This news came out a few days back but I’m just seeing it now, so forgive me if it’s not new to you. Apparently Kris Jenner is a boozehound and is drinking constantly, including in the middle of the day. There’s plenty of evidence that this could be the case, including scenes from the Kardashian’s show, tweets and videos by Kris and her daughters showing that the 57 year-old reality mogul loves to get her drink on. (Remember this?) So I don’t think this is new necessarily, just that a gossip outlet is bothering to point it out. Note that this is in In Touch, which has made a kind of cottage industry out of pointing out the obvious when it comes to Kris Jenner. They have a relationship with Kris’ ex husband’s widow, and have been getting a lot of juicy information from her, from which they’ve run many “Kris is a monster” cover stories. Here’s more:
After years of witnessing her embarrassing, out-of-control partying, Kris Jenner’s kids have had enough.
The famous momager’s alcohol-fueled antics have gotten so problematic in recent months, that her six children have told her she needs to quit drinking— or else.
“She sometimes drinks at work and in the morning, and she always jokes about having her vodka and wine ready for her when she arrives at an event or at home,” says a Kardashian family insider. “She needs help…”
In 2012, Kourtney took to twitter after Kris fell into the pool on a family vacation to the Dominican Republic. “I think my mom is definitely drunk already,” she wrote. “She is just such a freak.”
And at a recent Clippers game, Khloé told her followers about Kris’ inebriated state. “My mom is f—ing drunk…what’s new!” she said.
While her brood may joke around about their mom’s drinking, the situation is no joke. “The kids just don’t know what to do,” says the family insider. “Maybe the only thing they can do is to wait for her to hit rock bottom.”
The Stir has an additional quote from In Touch, whose insider says “I’ve been at [Kris’] house – she’ll open a bottle of wine in the middle of the day and pour half a bottle in a giant glass and slug from it.”
It’s not hard to believe about Kris, just judging from social media. The woman may be drinking to try to cope with the fact that her massive empire is crumbling around her. We’ve heard that she’s on the verge of a divorce from her husband, Bruce Jenner. A few weeks ago, she denied that her marriage is in trouble by declaring that she would stage a photo op with him. (Which hasn’t happened yet.) And now we’re hearing that the star of the family, Kim, may be considering stepping away from the family franchise. Kim hinted in a recent interview that she may be done with “Keeping up with The Kardashians,” and Kris allegedly freaked out and told her to check herself.
Kim, who’s pregnant with boyfriend Kanye West’s baby, hinted in the March 2013 issue of DuJour that the ninth season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians could well be her last, which reportedly made Jenner hit the roof!
“After hearing that Kim dissed the family empire in a magazine interview, Kris flipped out and called a summit at her office,” a source dished to the Enquirer.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Jenner manages all of her daughters’ careers — and is paid handsomely for it — receiving 10 percent on all negotiated deals.
The 57-year-old has been trying to expand her family based client list lately by attempting to entice Kim’s baby daddy to sign up for her services, but so far West has politely declined the offer.
“Kris has wanted to manage someone of Kanye’s stature and talent for a very long time,” a source close to the family told Radar. “She feels that it could open even bigger doors for her career, and she is always looking to expand her client base.
“Kris has told Kanye that she would love to be his manager,even though he has a team in place.
“She said she would be willing to start out representing him in new endorsements and his personal life as it pertains to the reality shows…..Kris reps Khloe’s hubby, Lamar Odom in non-basketball matters. Kanye politely declined though as he is extremely happy with his current manager, agent, etc.”
Of course Kris is pissed off that Kim is trying to break away and that Kanye isn’t letting her represent him. We’ve heard about Kanye rejecting the momager before. Can you imagine what a nightmare that would be – to have a mother-in-law like that who is also trying to control your career? Maybe she’s tolerable when she’s wasted at least. Although alcoholism is a serious issue and I shouldn’t make light of it, that’s what comes to mind when I hear this story.

If you’ve ever watched their reality show you know that Kris likes to drink and have a good time. This is no exclusive from In Touch, it is another recycled story. Just like most of their stories are based on what has been seen on their reality show. I don’t believe for one minute that Kris Jenner asked Kanye West to be his manager, not at all. This is the same woman who is currently working on a day time talk show, when would she have time to manager his career? Unlike her children, Kanye is really talented and has a team working for him.
Oh, really?! I’d never say. Pimping your children must be stressful no wonder she needs glass of wine or 5 bottles every day.
This is exactly what her younger girls need an alcoholic pimp for a mother with a bladder control issue.
She deserves to be called any bad name that exists in dictionary. And i mesn the real bad names…

I would feel awful if my child ever tweeted my mom is fn drunk.. Holy crap. I think alot of people enjoy a cocktail or even a couple glasses of wine, however, being drunk by noon every single day is a totally different thing.. wth??
I would imagine it takes several glasses of wine everyday to deal with the fact that your a pimp for your children, a horrible wife and just an overall sleeze of a human being.

Why not? What’s wrong with a drink or two during the day? Before I started working from home, it was not uncommon for me to grab a cocktail or two during lunch hour with my colleagues from the office.
Makes me too sleepy to work if I cocktail at lunch. But if I’m on vacation, party time as soon as the mood strikes, maybe a bloody Mary for breakfast.

I hate standing up for Kris. Here goes. This story, like so any rags, picks up storylines from reality shows and then embellishes it into some expose. LOL I should be a gossip writer then. The put in the drinking her wine as a storyline, all thought out, like every freakin’ episode on the Kardashians. It’s so obvious how they take something from their life and then plot it out into a huge storyline and all of a sudden being mentioned in every scene, so set up.
Kris drinks a lot I think after work, or later in the day. But this woman is driven and building her empire. I think she has become a workaholic and is so focused, she’s not going to be a sloppy drunk accomplishing all she is doing right now. She is in the middle of working on (God save us all) a talk show. So I’m not buying an out-of-control drunk, sorry. After five, I think the woman is probably inebriated as she is winding down and is a social alcoholic, waiting for an excuse when she can drink, but I don’t believe she is drinking throughout the day accomplishing all that she is.
Or she has enough of a tolerance that she is nursing drinks throughout the day, and has a consistent buzz. Isn’t that what Lohan supposedly does?
You make my point. Thus, Lohan can’t be bothered to show up on time to set, hours late, or doesn’t show up at all, wrecks cars, and destroyed a promising career. No one wants to hire her. What tolerance?
It’s quite possible to be a functional alcoholic, I’ve known many, her success does not mean she doesn’t have a drinking problem. She may not be drunk at noon but that doesn’t mean it’s not a problem.
If this is true she better gets help before it gets worse. Alcoholism is no joke.
Well looks like all the plotting, schemeing, calculating and pimping out her kids while getting her what she wanted, isn’t really giving her what she truely needs or desires.

I believe this to be true. She wants her youth back because in her day being a whore of any type was NOT a good thing. People who released a sex tape would have been banished and looked down on and certainly NEVER celebrated as Kim has been. Just ask any porn star who tries to become a legit actress if it’s easy. Now that she sees how easy it is for her kids to be celebrated for absolutely nothing that is moral, she wants a piece of that action too. But alas her ship sailed in the 70’s and 80’s and she can’t get that back. She and her whole family belong in a hole they are so dirty.
Embarrassingly enough I watch their show from time to time and in a recent episode Kris went to Miami to visit and pretty much the minute they walked in Kortney told Kris, I have your vodka ready. So, I believe this story!
Bet she comes out with her own brand of wine!

Well. If you were a terrible person and famously bad mother, you’d want to drink all day, too.
Kris doesn’t want to be a momager, she wants to be a star. She’s not grooming Kylie or Kendall to be the next Kim, she’s trying to make herself the next Kim.

I’m a recovering alcoholic, and if in fact she has a problem — and all the things here would point to the fact that she indeed does — then it explains a lot. Alcohol is a tricky thing and can provide a real slippery slope that people descend down very quickly. It’s easy to let it become a problem. First you think you’re having a few glasses of wine to relax and the next thing you know, you’re guzzling 2 bottles a day. If she gets help and gets into a 12 step program, she will then have to take responsibility for herself and her actions. It’s probably the only thing that could quell this monster we’ve seen her morph into. Godspeed to her.
Call me a conspiracy theorist, but I truly believe Kris Jenner wants you to think she’s a drunk because Kris Jenner wants any coverage she can get. This is a story because she wants it to be a story. The woman is a media genius. Hate her and her family all you want, but she knows what she’s doing.

It’s possible but usually she likes to spin herself as Wonder Mom so I have a hard time believing she would tarnish her own image this way. That being said, if her rehab turns into a big story line on the show, we will know it’s a fake.

She looks ridiculous in the last pic! Anyway, calling someone an alcoholic is a pretty severe thing; I kind of doubt she is, even if she’s a functional alcoholic. Unlike, say, Dina Lohan.

Honestly can’t see how being drunk would make anyone more tolerable. If anything, it would make them LESS tolerable – substantially less.
It depends. Some people are obnoxious drunks, but others get quieter and more mellow. My guess is that Mama Ten Percent is more in the latter category, which would explain why her kids happily ply her with liquor when she visits. It must make her easier to be around or else they would avoid putting a drink in her hand.
My mother wasn’t a big drinker, but she would get silly fast under the influence. At Christmas time when her equally low-alcohol sister would visit, they would experiment with mixed drinks from a book and get all giggly and inevitably burn dinner… Once my uncle was going off to visit his relatives while they were experimenting, and my brother (we were in our late teens) complained “Uncle, are you going to leave us innocent children in the hands of these two drunks?” and Uncle immediately replied, “The real question is whether I should leave these innocent drunks in the hands of you two children.”
I can’t find anything at all that I admire or even like about this woman. If she does have a drinking problem, maybe it’s because down deep she recognizes what a worthless POS she really is.
