Gisele Bundchen helps ‘daddy’ Tom Brady celebrate his Super Bowl win

Here’s an Instagram photo from Gisele Bundchen’s IG. This was a photo taken of Gisele and Tom Brady celebrating right after the New England Patriots won the Super Bowl. Gisele was also freaking out with lots of emoticons on Twitter – go here to see. Now Tom Brady is being called the “greatest quarterback ever”. He now has four Super Bowl championship rings and four MVP awards. He is the best, or tied for the best with Joe Montana. What would they have said about him if the Patriots had lost though?

As I’ve said before, I only really care about the Super Bowl at a gossip-level. And it doesn’t really seem like there’s much gossip about Gisele and Tom. Maybe because the Pats won? If they had lost, Gisele would have had some words. But now she gets to play the graceful WAG.

Incidentally, Gisele covers the new issue of Vogue UK and this is what she says about her husband: “I knew Tom was the one straightaway. I could see it in his eyes that he was a man with integrity who believes in the same things I do.” A man of integrity? Er…

“Man of Integrity” – Swipe at Leo eh Gisele?

Oh and Congratulations Original Kitten!!!! That’s if you’re not too hungover. HA

    • Paloma says:

Exactly! My thoughts went to Leo.

      • Jegede says:

        Yep.
And its not the first time Gisele’s made passive aggressive digs in an interview, saying stuff like Tom Brady is a “real man”, “he’s a family man” – unlike whom I wonder?

She scored in the end though, Tom’s a nice guy, and a winner!

    • Tapioca says:

Except that Leo looks “fully inflated” in all his recent pap photos…

    • Dommy dearest says:

I thought that was a swipe at Brady considering he left his pregnant lady for Gisele years ago.

  2. savu says:

They didn’t show her like at all during the game last night, I was disappointed!

Brady is a great quarterback. Man of integrity though? Eh. I’d rather see someone like Richard Sherman succeed who will always make sure you know how he feels.

    • Lilacflowers says:

She was sitting in a booth. They don’t place the wives and families in the general seating area any more because they get hassled during games – it has happened in every major sport and the NFL was just about the last to take action.

      • savu says:

Even when they’re in booths, they’re still shown though. How many people did they cut to in a few of them last night? Lots!

      • Hudson Girl says:

She may have requested that they not show her. She probably wanted it to be about Brady and the team until they WON!!!

      • Lilacflowers says:

They show people in the owners booths. I don’t recall seeing anybody else’s wife shown during the game last night.

    • Nancy says:

I agree that Brady isn’t a man of integrity – that is actually a joke. And to his being a great quarterback, how can we tell with all the cheating the Patriots have done over the years?

      Sad: cheaters always prosper.

      • melodycalder says:

Yes. So much integrity i can’t stand it. Cheats on his pregnant girlfriend and leaves her for Gisele. Has been linked to cheating in the NFL more than once. Wow. Where can I get one just like him.

      • Janine says:

I’m sure Giselle knows Tom (her husband) and Leo (former boyfriend) better than most of you posting bile. Clearly Giselle is in love with her husband. But that doesn’t mean she’s blind to his faults or his strengths. Tom is a man of integrity far more than many of you losers. Brady and Giselle are winners, who are living their lives to the fullest which is more than any of you can say. Haters have no integrity so look in the mirror if you’re looking for cheaters who prosper.

  3. Jen43 says:

Ugh. Seattle really blew it last night. TB shined in that last quarter. As much as I would like to, I don’t find anything obnoxious about Giselle supporting her man. She is allowed to be proud.

    • Esmom says:

      Yes on all counts.

    • L says:

Pete Carol is to smart for his own good. What on earth was that final play call for Seattle? You have 2 downs, a timeout, and Marshawn Lynch. Pound that ball into the end zone for a touchdown. Don’t try and get cute with trying to play all 4 downs because you don’t want Brady to get the ball back with 25 seconds left. It worked in the first half-but that’s the first half. This was for the whole game-play to win for crying out loud.

And no, Brady isn’t better than Montana. Montana went undefeated in his superbowl runs, and never threw any interceptions. Plus you never had a whiff of Montana being a cheater.

      • Jen43 says:

It was a shockingly bad call. I like Pete, but I want his head on a platter.

      • Tippy says:

So we should penalize Brady for getting to 50% more Super Bowls than Montana but only winning 4 championships ?

      • Layday says:

It was actually 2nd and 1 meaning Seattle had three chances to get into the end zone and win the game. I have no dog in this fight as I don’t root for either team. A win is a win is a win, but in opinion but Seattle lost this game more than New England won it. You have the best running back in the NFL on the 1 yard line and you don’t run the ball? Ridiculous and the dumbest play call in Super Bowl history. It makes me subscribe to the theory that since Marshawn Lynch (Beast Mode) in all probability wasn’t coming back to Seattle, then they didn’t want him to be the hero. Only problem is Russell Wilson is an average quarterback. That’s irrelevant though because that asinine play should have never been called in the first place, and it cost them the Super Bowl. To be a fly on the wall in Seattle’s locker room after that game was over lol. So I agree. Brady’s no Montana and this game being won or lost was contingent upon that particular moment more than anything Brady had done. You could see Brady’s face and he thought the game had been lost.

      • mimif says:

+1 Ladyday, the Seahawks straight up lost the game. I don’t for a second agree with the Marshawn theory, I think Carroll just made the worst call of his career. One of the worst calls in NFL history, period.

      • notsoanonymous says:

Honestly, Pete Carroll isn’t the one who made the call. It was the Offensive Coordinate Darrell Bevell, who is pretty much the most hated man in all of Seattle right now. Pete is the kind of coach who is willing to publicly take the fall for his team; Bevell came out and said that much as well.

        What a heartbreaker.

  4. GoodNamesAllTaken says:

They are a beautiful family. Cute with the kids wearing Brady
jerseys. I couldn’t care less about football, but my husband and I went to a movie last night, and afterwards to a brew pub, where of course they had the game on. We saw the last few minutes, and I have to say, it was exciting. That’s about as long as I would want to watch it, though. I’m ashamed to say I fell a little bit in love with Tom Brady.

    • Dawn says:

      I so agree!

    • Kali says:

Me too. I work around a sports department so it’s sports on tv 99.9% of the time (if they even think of subjecting me to cricket during the Oscars, they have another thing coming). It was Super Bowl/Super Bowl adjacent programming for a good 7 hours today and I have to say that I’ve come out with a wee Tom Brady crush after seeing him in action today.

  5. ali says:

Richard Sherman was the first to congratulate Tom Brady for winning.

These men trash talk each other but in the end they respect each other.

    • Lilacflowers says:

Yes, he was. Trash-talking is part of the game but to be a good trash-talker, the player has to back it up on the field and behave like a professional when it matters. Both Sherman and Brady did.

    • mimif says:

Did you see Sherman’s face when…when…*runs and cries*

      • Esmom says:

Yes, as someone put it in another sports story, you could almost pinpoint the moment when his heart ripped in half. And yours, apparently! Seahawks fans here, too, it was a bummer.

    • Janine says:

Sherman is a good guy off the field and a great competitor when on the field. It speaks to his character and sportsmanship that he shook hands with Brady. However, many of his team mates took to fighting during the last 20 seconds of the game. Micheal Bennett lead the charge proving most of Seattle’s players are sore heads who are ungracious & mocking in victory. But are even worse in defeat turning bitter and violent. That’s how you can tell they got beat.

  6. Tiffany27 says:

Who on earth throws a ball when you’re a yard away????
Congrats to the Pats though, Boston loves you.

    • Sooloo says:

Yes, congrats to the fans of this cheating-ass, suck-ass team. 🙂

I admit, I’m bitter. Just can’t believe with all the BS they’ve pulled as an organization that they’re still respected and applauded when they win. Once a bunch of cheats, ALWAYS a bunch of cheats, IMO.

      • sally says:

Couldn’t have said it better. No ramifications for their near constant cheating for over a decade, and the media falls all over themselves to congratulate them. They will always have an asterisk. What a joke.

      • roxy750 says:

        agreed 100%

      • Nancy says:

Cheaters always win in America. Bankers, Wall Streeters and cheating athletes like Tom Brady and Lance Armstrong. We like winners, no matter how they win. It’s quite disheartening.

      • Kitten says:

Does this mean you guys aren’t coming to the parade?

    • Tippy says:

Goal line pass plays happen frequently and are often successful.

Couch Carroll was obviously trying to outsmart the Patriots and had it been executed properly QB Wilson would have placed the ball where only his receiver had an opportunity to catch it.

The pass was off target and the DB from the Patriots made a huge play.

      • mimif says:

Nah Carroll said he was thinking Wilson would throw an incompletion and buy some time. That was perhaps the worst call ever made in the history of the entire world. I feel so bad for Beast Mode.

  7. Kaley says:

Not happy the Pats won. Happy the Seahawks didn’t.

  8. scout says:

I am sure SHE DEFLATED THE BALL he was playing to help “daddy”. I wanted Seahawks to win.

    • Sooloo says:

Same here, re: the Seahawks. Not because I’m a big fan but just wanted to see this smug *sshole lose and take his cheating, low-integrity team down with him.

  9. Kiddo says:

So the BF wanted to watch and I avoided most of it by doing more exciting things…like laundry. However, I noticed one shot where Brady’s hair was flat on his head in that classic Julius Caesar look, time out, and he’s back with peaks. Are football players usually that vain?

    • G0tch4 says:

Considering how superficial Geisel is, I wouldn’t be surprised if she hired a hair handler to keep their brand of being the most beautiful and most talented people of all time.

    • MrsBPitt says:

It was Arizona, and HOT….its called sweat and helmet head….damn, people rag on Brady for EVERYTHING!

      • Kiddo says:

But he FIXED it, that’s the point, not that it was sweaty. I would think,”Who gives a rat’s ass”, while you’re playing a game. And I have NEVER said a word about him before, I’m not interested. This was just an observation within a game that I didn’t voluntarily watch, because I don’t support football in general.

      • mimif says:

It’s fun ragging on Brady, you should try it. I’ll start: Brady is a tool! Now it’s your turn.

      • Kiddo says:

All I know about him is that he married Leo’s ex girlfriend and that he made sure to fix his hair in the superbowl.

      • V4Real says:

I don’t like the Pats, (CB’S fan here ) and was thrilled as hell when they fell prey to The NY Giants, not once but twice. That being said, well that Brady, I love me some him. It’s all superficial with me. He’s a great QB but he’s so pretty to look at. I would not kick him and his well kept hair while playing football out of my bed. However I can’t stand his wife, I think he’s too pretty for her. Hey, I said it’s all superficial. I can’t believe he dated Tara Reid for a minute. Congrats to the Pats and I say that reluctantly. Cheaters, sorry couldn’t help it. The Seahawks lost that game due to their own mistake.

      • Janine says:

Tom Brady is a LOT like Joe Montana both were hated. Both were understated about victories and never openly trashed opponents. Neither get the respect due their talent and both married models. Very interesting.

    • ExecDecision says:

I think he probably ran his fingers through his hair without consciously thinking about it…not actually “fixing” his hair. My husband and brother do the same thing when they’re concentrating or stressing.

      • Delta Juliet says:

I thought the same thing but it’s much for fun to shit on the guy for nothing. **eye roll**

  10. Danskins says:

Disappointed the Seahawks lost – not cool! 😞

    • maeliz says:

The Seahawks player who started the pushing at the very end must have been disappointed

      • Lilacflowers says:

Bruce Irvin. He’ll probably be even more disappointed when the NFL fines him but he gets to go into the records as the only player ever ejected from a Super Bowl.

      • MrsBPitt says:

If that was a Patriots player who PUNCHED a Seattle player….EVERYONE WOULD HAVE BEEN ALL OVER THE PATS!!! Disappointed???? Sore loser and bad sportsmanship!!!!!!!

      • mimif says:

Dude take it down a notch, it’s just a game. I’m a diehard Sea Chickens fan and always have been, but the Pats ruled the evening. Aside from an absolute sh*t call, that was a helluva game.

      • Lilacflowers says:

@mimif, yes, it was a helluva game. Both teams played well and kept it stressful and exciting. Well done. As for the Sea Hawks, it is extremely difficult to repeat a championship and they deserve credit for making it back to the Super Bowl. And I hope the player with the concussion is doing okay.

      • mimif says:

Dude the Sea Hawks fell apart, you can say it, I won’t GET MAD AND START RAGGING. The Pats were on f-cking fire and that was a really fun game to watch (had to put my dogs in the car because I was freaking them out with my antics). Where the hell is Kitten? I have some apologizing to do.

      • notsoanonymous says:

Gronk started that shoving crap. Period. And he deserves as much of a fine as Irvin will undoubtedly will.

Honestly, Gronk is an AMAZING player, and I can’t hate him otherwise, but he was clearly talking sh*t and starting crap when they obviously just won the freaking Super Bowl. Have some class.

  11. Lucy2 says:

The photo of the kids is cute.
    That was a crazy game.

  12. Chesty LaRue says:

So I guess her husband worked out how to throw AND catch the ball at the same time.

    • Lilacflowers says:

Yes. And they got rid of Welker. That helped considerably. He’s now dropping balls in Denver with Peyton Manning.

  13. Tippy says:

GET THE DUCK BOATS READY FOR YET ANOTHER CHAMPIONSHIP ROLLING RALLY!!!

    • Lilacflowers says:

      Ready to stand in snowbanks!

    • Lilacflowers says:

Tomorrow at 11 AM from the Prudential to City Hall. They had better get Boylston & Tremont streets well plowed or there won’t be room for the boats to get through, never mind all the people lining the sidewalks and in the Common.

      • Green Eyes says:

The may-ah Mahty Walsh just said in a press conference that there will be snow plows in front, behind and UNDER the duck boats in order to get them through the streets of Boston. Wicked awesome!

Hi Lilac! I’m still obsessed with my Boston player. Hint: I went to his team’s game on Friday (I get tickets from a minority owner) and he wasn’t there due to an injury. Okay. So I just gave everything away.

  14. Talie says:

I give Gisele credit for knowing when to be done with the bad boys and move on to someone solid. Leo was fine when she was under 25, but she made the right call.

    • Jayna says:

She moved on from a baby-faced doughboy to one of the best-looking guys I’ve ever seen, who is also wealthy, and sexy. Tom is a good guy and loves his family for sure, but she traded up in every respect going from Leo to next serious relationship Tom.

      • StormsMama says:

        Agree.
        He’s gorgeous.
Top shelf. And let’s face it: for her industry she’s the same.
And I love her for making Boston her home.
        Yay Pats!

    • Nancy says:

Tom Brady cheated on his pregnant fiancé with Giselle, or whatever her name is. Solid? Really? I wonder how solid he’ll be when she gets older looking.haha!

      • Sunny says:

Sigh- no he didn’t. They were never engaged. Reports had him and Bridget breaking up several times and getting back together. She got pregnant it was unclear if they were actually together or just backsliding with an ex. He choose to actually make a final break of it. Started dating Gisele a few months later. The timing was bad but should he have gone back to Bridget when it was more than likely they were having problems and might have been separated when she got pregnant?
Bridget dragged him through the press. It was not pretty on all sides.
Thankfully they all seem to maintain civility for the kids

      • Lilacflowers says:

And, Nancy, you would be wrong. He broke up with Bridget before he knew she was pregnant. He did not begin dating Giselle until after the break-up with Bridget was public. Bridget expected him to come back because she was pregnant; if he had, that probably would have ended in divorce, which wouldn’t have been good for anyone. Practically every step of it was played out in local papers, including arguments between him and Bridget in restaurants months before he even met Giselle.

  15. bella says:

    congrats Brady & NE Pats!!!
TB is a man of integrity – we LOVE him in boston!
wow on the game winning play – rookie Malcolm Butler!
    great game!!!!
bring out duck boats on skis!!! 💜💜💜

    • MrsBPitt says:

I love Tom, but Butler should have been MVP!!!!!

      • pk says:

I thought Butler should have been MVP too!

      • jc126 says:

The thing is, I don’t think it’s really fair to give the MVP award to someone for one – even if it’s MONUMENTAL – play like this one.
MVP awards are always tossups, I think. I mean, I adore Edelman and there was a case for him, but TB12 was the one throwing and putting him in the position to move the ball.

      • Sunny says:

I thought Julian would have been a good choice but Brady might have just played the best 4th quarter a QB has ever played in a Super Bowl- two touchdowns series starting from the 12 minute mark, he went 8/8 on that last series and on that long third down when he extended the play with his feet and then threw to Jules? He could have never done that last year- he added a new dimension to his game this year. Not to mention because the Pats couldn’t run the ball, the short passing game had to sub for the run game. Sats wise it is totally insane. When QB’s have more then 50 attempts in playoff games they are like 7-28. It almost always results in a loss. They threw it 50 times and won. Insanity. I don’t begrudge him winning the MVP at all.

Though Julian was an absolute beast and Shane Vareen was the linchpin of the offensive plan.

    • Mary says:

what about all those cheating allegations? They dont make that stuff up. Brady and the ‘patriots’ were extremely lucky yesterday. They didnt deserve to win , we handed that game away with that call. You will see us again next year.

      • Sunny says:

Sigh. The league quietly had sources release yesterday before the game that most of the balls were barely under the league minimum well within what could have been naturally deflated due to weather according to gas law(yay physics). I’m guessing the league did this so they wouldn’t look like asses because they are wrong about the Pats cheating this time(not that couldn’t have cheated in other instances). We have to wait for the clowns in the NFL front office to release their findings conclusively but the way the NFL left the Pats to twist in the wind for weeks, then quietly released this when press attention was elsewhere is probably indicative that they aren’t getting favourable treatment and Goodell wants to look tough on any potential violation after he f#ked up the Ray Rice situation and he doesn’t want to admit he might have messed this up as well.

I know that the loss stings- the Pats have been on the wrong end of some doozy losses- damn David Tyree but the Hawks are a good team and played incredibly well with an injured secondary. It was a hell of a game. It bodes well for next year if they can keep most of their D after paying Russel Wilson.

And as to the broad implication about Pats cheating- the whole league is full of hypocrisy. I’m sure you are aware that Seattle is among the league leaders in PED violations over the last 3 years(cheating). They were also fined for cheating and violating the league’s policy of on full contact practices this summer. Not to mention the way Pete Carrol left USC before the ball dropped on the violations his team had committed. The whole league is pretty shady. It is easy to hate on the Pats but it is pretty meaningless if you don’t give it context about the whole league being questionable.

        Sigh.

  16. Wow I didn’t even realize it was already Super Bowl time. I spent last night in a sports bar oddly enough but it being Paris they showed some kind of soccer with hands and then the CDI vs ALG footie game before turning off the tvs. I wish I had known. It’s always such an event in America. Boo.

  17. PoppyAdair says:

Tom Brady throws interceptions and gets sacked multiple times in the game…but he’s the MVP? BS. The Patriots’ defensive line saved his butt last night. At least Gisele won’t have anything to complain about this year’s win.

    • Lilacflowers says:

Right, they should have awarded it to Russell Wilson. Oh wait, he threw interceptions, got sacked a few times and lost. Never mind.

    • Kori says:

No they should’ve awarded it to the us drafted player who intercepted Wilson in the end zone and saved the fame for them.

      • Tiffany says:

That was Butler. He was so chocked up when interviewed about that. I am surprised that he was not MVP as well.

      • Lilacflowers says:

Malcolm Butler. He was so overcome with emotion afterwards that if they had awarded it to him, the poor kid probably would have keeled over. He made a great, great play and will be welcomed home as a hero. If if ever stops snowing here!

      • TheOnlyDee says:

He was the hero of the game, for sure. Well, him and those dancing sharks 🙂

      • Lilacflowers says:

The dancing sharks were everything. I do hope they are at the parade tomorrow.

      • Bobbisue says:

Butler or Edelman were also MVPs for sure.

    • Janine says:

It wasn’t all Welker’s fault. Peyton just stinks in Denver. He couldn’t get any accuracy, velocity or power on the ball. He just isn’t the player he used to be its over for him. He should retire. I always knew Tom Brady was better than Peyton Manning and now the win solidifies it.

  18. qtpi says:

Talk about winning a life lottery over and over again. Gorgeous model who makes millions marries gorgeous star quarterback who also makes millions and they have beautiful children.

    • bella says:

it should be a crime, right, how incredibly gorgeous they are!
      it’s almost unnatural…
      we love brady in boston…
      he’s wicked awesome 😉

    • maeliz says:

That’s what makes people jealous and causes Brady haters. Breaks all the records while having the perfect life and being gorgeous himself. He seems really nice. So happy my team won

      • bella says:

        yes…
        YAY!!!

      • Green Eyes says:

I once went to a steakhouse in Boston that Tom used to frequent with his ex and baby mamma, Bridget Moynahan, and the waiter said that Tom was REALLY nice but Bridget was a bitch.

I bet Gisele is really nice. I’ve always liked her. #girlcrush

    • pk says:

      I agree with you all!

  19. Miss M says:

No love for Julian Edelman?! He is hot!!!!! 🙂

    • Lilacflowers says:

My co-workers have offered to shave his beard for him.

      • Miss M says:

Your co-workers have some nerve! 🙂
I signaled to my roommates (all males) to be quiet whenever he showed up. At this point, they are well trained to see Edelman on tv and tell me, lol

      • Lilacflowers says:

In all seriousness, several of them do shave the season beards for charity and I think he is one of those who do.

    • someone says:

I kept telling my husband how handsome Julian Edelman is and then they panned in on him with his Grizzly Adams beard. My husband laughed like crazy at me. He needs to shave that beard off ASAP!

      • Miss M says:

        @lilac: that’s great, I didn’t know!
@someone: one of my roommates: Is he hot even with this beard?
I answered: yes, he is.. he could groom a little, but I don;t mind.
His face was in total shock, lol

“man of integrity? since when?” – Bridget Moynahan

    • OriginallyBlue says:

      Lol.

    • Cass says:

      Seriously?
Bridget would not say that publicly, her own integrity has being questioned several times. And Bridget only talks about Tom when she is promoting work, he is part of it apparently.

    • Miss M says:

Asks the woman who got pregnant when they were over? I doubt she would say anything, after all he is the father of her child and she chose him to be…

    • bella says:

not sure that is a fair comment.
while i like BM – she’s lovely and i enjoy her acting – perhaps she lacked integrity in how things went down?
TB has for years made boston proud – he’s a gentleman, composed, well-spoken and adored here.
no one knows what happened in his personal relationship with BM…
they do have a beautiful son together…

      • Lilacflowers says:

And he does lots of charity work; some visibly, like Best Buddies, and others quietly and privately. His very public thank you to Boston firefighters after a deadly fire last year voiced the concerns and feelings of many in the greater Boston area and he followed that up privately with the firefighters and their families.

      • bella says:

yes, thx for recognizing brady’s philanthropy and charity and selfless support of his city, lilac.
he’s a beloved gem in boston – superbowl win or not.

      • pk says:

        That is nice to hear!

      • Lilacflowers says:

Giselle does lots of stuff here too, very quietly. She participates in the charity work the Patriots wives do as part of the organization but she also does her own charity work. She visits homeless shelters and soup kitchens, doing volunteer work, and kids in hospitals, and she supports fashion industry start-ups here. When one of the sick kids she met through one of the organization’s hospital visits expressed an interest in fashion and told her that she did a fashion blog, Giselle kept in touch with the kid, gave her contacts for stories for the blog and worked with the girl in finding products that helped with the effects of her illness and chemo.

  21. Ginger says:

I watched the first half of the game because my son loves his football. As I’ve said before, I don’t really like watching it anymore because everyone cheats. So yah, NFL…greatest quarterback ever…”he was full of integrity” Oh sure Gisele. We were a divided household. I’m from the West so I was rooting for the Seachickens. My son was rooting for the Patriots so at least he’s happy. I liked the (joking) articles put out by the Onion right after the game better than actually watching the game. This one was my favorite:

Sometimes you just have to laugh.

  22. confused says:

Aussie here I have no idea how this sports works and I only know of Tom Brady when he goes to the Met Gala.

Why does he not have integrity??
    What was the ballgate??
Why do the guys wear so much padding, in rugby the guys are basically a brick wall of muscle. But the tackling you do would the Superball would be a penalty, high neck tackes are frowned apron.

    • Sooloo says:

Um. But this is NOT rugby. Not sure it makes sense to bring up the rules and regulations of an entirely different sport, but ok.

    • ana says:

Same here. Why does he not have integrity? i thought they were over by the time he and gisele
start dating, and then bridget got pregnant ..??

      • Lilacflowers says:

Well, Bridget got pregnant before he and Giselle started dating but yes, they broke up before they knew she was pregnant and the break-up was coming for months. He started dating Giselle at least a month after the breakup with Bridget was public. Bridget decided to go through with the pregnancy. And he has always supported the child. Jack is here with Tom and Giselle frequently and Bridget has been seen joining Tom and Giselle at family events.

No proof that he lacks integrity in any way.

    • jc126 says:

He has integrity, it’s just some people root for other teams, basically.

    • bella says:

well…for those of you who think brady lacks integrity due to the bridget moynahan situation, SHE tweeted a congrats to the team straight away last night.
THAT’S what she and everyone thinks of brady…integrity all the way.

  23. Livealot says:

I was kinda indifferent this Super Bowl but I am teamGIselle so congrats to her! Lol.

  24. kpoodle says:

These two are like the high school quarterback and the head cheerleader. You want to hate them because they are so perfect and make you jealous, but you just can’t.

    • Nancy says:

Yes, you can. He’s a cheater and there is no evidence that she is a person of moral quality after her comments throwing his teammates under the bus two years ago when the Giants kicked his butt. She’s a spoiled, big-mouthed brat as far as I can tell.

And I don’t know where you went to high school but most people I know hated the QB and head cheerleader, not because they were jealous, but because the QB and cheerleader were entitled mean a-holes.

      • Green Eyes says:

        Haters gonna hate!

        LOL!

      • kpoodle says:

Woah settle down now. Sorry you took my comment so personally. It was just an analogy. Perhaps a poorly worded one. Are they perfect people? No. She’s snooty and sanctimonious and he seems pretty shady, but they are fun to look at nonetheless.

      • Bobbisue says:

Trolls are everywhere. Always remember to look under your neighborhood bridge.

      • Lilacflowers says:

@Nancy, actually, so far, there is no evidence of your claim that he is a cheater. As for her moral quality, I’ve seen a lot more evidence that her moral quality is just fine in the work that she does in the community, which more than makes up for pointing out the obvious fact that Wes Welker didn’t do his job and, as a result, lost his job.

      • maeliz says:

Nancy, there was no cheating. Get over it.. Yes, Gisele made a mistake when commenting. They are a good couple who do great things. I don’t remember people hating the QB and cheerleader in my school.

    • Nancy says:

Just because people disagree with each other, doesn’t make them trolls. Unless of course only one opinion is allowed here.

  25. jc126 says:

So happy right now – love the PATS!!!!!

  26. Anon says:

I bet TB was about to break-down in that last picture, that game meant everything to him. Happy for him although I was rooting for the Hawks.

  27. The Original Mia says:

I screamed so loud when that ball was intercepted my dog started barking at me. I apologized! Then I couldn’t figure out how to call my bestie in Boston. And when I did, we were screaming at each other. Basically freaking out. Needless to say, that game was one for the ages. I’m thrilled Brady got his 4th ring, tied Montana, and got the MVP.

Seattle should have run the ball, but they didn’t and I have to think it was a bit of ego that made them throw, not run. They assumed they would score and didn’t want to leave Belichek with any time remaining on the clock. That backfired magnificently.

  28. bette says:

Was his other son with his ex-girlfriend at the game?

  29. someone says:

Can’t wait for the follow up on DeflateGate that clears Tom Brady. Did anyone see where a source within the NFL revealed that only 1 of the 11 balls that were “claimed” to be underinflated was significantly underinflated and the other 10 were statistically within range. Looks like the whole thing was OVERBLOWN lol.

    • Bobbisue says:

It was not only overblown, it was expressly released to stir up controversy and distract our team in the 2 week lead up to SB. The “evidence” that he or a ball boy did this on purpose is manufactured, the sources are shoddy and MK is right in that the NFL will owe an apology to TB, BB, the Patriots and their fans at the end of it.

  30. Bobbisue says:

Um, he IS a man of integrity. NFL has not released its findings and most of the evidence points to a physical explanation in drop of PSI. Please allow him to remain innocent until proven guilty. New England is extremely proud of the hard work and love our sports teams have shown their fans especially since the Boston bombings. He didn’t cheat because he does’t need to. It’s pure will, determination, drive and talent. The witch hunt is offensive at this point to a huge segment of the Eastern population. Let’s shelve “deflate gate” until the NFL official report and allow us to enjoy the SB win as we get pummeled with yet more bad weather.

    • Green Eyes says:

+1000 Bobbisue. The Pats could play with a beach ball and they could still win. I am very proud of this team, its ownership and management, especially with all the idiocy surrounding deflategate. They stood proud and played well. #soproud.

  31. geneva says:

Fun to see people talking about football in a fairly knowledgeable way all around. Glad that in a way that instead of all the gossip, “a game broke out” and that is what everyone is talking about. It is refreshing to see some compliments to TB, his wife and family even if it is just for a minute before we return to gossiping.

    • mimif says:

      +1 🏉
As a lifelong Seattle sports team fan, I love seeing that most of the folks are keeping it classy on both sides. That’s what sportsmanship will always be to me, and screw the rest of the noise. The Pats played so well (DeflateGate was a complete joke), and good lawd that was a really fun game to watch. Good job to the Pats for that wicked interception, and lots of love to my boys back home. Here’s to another exciting 2015!

    • Miss D says:

Are you kidding, Geneva? Did you read Nancy’s comments? These comments are offensive.
I don’t like this “article”. I’m sad. I don’t like that part: “A man of integrity? Er…” Yes, he IS a man of integrity. Why not?

  32. jferber says:

I don’t go for Tom at all, but I love Richard Sherman. He’s a helluva player, smart, charitable and hot, hot, hot. It’s a blessing for him that he will be a father any day now and I know he will be a great one. I believe it’s Sherman who has the integrity, class and model looks. I’m surprised he’s not as nationally known and admired as Tom, but Tom is 37 and Richard is only 26. And yes, I have a big crush on Sherman. Long may he play and show the world how it’s done with style, brio and heart.

  33. Lilacflowers says:

Brady has given the truck he received as Super Bowl MVP to Malcolm Butler

  34. rudy says:

    Excellent exciting superbowl game.
    Innocent until proven guilty – Tom Brady still says he didn’t deflate his balls. Only Giselle knows for sure. :-}

BTW: if Seattle was ahead, then the bad call wouldn’t have mattered.

  35. Patslvr says:

The best team won and people have issues with that?! #hatersgottahate
