the custody arrangement for Lucia and had no problem with visitation rights up until Fathers Day.
She conventionally forgot to tell the Judge about all of this when she changed her mind to get a court order.
She instead of doing the correct thing Reporting the ALLEGED physical abuse straight away decided to go with Mel to the award Dinners, party’s, Premiere’s , Travel and tour through France while Mel was doing interview’s in France.
Even her DENTIST did not follow the correct procedure within the specified time.
I would believe her if she had done thing the correct way, and was more credible as a person. You have to ask WHY did she leak these tapes and decide to go to the media?
Something has never sat right with this, Never.
I think the reason why she is now saying this is because things are not adding up in her favor.
She clearly told people her two teeth were knocked out, Severe bruising Black eyes and the rest.
I think she is to an extent quite naive and may be did not think things would go this far.
Mel’s lawyer has said They have compelling evidence against her and it’s better than a paper trail.
from day one she, her friends and buddy’s at Radoronline have been leaking story’s on a daily basis.
Mel’s camp have been sitting quite working behind the scenes and have only come out a few times in denying various points.

Oksana is already winning the battle. For one, she wasn’t that famous, HE was. For two, her career isn’t taking a downturn, HIS is. For three, she never played the defender of the faith card, HE did. And now, all that Mel Gibson was and had been is going down the toilet with her veneers. Plus, Timothy Dalton has way more integrity than Robyn. Timothy won’t benefit from siding with Oksana. Robyn will, and that’s why she’s doing it.

I really enjoy reading your posts. It takes a great deal of courage and detachment to post comments in such an “blatantly hostile” environment. If ship “Oksana” is sinking, she has NO ONE to blame except herself. I suspect that her legal team believed that by releasing these tapes to the public, other women would come forward with similar stories about Mel Gibson. Alas, no one else has and now team oksana is forced to go it alone based upon her evidence; however, it’s not “air tight” and her case is grasping for air!
Just from reading some of these posts, it’s quite obvious that many of you don’t hang out with men in barbershops and barrooms. It wouldn’t surprise me, if many of them are in agreement with many of the things that Mel Gibson “allegedly” said to Oksana to some extend. He’s not the first, nor will he be the last man to be “caught between a rock and hard place” with a woman via an “unplanned” pregnancy only to realize there’s not enough “common compatibility” to move forward with a marriage. Many of them could probably relate to what Mel Gibson is going through, 100% because their experiences are very similar to his. Oksana with her vindictive, callous smear campaign has probably created a new fan base for Mel Gibson. If he were to produce a movie very similar to his current predicament, he just might make a killing!!!!

I disagree with you. I believe there are many good men in this world. Men who could never — no matter what — hit a woman in the face and then show a total lack of remorse by telling her she deserved it, who could never threaten a woman, scream insults at her, order her to service him sexually, and threaten to kill her and bury her in the rose garden.

I am still waiting for “evidence” and it hasn’t been forthcoming. It REALLY bothers me that if she is claiming he struck the child that she wasn’t in CPS office ASAP and hid this info during the custody mediation.

This is so true. We really don’t teach our daughters about domestic violence or how to spot douches. I talk to my kids about this all the time because I have a close family member who has been a director of a women’s shelter for the past 35 years.
I talked to them about Chris Brown, Mel, and when we were watching Practical Magic last night about choosing men carefully. One day about a month or so ago at the grocery store a douchebag was giving his gf the Mel treatment and I said, “See that asshole? Don’t EVER date someone like him and if you accidentally do, dump him immediately.” The guy looked like he wanted to punch my teeth out. Everyone needs to talk to their girls about this stuff to empower them.

I was watching Joy Behar last night, and one of the guests said they found out Oksana gave Radar the tapes(hours and hours of it) in retaliation to the lies Mels camp was spreading.
So Hollywood Life hired a forensic expert to analyze the tapes and it’s been found they were professionally done and edited. This was reported on ABC this morning.
I’ve said before I’m not taking sides. It appears that most people are believing everything that is coming from Oksana to be factual and true. There’s more to the story than what is being leaked to Radar and TMZ.
Why should people be blasted for wanting to wait for a court of law to determine what happened before joining in on the public stoning of Mel Gibson?

I think it’s interesting that his “Christ” movie reportedly made him 600 – 750 million, yet he is heard on those tapes claiming he is broke. Did he have to give all the money to his wife? Did they lie about how much money that movie made him?
As for Robyn being “respected in Hollywood”, maybe there are scads of people that have known about this side of MG for years and “respect” her for enduring a life with him. Or maybe she commands respect because she got out with her fair share and image in tact.
@ OhCamille, I read somewhere recently that he and Robyn have most of their money tied up in real estate, his church and their company. The article said the market is bad for selling and he doesn’t have the cash on hand to buy Robyn out of Icon, so they will remain in business together because she will retain her ownership in the company, since he can’t afford to buy her out at this time. The article suggested that the bulk of her settlement will be various properties in the US and Australia.

You ARE still waiting for evidence of the beating while he kinda admitted it and yet don’t need any proven evidence to assert that she is a gold digger ??? ….though it is TOTALLY irrelevant to the beating case ?

And for those who bring the authenticity or fraud of the pictures, sorry but only an independant expert hired by investigators and who has the pictures in his hands and can corellate them with all the testimonies including the one of the dentist can assert the authenticity of those pictures or not. Not some random hollywood expert who analyze it through the inyternet withouth having it in his hands and without those testimony. Those expert are bound to secrecy and will need more time to validate the authenticity and won’t talk to the press about it, certainly not before it is settled to the Court first.
It’s a serious CRIMINAL matter which will require thorough scientific expertise of those pictures, counter expertise, not Hollywood showdown CSI wanna be expert stuff.

Anyone who questions the motives of Oksana making a profit off of selling recordings & photos to the press, (NOT GOING TO THE POLICE ONLY), is immediately attacked for simply having a difference of opinion. I have read the posts on this site for the past few days and I’m so sick of seeing people being called abuse apologists and enablers just because they can see the scandal for what it really is… I don’t think anyone is saying that it is ever ok to hit a woman but that’s seems to be the only retort that “team Oksana” can come up with… maybe that is because there is no valid reason for her to be turning this situation into a media circus, further endangering her life and her baby’s life just to make a profit.

I’ve been involved in domestic violence and know many women who have. The difference between “REAL VICTIMS” and Oksana is simply “INTEGRITY”. I consider it to be “somewhat insulting” for this “parasitic leech” to jump on “the victim” bandwagon when it’s clear that she’s only using it as a means of REVENGE instead of being “ethically proactive” when these alleged incidents occurred. My position is very similar to Debbie’s regarding her motives and credibility. Why did she breach a mediated child support/custody agreement and disregard a “gag order” issued by the court? If she felt the terms of the mediated agreement were somewhat unfair and placed her child’s personal safety at risk, she didn’t have to sign it. I suspect that she was “hatching another scheme in the background” which may have included surprising Mel Gibson with another “life time package” and he just wasn’t having it. She’s certainly NO POSTER CHILD for INTEGRITY, COOPERATION AND JUSTICE!
I think she’s done what she could to protect her & her children, if she’s exaggerated some of it I think that is understandable under the circumstances.
Mel’s loosing this fight & needs to back off villianizing Oksana. They need another way to minimize some of the damage Mel has done to himself.
