These are some new photos of Elisabetta Canalis sunning herself on a yacht in the South of France. Where is Clooney? I have no idea. I haven’t heard anything about Elisabetta and George being together since his 50th birthday party. Before that, it had been a few months too. Is anyone else starting to wonder if Elisabetta is really going to make it to the two-year mark? Sarah Larson didn’t make it to two years. Does Eli have the balls (literal and figurative) to pull it off?
I tend to think Clooney hasn’t joined Eli on this little jaunt to Cannes. BUT… I think Clooney’s largesse can still be felt. If Elisabetta wasn’t still WITH Clooney, would she be able to manage yacht sunbathing in Cannes? Probably not. If she was single, she would probably be back in Italy, hustling. So… that’s my verdict. I think she and Clooney are still together, and that amazes me. She’s weathered a cocaine-and-hooker scandal, she’s weathered a huge political scandal involving the prime minister of Italy and an underage girl. And she’s managed to come out of it all with her Adam’s apple intact! Some will admire her hold on Clooney, but I think the aspect of Eli’s character that keeps her on top is that she’s got a really good hustle. She’s not afraid to work for it. And by “work” I mean “taking off her clothes at the drop of a hat.”
Three more things. One, are those boobs new? Did she always have those? Two, I think Eli & I have the same sunglasses. I love mine so much! And three, check out the closeup of her “Pain is Love” tatt. Is that Clooney’s motto? S&M motherchucker.

Clooney is currently in London filming (Alfonso Cuarón’s) Gravity. She probably flew back to Europe with him, he went on to London and she joined her friends at Cannes.

She was photographed last Friday in LA. So, I guess she just flew to Europe since GC has been shootting in London and she needs to “remain relevant”since he is not making public appearances with her (lol).

They’re not “together.” They were never “together.” They haven’t been photographed together since December, because that’s when Clooney ended their publicity agreement. And you can bet that, as usual, Elisabrutta called a pap to take these photos, and she probably had them photoshopped prior to being released, as she does with all of her private photo ops. And yes, this was another private photo op, same pap called, photoshop, timed release.
I’m amazed that the press and gossip blogs are still buying the b.s. notion that she’s with Clooney. I mean really, if you believe that, I have a farm in Fukushima I’d like to sell you.

It’s true that they haven’t been photographed together or seen out in public since the end of last year. Before that they showed up together regularly. I’ve heard that she wasn’t even invited to Mexico the last time she was pictured there with him. She took her entourage and crashed his holiday.

I recently read a blind gossip item which has been linked to George Clooney. Apparently, he is very much into S&M, as is Elisabetta. Even more interesting is the claim that Clooney has a (hetro) swap arrangement with Cindy Crawford and hubby. That’s when I noticed that in certain pics Elisabetta does share a resemblance with Cindy.

She doesn’t need Clooney for weeks on luxury yachts in the Med she has been doing it for years. She was invited by Cavalli along with some other eye candy because she works for him, according to him they have been friends for 10years and because her presence there will attract the paps all good as far as Cavalli is concerned, he probably still owes her for managing to wear Cavalli front row at the Armani show with George at the begining of the year.
As for George and Eli . Yes, they are still together but not so much, it’s just convenient for George to have a ‘girlfriend’ that knows the score, doesn’t hassle him and looks good whenever he needs a red carpet +one. She will be around until she asks for more (Sarah Larson’s undoing) or Clooney gets bored. Word is he is likely to keep this official gf until Easter next year.

She had big contracts for fashion and other industries, such as a very well paid and long lasting one for Telecom (with Adriana Lima at the beginning and then alone because company consumers did appreciate her more). She had luxury vacations before meeting him.

Cavalli is opening a store in Cannes on Wednesday 18th May and as she is the current face of his underwear line, she is technically ‘working’. She has known Cavalli for years socially but she never worked for him prior to the George connection. She was never good enough (or big enough) to be one of his models or to pose for any campaign until she starts dating Clooney then all of a sudden, he must have her be the face of his underwear line because she truly represents what his fashion is all about. Sure. He is trading on George’s name the same way that she is. Famewhoring at its most pathetic and most obvious. She is a professional party girl. Of course she is there. She craves attention and as she has gotten so little lately…. She would be on the lookout for the next rich guy that she could land to take care of her after things go south with George. George is filming in London and hasn’t been papped with her since Dec last year. Reports of them spotted together have been circulated but nothing concrete.
In my opinion, she will officially be around until after the trial of Italian prime minister is finalised. The one where they both were named as possible witnesses for the defence. He needs her to back up his claims that he never attend his bunga bunga (orgy) parties. Until that is done and his name is no longer associated with it, she will remain on the Clooney PR/payroll train. I can’t see him splitting with her before that on the off chance she goes rogue and gets up in court (or in the press) and says they were there. Best to let the court case run its course then walk away without possible threats, bad PR or blackmail.
But it is very interesting that they were so open about famewhoring together for the first 18 months of the relationship then for it to go deadly quiet for the past 6 months. No more tipped off candids, no them out together at all caught by the paps, no extended interviews where she goes into detail about their life together, no jobs through the Clooney connection for her, etc. It is almost like she doesn’t exist in his world other than when the press mention that she is still publicly his girlfriend. The press in the States aren’t hunting her down every week. She is papped here by way of convenience. The paps were advised, they didn’t have to look and they knew they would get bikini shots. Easy days.
