Kylie Jenner covers the April issue of Fault magazine. Her makeup on these covers reflects her larger-lip look, which she still says is makeup magic (lip lining and contouring). Kylie did say she wouldn’t say no to plastic surgery in the future. Speaking of which … Kylie Instagrammed some pap shots as a “throwback to when I was 15 pounds skinnier & had a little blonde goin on.” I feel like this caption sets the stage for cosmentic enhancement. She did look different last week. I don’t like to speculate about a teenager going in for the Kardashian special, but this family isn’t normal. Here are some excerpts from Fault:
Her famous family: “Being in my family, under scrutiny all the time … it affects the other people around me. My friends can get freaked out when they come into my world. It’s sad when you really think about it. There have been so many people that come into my family’s life that can’t handle it. And we handle a lot. The more people love you, the more there’s going to be people who hate you. So I just feel like the girl who is an easy target to talk about. It’s definitely been crazy, but I feel like we all have trust that we’re in it together and we try to focus on the positive.”
You don’t know Kylie: “There’s definitely a spiritual side to me and I honestly want the best for everyone. I’m not materialistic, I love clothes and all that stuff, but I don’t need it to live. I feel like, not that I’ve had everything, but once you feel you’ve had everything at a young age, you can either go down a path of being spoiled and self-centered, or you see it isn’t everything. I’ve found ways to really enjoy life. But people may get the wrong idea. Having a reality TV show, everyone feels like they know you, but that’s only 10% of my life. There’s a whole other side of me that people don’t see.”
She doesn’t need a boyfriend? “I have to feel like I’m OK with everyone I love in my life. I never want to have bad beef with anybody. I always want everyone to be happy. Also balancing work life and personal life so I never lose myself. Lastly, I don’t think I need a significant other to be happy because I always like to find that for myself, but I think that it makes me a lot happier when I’m sharing my life with somebody.”

Kylie can’t help the fact that she grew up as part of the Kardashian Klan. She says she’s not materialistic, but her luxury shopping sprees and selfies tell a different story. This is like Will Smith saying Jaden “refuses to be a slave to money,” you know? It’s easy to say you don’t care about money when you never have to worry about it. A $2.7 million house is a pretty materialistic asset, especially for a teenager. But I understand what she’s saying, we only see the edited version of her life on KUWTK.
FYI, Kylie and 25-year-old Tyga went to the movies together on Friday. They didn’t give any PDA to the paps, but they’re not just friends, and Tyga still doesn’t care what we think.

But then in the group picture above her lips look quite thin again. Maybe that’s an older picture? Hmmmm.
Oh dear she has the same anteater face as Kummy in the last instagram! Seems like PMK wants a younger, newer version of her prize.
I can easily see the outline of her real lips in the first photo. That’s just makeup. As for her comments, she’s still a kid. She’ll be saying something completely different in a few years. I see no reason to bring her down, not worth my time.
If you look up photos of her with no makeup you can see she has giant fake lips but overlines so she can try to say its just a makeup trick. It is most definitely not.
She definitely has her lips done, I think she had her nose done too and her chin shaved down. I’m sure there will be a series of nose jobs coming and her nose will get slimmer and slimmer and she’ll say it’s just makeup. Breast implants and buttock augmentation to follow.
Which leads us to the 15 lb weight gain. The next comment, after she has had butt implants, will be. “I was so so worried about gaining weight.” OK magazine will do a piece about her unfortunate “weight gain”. Mark my words! 17 years old – no different than Liz Taylor who was pimped and married off to a Hilton at 18.
She has no idea…..sigh.
Exactly what I was going to say. At only 17, she has no idea who she is or what she believes. She’s not old enough, educated enough, or has enough life experience to be philosophical about anything.

I mean she has to try to do SOMETHING to set herself apart from the rest of the klan right? Because otherwise she’s the same as the rest of the family–famous for nothing, image-obsessed, plastic surgery’d, uneducated, and pretty damn vapid.
Part of me feels bad picking on a kid, but she puts herself out there. She can’t complain about the attention when she’s out there posting mouth-selfies all day.

Hell no it’s not makeup and puberty. She’s posted naked face shots recently and it’s not remotely the same. And from the side her lips are extra puffy. You can’t get that with lip liner.

You’re right, Joy. That was the first thing I noticed – her lips are really puffy even front-on, especially the centre of the top lip. Also, I’ve noticed that when women have these lip fillers/enhancers (or whatever – I’m rubbish at this stuff) they seem to lose the definition of the philtrum, and I think that’s a dead giveaway.
I think she’s really pretty and should now leave her face alone, but doubt this is the end of it. Their mirrors and cameras must be different to everyone else’s…
Kylie, you seem like a nice girl. Two suggestions:
– back away from the lipstick. You have waxy crap on your face from your nostrils to your chin. You look awful, and your natural lips are just fine. Lose the strap on eyelashes too.
– run as fast as you can from your family’s business dealings and management. Get some education, just to be a more interesting person, and find a job you love. Maybe out of the transient, looks-based entertainment industry.
There’s still hope for you, but you’re getting sucked in quickly…

Kylie is a minor- her parents have to sign off on every decision that she makes: to drop out of school, to get plastic surgery, to date an adult male, to buy a house, to appear in the reality show, to make every single purchase above a nominal amount, to have an active social media presence…. legally, she can’t sign off on most of these decisions without one or both parents’ approval. She is what her parents groomed her to be.
In the same way that the Duggar girls are what they were groomed to be, or any other young women who never had an opportunity to determine what they wanted for their life outside of their parents’ overwhelming influence.
The Kardashian girls are no longer “girls”- Kim is in her mid-thirties, and the one thing we know about Hollywood and fame is that it is all about youth. I can’t imagine how Kim at 40 is going to play out… so in order to keep the empire running, PMK needs the younger girls to take the spotlight. Kendall is modeling, and seems the least interested in being a Kim Kardashian, so that leaves Kylie to be molded into a mini-Kim.
I’m sure Kylie would say that this was all her choice, she’s who she chose to be, etc. but it can’t possibly be true, because she was never even given the courtesy to know a different choice. KUWTK could easily have been as successful without ever putting the younger girls on screen, ever having them do press, develop a clothing line, walk a red carpet, have a public instagram… but that’s not the choice that the parents made.
i agree with you 1000% percent HOWEVER what if Kim changes the “ageist attitude” that is hollywood? Madonna’s been trying to and hasn’t faired very well.
Because Madonna does it wrong by being brash and insulting. She doesn’t have to offend people to show being old is cool. That’s not going to impress anyone.
Madonna had a bunch of work done and wore a cheer leader costume, that is hardly embracing her maturity or striking a blow for a greying generation.

Her mother is one of the executive producers of the show. If Kylie doesn’t want something put on the show, she can ask her mom to cut it out during editing. I have to admit, she looks really good. Also, she is materialistic. She sells everything from make-up, nail polish, clothing, and hair extensions. She has had her lips done, it’s NOT just lip liner. Lip liner doesn’t make your lips “puffy”. She puts pic after pic up on instagram in many poses. She is Kim 2.0.
I hate to be harsh about a child but she does not look good. She wears too much make-up and is much too sexualized for a young girl. I may be a prude but I think teaching young women to be sex objects and ignoring their intellectual development is wrong. She looks like a blow up doll on the magazine cover and yet she’s not old enough to legally consent. She’s also airbrushed and artificial which I do not find attractive on her or her sisters or her mother. They look like bad imitations of drag queens and drag queens are much more attractive and interesting.

At 18. there was a photo of Madonna’s daughter at the University of Michigan in sweats and tennis shoes, no makeup, with books in her backpack, walking across campus to class from her dorm.
