A little more than three months ago, Naya Rivera and Big Sean called off their engagement. It was a mess. There were a lot of conflicting stories, but Naya seemed to accuse Big Sean of stealing some of her stuff, and Big Sean accused her of being a liar, a drama queen and a paranoid lady. To be fair to Naya, she had legitimate reason to be paranoid – Big Sean was probably cheating on her. A lot. But maybe he didn’t steal her stuff? I don’t know. It was a mess, as I said, and if either of them had been a bigger name, we could have gotten a lot more gossip mileage out of it because the stories were deliciously trashy. The broken engagement seemed like just one part of The Downfall of Naya Rivera though – a lot of career drama followed, and I still don’t know if she’s totally fired from Glee.
Anyway, here’s an interesting addendum to all of that mess – Naya got married over the weekend. To some dude. He’s an actor named Ryan Dorsey. Considering her engagement to Big Sean just ended in the first week of April, this is… sudden. And ill-advised. But Naya already gave (sold?) the photos to People Magazine:
Glee star Naya Rivera has found her happily ever after. The actress married actor Ryan Dorsey on July 19 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in front of a small group of close family.
“We feel truly blessed to be joined as husband and wife,” the couple told PEOPLE exclusively. “Our special day was fated and everything we could have ever asked for.”
Dorsey, who is originally from Charleston, West Virginia, attended the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts before moving to Los Angeles, where he met Rivera four years ago. Longtime friends, they saw their relationship blossom into a romance shortly after her engagement to rapper Big Sean ended in April.
For their nuptials, Rivera, 27, wore a Monique Lhuillier gown while Dorsey wore a Dolce & Gabbana suit. She carried a bouquet of daisies and baby’s breath and the couple exchanged Neil Lane rings.
Now back home in L.A., the couple are excited to start their new lives as newlyweds. As they told PEOPLE: “True love always prevails.”
Well, at least they’ve known each other for a while, although it’s always a bad idea to go from “rebound after a broken engagement” to “married” within three months. Is the Monique Lhuillier gown the same one Naya planned to wear for her wedding to Big Sean?

She has a tan line in the pic of the back of the dress. Not feelin it. Maybe the marriage isn’t legal. Don’t you also have to get married in the US if you get married in Mexico?
I don’t think so, but if it the wedding was legal, they would have to go through all the legal paperwork in Mexico. I married out of the country and my marriage is just as legal in the USA as it was in the country I married in. a lot of celebs who do the overseas wedding thing have a courthouse ceremony in the USA because in European countries, your wedding is not legally binding. it’s very common for couples to go to the courthouse in their full wedding attire, sign the legal papers and then head straight for the church for the wedding. not sure what it is like in Mexico.

Unfortunate! I really liked her voice and moves… Cold hearted slayer, la isla bonita, I wanna dance with somebody, smooth criminal…i really enjoyed those. I’m going to remember her for those renditions on Glee. Hope she gets her shit together. And if and when she does, hope she’s grown up enough by then to have the sense and maturity to not write stupid songs to/ about your boyfriend’s exes.

I don’t know who she is but I’m surprised she has a career considering how plastic her face looks. I mean Hollywood doesn’t mind plastic surgery but not when it’s so blatant (Kim K doesn’t count,she’s never had a proper tv show or movie career). I mean nose and lips are the most obvious. At least try to be subtle with it.
