Sarah Palin tell all – she told pregnant Bristol abortion was an option, pressured adoption

In Touch has details from a tell all from a former campaign aid to Sarah Palin. It’s called Blind Allegiance to Sarah Palin and was written by a guy named Frank Bailey. The parts that In Touch focuses on sound like the same thing we heard from Sarah’s daughter’s former redneck fiance, Levi Johnston, back when he hit the scene. (And before he reunited with Bristol briefly. That was hysterical.) There’s undoubtedly more in the book than just these few claims, including details on how Palin allegedly lied about Troopergate.

Apparently Sarah was pressuring Bristol to hide her pregnancy and let Sarah adopt the baby without revealing that it would be her grandchild. Sarah was worried (with good cause) that having a 17 year-old pregnant daughter would hurt her chances at the Vice Presidency. (As would being completely unprepared, defensive and unable to follow through on her commitments, but she didn’t seem to worry much about any of that.) Bailey also writes that Sarah told Bristol that abortion was an option for her, and didn’t rule that out. It’s surprising to hear that she was open about abortion, considering that her public stance is staunchly pro life. And Baily claims that Sarah and her husband Todd didn’t talk and were fighting, which we’ve also heard before.

Sarah’s relationship with her eldest daughter is totally dysfunctional, according to former campaign aide Frank Bailey, who says he witnessed Sarah mocking, berating and terrifying Bristol. And now, he’s finally speaking out in an explosive tell-all, Blind Allegiance to Sarah Palin.

Abortion was an option
Sarah’s total disregard for her daughter’s well-being was never more apparent than when Bristol told her mother she was pregnant at the age of 17, Bailey says. Determined to minimize the effect on her political career at any cost – including her daughter’s feelings – Sarah apparently ignored her own pro-choice leanings [sic!] and gave Bristol the option of having an abortion. “I left the decision to her,” Sarah confessed to Bailey, “and Bristol wants to keep it.”

Sarah told Bristol to let her adopt the baby
But then, determined to bury the scandal, Sarah even pressured her to give the baby up for adoption – to Sarah herself. “Sarah kept mentioning this plan,” Bristol’s then-boyfriend, Levi Johnston, has said. “She didn’t want people to know that her 17 year-old daughter was going to have a kid.”

Sarah’s daughters suffered when she was away
Bailey says Sarah must accept her share of the Blame for Bristol’s pregnancy. With her eyes focused on political fame and fortune, she all but abandoned Bristol and younger daughters Willow, 15, and Piper, 10, who spent weeks without their mother.

And very quickly, Bailey explains, their lonely lifestyle began to take an obvious toll, as the girls’ grades suffered and they began to make tearful phone calls to their mom on the campaign trail. “I recall one day when Bristol phoned… crying while Sarah sat in my office,” Bailey recalls. “Sarah rolled her eyes. I felt pained for Bristol.”

On Sarah’s marriage to Todd
“This union for sure had its rocky side,” Bailey reveals, admitting that those around them were aware divorce was a real possibility. Sarah was rumored to have cheated on Todd, and he had a habit of hacking into her email account. Things got so bad, Sarah broke down and told Bailey, “We’re not like other couples… we don’t talk.”

[From In Touch, print edition, June 13, 2011]

All that stuff about how Sarah somehow neglected her daughters while she was working or was an absentee mom rubs me the wrong way. It’s hard to judge from just this blurb, but it sounded like she was necessarily off campaigning and not like she abandoned them or anything.

In Touch incorrectly wrote that Sarah “apparently ignored her own pro-choice leanings,” and that’s obviously a mistake on their part. In her memoir Going Rogue, Sarah noted that she actually considered abortion “for a fleeting moment” when she heard that her youngest son Trig, now three, would be born with Down’s Syndrome. She has stated that she’s opposed to abortion except to save the life of the mother, so if it’s true that she told Bristol she could potentially terminate the pregnancy I’m surprised. I would give Palin some credit for being open about that, but it sounds like it was more about her political career than any doubts she might have about being pro-life.

Now that this tell all is out and basically scoops Levi Johnston’s planned tell all (along with offering more details about other Palin scandals) what’s that poor high dropout going to do? Levi’s book doesn’t come out until the Fall, and I doubt it will be a success.

Sarah Palin is shown outside the Fox news studios on 6/1/11 on her “One Nation” bus tour. She’s also shown on 5/29/11 taking part in the “Rolling Thunder” motorcycle rally for POW/MIA. Bristol Palin’s new face is shown on 5/3/11. Credit: WENN.com

I absolutely HATE to defend this woman…But I can’t believe that any credible biography of hers would be releasing details to In Touch Weekly.

  2. gee says:

I know eeeerrrybody hates her, but I don’t think she is a horrible person. Horrible for politics maybe, regardless of what side you are on.

That being said, I think these tell all books are disgusting. They are horrible for everyone in her family, and the people supplying the information (in this book or ANY tell all) are really the scum of the earth.

  3. Celebitchy says:

@mln – the book is out already so they probably just read (skimmed) it and got the details from there.

  4. Praise St. Angie! says:

    “Going Rouge”

I know it was just a typo, but it made me laugh.

    it’s Going ROGUE.

  5. lucy2 says:

I’m all for a tell all of the stuff she did while briefly in office and campaigning, but the family stuff, especially about the kids, crosses a line.

I do find it hypocritical when someone campaigns on an anti-choice platform but then in their OWN life feels entitled to have a choice and consider their options.

  6. Karin says:

You’ve never heard the term “the only moral abortion is MY abortion”? There are many “pro-life” people that go for abortions. I have heard stories from clinic staff telling about performing abortions on people who have been known to picket the clinic. Sometimes those same women go back out to protest. They truly believe that their abortion is “different” or “moral” while all of those other sl*ts and wh0res should not be allowed to have abortions.

  7. Jewbitch says:

why is she wearing a star of david?!!!

  8. You don't say says:

I hate celebrity tell alls written by hacks who have never met the subject and base their vitriol on heresay and fake insiders without names. This book was apparantly written by a real Palin insider, with a real name, who, for whatever reason, has an ax to grind against her. Not sure why he did this, but I probably trust what he has to say since he was there when all this stuff went down. Like most nasty books, it was written to make a buck. And Damn you John McCain for unleashing this woman on an unsuspecting public.

Do I feel for her…no. She needs to be taken down. Her children..yes.

  9. Rhiley says:

I am not a conspiracy theorist or anything like that, but I do not believe that Trig is her baby. I believe that baby is Bristol’s as well. Sarah never showed signs that she was pregnant with Trig and Bristol was out of school for a long time during the time before he was born, supposedly with mono. I am also not a hateful person. I am a live and let live type of person, but I do think that Sarah Palin is so driven to be famous that she does it at the expense of her family. I will never forget the imagine of her holding Trig after one of her debates and then she just dropped him in one of her younger daughters arms to carry around the stage while she went and schmoozed with McCain. It really depresses me when people like Sarah Palin move up in the world.

  10. EdithP says:

@Jewbitch — she LOVES Israel, that might be her way of showing support.

(Some) People want abortions in only 3 circumstances – for rapes, for life-threatening situations for the mother, and for themselves.

  11. neelyo says:

@ jewbitch, she was wearing the star of david during her nyc visit. i assume she’ll put on whatever regional accessory or outfit she deems necessary for each whistle stop during her US bus tour. Lots of costume changes!

  12. Boo says:

I believe Sarah Palin is dangerous, and any book that can show people how evil she is should be celebrated. The fact that she has such a cult following despite her complete ignorance appalls and shames me as an American. As for the kids, I think Bristol has done enough famewhoring to take her off the list of “Untouchably Innocent Palin Children.”

I also have my doubts about Trig. Her story goes that she, a high-risk mom to be, has her water break in Texas. Then, instead of going to a hospital IN TEXAS, she got on 3 different planes to fly home to Alaska to deliver the baby? Seriously?

  13. kpist says:

I wonder if this guy considers all working moms that have to travel, especially in Hollywood, as abandoning their children?????

  14. yeppp says:

i dont care for the palin clan… that being said “tell all books are really disgusting” really but trolling these blogs for the latest gossip is’nt. i love it all, the books, the blog,s the drama! keep it comming!!!

  15. Photo Jojo says:

@jewbitch there’s some media speculation about her sudden star of David necklace being more about mocking Obama’s issues with Netanyahu over Isreali/Palestinian borders. And she was in and around NYC as well so maybe a bit of pandering?

  16. CG says:

@Rhiley Some investigative journalist actually did a huge story a few months back (I saw the excerpts on Gawker or Jezebel) claiming that Trig in all likelihood was Bristol’s baby and that the cover-up (which the “lamestream” media was obviously complicit in since no one really chased those rumors down) was basically one of the biggest frauds ever perpetrated on the American public. Just the bits I read made a good case for it.

  17. HRH says:

That first picture of her is so… presidential.

  18. luls says:

Forget her being a blatant hypocrite about ALL her so-called “beliefs”, whats REALLY rubbing me the wrong way, is that ass-kissing star-of david around her neck!! (no offense to Judaism)

If that stupid woman ever makes it into the US administration, she’d be an Israeli puppet for sure. The last thing the US needs is another one of those.

  19. Lisa says:

I’m tired of the press going after her because she’s a female politician. Do the men that campaign and leave their family for months ‘abandon’ their children? Let’s put it on a level playing field and let them stand on their own merits. I’m not a huge Palin fan, but we don’t attack the male candidates as viciously as we do the females.

  20. angie says:

Sarah Palin is lying fame-whore trash, her daughter is hypocrititical fame-whore trash, and Levi is white fame-whore trash. Notice a theme?

And while we’re saighing that the male candidates don’t get as much flack, anyone seen a Weiner around?

  21. Leticia says:

Down Syndrome babies are more commonly born to older parents. I’m familiar with the topic because my cousin gave birth to a baby with Down Syndrome when she was in her late 40s. I guess anything is possible, but I have never heard of a young girl giving birth to a baby with DS. Also, Levi Johnston would have already told us if Trig was Bristol’s son. Levi wants attention and money, and that juicy tidbit would have been the first thing he would have told.

  22. Rhiley says:

As a female and a feminist I do not think the media goes after Palin because she is female. I think they go after her because she asks them to do so. She thrives on the attention and has a love affair with the media.

  23. B says:

I agree with the suspicions concerning Trig. The fact that NO ONE noticed that Sarah was pregnant is completely implausible-as is the claim that she gave a speech despite her water having broke, before taking a “leisurely 20-hour trip home…after she supposedly went into labor in Texas”. During which the flight attendents “did not notice that she was pregnant”. And like Rhiley pointed out, Bristol was out of school for several months with “Mono”-her extended absence just so happened to coincide with the last five months of her mother’s so-called pregnancy.

I think (and have always thought) that Trig is her grandson. I could absolutely see Palin taking on the child as her own to save her political hide. Then pressuring Bristol to abort or put up for adoption after falling pregnant a second time. Completely plausible.

  24. Disbelieving says:

“All that stuff about how Sarah somehow neglected her daughters while she was working or was an absentee mom rubs me the wrong way. It’s hard to judge from just this blurb, but it sounded like she was necessarily off campaigning and not like she abandoned them or anything.”

From the point of view of three teenage daughters, being off campaigning for weeks is abandonment. I don’t like that our society works that way but it does. Once you decide to have children (and many children at that), your life must be arranged so that they come first. If you don’t, you end up with a 16 year old getting pregnant.

When I was younger I wanted to believe women could do it all. Having raised a teenage daughter, I know we can’t. I think our young women need to know that before they decide to have children. Tough choices lie ahead. Its not right; its not fair but it is….

We need this national dialogue and not people who are willing to sweep it under the rug with dismissive comments about the needs of children; whether that be about Sarah Palin or Angelina Jolie or whoever. Kids need stable families (whatever they look like) not famewhores who put their own needs first.

  25. Quest says:

Bristol is this so-called advocate for abstinence and Sarah wanted to hide the pregnancy with an optional adoption strategy or even abortion (???)

WTF could they be thinking? I don’t really buy the story here, but if this is even a consideration…WTF.

-One cannot take any ethical stance on abstinance and contemplate abortion in the Palin’s circumstances. If this is true then they are even more deadly than a bunch of lying famewhores.

  26. You don't say says:

The press should have gone after her more and if they had, we would not be stuck with her now. It has nothing to do with her sex, it is her ignorance that is the problem. Hypocricy is also an issue, because she and her ilk are always talking about women being good mothers first and taking care of their families first. But she is allowed to not be there for her children like she insists others should be. Personally, I don’t trash her for that, but she should not trash others for doing the same thing–being a working mother.

Oh, and today, John Edwards just got indicted for his tacky affair, and using campaign funds to hide it, so equal treatment for idiots.

  27. LunaT says:

I’m waiting for her to make a speech or statement in which she doesn’t blame someone else. I don’t understand why she can’t state her opinion w/out calling another group/person out.

I never watch Regis and Kelly, but I paused on it the other morning. R&K were talking on the phone to Donald Trump. He was talking about how he’d just had pizza w/Palin and was singing her praises. Ridiculously over-the-top so. Plugging his favorite candidate, maybe? I couldn’t listen for long b/c it was gross.

I’d heard bits about Trig not being her kid, too.

  28. Wendy City says:

It is scary when people think they are a lot smarter than they really are. Sarah Palin is one of those people. The thought of her running this country terrifies me. What keeps me up at night…she thinks that she is smart enough to run this country. She believes her own hype.

  29. Trillion says:

I’m really hoping for a Bachman/Palin ticket. Weeeeee!

  30. telesma says:

What Karin said. I’ve run across quite a few of the “the only moral abortion is my abortion” types in my years as a clinic volunteer. Besides, we already know what an arrogant, hypocritical witch Palin is. Why would any of this, if it’s true, be a surprise?

  31. bluhare says:

The sick thing about Sarah Palin is that people actually listen to her.

  32. original kate says:

@ jewbitch: i believe palin started wearing a star of david when she visited israel. i can just imagine the conversation with her personal assistant, kim, while packing for that trip:

kim: mrs. palin, do you remember when i showed you the world map?
sarah: israel, eh? oh yeah, it’s right there next to india. everyone knows that!
kim: actually israel is next to—
sarah: i better get one of them whachamacallits stars to wear while i’m there.
kim: *sigh* again, it’s called a star of david, mrs. palin.
sarah: nobody likes a know-it-all, kim! durrrr! do i need to wear a gosh darn pillowcase thing over my head, too?
    kim: …yes. yes you do.
sarah: oh cripes – do i wear my glasses on the outside of the pillowcase? i’m gonna look weird! what’s so funny, kim? kim?

  33. the original bellaluna says:

So I’m finally not alone in the whole “Trig is SP’s grandson, not her son” school of thought. I don’t remember when or where I thought it, but I he was little and it was before Bristol got pregnant.

To those who say Levi would have said something: I’d agree, but what if it wasn’t his kid? And what if it was the other daughter’s baby, not Bristol?

    Lots to think about…

It doesn’t shock me in the least that SP would consider abortion for one of her teenage daughters. Her motto is “Do as I say, not as I do” and she needs to be brought down a few dozen pegs.

  34. Alice says:

Psychotic conservatives always push for pro-life unless it’s their own teenage daughter. Then abortion is A-OKAY!

  35. Dingles says:

It’s not “pro-life” it’s “ANTI-CHOICE.” God I’m so sick of that misnomer, it’s not like most people who label themselves as pro-life actually give a f*** about the life of the woman. Or the child’s life once it’s born, for that matter.

And I’d be willing to bet money that Sarah did suggest that Bristol get an abortion. It’s amazing how many people magically become pro-choice once that unexpected -/+ sign happens within their own family.

  36. dread pirate cuervo says:

I believe every word of it! This woman is an Arctic Kardashian, but worse. Let’s suppose Trig is her baby, which I doubt. How do you go off famewhoring instead of taking care of your special needs baby? & that’s without thinking about the other two teen moms to be. You shouldn’t have had a ton of kids if you didn’t want to raise them. You wait until they’re older to go famewhoring & eat pizza with a damn fork. End of story.

PS. That last part doen’t apply to regular working moms who maybe have to take a few business trips. It’s the leaving your family for weeks at a time that I don’t agree with. She could’ve just stayed governor & stayed with her kids.

PPS. Don’t eat pizza with a fork. It’s wrong.

  37. sam says:

I dont think i would trust an insider who has an ax to grind who write a book about someone, be it Palin, Obama, Oprah, etc. They are just trying to cash in and get their 15 minutes.

And people who are stupid enough to belive that Trig is her grandson, also believe 911 was an inside job and that Obama was born in Kenya.

By the way, Palin had an Israeli flag on her desk when she was a governor. A lot of Christians wear the Star of David. No big thing there.

  38. Caity says:

No reason to not believe what Frank Bailey has written here. He is simply an ex-employee who has said he couldn’t live with himself if Palin made it all the way to the White house without the world knowing who she really is. Plus, in addition to the all the negative traits he points out in her he also say some nice things. I’ve actually heard him call her “smart” in interviews. Him pointing out the good and the bad makes the whole thing more believable to me.

That being said he goes on to point out waaaaay more terrible Palin characteristics than the Bristol abortion stuff. These absolutely need to be made public if she is seriously considering running for office again.

  39. Rhiley says:

I don’t think it is stupidity at all to question whether Trig is actually her son or her grandson. She is not the most forthright and a lot of things don’t add up with his birth. My mom was 40 when she gave birth to my little brother. I remember she had a lot of drs appointments and things but she was still so excited about his birth. She told everyone she was pregnant. Sarah Palin didn’t tell another soul she was pregnant. Also, Sarah was running every day up until his birth; she was working every day, coworkers didn’t notice any weight gain. Granted she is petite but still she would have had some kind of baby bump. She was giving a speech when her water broke and gets on a plane and flies home when she is having contractions, about to go into full labor. Also, Bristol was taken out of school of something like almost 9 months, none of her friends saw her, because she was said to have had mono. Trig very well may be SP’s son, but still I think there is a lot there to make people suspicious of who his birth mother really is.

  40. Slim Charles says:

I feel sorry for the daughter who is on her bus tour with her- Willow, maybe? She’s the one that told the Time photographer, “Thanks for ruining our vacation” because there is press everywhere they go.

It seems like Palin told her daughter, “We’ll take a great vacation, just our family, and get to spend time together” but neglected to tell her daughter that she was inviting the press at every stop along the way.

It would suck to be that age, when you really want to spend a lot of time with your mom and have her to yourself, and your vacation turns into a publicity tour.

  41. mia girl says:

From my perspective as a mom of three… once you have a family, you make choices on how to provide the best environment and support possible for your kids, many times sacrificing your own success/desires or trying to keep them in balance always knowing that family comes first. I believe that should be goal #1. Others here may not and that’s ok.

What irks me most about Sarah Palin is that she talks like that is her #1, uses it like a badge of honor, and yet it is quite clear that achieving fame & power (or fighting for her causes) is her #1. So fine, own it, but don’t give us this “hockey mom” bs – making moose chili in the kitchen crap. It is all for show. Her family and others in her life are second to (or at best at par with) her ambition (and yes, much like many male politicians).

In that regard, she brings the women double standard (why don’t we treat male politicians this way) on to herself. She then uses that to her advantage, when we call her on stuff like being on the campaign trail – plays the victim (citing – double standard) and so ultimately does not get called on her crap.

There are many female politicians from both parties who manage to campaign, run and serve without getting the “you are not a good mom” criticism in the press. Why? Because they don’t wrap themselves in the bs that they are a simple down home hockey mom, or create this “mom” persona as a way to get votes. She brings this crap on herself and then uses it.

From that perspective she is worse that a double standard, she is a double manipulator. I have no issue with saying that a mom with a newly born DS child should have said NO when asked to run as VP (given everything that entails). Sure, it might suck to say no, you might never get the opportunity again, etc but that is the sacrifice you make for your child. So her super mom crap is just that. Maybe she should make chili out of it.

  42. Rhiley says:

Yeah, poor Willow. She was suckered. Sarah Pac is paying for that “family vacation” (not that it is illegal or anything). But still who gives Sarah Palin 5 million plus dollars? I am kind of envious of her macked out bus, though. Can I start a PAC?

  43. original kate says:

“A lot of Christians wear the Star of David. No big thing there.”

@ sam: really? alot of christians? where are you getting this information? i have never seen a non-jew wear a star of david unless it is a politican doing it for votes. so have you seen alot of jews wearing a crucifix then? seems odd to appropriate a religious symbol that has so much meaning when the faith is not yours. i’m not attacking you, i’m honestly just curious – has anyone else seen this? maybe it’s just a trend i’m unaware of.

  44. Boo says:

Did you see Palin’s ridiculously stupid take on Paul Revere warning…the BRITISH?! God, she’s dumb…or she’s inhaling too many bus fumes.

  45. LunaT says:

I just watched it, Boo! And I was coming here to share. It’s amazing and funny and sad. All at the same time. Gawd, she’s such an idiot.

    http://wonkette.com/446806/sarah-palin-has-no-idea-who-paul-revere-was-or-what-he-did#more-446806

  46. mia girl says:

@Boo & @LunaT Thanks for the tip and the link.

Earlier I said “what most irks me about Sarah Palin” was her fake super mom stuff… but I need to correct that. What most irks me about Sarah Palin is how f*cking stupid she is.

“He who warned uh, the British that they weren’t gonna be takin’ away our arms, uh by ringing those bells, and um, makin’ sure as he’s riding his horse through town to send those warning shots and bells that we were going to be sure and we were going to be free, and we were going to be armed.”

  47. Kolby says:

I can’t even be in the same room with a TV that has her on. I’m too afraid of catching the stupid.

  48. Crystalline says:

Man, I knew the second I read about that plan with Bristol’s baby that it would fuel the Trig conspiracy. It does make one wonder if there is more to it–really, who thinks of that as a solution? That is just so out there.

  49. tango says:

LunaT, you do realize that Paul Revere WAS captured by the British the same night after he warned the British are coming? He told the Brits: Americans are aware of their approach, and if they were to be foolhardy enough to attack, will be met by at least 500 armed patriots.

So Palin is correct but she said it in a weird mixed up way. Revere did reveal the plans and warned the British of what America had in store.

So yes, a tiny bit of a gaffe since it wasn’t explained in proper chronological order. If Obama can say he’s visited 57 American states and not be thought a blundering idiot, I think Palin is ok. At least Revere did warn the British, Obama could never visit those additional states no matter how hard he tries.

Here is what the Paul Revere society says about that night:

    http://www.paul-revere-heritage.com/midnight-ride.html

  50. texasmom says:

It’s Piper who is on this tour. The grown ones and the teenager are too sullen and busy spawning, and poor little Trig isn’t photogenic and/or manageable enough anymore to show off. So Sarah is dragging Piper along as a prop. And talk about bad parenting — the coy stance that this is just a family vacation is insulting to the public, but to tell your own KID that is evil. This poor kid has real resentment that media types are HOUNDING them on their vaycay! But who the hell goes on vacation in a giant bus tricked out with a celebrity’s name, giant flags and the US constitution? With calls to Fox News to let them know where to meet them? Tell you what, we’re going on a family vacation the last week in June and not one of you will ever hear about it.

    Look out, British! We’re armed!

  51. mia girl says:

    Tango:
Uh, no. What she said is not correct. Here is what the link you provided said:

“The British held Revere and interrogated him with a pistol on his chest. He was asked about the plans of the militia and where they kept their ammunition. When asked where the Patriots were hiding he told them the truth and replied that they had 500 militiamen in Concord protecting them and 1500 coming. As they rode towards Concord he was told that if he tried to escape he would be shot.”

This is the blabbering that Palin said:
“He who warned uh, the British that they weren’t gonna be takin’ away our arms, uh by ringing those bells, and um, makin’ sure as he’s riding his horse through town to send those warning shots and bells that we were going to be sure and we were going to be free, and we were going to be armed.”

Just because she was right about Revere saying something to the British, doesn’t make what she said historically right. He did not tell the British you can’t take away our arms, or ring bells or ride to make sure we were going to be armed. It’s a stretch to try to defend her gaffe.

And BTW the worst -least inspired defense is to bring up the other party’s gaffe. If Obama says “this” then that makes Palin smarter?! UGG Really? Obama’s gaffe was bad. Palin’s was bad. You can’t just try and put lipstick on a Hockey mom … or can you?

  52. LunaT says:

Tango, it was soooooo obvious Palin had any sort of clue what she was talking about. Mini-history lesson is what she was!

  53. Trillion says:

Tango, Obama was in the midst of a grueling campaign schedule when he blundered on “57” states. Do you think a Harvard constitutional law professor with his level of education and political experience really doesn’t know how many states there are? Come on dude. That’s always been a non-story. It’s like the time Bush said “Nevada” wrong. Who cares. It’s not at all in the same realm of someone constantly spewing nonsense and making continual factual errors.

  54. kwoww says:

this is from a former campaign aid, someone who I would think would see this behavior first hand. Im surprized at your pro-palin attitude. lots of excuses being made for this woman is what im hearing.

  57. mia girl says:

    @LunaT

A commenter on the WaPo site summed it up perfectly:

Iconoblaster said: Her actual knowledge is not equal to her certainty. That is extremely dangerous.

  58. Laughternrain says:

I think she is a very dangerous and ignorant woman who panders to the extremist of the conservatives. I’m so not surprised she didn’t tell Bristol not to have an abortion. People like her have 2 faces.
