Is Linnocent too cracked-out and broke to pay her bills?

wenn5636750

This story could be more evidence that Linnocent is broke. After claiming poverty during her last court appearance, Linnocent is now being taken to small claims court for failing to pay a sound system specialist for work that he did in June. First: remember how Linnocent was wearing those $1200 Louboutins during the same court appearance where she claimed she couldn‘t afford therapy – because she had lost her insurance? Remember how she rents her expensive Venice Beach condo for $7100 a month? Remember how she’s basically just a “model” and a “hooker” now? Yeah. That’s the backstory. So Linnocent didn’t pay a $1,180 bill, either because she couldn’t “afford” it or because she simply didn’t want to:

Troubled star Lindsay Lohan recently claimed in court she could not afford counseling despite earning millions acting in Hollywood. Now it seems the convicted thief’s money woes are worse than anyone suspected, as she is facing another legal battle after being sued by a sound system specialist over an unpaid bill.

Lohan was ridiculed for claiming she had been unable to find a psychiatrist for financial reasons after attending a probation hearing in Los Angeles in $1,200 designer shoes last week. Now Stephen Clark is claiming he is owed money after selling her speakers, and installing audio and video equipment at her house in Venice Beach, California. He is demanding $1,180 in his small claims court lawsuit for the equipment and work he missed out on.

The only small crumb of comfort for the Herbie: Fully Loaded star is the fact she cannot end up back in jail, as it is a civil court claim.

According to TMZ, Clark alleges he installed the equipment in June, while she was under house arrest.

The Daily Mail contacted Lohan’s representatives, but no one was available for comment.

Last week Judge Stephanie Sautner demanded proof the Mean Girls star was seeing a psychiatrist as required as part of her probation. However her lawyer Shaun Chapman Holley said she and her client had been unable to find one for financial reasons. And she said putting her in group therapy would be unfair on the star, who pleaded no contest to claims she stole a $2,500 necklace from a store in Venice Beach.

Ms Holley said: ‘Ms Lohan cannot be in group therapy because of the publicity it would attract and the paparazzi.’

In another clear sign the 25-year-old’s career is in serious trouble, her lawyer also revealed the actress’ Screen Actors Guild coverage has lapsed due to lack of work, which meant that she had no health insurance. Judge Sautner agreed that Lohan was not suitable for group counseling in case someone tried to sell information about her so gave her 21 days to find an appropriate one-on-one therapist and suggested she get a loan.

[From The Mail]

I mostly think this is just another hustle, this “I’m broke” stuff. I mean, she SHOULD be broke with the way she spends money and with how little actual work she does, but Linnocent has been able to stay afloat the past three-to-four years by her crack wits and incessant hustling. She gets paid thousands of dollars to film budget commercials in her crack lair, and she got a six-digit payoff to leave Ungaro. Plus, you know, there’s all of the jewel heisting and prostitution. Basically, she could totally pay this dude’s bill, she just got high and forgot.

She’s too cracked out to do anything.

  2. Kelly says:

    Nice boobie-squeezing picture.

  3. Innocent says:

I’m sure this will be resolved and there is no evidence that Lindsay is back to using drugs.

  4. dread pirate cuervo says:

The answer to your question is: Does a bear shit in the woods?

  5. Rita says:

That last picture of her is unbelievable..what a mess and that’s saying something when we’re talking about crack royalty.

Anyway, I tend to think her funds are drying up fast but her royal entitledness never feels compelled to pay for anything.

    To the Crack Cavalry: CHARGE!!!!

  6. the original bellaluna says:

Of course she is. It’s really hard to hook when you’re on house arrest. DUH. Why do you think she wants to head to St. Tropez so bad? Well-paying customers!

    *waves @ brin*

  7. Quest says:

Right now I am too stoned from all that cracktini with vodka soaked melon balls to care much about LL’s broke cracked out ass.

*waving @ Brin, waiting for our ladies to begin another crackhouse party*

  8. Swan Hako says:

It’d be very interesting to see her tax returns, if only to discover where her income is coming from. High-priced lawyer, fancy home and cars, new clothes, lots of jewelry, clubbing every night…she has to be paying for it somehow. She may be able to skate away from her DUI’s, drug busts and etc. but if the IRS comes knocking she’ll have a problem her cleavage won’t be able to solve.

  9. Michelle says:

    @Innocent: Lindsay, is that you?

  10. Boo says:

White Ophrah, I mean Innocent, so glad to see you are back, always the enabler I see.

  11. the original bellaluna says:

@ Crack Clique – I’ve still got those melon balls…;D

@ Michelle – Nope. It’s White Oprah (Dina).

  12. Mimi says:

Los Angeles County does offer free and low cost counseling… what’s her excuse for not doing that???

  13. Firecracker says:

Who cares what this guy Stephen Clark says! I’m Lindsey Lohan! Move That Cone!

**Hands out freshly homemade brownies with additives**

  14. brin says:

Blowing kisses to my fellow tailgaters bellaluna, Rita, & Quest (and everyone on this crackie thread).
@Firecracker…lol, that’s right, move that cone or else!

  15. Rita says:

    @Bellaluna

I want your life. How do you find the time to make so many melon balls? They are incredibly good or should I say potent.

  16. dread pirate cuervo says:

Silly Crackhead, “butt stuff” is not legal tender.

  17. RocketMerry says:

Oh, Innocent. I think it’s clear Linnocent is on some sort of mind (and body) altering substance. Just look at her. Just hear her speak. She’s lost and it was her choice and her doing. All of it will catch up with her, eventually: drugs, alcohol, all her various crimes and her ever-expanding arrogance.

  18. Kelly says:

@Mimi, cracking up – uh, excuse the pun? – at the thought of Lindsay teetering into the county mental health department in those Louboutins, alongside the schizophrenics (no offense to schizophrenics!).

  19. arock says:

poor lindsay, not enough dough to pay for the house in venice beach.(single crack rock slides down cheek…sniff…)

  20. The Truth Fairy says:

“MOVE THAT CONE! I’m a washed up has-been!”

  21. meg says:

Is it just me or does it look like her left boob is two inches higher than her right in the first pic?

  22. the original bellaluna says:

@ brin – *blows kiss back”

@ Rita – It’s actually really easy! Cut a hole in a seedless watermelon; dump out the liquid; add a bottle of vodka; replace the hole and stick in fridge for a day or two. (Just make sure the kids don’t cut into it – buy them their own melon!) Viola! Vodka melon balls at the ready. And you can even freeze them, but they get a little soggy – great for mixed fruit drinks!

@ Firecracker – Awesome brownie, thanks!

@ arock – Don’t cry too loud – Blohan’ll be over there hooverin’ up those crack rock tears in to time flat. 🙂

  23. logan says:

Why is she still being called “a troubled star”? She is a washed up “child actor” who put her career, money and self respect up her nose or down her throat.

  24. Rita says:

Has anyone seen Madisyn? I’ve looked under every vehicle and can’t find her. If she’s out doing something productive, charitable, or philanthropic we may have to stage an intervention.

  25. seal team 6 says:

    Dina aka Inncoent —

Alcohol is a DRUG. It is a huge mistake thinking it isn’t. Lindsay is cracked out on alcohol, if nothing else (which we all know is a lie).

  26. dread pirate cuervo: “Silly Crackhead, “butt stuff” is not legal tender.”

I’m sure she came to an oral agreement with that AV guy. He must have felt stiffed.

  27. OhMyMy says:

Not to bash the working man or nothing but why did this dude do work in her house without getting paid first in the first place?

I know if it was me getting expensive stereo equipment installed in my condo (yeah right like that’s going to happen on my budget) they would demand their money upfront or before leaving. Anyone else…show of hands…anyone??

You know “she doesn’t do paperwork” so this is entirely Ali’s or Eleanor’s or her business manager’s fault. Totally.

  28. newtsgal says:

    Another answer to your question:
    Is a frogs butt watertight?

  29. the original bellaluna says:

Rita – Nope, I haven’t seen her either. Maybe it’s a little early for her?

  30. arock says:

does dolly parton sleep on her back?

cheers bellaluna for the crack balls!

im 6 inches into my cracktini thermos, with another 2 to go. there were crack croquettes on the table in the orgy room and a couple mystery pills left over by dinas petition of innocence on the foyer table.
have a wonderful crack party and dont forget to rinse, im off like you know whos panties…xo

  31. Hellen says:

That last photo looks like my 65-year-old Aunt Maggie on a bender following her latest post-divorce vacation in the Caribbean.

  32. dread pirate cuervo says:

@MissyAggravation: I see what you did there. LOL

  33. girlygirl410 says:

Really, who would pay to sleep with her?

In that first pic…she really needs to check her bolt-ons. That is why they advise you to wear a bra for 8 hrs a day, everyday, after you get boobs!

I am calling it wonkie boobs!

  34. REALIST says:

Boo-hoo-hoo! Maybe she should stand in line to file for bankruptcy, like all the REAL people have already in this recession.
The bankruptcy folks are tough-she won’t get to play L’Innocent with them. No more baubles and fancy shoes for her, but a real budget. Then again, I’m sure she could care less about her credit rating since there is no threat of jail time.
I like the tax return/IRS idea-now those guys have zero tolerance for the Lindsays of the world, and she could spend some time in the Big House!

  35. Boo says:

Like Bartleby, I’m sure Lindsay just *prefers not to* pay, the way she preferred not to pay for that necklace. This time, the guy did stuff in her house, so in her mind, it isn’t stealing…he WILLINGLY brought the stereo stuff to her and WILLINGLY installed it. That means he wanted her to have it. Paying for stuff people want you to have is just plain stupid.

  36. OhMyMy says:

@Hellen: Cracking up about Aunt Maggie. Thanks for the laugh!

  37. Lucky Charm says:

    @ MissyAggravation – LLLOOOLLL!!! 🙂

IIRC, she was allowed to have one “friend” at a time over while on house arrest, so she could totally have continued to work on her “career”. Plus, there’s always webcams and phone s-e-x she could do while confined to the house to earn that month’s paycheck.

  38. Quest says:

    @ the original bellaluna
    @ brin
    @ Rita
    @ MissyAggravation – nice
@ Firecracker and all other Crack Clique

We patiently await Madisyn to join us, and can I recommend we put it all on LL’s tab

  39. sapphire says:

The posts on this one are truly EPIC-I’ll just nibble before our next full on tailgate.

@Swan-You are entirely correct and I would give a case of Grey Goose to see those returns. The IRS are the very last people she should screw with-they are tenacious, have all the time in the world and no problem with carting out every last Manolo to pay off a lien.

  40. dorothy says:

Of course it will ‘Innocent” and then her movie career will take off, she’ll win an Oscar and make millions. When pigs fly.

  41. Thea says:

Where is the little precious Crack Baby? I havent heard any tweets or anything?

  42. Nanea says:

I’ve just asked the waiter to get me a champagne cracktail, otherwise known as Kir Royal, because this is going to be good.

Poor Linnocent is broke, boohoo, unless she needs to duckbill her lips or wants new Loubs for her next outing in front of a judge.

I’m keeping my fingers crossed for the next major meltdown, whenever she can’t pay her rent any longer

  43. seal team 6 says:

It surprises me the IRS hasn’t audited her yet. For real. If they can take down Al Capone, they can take down Linnocent.

  44. the original bellaluna says:

@ Quest – Brilliant suggestion! Because we all know some fat, foreign billionaire(s) is footing the bill.

@ arock – A crack croquette sounds yummy. But I’d stay away from those mystery pills. Lord only knows…

  45. Lucky Charm says:

@ Nanea – well, if she gets evicted and has to live in a homeless shelter, at least she won’t have an excuse to not do her CS!

  46. Onyx XV says:

She should just give the stereo guy her $1200 Louboutins. Account settled.

  47. June says:

how is she paying (for) her lawyer??? or is the lawyer a public defender?

  48. the original bellaluna says:

@ Onyx XV – Yeah, but they probably weren’t his style. Or colour. Or something. And would you want your feet (or your ANYTHING) to touch anything she had. NO.

@ seal team 6 – That’s what I’m saying! Order those financials to prove how broke you are – that’s the norm in court!

  49. Innocent says:

    @June
Shawn Holley is one of the best criminal defense attorneys in LA.

  50. Madisyn says:

@ Quest, I’m here and joining the table of ladies with their cracktini’s and melon ball garnishes. Bad idea to put OUR tab on LL. She doesn’t pay her bar bills. I believe a few years ago she tried to fob off her bar tab on Kellan Lutz and he wasn’t even in her party or sitting with her? Now THAT takes balls.

@ Rita, no need for an intervention. I’m not doing anything of note. Just reading all the comments on the Hefner and triange Affleck/J Lo/Garner posts.

@ bellaluna, I’m here, I was yelling into my tin can at you, @ brin and @ Rita but you all were gossiping amoungst yourselves and couldn’t hear me.

@ Innocent, Shawn Holley is a good defense attorney but you didn’t answer @ June’s question: HOW DOES SHE PAY FOR HER?

  51. the original bellaluna says:

@ Innocent – Then why is she defending Linnocent, and HOW IS SHE PAYING HER? Answer the question, please.

  52. the original bellaluna says:

    @ Madisyn – There you are! I can hear you now… 🙂

  53. seal team 6 says:

    Dina —

Lindsay isn’t paying for Shawn. Shawn tried to get rid of her a year ago, and the Court wouldn’t let her. Holley is never going to see a dime. Bragging Linnocent has one of the best attorneys around is like a car thief bragging about the Porsche he “owns.”

Good God, go get some therapy.

  54. hairball says:

How incredible to me that she can look like a 40 year old at age what 24, 25??

    Unbelievable.

  55. the original bellaluna says:

    @ hairball – Hey! I’m 40, and I look m-u-c-h better than that!

  56. hairball says:

Just looked at the last picture of her in the black feather coat: Make that look like a 50 year old.

  57. Cherry Rose says:

I’m late to the party. *passes out Ganja balls*

    *waves to Madiysn*

@Seal Team 6 – I believe it was actually because Lindsay couldn’t find another attorney (or the one she found dropped her very fast) for her court date, so it was ruled that Shawn would stay, because I believe that was when Lindsay had her court hearing on if she was to go to jail or not. But I could be wrong

However, like I said on an older post, Shawn knows exactly what type of person Lindsay is. I can definitely say that Shawn makes sure she gets paid, if not by Lindsay, then by her manager or assistant. If Lindsay didn’t pay her, Shawn would most undoubtly drop her as a client and sue her in a civils claim court to get her money.

I’m also wondering if Lindsay gives Shawn gifts (like clothes, shoes, jewelry), because there has to be a reason she’s still Lindsay’s attorney.

And one should learn, if you don’t get the money upfront from Lindsay, then good luck getting it at all.

And really, I do have to admire her hustle. She’s pretty irrelevant (both as an actress and as a model), but somehow she keeps getting stories in the media and somehow funding her lavish lifestyle.

  58. the original bellaluna says:

@ Cherry Rose – *waves* Thanks.

I think the reason Shawn is still her attorney is because, as seal team said, she can’t get herself out of these cases. She tried, but the judge told her since Blohan couldn’t secure other representation, she had to stick. Sucks to be her.

And how can an attorney manage to get her slippery crack-head client out of so many sticky situations, but not get herself out of this one? Conundrum, no?

  59. Madisyn says:

“So Linnocent didn’t pay a $1,180 bill, either because she couldn’t “afford” it or because she simply didn’t want to”

I’m going with “didn’t want to”. This isn’t the first tradesperson to get stiffed (pun intended) and won’t be the last. As long as these people don’t require payment upfront and I mean AFTER the check clears, this is going to happen. And its going to happen more and more frequently as noted above this crack hustle has being going on for years now, she’s clearly out of funds unless its for something SHE WANTS, and people tend to catch on to these types of cracknanigans.

This is an entitled, insolent, ‘I’m better that you’ and I’M OWED! Case in point, “I’m Lindsay Lohan, move that cone”. Nuff said

Don’t write a “crack” check your “nasty” ass can’t cash!

How long now have those 3 boys/young men who were car jacked and filed a civil suit in her second DUI case have to wait for their day in court? The deposition was in May 2010. (I had to look it up) When will the civil trial start? Now THAT will be a cracktastic party!

  60. Diane Meadows says:

For the love of anyone with any sanity left, PLEASE stop posting about this woman. She has no story to tell, she is not doing anything of any significance, she is a waste of taxpayer money and, frankly, website space. And, no, I didn’t read the entry, I didn’t look at the photos, I just wanted to say PLEASE STOP.

  61. Lucky Charm says:

@ Madisyn: “When will the civil trial start? Now THAT will be a cracktastic party!”

That’s a party I would like an invite to! And if the IRS decides to look over her financials and takes her to court, that would be a “take the day off work and celebrate” cant-miss party!

EDIT: @ Diane Meadows, that’s how I feel about Pippa Middleton. At least Lindsay has some (tangential) relationship to the entertainment media – she was, once-upon-a-time, an actor and would-be singer. Pippa is nothing more than the sister of a woman who married very well.

  62. Onyx XV says:

@ the original bellaluna: I was totally kidding! Not to mention making the point that if she can afford the shoes, she can afford the audio equipment. And no, no, NO I would not want anything of mine touching anything of hers and I highly doubt the stereo guy does either! 😉

  63. Madisyn says:

    @ Cherry Rose *waving*

I agree with you. Blohan pays for the things that are important to her, like staying out of jail. Yes @ Seal Team, Holley did try to get rid of her and the judge ordered her to stay. That part, I definetely agree with you.

That was right after Blohan was ‘interviewing’ lawyers after the July 6th 2010 hearing where Judge Revel ordered her to 90 days jail/90 days rehab, trying to find a lawyer who could guarantee her NO jail time. Holley was telling her she WOULD GO TO JAIL and Blohan being Blohan thought she could crack hustle her way out of it.

If you believe the stories at the time, (and I do) that Chicago lawyer wanted payment and Blohan wanted him for nothing. Her collateral, free publicity. He passed. Then came Shapiro, who also told her she WOULD GO TO JAIL, but even he had enough of the ‘Lohan” madness of her and her mother and passed on representing her because she wouldn’t ‘listen to him’. Surprised? Not me.

THATS when Revel ordered Holley to stay on, just for the July 20th court appearance. She must have worked something out with Blohan to stay on because after she went to jail on July 20, 2010, Holley could have backed out of being her lawyer. Just my opinion.

I don’t believe a judge can force a high powered attorney to stay with a insolent client who WON’T pay. Not CAN’T pay, but won’t. And I believe your right, Holley would have had her crack ass in court long ago if she wasn’t paying her, some how, some way.

  64. MarenGermany says:

    oh so sneaky team lohan.
ever wondered why INNOCENNNNNNNNNNNNT only shows up on lindsay posts?

i dont think lindsay is broke in like the normal world, but if your friend are paying 3000 a night on drinks
(say “hi” to the kids in africa)
lindsay has to keep up with that lifestyle.
more photo-ups, more cheap commericals, more denying, cheating, stealing, lying.
    whatever.

  65. NicoleAM says:

I don’t get it. Do’t you have to pay up before the equipment is installed?

  66. Madisyn says:

    @ Lucky Charm

You’re always invited to the tailgates, everyone is. Some have accused some of us (you guilty girls know who you are) on these posts as being a ‘clique’ and ‘nasty’ but I disagree, all are welcome, even @ Innocent. Of course in matters pertaining to court, Dina is usually with her, so she can’t post here, until after they get back to Blohan’s crack lair.

As far as taking the day off of work for a crack civil trial, girl, your going to need to take more time than that. I just sat on a civil trial at the beginning of this month and it was small time compared to what a Blohan civil trial would consist of. Just 6 days for the trial I sat on. I recon a Blohan trial would be at least 3 weeks to a month. Minimum. I HOPE!

  67. Seal Team 6 says:

    @Madisyn —

Yup! Civil trials are VERY often quite a bit longer than criminal acses.

I just thought of this: in most states, you can’t be repped by an attorney in Small Claims. You can sometimes have an attorney there, but they cannot speak with you in any way. Some states don;t allow any rep in court with you at all (as it is where I reside). Anyone know abput the CA law on this?

Imagine Lohan in court where Shawn can’t say everything for her. hahahahaha

    Crackalackin’ Fun!!!

  68. gee says:

Innocent’s back! Love it. Love these crack shenanigans.

  69. skilo says:

Okay Ladies, now as fun as it might have been to think about it, the IRS isn’t going to go after Lilo. The crack must be really messing ya’ll up. The IRS only gets serious with non-famous non-politically connected people.

On a different track who doesn’t think that Lindsay and Paris making up is because Paris wants to use Lilo for relevancy, and attention while Lilo wants to use Paris for free drinks?
Hell I bet Paris is hoping that Lilo the crack-ho steals from her so she can milk it for all the attention she can get.

  70. Madisyn says:

    @ Seal Team

This will NOT be Small Claims Court, this is/will be a Civil Trial, with a jury and the lawyers. AND MOST FUN OF ALL, SHE WOULD HAVE TO TAKE THE STAND. Those boys are suing for alot more than ‘small’ claims court allows in California.

I looked it up, as to have my facts correct. For small claims only:

-An individual cannot ask for more then $7,500 in a claim.

-Corporations and other entities (like, government entities) cannot ask for more than $ 5,000. You can file as many claims as you want for up to`$ 2,500 each. But you can only file 2 claims in a calendar year that ask for more than $ 2,500.

-You can only sue a guarantor for up to $ 4,000 ($ 2,500 if they don’t charge for the guarantee). A “guarantor” is a person who promises to be responsible for what another person owes.

So the ‘lawyer’ part won’t factor into this. But, the question remains, does Blohan have the money that a long, drawn out civil trial will entail? You know those boys have lawyers who are probably working on a contingency basis. They don’t get paid unless they win and those contingency lawyers take 1/3. As Blohan is the defendent (AGAIN), she will have to pay Holley her fee’s. This is not going to be a one day deal like in the past, with her criminal b.s. This is going to cost Blohan dearly if she does not settle out of court, just for attorney fees alone.

  71. rose80 says:

So Amy Whinehouse has showed us the end result of this disease and yet people will come into this post to make fun of someone who has the same disease? This woman is obviously an alcoholic and a prescription and illegal drug user. I find nothing funny about this at all. I don’t particulary feel sorry for her, but I don’t find humor in her condition either. Amy Whinehouse had support from family and friends who at one point or another tried to get her into rehab and sadly for her loved ones and herself she didn’t make it. LL has Dina and Michael Lohan and some of you wonder why she can’t get it together.

  72. skilo says:

@rose80 “Amy Whinehouse had support from family and friends who at one point or another tried to get her into rehab and sadly for her loved ones and herself she didn’t make it. LL has Dina and Michael Lohan and some of you wonder why she can’t get it together.”

On a serious and completely real note. No addict gets clean because of family, friends, or a loved ones support. They have to want it and they have to work for it. Many, people spend or have spent years doing everything humanly possible to help an addict get clean only to ultimately watch them destroy themselves. The person with the addiction is the only one who can fight that fight.

  73. Madisyn says:

    @ Skilo

Disagree about the IRS going after non-famous folks. Look at Wesley Snipes, Willie Nelson, photographer Annie Lebowitz, Survivor contestant Richard Hatch, Marc Anthony, just to name a few.

On the other hand, the IRS is NOT going to go after Blohan because a bunch of celebrity gossip commenters want them too. Even the judge made it crystal (yes, bellaluna I had to use THAT word) that she was not going to open up Blohan’s finances just for court ordered rehab. If Blohan pushes the judge, maybe, just maybe, she’ll order a hearing with the threat of opening up her books, but I don’t think it will come to this, as Shawn Holley may be advising her, if she keeps up this charade of ‘no money’ the judge could just do that.

  74. Cherry Rose says:

*waves @the original bellaluna* Sorry about my manners. How about some Pina Co(ke)ladas? Flavored by a squirt of Ketamine.

For some reason, I really don’t think that Innocent is Dina. He/She sounds too coherent. My guess it would be either Ali or one of the sychophants that is latched onto Lindsay.

EDIT: Amy was a sweet person, who knew she was an addict, and never tried to lie about being sober or make excuses for herself. Lindsay continually denies she is an addict, lies about her alcohol use, and acts like an entitled, rude, and snotty diva.

And yes, it sucks having parents like Dina and Michael (though I think Michael realizes that Lindsay is an addict. Dina, however, tries to ignore the fact her daughter is an addict). But you know what? There’s kids all over with more horrible parents than Lindsay and have had way more difficult lives. Yet they realize they need to seperate themselves from their parents, even though it’s probably hard for them to do that.

So no sympathy there for me. Quite frankly, they (Dina, Michael, and Lindsay) pretty much all choose to ignore Lindsay’s problems, and if something comes to the media, all three pin the blame on someone else.

  75. skilo says:

@Madisyn Oh, I know they do sometimes but they also seem to let an awful lot of them especially politicians slip through the cracks. I mean except for Wesley Snipes and Richard Hatch how many of those you named actually did jail time?

  76. Ben says:

Plus, you know, there’s all of the jewel heisting and prostitution.

That made me snigger for 2 minutes. It’s hilarious how beilevable that is. Silly crackie… getting a little pathetic.

  77. Seal Team 6 says:

    @Madisyn —

I was thinking you were talking about teh stereo guy suing her. I have been reading CB and TMZ back and forth while eating dinner and forgot what I was saying to who!

I will never get why Lohan didn’t get a criminal conviction for what she did to those boys, esp. since she was found with drugs on her.

  78. Seal Team 6 says:

    @Madisyn —

Forgot to add: oh yes, I know she will have to take the stand. hahahahahahahahha

  79. the original bellaluna says:

@ Cherry Rose – Delish! No prob. 😉

@ Madisyn – Oh, my…my mind absolutely boggles at the prospect of a weeks-long civil trial. We all know she can’t afford it. Wonder what will happen…

@ Lucky Charm – Always welcome! Everyone. We just tend to chit-chat a little more back and forth.

@ Seal Team 6 – I know, right? But I think that was the “it’s not my coke ’cause they’re not my jeans” incident. Mis-handled evidence also came into play: I think Deputy Dipsh!t actually threw the baggie in the trash without knowing what it was – duh – and then retrieved it later, thus contaminating chain of evidence. (He must’ve been new. Even grade-schoolers in LA, Orange, Riverside, & SD Counties know what a baggie of the bad sh!t looks like.)

RE: Amy – She made no bones about the fact she was an addict. She didn’t deny; didn’t lie; she didn’t steal from photo shoots AND friends; and had been to rehab more times than Blohan – and that’s a LOT. Her family and friends loved her and supported her however they could.

PS: Having sh!tty parents doesn’t excuse acting like an entitled little addict sh!thead, or becoming one. Plenty of people have parents who are much, MUCH worse, and they’re not addicts. My mom & my hubs being the 2 in my immediate circle of family.

  80. Lady D says:

Firecracker, may I? I have a serious weakness for brownies, and when you set a couple of melon balls on top they become phenomenal.

Madisyn, thought you were criss-crossing the country stringing phone wires.

  81. Kelly says:

Amy Winehouse had money – and talent – and Lohan has neither. All the more pity, then, that Amy succumbed to her disease…

  82. Madisyn says:

@ Skilo, your correct about the jail part, most don’t go to jail. Of course, the tax scofflaws usually make a deal with the IRS and pay. I think Snipes and Hatch wanted their day in court. As we know, they got it, and they lost.

@ Seal Team, no worries about the misunderstanding, as long as were on the same page now.

@ bellaluna, I’m getting giddy just fantasizing about a crack civil trial, I think it might even be better than the last few criminal ones. Why? Cuz, first and foremost she’d have to testify, that would make me actually consider trying to get a seat in the courthouse for that one. Second because it would be loooonnnggg, not some 20 minute crap. Thats why July 6th is a day I can’t forget because the testimony and grilling by Danette Meyers lasted for hours. Good F*ckin Times!

@ Lady D, no ‘phone wires’, just some string and a couple of tin cans. Were not called the Tin Can Crew for nothing.

@ Kaiser or Celebitchy, do you know when Blohans civil trial for car jacking those 3 young men is suppose to commence?

  83. dorothy says:

Her life has become such an embarrassment how does she have the guts to walk out of the house everyday?

  84. Madisyn says:

Aww Ha Ha, popped on over to TMZ and there are two stories of note.

First one, Joe Pesci is suing Fiore Films. He was offered $ 3 million, put on 30 lbs for the role of Angelo Ruggiero and they renegged and offered him another role for only $ 1 mil. Sound familiar? This film has all the makings for a complete disaster and it hasn’t even started filming yet. Not looking good. This idiot Marc Fiore offers Blohan a role, much to the objections of director Cassavetes, who quit and now pisses off Pesci, what a maroon.

Second, the guy suing Blohan in small claims calls her a druggie! (I’m chuckling) Some TMZ posters are saying there’s a rumor Blohan is being dropped from the Gotti film. Now THAT wouldn’t shock me. What would shock me is if she actually showed up and completed her little CAMEO.

Now heres the strange part. I went to the Gotti imdb page to see if Blohan or Pesci’s names had been dropped and there was a VERY little interesting tidbit. A couple names down from Blohans, was a woman who’s name is Alicia Vikander (I know, never heard of her) and next to her real name is the role of ‘Kim Gotti’, just like Blohan’s. (sarcasm on) Hhmmmm. . .How can they both play the same role? (sarcasm off) Now at first I thought maybe she’d play Kim as a child or older but no she is 2 years younger than Blohan.

You gotta wonder, if the rumor isn’t true! Of course everyone and their mother said Blohan would be dropped and Fiore was only using her name as shock value and publicity. If the rumor is true, we were all proved right.

  85. the original bellaluna says:

@ Madisyn – Oooh, girl – if you get a seat in that crack civil trial, I want CONSTANT updates, you hear me? Even if you only get a seat for St. Linnocent “The Persecuted” Blohan’s testimony.

I’d pay my way in crack to see that! 😀 (I’ll just have to settle for watermelon ball cracktinis and reading about it. But I’m still good.)

We are decidedly low-tech (with our tin cans), are we not? 😉

  86. Seal Team 6 says:

Uh oh… looks like Lindsay isn’t the only one out at “Gotti”: Joe Pesci is suing Fiore!

    http://www.radaronline.com/exclusives/2011/07/joe-pesci-gotti-lawsuit-producer-marc-fiore-fires-back

There is precedent for Pesci winning the suit (Boxing Helena).

  87. Seal Team 6 says:

In Mod Jail for some reason, but my post says Fiore is being sued by Pesci. ROL and TMZ have the story.

  88. Anonymous says:

OMG…she looks older and in worse shape then I do, and I’m in my fifties with the grim reaper snapping at my heels. That is shocking.

  89. Bess says:

    Seal Time,

According to Radar it looks like LiLo is still in Gotti. Her role must be very small b/c I can’t believe many directors or producers would take a chance on her at this point.

  90. Miss Diagnosed says:

I never in my wildest dreams ever thought that I would defend Lindsay, but these recent lawsuits against her sound ridiculous.

I’ve worked in Accounts Receivables, as well as Retail, and from my experience when dealing with invoicing, the customer or account has anywhere from 30-90 days, sometimes longer, to be cleared. I know what she’s like. She didn’t go out and steal something, she had it delivered. She’s a clever little thing. But even if the invoice terms were net 30, which is the norm, the invoice wouldn’t even be due until the end of the month.

As for the Dawn Holland suit, (I’m catching up to you gals), it just sounds like a cash grab. While I do think St. Linnocent should pay for medical expenses, IF Dawn did indeed require surgery or therapy, and that’s a big if, then Lindsay should pay for those expenses, but $1 Million bucks? Sorry, over the top and greedy. Just my honest opinion.

  91. Madisyn says:

@ Seal Team, I don’t believe its official or anything, just rumor (which I was clear about) but the strange part is, if you go to the Gotti IMDb page, it says that Blohan AND another woman named Alicia Vikander are playing ‘Kim Gotti’. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought only ONE WOMAN can play that little CAMEO role. Of course, Blohan and Dina, as they read these posts will call Fiore up any minute now and have him remove the other womans name. Pronto.

@ bellaluna, I’m going to sleep tonight with crack trials dancing in my head. If I have trouble sleeping, I’ll just count vodka bottles. I’d love to see the cracknanigans for myself and it’s probably just a pipe (PUN DEFINETELY INTENDED) dream. Watching it on Court TV, a national news channel or even TMZ would suffice. And our tin cans work just fine.

P.S. bellaluna, did you notice on post 51 & 52 you and I both asked Dina to please tell us how her daughter was paying for her high powered lawyer and we WERE IGNORED?

  92. Cheyenne says:

Then she’ll be fine in jail. Three hots and a cot and no bills to worry about.

  93. Gossip Owl says:

You know what would make a great reality tv show? Lindsay Lohan and Courtney Love living together. They’re both the most deluded stars in Hollywood and Lindsay could learn a lot from Courtney.

  94. crazycatlady says:

It will be interesting to hear how she is paying for that swanky pad she’s been living (squatting?) in. Will we be surprised if her landlord is next to tell the press she’s a deadbeat?

  95. Andie B says:

In that photo with the black feathery oufit on she looks older than me and I’m 39. Actually, she looks a little like my sister (except my sister is not a vodka soaked crackhead hooker).

  96. Seal Team 6 says:

    @Madisyn

I’m going by: the other girl’s name on IMDB and Lindsay not being mentioned in the press release. It makes me think Lindsay is O.U.T.

Agreed that Innocent is freaking out about this cameo going down the tubes.

    @Miss Diagnosed

When I buy something, I ahve to pay then, I don’t have Net 30. I’m betting Linnocent told stereo guy he would have his money ASAP, because she didn’t have a way to pay him after he did the work. I would like to see the filing papers.

  97. mannequin says:

The girl is just a chronic liar, thief, druggie and moocher. And she can’t act; so why is she even here?

  98. the original bellaluna says:

@ Madisyn – Yes, it is curious that when asked a direct question by both of us, Innocent miraculously disappeared…I seriously hope they allow cameras in court for her civil trial (if it ever gets that far). Those poor guys. Linnocent’s probably hoping they’ll die of old age and it’ll all just go away.

  99. Jazz says:

So the bitch is broke, what happened to the milk-a-holic money??

  100. rose80 says:

@ SKILO “On a serious and completely real note. No addict gets clean because of family, friends, or a loved ones support. They have to want it and they have to work for it. Many, people spend or have spent years doing everything humanly possible to help an addict get clean only to ultimately watch them destroy themselves. The person with the addiction is the only one who can fight that fight”

I agree with you 100%, however, I think LL lacks a support system. Many recovering addicts can say yes I did it, but I also had the love and support of my family and friends. LL doesn’t have that in my opinion.

It’s really odd reading this post and looking at the Amy post. These two women share the same disease and people think it’s something to make fun of. I’m not saying I feel sorry for LL, but I find nothing humorous about her situation.

  101. Vickyb says:

I feel like I’m walking into a private party here! But I’ll add my two cents just to say that I work for a counselling charity that charges as little as a fiver an hour (in the UK) – surely there’s something similar in the US? She should be forced! And I’d like to see her having to humbly walk up to a charity facility (in her Louboutins!) to get her court-ordered counselling!

  102. Seal Team 6 says:

    @Vickyb:

We have similar places here in the US, although not enough of them. Also, most universities with degree programs in MSW, Psych, etc., have free or low-cost counseling services where students and graduates can get in their needed clinical hours for licensing. there are also private organizations who have counseling on a sliding-fee scale.

  103. Madisyn says:

    @ rose80

My opinion only. Its not necessarily the popular opinion. I believe both Dina and Michael, as loathsome as they are, have tried to get her into rehab and tried to get her to take it seriously. Dina said on those tapes that Michael sold to RADAR that Blohan punched her in the face when Dina mentioned rehab a few years ago. Michael publicly has said over and over, to every media outlet that will listen, Blohan is an addict. But now that he’s having some kind of minor relationship with his daughter, even Michael has piped down.

But here’s the rub. Michael is only doing so for money and he’s praying at the alter of the fame gods. But he’s saying it nonetheless. Dina on the other hand is beholden to Blohan, she depends on her for a living, that’s the problem. She can’t be a mother when her ‘child’ is so set in her ways of doing things EXACTLY as she pleases, Dina would be cut off in a heartbeat if she doesn’t tell Blohan EXACTLY what she wants to hear.

To sum it up, neither can be a REAL parent because she would cut them out of her life. She already has with Michael more than once, so thats one of the reasons I think Dina keeps her mouth shut. If Blohan REALLY wanted to get clean and sober, I believe she’d have all the support system she’d need. BUT SHE DOESN’T WANT TO GET CLEAN! That in and of itself is the main problem.

@ Seal Team, mornin, you posted to me earlier about the name of the woman on IMDb and THE PRESS RELEASE not mentioning her, what PRESS RELEASE? Please share.

  104. the original bellaluna says:

@ jazz – A legitimate question. All I’d like to know is, where can I watch that commercial again? (Part of the settlement was an agreement not to air it again. I would have said “FU! We paid for it, we’re airing it!” but that’s just me.)

@ Vickyb – Everyone is welcome here. Yes, those exist in the US too. But nearly the number needed.

@ Madisyn – Yup. White Oprah’s so busy workin’ that ho stroll with her daughter because she KNOWS Linnocent would cut her off. Children should NEVER be used as a paycheck. (“And let her know her baby is a child, and not a paycheck” – Sorry Ms. Jackson, Outkast.)

  105. Vickyb says:

    @theoriginalbellaluna – I only tease. Don’t worry – I’ll bring the cheese twists 🙂

  106. Seal Team 6 says:

    Madisyn —

It was linked off of TMZ yesterday in the Pesci article. I was going to link it here, but I can’t get onto TMZ for some reason (???). I’ll try again in a bit.

  107. Original Tiffany says:

What happened to my post? I had to cracktail by myself! Hope I am not in mod jail for my name change, but someone else is here with my old name and I hate that-had to switch to original, and my other posts had gone through. Let me back in! The crack party continues without me. Sob!

  108. Boo says:

Word on the street is she paid her crack stereo bill. More word is that Gotti starts filming in January, but most recent press releases have left her name completely out, and though it said she signed a 2 picture deal with “Fiore films”–she never actually signed on to Gotti at all. It’s hilarious when they keep using the pic from that time she crashed the press conference in a bid to get the part of Victoria. NOTTI happening at all, I’d guess.

  109. the original bellaluna says:

@ Original Tiffany – Don’t worry, we’ll save you some. And many of us return to Linnocent posts when there are no new ones. We tend to go into withdrawals, you see, without our regular dose of Blohan’s cracknanigans. 😉

    @ Boo – Details, please!

  110. Madisyn says:

@ Boo, @ bellaluna *morning*, @ Seal Team

I found a portion of the press release:

“Producer Marc Fiore has said in the past that he signed a 2-picture deal with Lindsay Lohan, but Lohan and producers have not completed an agreement for “Gotti.”

The fact that Fiore “said” he signed a 2 picture deal is more rubbish from Fiore and Blohan. Obviously, she doesn’t have an “agreement” and ANOTHER woman is on the IMDb page as the actress to play ‘Kim Gotti’.

That sums it up for me. As most on this post have stated in the past, Blohan was never going to be in the film in the first place. In my opinion, Fiore got free publicity and Blohan could PRETEND she was a desirable actress.

The script isn’t complete, the director quit, (over Blohan, it was rumored) and now Pesci is suing the production company, “WINNING” all around.

As far as that 2 picture deal, I mentioned this in the past. One, the Gotti film is all but kaput for Blohan and the other one, “Mob Street”, the “announced” date is 2011 and no cast and next to Blohan’s name doesn’t even have a ‘character’ name next to hers.

Who does this twit think she’s fooling. She is NOT a reputable actress, no matter how may bj’s she gives producers/directors to get on their IMDb page.

  111. Seal Team 6 says:

She may also be able to edit imdb herself.

  112. Madisyn says:

    @ Seal Team

Really? I didn’t know that. How would Blohan be able to add her own name? She “may” or you know for a fact she can change it?

  113. the original bellaluna says:

@ Madisyn – IMDB allows users to update “star” profiles, plot-lines, reviews, etc…

  114. Seal Team 6 says:

    @Madisyn

Certain people in the industry have professional imdb memberships and can go in and edit the entries. I know this for a fact. I don’t know if Linnocent has such a membership, but she may, and she probably knows people who do.

    Just a working theory.

  115. Madisyn says:

Anyone see that picture of ‘sobriety’ that is Blohan at TMZ with Nicky and Parasite? Getting her life back alright, right back to before the drug/alcohol testing and house arrest.

When was the last time Blohan did CS?

BWWWWAAAAAA HHHHHHHAAAAA! Next to Blohan’s name on the Gotti IMDb movie, it says “RUMORED”.

    How absolutely humiliating!

  116. Seal Team 6 says:

    @Madisym

Yes! It’s the Way Back Time Machine to 2007, only this time, Paris is totalling setting up Linnocent so she (Paris) can get some press, like she did with Brooke Mueller.

    hahahahaha

I need to make a pitcher of Cracktinis.

Wonder how long before Linnocent blames the coke in her pants on a “black kid”?

Double har har har on the imbd info!

  117. the original bellaluna says:

@ Madisyn & Seal Team – Bwahahahahaha! And pass me one of those Cracktinis when they’re ready, would ya? 🙂

  118. Madisyn says:

Oh sweetheart, bellaluna, comin your way angel.

Did you see that picture of “sobriety”?

  119. seal team 6 says:

Is it too early for a Cracktini? hell no, it’s noon somewhere in the world, right?

  120. the original bellaluna says:

@ Madisyn – The pix of her with Parasite, lazing to one side in the seat? Yeah, I guess I just never knew “sobriety” could look like that. 😉 I bet we’re in for a whole slew of pix like those: drunk/high/both, falling down, biscuits showing – the whole crackalackin shebang. (I can’t wait!)

    @ Seal Team – It’s NEVER too early for a Cracktini! 😀

  121. Madisyn says:

Do you think in AA chapters all over the U.S., that picture of Blohan will be the new “Face of Sobriety”?

In the immortal words of LL “I’m Lindsay Lohan, move that cone”. . . .

“I’M MADISYN, GET ME A CRACKTINI!!!!!”

  122. seal team 6 says:

It really is like 2007 again!

  123. seal team 6 says:

    Honest question, y’all:

How is Linnocent allowed to hang around with a convicted felon?

I am hoping Innocent can shed some light on this for us.

  124. seal team 6 says:

“Do you think in AA chapters all over the U.S., that picture of Blohan will be the new “Face of Sobriety”?”

    lolololololol

  125. Madisyn says:

Strange how only Blohan looks like she fell into a vat of vodka. Everyone else looks sober. Again, I ask why?

IM MADISYN, GET ME A CRACKTINI!

  126. the original bellaluna says:

@ Seal Team – Nope. As Madisyn & I have learned, Innocent uses the tried and true Blohan-ese method of answering direct questions: non-answers, evasion, and changing the subject.

@ Madisyn – Oh, dear, girl. You’re going off the crack-train rails! GET ME A CRACKTINI! lmao

And now she’s partying with both Hiltons and the dude who called her “fire-crotch.”

    Girl is a toxic mess!

  127. Madisyn says:

    @ bellaluna

No worries, I’m not off my crack nut just yet, merely mocking the entitled little twit!

  128. Seal Team 6 says:

Paris is kinda dumb, yet wily and self aware, and Greasy is… Greasy. I really think Linnocent is semi stalking them for pap shots and free alcohol and drugs, and I think Paris and Greasy have ulterior motives (if they are indeed hanging with her).

If she had to have alcohol and drug testing, she would be in frigging Sybil Brand right now. Maybe.

  129. Lady D says:

Seal Team 6: I’m willing to bet that Paris is secretly filming this for her reality show (the one that’s tanking). I wonder if you have to sign a release before they can show it on T.V. Paris could get Crackie good and drunk, give her the ‘your career will get a real boost’ snow job, then have her sign. Paris is up to something. She has been ridiculing Crackie for years now. (Yes, I know) Paris only cares about Paris. I hope Innocent is really gone and not just lurking. She might warn Crackie.

  130. Tyler says:

It’s probably true. She hasn’t made a movie in years that I can recall. And when was her last hit movie? She’s still spending the money and not much more income coming in either. Also haven’t seen her in the tabloids except for her court appearances. I’m sure she’s settled down from that party girl title that everyone attributes her to be.

  131. dd999 says:

honestly,i am really worried about her. now shes not as famous but she want to b again and so she does these stupid stories 😛 if she dont stop she will die. and i really liked her when i was a kid! she is going downhill sooooo fast

  132. Ruby Red Lips says:

Hey ladies, how did I miss this party?!?! Am spying a half glass of cracktini left over by the stereo so will down it all by myself 🙁

Convinced Linnocent will be back on hard drugs like heroin after being back with Paris as there were all those grainy dodgy shots of Linnocent and Paris kissing with needles full of smack a few years back (Prob leaked by Paris)! Classy!!

Tho Linnocent has aged 10 years in last few years so wondering if Paris will still touch her! And that is saying something if Paris refuses to do u!!

@Innocent, u can’t answer re paying Shawn Holley coz u’d have to admit Linnocent is hooking….nice parenting!

& I agree with @ Madisyn that Dina is too worried to lose her paycheck than risk being cut off by Linnocent, so in effect @ Innocebt…I mean Dina, u’d rather see ur once promising now cracked out daughter die than bother to actually try and help her live!

I do wonder if Dina or Linnocent have any realisation that death isn’t glamourous, ur just gone…kaput ur life is over!! F’ing idiots!!!

Anyhows, hope 2 make next tailgate, so cu there ladies 🙂

  133. VeneficaDelirium says:

Where was that money coming from in the first place? Moonlighting as a Bret Michaels face double?

  134. the original bellaluna says:

@ Ruby Red – White Oprah’s probably the sole beneficiary of Linnocent’s life insurance policy (which I’m sure is the one and only account kept current).

@ VeneficaDelirium – She’s a high-priced hooker. (Although who know’s why someone would pay a high price for her.)

  135. Ruby Red Lips says:

@ Bellaluna…ahhh, now I understand Dina’s enabling her daughter to death perfectly…sick sick lady

  136. Madisyn says:

    @ Ruby Red

There you are. Been missing you.

    @ bellaluna

That current policy is the one that White Oprah HERSELF keeps current. I’d love to know the dollar amount on that policy.

Did you ladies see the picture of Blohan down on the ground AGAIN, partying with the Hiltons? Its over at TMZ. She of course blamed the paps. Strange that celebrities who constantly get papped are not ‘tripped’ by them, only Blohan. TWIT!

Wonder if she tripped over a cone?

  137. Ruby Red Lips says:

@ Madisyn, better late to the party than never 😉

I think @ Bellaluna has figured it all out, no doubt Dina has decided Linnocents days are numbered so now is watching her daughter kill herself (whilst no doubt doing shots and crack with her!) all the time congratulating herself on that big fat paycheck coming her way!

Seriously I wouldn’t be surprised! And that is the saddest thing about it all!

  138. Madisyn says:

    @ Ruby Red

Don’t forget ALL those TV interviews, crying for the cameras, blaming Michael, the paps, the studio system who ‘turned their backs’ on her, basically anyone and everyone but herself.

And like you I think its a damn shame.

  139. the original bellaluna says:

@ Madisyn – Just saw those pix. Really? The papps blinded her with their flashes? And they pushed and tripped her? (the crack twitiot’s quotes)

Honestly, sometimes words fail me with the Cracken.

I totally believe that White Oprah’s making sure the life insurance policy is the ONE (only?) payment being made on time/regularly. I think she recognises her “precious child’s” and addict, but she won’t admit it. Maybe not even to herself. And it is very sad.

  140. Seal Team 6 says:

Paps never trip up any other celebs (or “celebs”) except for Linnocent. Even at Cannes, the Academy Awards, ambushing them at night outside a cub, etc.

Linnocent needs to go to the eye doctor ASAP.

I bet Innocent has an insurance for a bundle — millions.

  141. Madisyn says:

@ bellaluna, I know, the crack lies and denials just keep a comin. Amazing, isn’t it? You know this isn’t even the third or fourth fall, she’s beyond pathetic. I agree with you that that payment is being made on time and in full. When her personal ATM is no longer here, Dina needs money somehow. ‘Working’ like regular folk is out of the question.

@ Seal Team, I wonder if the poor sap who wrote up that policy still has a job today? Whichever insurance company has that policy is probably now looking for lopeholes to get out of it. I wonder if Dina insured her at 17, 18, right when Blohan started going off the rails? Again, I’d love to know the dollar amount of that policy.

  142. the original bellaluna says:

@ Madisyn & Seal Team – I’m willing to bet my right ovary that Dina and/or Michael got her insured when her star started rising, and have kept the policy current due to her dramatic implosions. It’s the only way to ensure a high pay-out on an insurance policy for a kid.

(Traditionally, life insurance on kids pays very low, because there is no monetary “value” [not my word] on said kid’s life. The only way I see around that is Blohan being a “bankable star” with tremendous earning potential. Which she was, when she was 16.)

And if our suspicions are true, what a disgusting woman.

  143. Madisyn says:

    @ bellaluna

I bet those monthly premiums were low too, due to the fact that Blohan was a teenager then. Question: Do those monthly premiums go up with age? And can the insurers raise the monthly rates due to her erractic and dangerous lifestyle?

  144. Seal Team 6 says:

    @Madisyn

Yes, premiums can rise, or you can be even be dropped, depending on how the policy is written. My Ex was an insurance underwriter.

  145. Seal Team 6 says:

I just came back from Trader Joe’s, and they had a wonderful new food item I bought! “Crackcotti,” filled with yummy little nuggets of Oxy and black tar heroin.

  146. Madisyn says:

    @ Seal Team

Thank you. So the premiums can rise with age but I have to wonder, due to her only being 25 now and if the policy was written up when she was a teen, I’m thinking that they may rise when ‘milestone’ birthday’s hit, like 30, 40 etc.

HOW can the policy be dropped if the premiums are paid? You said “can” be dropped. Is there an instance you can give me to drop the policy?

@ Madisyn – Yeah, I think they rise as you age, but I would also think they would rise proportionately to your “risk assessment.” So I guess maybe I’m wrong about the life insurance thing. Unless they locked-in some type of policy. (Because it’s not like her cracknanigans are a well-kept secret or anything. The insurance company would have to live under a collective boulder to not know what’s going on.) @ Seal Team – I sure do miss Trader Joe’s (the closest one is an hour-and-a-half away, since we moved)! So, is that like biscotti or manicotti? Because either one would be great! But if it’s like manicotti, it’s going to be much messier to dunk in our Cracktinis. 😉

    @Madisyn —

Certain health and risk factors, IF the policy is written that age. Insurance companies can do anything they want!!!

    @Orig Bella–

LOVE TJ’s! I even use their tea tree shammpoo, which works better than my old expensive shampoo.

Like biscotti. I think they will be perfect with cracktinis at the next crackgater. Which may happen soon, considering what Linnocent has been up to this weekend.

  149. Madisyn says:

@ bellaluna, I get the ‘risk assessment’ but ‘profiling’ Blohan because she’s in the tabloids, I would think, would be illegal. Just sayin. . .

@ Seal Team, “certain health and risk factors” yeah, yeah, got it, again, unless the policy states Blohan would have to undergo a check-up every year, which I doubt due to her age, probably doesn’t apply here.

With ALL DUE RESPECT no one can answer my question with any certainty, so I’ll let it go.

I’m going to go have a double cracktini, cheers!

@ Madisyn – Good point about the profiling…I wonder.

@ Seal Team – Oh goodie! (I was a touch concerned about the compatibility of manicotti and Cracktinis. It would be so un-Blohan-esque to barf at our tailgate.) 😉
