One of Gwyneth’s co-stars in the London stage production of “Proof” said that she had some bizarre practices backstage.
Stewart recalls, “Gwyneth is lovely but she is, in the nicest sense, in another world.
“Personal chefs prepared her macrobiotic food but the food was delicious — even brownies with no chocolate!
“She practiced yoga so she was incredibly flexible. I didn’t have to do that but we did have a cast ‘group hug’ every night. It is so not British, but it was OK.”
It sounds pretty normal to do yoga if that’s your thing, but a personal chef at a theatre production? I don’t know. Couldn’t she have her macrobiotic meals delivered?
Group hugs are kind of strange, but not damning. I usually look at the crap Gwyneth says to call her pretentious. Reader Millie has a friend who is an acquaintance of Paltrow’s and says she’s really nice, though.

Here I am again, the Gwyneth defender 😉 First of all, I don’t think she has had any surgery done, she’s not the type for stuff like that and I guess she just changed with the years!
The whole story with the macrobiotic food is weird, of course, but it’s important to her and she feels well and healthy doing it, so why not having a chef doing it for you? You should admit that the one speaking out didn’t say Gwyneth was rude or arrogant backstage – as long as she’s not bossy or stupid about her own food, it’s fine, isn’t it?
Angelika, granted it is not that weird to have a personal chef, althought it’s a bit priveledged. There is no way that her face changed that dramatically without plastic surgery though! Look at how different her eyes and nose look.

As far as I know, she’s never said that she’s a natural blonde, we all know that she’s originally got darker hair. And this photo you posted from her appearance at the Stella McCartney show looks indeed very strange and different – look at other recent pics, she doesn’t look like that on any other photos! She just got pregnant at that time, maybe she just used a different kind of make-up.. This photo is strange indeed, and looks completely different to all of the others.

You have to admit though, that her nose is totally different.
Gwyneth didn’t have plastic surgery; where do these people get their info? It’s called aging and getting older. Her face changed, particularly after her pregnancies. Many womens’ faces change during and after pregnancy. If anything, she had a nose job but that’s it. What is wrong about practicing yoga and eating healthy? I never knew that was such a crime. Please, these jealous fools need lives of their own.
Gwenyth has always come across as spoiled & arrogant. And in my opinion, surgery or not, she is and always has been one of the ugliest woman in Hollywood.

I agree that she did have something done to her nose, not sure about under her eyes. It was probably done in her late teens/early 20s. I think it’s great that she obviously doesn’t do Botox and prefers her face to have movement!
