Linnocent is obvious: she donates to charity ahead of her court appearance

fp_8040763_lohanlindsay_shopping_excl_fp7_14_22

Just FYI – for all of your Linnocent court coverage, you should definitely check in with us! We’ll have an open post in the afternoon, and then we’ll have coverage of whatever goes down with the judge and all. Linnocent is due in court at 10 a.m. PST, which is 1 pm EST where CB and I are. So… that open post will be coming later today, mmkay?

So, where are we now with Our Cracken? TMZ reported yesterday that their sources within the Probation Department are saying that LL should NOT be going to jail, and that she’ll likely be deemed in “substantial compliance” with the terms of her probation. Of course, the “sources” also cop to the fact that Linnocent did get kicked out of her first community service program for being a crackie mess:

Lindsay Lohan will get some critical support when she goes to court tomorrow … Probation Department sources tell TMZ the Dept. thinks Lindsay has done most of what she’s required to do, and they will NOT recommend that she be thrown in jail.

Our sources say … the Probation Dept. officials will tell the judge in a written report that Lindsay is in “substantial compliance” with the terms of her probation. They concede she was kicked out of the Downtown Women’s Center for habitually failing to show up, but they note that Lindsay has a year to complete 360 hours of community service, and she’s still on track.

And, sources say, the Probation Dept. has been in touch with Lindsay’s shrink, who says she has gone “regularly.” The shrink did not address Judge Stephanie Sautner’s directive that Lindsay go for therapy once a week — because she hasn’t. But, we’re told, the shrink is still satisfied.

We’re told the report will note that Lindsay has completed her shoplifting course.

Judge Sautner made it clear … if Lindsay violated any court order, she would go to jail. So now it’s up to Herhonner to decide if Lindsay went astray or whether a few missteps don’t count.

[From TMZ]

And the California legal system continues to not give a flying f–k about any of this. Well, for the most part. TMZ also reports that the L.A. City Attorney’s Office “will ask the judge tomorrow to violate Lindsay’s probation and send her to jail.” Their position is that Linnocent’s crack shenanigans at the Downtown Women’s Center are enough to get her violated and sent to jail. Good luck, prosecutors!

Considering how it’s going to take an act of Congress to get this crackhead in any kind of locked-down situation, it’s surprising to me that Linnocent is still doing some PR moves to look good to the court. Radar reports that she “recently” donated $50,000 to a children’s charity… and she announced it just hours before she was due in court! Shocking, I know.

Lindsay Lohan has been under fire recently for her questionable behavior but she has managed to find some time, and money, to give back to those in need, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

The beleaguered starlet recently donated $50,000 to a children’s charity, called The Baby and I Foundation and she did so in honor of her mother, Dina.

“Lindsay was really keen to make a donation to the charity,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “Her main motivating factor was that she hoped to make children’s lives easier by way of their own mothers, as her own mom has done for her.”

The Baby and I Foundation provides assistance to economically at-risk expectant mothers ages 14-24 in the Metro-Atlanta area. They work to reassure expectant mothers that they will have access to the essentials needed for the successful delivery and development of their newborns for the first year of life. In addition, they “provide prenatal and postnatal services that facilitate parental success, thus enhancing the well-being of both mother and child.”

The source says that Lindsay learned of the charity after Dina was approached by them to be their spokesperson — she declined, but a week later Lindsay made the hefty donation.

The source points out that there could be another motivating factor behind the generous move though, besides just goodwill.

“It’s kind of convenient timing,” the source says. “Just as she gets all this negative publicity and is getting ready to head back to court, she’s shown to have a good heart and a caring nature. I’m sure it can only help her case when she has to plead before the judge.”

[From Radar]

The source continued, “Did you know the sky is blue? And grass is green too. Are you holding? Do you want to do a bump in the bathroom?” And then the “source” sniffed and pouted her crack lips. Also: where did Linnocent get 50 grand? From “working” in Europe? Still, I’m going to wait until the charity confirms the donation, because I suspect that a decimal got misplaced. Cue Linnocent rolling her eyes: “I never said $50,000! I said 50 DOLLARS. You are so MEAN.”

UPDATE: TMZ has this new story too:

Good News for Lindsay Lohan: The judge who could end up sending her to jail has decided she doesn’t have to do any community service, at least for now.

Bad News for Lindsay Lohan: She’ll be sweeping up blood and guts at the L.A. County Morgue.

Sources connected with the Probation Department tell TMZ … Judge Stephanie Sautner contacted Probation officials and told them to immediately yank Lindsay from her current community service assignment with the Red Cross. We’re told Judge Sautner ordered the Probation people to immediately assign Lindsay to morgue duty.

It’s clearly a sign the judge is pissed off — probably at the Probation Dept. for pulling a switcheroo by taking Lindsay out of the Downtown Women’s Center, where the judge ordered Lindsay to perform 360 hours of community service. Judge Sautner also ordered Lindsay to do 120 hours at the morgue, and now that’s taken top billing.

As for pissing off the judge, we’ve learned there’s something in the Probation report that will probably do just that. Lindsay’s probation officer wrote that Lindsay had problems with the Women’s Center, because it was “not fulfilling.” One more time — Lindsay complained the Woman’s Center was “NOT FULFILLING.”

We broke the story the Probation Department believes Lindsay has NOT violated her probation, but prosecutors feel the opposite is true and they want her in the slammer.

[From TMZ]

So Linnocent will be on morgue duty, which was part of her original sentence. I don’t get how this is a good sign for people who want to see Linnocent go to jail, though. Obviously, the judge is still obsessed with this idea that community service will change LL’s ways, and that’s just not going to happen.

She’s been a busy Crackie…also getting her teeth and hair bleached.
Her red carpet is now court dates.

  2. KatScorp says:

1 pm EST? Crikey! Bellaluna, mate, please make my crack expresso strong because that’s 1am where I’m at :0

  3. brin says:

Mornin KatScorp! We’ll make the crack espresso extra strong for you!

  4. MacScore says:

Oh this is getting good. Best line of the report re the “charitable donation” : “her main motivation was that she hoped to make children’s lives easier by way of their own mothers” [whatever that means…], “as her own mom has done for her.”

*shaking with laughter and outrage; staggers to fridge for chilled cracktini to cope*

You’re damn straight – let’s wait till the charity confirms this.
    Catch y’all later!

  5. atlantapug says:

    She donated actual cash???

I thought you were going to say she donated old leggings and some expired self tanner.

Bwahahahahaha. Send her butt back to jail. That’s where you and I would end up if we acted like this.

  6. Addie says:

Urh…I wish she would just.stop.wearing.chanel. Its not meant to look cheap Lindz.

  7. KatScorp says:

    G’evening Brin 😀

Kaiser’s update brought a grin to my face; the judge has intervened specifically to PREVENT the Cracken from using up her CS hours at her ‘preferred choice’ of the Red Cross. Her Honour may not be in the mood for Blohan’s game of “push the envelope” right now…

  8. ShanKat says:

Prime time entertainment for us Southern Europeans!

She would have rapid-detoxed for the past couple days if she thought there was a chance at jail. She’ll be resting her head on her home crackpillow tonight.

  9. Quest says:

    Off to court you go.

  10. Paul Frehley says:

Again she’ll get to skate by.

Judge to Lindsay “Now Lindsay, I’m serious about you doing your service at the morgue. You’ll have until October 19, 2015 to complete your 120 hours and I will not accept any excuses, just like I said last time.” And I’m really, really serious again.”

    Give me a break.

  11. Boo says:

The fact–if it is, indeed, a fact–that the judge yanked her from the Red Cross means that that assignment is not acceptable to her, doesn’t it? To me, that says Stephie is pissed. I hope she says none of the RC hours will count and that ALL of the rest of her 480 hours must be served at the morgue. And that she violates her probation. I know… I am a *DREAMER**

  12. tapioca says:

Putting salt instead of sugar in your morning coffee is a “misstep”, Lindsay’s entire existence can be characterised as “shamelessly thumbing her nose at the court”.

I hope the judge has it in her power to send her back to the DTWC to complete her service, with her Red Cross hours discounted from her total as she wasn’t specifically assigned to go there. The thought that she was helping people out for free will probably send her into an apoplectic tailspin that sees her cannibalising her own mother and finally being jailed for “countryside”, thus killing 2 birds with one stone.

  13. Kaboom says:

California, where you’re an upstanding citizen if you only ignore 20% of the law?

  14. gee says:

I can’t get over how I’m excited for this afternoon.. so unhealthy! LOL. I just want her to go to jail like she deserves.

  15. Seal Team 6 says:

Cracken didn’t donate that money. One of her johns or her father did.

  16. Dawning Red says:

Why in the world would the “Baby and I” foundation go to Dina Lohan of all people and ask her to be their spokesenabler, I mean, mouthpiece?

“When you raise your child the wrong way, your kid could end up a lying, thieving, drug-addled, duck-billed international prostitute, spreading innumerable diseases and delusion across the world. Do you want your child to spend so much time in the court system that she her own set of monogrammed handcuffs? Hello, I’m Dina Lohan, for the ‘Baby and I’ Foundation. Please give, for the children!”

  17. Seal Team 6 says:

Oh, the Update has made me all tingling with glee!

Maybe Judge Starstruck is finally getting from the celebrity blogs that she looks like a fool to everyone.

  18. Seal Team 6 says:

    @Tapioca

The DWC has fired her as a CS volunteer. I’ve done the same thing. It’s like being fired from a job: that’s it. Most people get VOPed for that, except in LA County Cracken Land.

  19. Ruby Red Lips says:

Haha!! Just read the TMZ story about Linnocent being made to go to the Morgue now!! Lets hope Linnocent finds the morgue more fulfilling than the women’s centre!!!!!

    CU ltr for cracktini party!!!

  20. kay says:

    @15

    ME TOO!!

I felt a bit of guilt, but hey, she keeps it going, not us. So I’ll watch the live stream, planned on it, got my snacks ready. lol!

  21. Franny says:

that top picture is the nicest she has looked in a long time…which is sad because she doesn’t even look that good (compared to normal noncracky people)

  22. Green_Eyes says:

Priceless…ah yes Your honor I couldn’t afford rehab, I’m broke…but damn a weekend of international globe hopping visiting Johns, I mean Friends that care have left me not only able to buy a Porsche..but able to donate to others and shine Crackin’ self up a bit for you. What do ya think? Shiny ah? My nails? Ahh no your mistaken F.Q. Is not as in F.U. And the Legal System…it’s to remind myself I’m still Fashionable and entitled Queen it’s a pick me up quote… Yeah that’s right your honor, as if I would ever disrespect this Court or Judgments..

Good morning everyone..will be here Noon CST for the Cracktini’s and Shrimp, will bring w/ me some goodies as well for the Cracktini Fest;).

You would think a girl would know better when it comes to LL crusty photos and be prepared so early in the morning..but my hurl factor wasn’t in check. That being said… seeing the photos in which you clearly can tell no bra just set my hurl factor off…ugh!

  23. sapphire says:

That’s not sugar in the bowl next to the expresso.

I don’t think judge Steph thinks there’s any possiblity of reforming this mess-I thinks she’s looking for the most unpleasant community service as an alternative to celeb cuddlers in the jail. Don’t know if the terms of the probation can be extended for non-compliance.

  24. Green_Eyes says:

@ruby Red (not meant in disrespect to any who have family members in the morgue)… But not like Clientele will be able to complain about being around such a Skank. So interesting to see what whiney a$$ excuse she will have for not doing those hrs next.

  25. imabrat says:

So obvious. Didn’t she do some goodwill act before last hearing? What a phoney.
She can’t be fixed, until she admits she needs to be fixed.

  26. Anoneemouse says:

Maybe the court will just give up on this girl and dismiss her probation on the condition that she leave the state of California and become someone else’s problem. She is beyond help and is nothing more than a waste of taxpayer dollars.

I am sitting here performing jury service this morning and thinking what a farce the whole system is based on how the courts handled LL.

  27. KatScorp says:

    @24 Sapphire – … I thought it tasted funny…

  28. LittleDeadGrrl says:

At this point in time if I was her I’d honestly light a joint up in the middle of court. I mean nothing she does is gonna get her to jail so why not flaunt that shit in front of their faces.

  29. bagladey says:

How prudent a decision is it, for someone who doesn’t own a home and who declared on her last court appearance mere months ago that she couldn’t afford therapy, to donate $50,000.00 to charity? Maybe that’s just in case the judge should ask about the very recent purchase of an $80,000.00 car.

  30. Devon says:

Can’t wait for 10am! By pulling Crack Face out of the Red Cross and immediately assigning her to the morgue, it sounds like Judge Sautner is really pissed. I’m hoping she’s pissed enough to violate probation. I’ll be sitting on my couch with my Crackie Coffee, Baileys & Kahula, watching & hoping!

Does she know that CS is NOT suppose to be fulfilling? It’s fucking punishment you dumb slut!

  31. ladybert62 says:

I can hardly wait for court to begin – it is only 6:40 a.m. where I am at so I have 3 hours to get work done so I can enjoy the rest of the day at the cracktini party! !!!

I am loving it that she was assigned to the morgue NOW! “Move that body out of my way – I am Lindsay Lohan” – ha ha, they dont move too fast when they are dead lynnocent.

  32. Boo says:

TMZ reports that she was at Shoplifter School LAST NIGHT. (Others think it was her therapist’s office). Something tells me our Baby Girl is not finished with her course work and/or up to date on counseling. We shall see…maybe the VOPs will be in multiples. *hope hope hope*

  33. Bess says:

I’m a little confused about Judge Stephanie pulling Lohan from the Red Cross and sending her to do her CS at the morgue. Does that mean that the “balance” of the 360 hours she was supposed to do at the DWC is cancelled or does she have to do the 120 hours + the “balance” at the morgue?

If she only has to do the balance, it’s another win for the Cracken.

  34. Bess says:

    October 18, 2011

“I just want it to be known, that just because I was not followed&photographed during the times I’ve gone to community service, does NOT mean that I wasn’t following my obligations (by going) to the court”.

    From Linnocent’s twitter account

  35. LeeLoo says:

God, I wish that Judge will send her to jail. Doesn’t sound like it though. 🙁 Hopefully she’ll be made to do ALL of her hours at the morgue.

“Move that corpse, I’m Lindsay Lohan!”

  36. Jackson says:

I’m with Boo – I think it’s a good sign that the judge said ‘not so fast’ to her choice of the Red Cross to do community service. That’s not what the judge ordered so the morgue is where LL should have gone to begin with if she was having ‘issues’ at the Women’s Center. Seems people in the probation department are sympathetic to the sad, sorry plight of poor little LL. Pathetic. And I don’t even have words re: her work at the Women’s Center being ‘not fulfilling.’ No. Words.

  37. Nina says:

Well, I guess this means that Linnocent will not be going to jail. I mean, if the judge was pissed off enough to decide that she’d violated her probation, she wouldn’t have bothered to change her community service assignment.

*sigh* Another dream, dead. I don’t know why I even dare hope anymore!

  38. Kimbob says:

@bagladey…I’m thinking like you are. I’m also wondering if this is some type of deal worked out behind closed doors. Maybe someone tipped off Lilo that if she donated so much $$ to a charitable org, then she might be assured of skating by in court today.

Maybe I’m too cynical? I dunno…seeing Lilo donate any $$$ anywhere makes my antennae stand up.

  39. Shelly says:

I hate her lips and hair. While I enjoy reading about her Cracken escapades way too much, it makes me sad to look at old pictures of her pre-drugs and delusions and compare them to how she looks now. What a waste.

  40. Sillyone says:

Holy shit!! She is wearing big girl pants! I didn’t even think this trick owned pants, unless they were cut offs.

  41. Heebeegeebee says:

IMO they don’t know what to do with her.

  42. Mich says:

There is a story on Rumorfix about an ‘exclusive’ interview with WO about how ‘hard’ LL tried to make the DWS work. That sometimes she would show up 10 minutes late and those meanies wouldn’t let her in to serve her time no matter how much she begged and pleaded. And, that it was just SO hard for her because she lives SO far away. And that the new RC gig is a much better fit for her. Hahahahaha! That is SO the point of court ordered community service! I’m thinking that the DWS works with court mandated volunteers all the time and long ago learned to see through the Lohans of the world. I wonder if they are submitting their own report?

  43. Sillyone says:

My next thought is who does the probation office think they are since when can they change a judge’s orders? WTF??
The judge I worked for would eat someone’s ass if they told a defendant they could go some place else to fulfill their obligation. By god when he said the defendant was to do community service at location X their ass was going to do it there. That’s what was ordered, that’s what was to be fulfilled.
I can’t even imagine if someone came in to him and said you know it wasn’t fulfilling to me so I needed to switch it up..I swear to you I would have left the courthouse and took a week off, hopefully he would have been a little more calm by the time I got back.

  44. Madisyn says:

    Mornin ALL

Oh, goody its the witching hour today. I must confess, I’ve looked forward to this since July 22, the day AFTER her last court appearance.

I know I’ve got to choose my hours, but I have a little while left. I’m still desperately torn. Past posts reveal why.

    So ladies, heres the latest:

  45. Seal Team 6 says:

    @Mich

When you terminated a CS volunteer for cause, you usually at least email the PO why, or more often write a short letter why and fax and/or mail it to the PO.

  46. OhMyMy says:

So WO is saying she was 10 minutes late and Lindsay is saying she was never late, ever. Which one is it? They can’t keep the lies straight…LOL.

  47. LeeLoo says:

My theory about the court date is that Crackie is going to go in front of the judge and if she steps out of line at any point or if the judge gains a whiff of her narcissistic attitude then she will get violated. The judge may remand her to custody and make her bail herself out just to force her LL to blow money on something other than drugs.

  48. jm says:

Ok, I think the Red Cross is a great org, but I knew someone who works (paid) there and basically his job involves him every few months or so tweeting/facebooking for a blood drive and very little else,I bet LL is so fulfilled there because they probably just let her sit around and do lines. Of course, if I had her working for me, thats what I’d have her do, its better than her getting coke on everything and messing up my company :p…

  49. Seal Team 6 says:

    @sillyone

I said that in a thread a day or two ago: the JUDGE is the one with the authority to change CS, not the PO.

  50. Madisyn says:

    Mornin Bess, Boo

This trick didn’t donate 1 shiny penny. This is pr manufactured, plain and simple. The give away was when the article said the charity wanted WO as their spokeshole. Speaking of WO, she wouldn’t allow 1 thin dime to leave her grubby fvckin paws. No way, no how. Didn’t happen!

    sapphire

Your right, thats not SUGAR in the bowl next to the expresso. LOL

  51. Mich says:

Well. The good thing about jail is that it is impossible to be late:-)

  52. Jackson says:

    I’ll go with 57 hours.

  53. Mich says:

Sorry! My last post. The rumorfix story also quoted WO as saying that the RC lets LL take work home with her… So what? Is “she” doing her CS at home?

  54. Heather M (Heather) says:

@ Dawning Red: lmao! I was thinking the same thing. Do they want Dina as their spokesperson as an example of how NOT to parent?!

  55. DiaBLa says:

Hmmm….what are the no/yes for after the hours?? Is that is she going to jail finally?? Then I say Hell No! We are just not that lucky. She really should go to jail immediately for at least a week to cool her heels and teach her what real jail time is like.

  56. Jackson says:

@Mich – Unbelievable. It certainly sounds like the RC was letting her take something home and work on it there. What a total joke. I’m glad the judge put a stop to it and ordered her butt to the morgue.

  57. logan says:

Well California get ready to shell out the tax dollars for this twit. She will sail into court and then sail right back out again. Waste of time, money and oxygen. Look out for one of her unemployed parents to make the talk show rounds to let everybody know that once again their darling daughter was wronged.
Glad one of my deceased will not be in that morgue when she is there. Talk about adding horror to grief!!!!

  58. shoeaddict says:

Madisyn, I know I’m late, but can you put me down for 39 hours and a BIG YES to going to jail. I’ve got this feeling Sautner will not be amused today.

  59. Sillyone says:

@Seal Team–Sorry I missed your post..I haven’t been able to keep up with Crackhead like usual..Dad has been diagnosed with brain cancer, I would much rather be here.

But I am glad we are in agreement that the probation office is way off base and I hope someone gets their butt handed to them.. Shame on them.

  60. Madisyn says:

Sillyone, God Speed to you and your family.

    Jackson & shoeaddict

Jacson, 57. shoeaddict, 39 and BIG YES it is. OK, I’ve decided to go with the lowest common demoninator, 45. I’m piggy backing with you Lucky Charm. If we win, we’ll both get “Cone Queen for a Day” hats.

  61. G says:

    This is getting so funny.

TMZ is reporting she did her shoplifting class LAST night. Full time morgue time? Just when I thought the drama was just about rung out of Lohan……

I bet the morgue is just trying get famous off Lindsay’s beauty and talent.

  62. kieslwoski says:

Kaiser you awesome, I love your posts about Cracken!! You are so spot on about the donation, made me crack up! No way do I believe she donated 50K, NO WAY!

  63. Hautie says:

Now if Lohan has to report to the Morgue tomorrow at 7Am to work 8 hour shifts. Then that is the Judge being pissed.

Anything short of that… means Lohan has gotten away with p*ssing all over the Judge and the DA office again.

And I am curious if that Charity is one of the ones that Jane Fonda chairs. Fonda has done oodles of charity work in Georgia for this exact cause. (young Mothers and their children)

  64. Sillyone says:

Why is it I was under the impression that she had completed all of her shoplifting classes?

@Madisyn-Thank you for the well wishes. I would like to be put down for a whopping 47.50 hours please and I am with the hell no’s on jail today.

I do hope Her Honor has pms or a very menopausal night with night sweats and didn’t sleep so she has very little patience today..

  65. G says:

Donation? Is that $50,000. worth of old stock leggings?

  66. Firecracker says:

Woohoo, this latest news has me so excited, I can’t even do any work. Maybe the judge has had enough!

  67. Mich says:

@ Jackson That is exactly what Dina is saying. Here is the link: http://rumorfix.com/2011/10/exclusive-dina-lohan-praying-lindsay-doesnt-go-to-jail/ I almost hope that she doesn’t go to jail. The BS from this family is far more entertaining than any movie she has ever made! I’d love to see her pull this at the morgue: “Move those guts (to my home…so my assistant can clean them up). I’m Lindsay Lohan!”

  68. shoeaddict says:

Just curious… Crackie was photographed at her condo getting her weave and/or roots redone yesterday… Is the busted weave in the above photos a before or after photo? It looks like sh*t and I would tell her to get a refund but we all know she didn’t pay.

  69. Tierra says:

LOL @ that Rumorfix article. loved how Dina threw in that she has 2 movies she’s working on…LOL

Radar has a link to that ‘charity’ page and it looks kind of scammish to me. I highly doubt a Lohan would ever part with 1 dollar for a cause, let alone 50,000.00.
Im guessing her pimp Vikram or whatever his name is donated the money in their names, if in fact there ever was such a donation. I highly doubt there was.

  70. gee says:

Ps, I know it’s late, but 39 hours of CS, no on jail.

  71. G says:

Having her full term of CS moved to the morgue is serious time.

It’s MUCH more punitive than getting a jail sentance that she would serve at home, anyway. If that’s how it goes down for her THAT is really going to hurt.

  72. Mingy says:

in those pics where she’s wearing jeans and that blue plaid shirt, she looks like kate moss.

  73. Danielle says:

LETS GET READY TO RUMBLE…..CRACKTINI’S ALL AROUND!!!!

  74. KatScorp says:

40 minutess to go, by my unreliable math. Think Blohan is gonna be late – AGAIN?

  75. Diane says:

Madisyn, put me down for 49 hours-and another hell no!

  76. CdnDutchGirl says:

I hope I still have time to get my guess in. I’m going to go with 46 hours.
I feel like things could get interesting today (but I always think that with Linnocent and end up disappointed).

  77. Madisyn says:

DiaBLa – Hell No!, Sillyone 47.5/hell nos, gee 39/No, Diane 49/hell no!

Bettings Closed! For those of us who ‘share’ hours, we going to have to share the ‘Big Orange Cone’ party hat at the vat pool.

    Your updated.

    Madisyn

Assuming Our Lady of Delusion has been allowed to work at home and report her unsupervised hours as she sees fit – can you put me down for the whole 360 plus an extra 100? And that of course means ‘no jail’ because she has over-served on her obligations…because she is so serious about her altruism and getting her life back on track…and we are all unfair meanies who have unfairly judged her giving, wonderful, innocent, magnificent, self… trading off her good name to make ourselves relevant.

  86. ladybert62 says:

I agree with MacScore and thanks to all posters for all the fun in these cracktini parties!!!

  87. Madisyn says:

The open post is up. I’ll post it over there Mitch, no worries.

*passes around cheese straws and other nibbles*

Looking forward to hearing her excuses. No one seems to appreciate how special she is. *groan*

  89. Heather M (Heather) says:

    Madisyn, you are too cute!

  90. Green_Eyes says:

@SillyOne – prayers for your father, you, and Family. Healing and positive thoughts and energy for your dad as well hon….

  91. The Bobster says:

How does this women have any money to donate? When was the last time she worked?

  92. Sara says:

She actually doesn’t look tragic when she covers up and wears sunglasses. She should really lose the shorts and cocktail dresses and start wearing jeans more.

I bet she never stars in a movie again. I used to think she would have some kind of come back but now I don’t think so.

She’s f-ed up her simple probation requirements so much it’s laughable. How does someone get SO many chances to turn things around and keep going down the same path? I mean, how many times has she been in rehab? She’s going to end up like Amy Winehouse.

  93. smh says:

oh wasn’t she supposed to be broke? and i bet she didn’t research that chairty. let’s make a headline so the judge will take pity on me! pathetic shitface
