These are some new photos of Blake Lively at CinemaCon on Thursday. I think Blake and Ryan Reynolds were previewing The Green Lantern there, in Las Vegas. I’ve included photos of Ryan below – he got a haircut. I appreciate that he’s changing up his look, but I kind of think it’s too short. But never mind Ryan, we’ve got Blake! Apparently, Blake’s “legsy” outfit is Dolce & Gabbana. I don’t mind it, honestly. She’s been wearing so much stuff that offends me lately, I’m just happy that I’m not staring at her stiff-looking rack here. I also think Blake is looking a bit healthier in these photos. When I last saw her – about three weeks ago – she was looking a touch too thin. In these photos, she looks better.
I also have something scary to admit – ordinarily, I hate ankle booties. Personally, I can’t pull them off, and even if I could, I’m not sure I would want too. I usually find them so unflattering, but these specific booties on Blake, with the cool little opening on top… well, I kind of want them. I really want them. They’re totally cute. Of course, she’s still too down-market and cheap for Chanel. But if she wanted to sell me some of her magnificent booties, I wouldn’t hate her. Oh, and regarding Chanel: E! News reports that Karl Lagerfeld is going to take Blake as his “date” to the Met Costume Institute Gala!
UPDATE: I somehow missed that Blake had a “costume change” in the middle of the event! Here she is at the same CinemaCon Event, only now she’s wearing Marchesa. Thoughts?
Here’s Ryan… do you think Blake was trying to hit that? I bet she tried to work it. I’m not sure if she succeeded though. I just noticed something – with this haircut, Ryan is giving me Josh Hartnett vibes. Anyone else?

She has that weird hang dog frown smile thing going on. I don’t know. Her face always seems so droopy to me. She’s just very unremarkable.

That hair does nothing for her face, she should cut it chin length or even shorter.
Next, lose the fake tan and contrived posing. Then stop trying to be high fashion when it’s clearly not within your character.
If she does all those things I might begin to like her.

The Marchesa dress looks like BL is about to start in some sort of ballroom dancing contest. And those D&G bloomers look like something I’d wear in bed.
RyRey’s haircut is for that movie he’s (been?) shooting with Denzel W in South Africa where’s he’s some government agent.
Love the D&G on her. It’s quite pretty, though I cannot stand those damn elf shoes that keep popping up.

Has she does something to her mouth? Her smile looks odd. and both outfits are bad.
I like the first outfit minus the shoes. Awful color, considering she’s wearing a neutral color all over to begin with. They also look like they’re having an identity crisis over whether or not to be full ankle boots or pumps. An inch or so in one direction or the other and we’d have an actual shoe.
And once again I have to mention my extreme dislike for the streaky, straggly long blond hair look. She’s not the only one guilty of this, but I just think it looks messy. It ruins almost every outfit.
She has nice legs and great hair. that’s about it…oh, and a nice tan.

why was an outfit change necessary to begin with? now that the fall 11 collections are out i guess everyones in a rush to wear them first, but seriously the color and the fabric seem really out of place in the spring time. not only that but i dont find this look flattering at all, not even on her. someone commented on the last thread that she looks like she’s wearing “nancy kerrigans skating outfit” at the chanel event (LOL)…and its true, she does wear a lot of figure skating costume type dresses..now since that comparisons been made these types of dresses look utterly ridiculous to me…like katy perry
Actually, Blake’s rack is her best feature, next to her legs and her hair. That’s why guys like looking at her. She will never be a “great beauty”, which is why women don’t really get her appeal. Women expect the whole package while most guys are happy to settle for a nice bod. Blake’s got the bod! She needs to capitalize on those puppies for as long as she can. Covering them up = shortened career.
The red thing is very dancing with the stars. I don’t like it.
She needs to do something with her hair.
I think hair ruins the look, no matter what she wears.
As for the stars going to support Blake, think again. They went to see the single, hottie standing next to Blake. I wish I would have been there myself.

I have noticed that all the Blake posts here on CB really seem to hate on her. Am I the only one that thinks she is just gorgeous? I would love her body and her face is pretty damn nice as well.
I dont mind either outfits but I think she has worn much much better. Regarding the marchesa dress – I feel like I have seen her in it before. Perhaps a very similar dress but it a different colour?
She has Barbie legs, that I want.
She looks like some sort of robot barbie doll to me, like someone is just dressing her. She doesn’t seem genuine at all. That or she consistently wears busy, frilly, short, and ugly dress.
Snarky_Pup – I think you nailed it! She’s pretty in an approachable, “reminds-me-of-this-friend-from-college-that-I-wanted-to-bang” sort of way that the men like – the girls are just jealous of the body and the fact that she’s like crack to the boys.
Um, I hate to admit this, but I just watched “The Private Lives of Pippa Lee” this week – Blake was in it. She’s not a good actress, in fact, I don’t think “acting” is even in her repertoire. HOWEVER – there was something so sort of simple and all-american and pretty and guileless about her, I think I *might* have changed my mind about her a little.
As in, I don’t want to rip her face off and shank her for having those perfect legs.
That second dress looks like the “Cupcake Dress” worn by mini pageant queens all over the mid west. All she needs is a Dolly Parton fall attached to the back of her head and a flipper.

She looks so generic and for her young age, a bit dried up already. I think she’s lost a bit of weight. She looks frail in some pictures even when she’s smiling widely.
But at least she’s started covering her boobs. Between those and the super short skirts/dresses, she was starting to look tacky.
The weight loss doesn´t look good on her face. She´s got a nice body, but her face could use just a little more fat

the problem is.. she’s a dime a dozen, she is average, how many people have you seen look just like her? nothing stands out about her, not bad, not good, but average.
She needs a brush ASAP and the second outfit looks like an ice skating outfit
