Robert Pattinson & FKA Twigs ‘have definitely drifted’ & they’re barely speaking

FFN_METGala_OTA_050415_51731123

We keep hearing some weird things about Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs. The first sign of trouble, perhaps, was the curious announcement by a “source” to People Magazine last month that Twigs and Sparkles’ wedding was on an indefinite hold because Twigs couldn’t make up her mind about what kind of wedding she wanted. The current issue of Star Magazine has a story about things being “off” between Rob and Twigs as well. Star’s sources insist that the bloom is off the rose, that Rob has become “jealous and controlling” and Twigs is starting to think he’s really “very old-fashioned” because he wants her to stop with the provocative fashion and music. Twigs might be telling friends that Rob is too “needy and overprotective.” She also hasn’t been wearing the “engagement band” that Rob gave her.

Star Magazine ends their story by noting that Rob is going to be filming Lost City of Z in Belfast and Colombia for the next three months and it might be the catalyst for a “cooling off” period. What’s even more interesting is that People Magazine is now basically saying the same thing:

Distance doesn’t always make the heart grow fonder. A source close to Robert Pattinson tells PEOPLE that the actor and FKA twigs’ “wedding is “off the agenda,” but “they haven’t called off the engagement.”

The couple who got engaged earlier this year have been distanced by work and it appears to be putting a strain on their relationship. Pattinson is currently filming The Lost City of Z for Brad Pitt’s production company in Ireland, while twigs (née Tahliah Barnett) has remained stateside.

“They’ve definitely drifted and have barely spoken while he’s in Belfast and she’s been in the States,” the source says.

With Pattinson away, the singer has been spotted staying at the actor’s house in Los Angeles and spending more time with her “Team twigs.” According to the source, “Rob has never been at ease with twigs’ entourage.”

As things stand now, the couple will continue to be apart with Pattinson heading to Colombia in October for more filming in the jungle. The filming “is bound to create further distance between them,” the source says.

[From People]

For what it’s worth, I kind of doubt that Rob thinks Twigs is “too provocative” and I also don’t believe that he’s trying to get her to tamp down her sexy. BUT I do believe that there’s probably some trouble between them. I think part of it is that they were having fun and it was all sex and excitement and the first flush of love and then when they started to actually try to build a life together (away from location shoots and tours), everything started falling apart. Hm. If and when they do break up, I will be sad. I think Rob really loves her and this relationship honestly seemed to “fit” him better than the stuff with Kristen Stewart.

All I can see is a penis next to her hand in the first photo.

  2. Kate says:

I don’t see any chemisty between them, sorry. I am surprised they started dating in the first place…

    • hmph says:

I never saw chemistry between him and Kristen either.
As for twigs and him, he always looked more into her than the other way around. She barely looks at him.

      • MTE! She wasn’t a daily presence in the entertainment and gossip blogs here in the States until they started dating. (I know she was famous in other countries.) Now she’s always in blogs and mags here. I’ve always kind of thought it was a convenience relationship for her but a real relationship for him.

      • InvaderTak says:

Yeah he does. It’s always sad when that happens.

    • Lookyloo says:

Look at the way he gazes at her. That’s chemistry/love/lust.

      • Ronda says:

he isnt exactly gazing at her. i dont want to take away from their relatipnship but those redcarpet pictures will never give you a good impression, some people just get incredibly tight and uncomfortable when they are there. there are also a lot of poses actors and actresses go through. the pose of “woman looking up to man” is very common, you’ll see this with pretty much all co stars. And when there are rumours they will awalys use those posed pictures to write “she is looking adoringly at him”

    • Ladybird83 says:

I think it boils down to the fact that she is probably more fame hungry than she originally claimed to be. He doesn’t strike me as someone who loves the limelight.

      • Original T.C. says:

“She’s more fame hungry, he doesn’t like the limelight, she was more into him than he was into her, I never saw any chemistry between them”

LMAO, at the first sign that their God Sparkles and Twigs are about to break up the Pattinson fans start their takedown of the girl. All the above is what I remember them saying here about Kstew when that relationship ended too.

Seriously you guys need to try for some original comments to bash Twiggs. At the end of the day she has 100 times more talent and respect in her industry than he does in his. She doesn’t need him for her career. While on his part, his fans have to mobilize across gossip sites to tell everyone how talented he is and all these great directors he is working with that they probably didn’t care about before Sparkles.

      • Vera says:

She may be talented and cool, but she’s very niche. She’s got a huge mainstream exposure thanks to dating him. Are you on Twitter? 80% of faves and retweets of her stuff come from his fans. There are always a bunch of ppl at her gigs who couldn’t care less about her but want a sneak peak of The Vampire. As soon as she’s out of his life, they’ll lose interest too, she will have her own career, but I doubt there’ll be as many write-ups about her at Celebitchy, lol… For general public she’s made a name out of this romance and, maybe, her fashion choices, not her uber-cool music and videos.

      • Source says:

The only people putting Twigs down and saying there’s no chemistry or she’s fame hungry are Kristen fans.

Rob’s fans have always been supportive of his relationship with Twigs. The grown women who think Rob and Kristen are secretly married with two children are not happy to see his hand on Twigs’s ass, while Rob fans are thrilled he found someone who made him happy and was able to express it publicly.

But she’s still wearing the ring as of last night when she performed, so that rumor is thrown out the window.

      • willow says:

        @ Source
Not all Rob fans are supportive of his relationship with Twigs.
I am a Rob fan and I feel he can do better.
He should just focus on making interesting movies for now.

      • crtb says:

Vera Says: As soon as she’s out of his life, they’ll lose interest too.

Isn’t this true of any one who is dating or married to a celebrity? What do you think will happen to Alec Baldwin’s wife if they divorce? Will anyone continue to follow her instagram yoga poses? What happened to every single girlfriend of George Clooney. Does anyone care? Will anyone remember Jerry Seinfeld’s wife name? That is why you have shows like Hollywood Exes.

  3. Imo says:

Am I a bad person for thinking that she’s probably exhausting?

  4. OSTONE says:

I have the impression that he is a gentleman and a sweetheart. When the whole mini-cooper gate happened, regardless if the relationship was PR or not, he was a gentleman and never spoke ill of Kristen. He never addressed it, period. With FKA Twigs
I feel they moved too fast and didn’t have the time really to get to know each other beside the initial lust at first sight. I wish them both the best. Now the twihards may be going into overdrive since rumor has it Kristen and Alicia broke up too.. Hmm time for the debut of the Stewart-Pattinson secret baby! Lol

  5. paola says:

Surely someone told her to close her mouth sometimes? She looks like a beaver.

    • Hannah says:

Have you ever thought that maybe she can’t? Some peoples face are built that way.

    • minx says:

I was just going to write the same thing.
She always has her mouth open. It’s odd.

    • EN says:

Rude and uncalled for. And on every article about her there is someone who says it. One would hope people have figured out that it is just rude and stopped doing it.

      • Timbuktu says:

How is that rude? It’s something that is within her power and most people don’t really need to think or work hard on it. I don’t know anyone in real life who can’t close their mouth. Yet, Hollywood seems to be overpopulated with such people: KStew, this girl, there’s also that French actress Adele who didn’t master the skill of the closed mouth.
I mean, if it’s really a thing, I do apologize, but what are the odds I’ve never encountered it?

      • TrixC says:

It’s called lip incompetence. Google it.

      • paola says:

I don’t see How what I said is in any way rude.
I just think all these celebrities go for the hot look of having their mouth open at any given chance ( JLo anyone??) and instead of looking sexy and misterious they just looks like fishes gasping for air.
Just close the damn mouth because it’s not either attractive or nice to look at.
Plus she does look like a beaver because her front teeth stick out when she doesn’t have her mouth closed.

    • (Original, not CDAN) Violet says:

      @amilue

Wow, she looks sooooooo much better with her mouth closed — prettier and smarter. Maybe she leaves it open, because of the misguided notion it looks sexy? (Or maybe she’s a mouth-breather due to sinus issues or that terrible bull ring in her nose.)

  6. Jess says:

He seems like the type who falls in love fast and hard.

  7. Swofty says:

Rob you can be oldfashioned with me..pull me by my hair in to THE bedroom.
You bring home THE bacon, me cooks iT.
I promise: no nose ring, and you can smell my armpits, even in public😉

    • AtlLady says:

Thank you, Swofty. The nose ring does not set well with me either. It just looks tacky. Otherwise, she is a rather attractive girl and has an interesting sense of style. Also, it looks like Rob has a thing for a certain type of woman – one who does not smile easily in public. 😎

  8. Jezza says:

She has the derp about her. Just so derpy in the face.

  9. Stacey says:

Another young performer who thinks the “dead in the eyes” stare and opened mouth is sexy. To me, they just look unintelligent and sort of slack jawed.

    • Swofty says:

If Doutzen Kroes can make a career out of iT(THE open mouth THING)..one can only try

      • LolaDoesTheHula says:

@Stacey, making assumptions about someone’s intelligence based on how they look says more about your intelligence than theirs. Just saying.

It looks like the natural state of her mouth to me, even if it weren’t, it’s such a ridiculous thing to nitpick.

      • Valois says:

I’ve seen tons of (red carpet) photographs with Doutzen closing her mouth.

  10. Danielle says:

Hope they’re doing OK. They are a cute couple.

  11. Chaiselongue says:

I agree he always looked more in love than she did. She might have felt it as much but she seems more about image to me.
Overall, they make an odd couple, imo. I’m not bothered if they’re ending.

    • Sammy says:

He seemed more into Kristen, than she was into him. He openly chased Kristen during the early Twilight days. She often seem a bit put off by it. I see it with Kristen and Alicia. Often Kristen seems put off, by Alicia.
It could be, Rob and Twigs are working. They are adults, they can be apart for months and not have it mean relationship troubles.

  12. TheOtherMaria says:

    She can do better.

He recently gave an interview where he stated the worst insult was to be considered American 😒

She’s way too creative for him, he’s dull as hell.

    • FingerBinger says:

They’re both british. I doubt that comment would be terribly offensive to her.

    • Tiny Martian says:

I read that interview, and it was an interview he did in English that was translated into French, then back into English. No one knows what he literally said, but he was clearly joking. I don’t remember the exact “quote”, but it started with something like “you’re going to laugh at this”.

Basically it just sounded to me like it bugs him when people assume that he is American, as he’s obviously English.

    • Mintessence (the original Minty) says:

“It’s going to make you laugh,” he said. “But as a Brit, to hear someone say I’m American is the worst insult! I am English! Let it be known once and for all!”

Thank you, Maria, for mentioning his comment. The worst insult, really?! Why is this being ignored online? If any other foreign actor/actress said it, I don’t think he/she would get a pass. If Rob doesn’t like being mistaken for American, he can return all those dollars he made here and go live in England permanently and see how he likes competing with far superior English actors. He was pretty obscure until he was cast in the Twilight series, AMERICAN films to which he owes much of his fame and fortune.

Ugh, yet another one who complains about fame. Boy, you chose it. Twilight was never going to be some smalI little movie and you knew it. You were after the Hollywood spotlight and the money that comes with it. If it was solely about the acting, you could have chosen the London stage or the smaller British film industry instead of those overhyped vampire movies.

      • Anname says:

Oh stop with this nonsense. He is proud to be a Brit, same as an American is proud to be an American. There is no insult here, no matter how much you try to push this.
And the history of Twilight is well known, it’s massive success took everyone, studio included, by surprise. Making American movies has nothing to do with being American or British or Canadian or French either.

      • Mintessence (the original Minty) says:

Pffft! He can be proud to be a Brit all he wants without denigrating Americans. It’s called tact, duh. At best, what he said was poorly worded. And you are not the spokesperson for everybody, so whether someone is insulted by what he said or not is for that person to decide, not you.

He wouldn’t be so well known and well paid if he hadn’t gone to Hollywood to participate in big budget or high profile movies that are exported all over the world. It’s the same reason many other English actors (Daniel Day-Lewis, Kate Winslet, Helen Mirren, Ben Kingsley) regularly work here in the U.S. Does that really need to be explained?

If an American actor who played Englishmen in British films later said that the worst insult he heard was when someone thought he was English, you can be damn sure many English people would take exception to such a comment. And they would tell him to go back to America if he was tired of playing Brits. It works both ways.

Twilight’s success maybe took you by surprise. Plenty of people in the U.S. predicted it would be big because the books were massively popular and had a built-in fanbase that would see the film adaptations. Same with the Harry Potter films. Those books made J.K. Rowling incredibly rich and any film version was going to be successful also. And the same goes for The Hunger Games and 50 Shades Of Grey. All were publishing phenomena that expectedly translated into big box office. This isn’t rocket science.

      • Anname says:

It’s a manufactured controversy. The story has only been picked up by very few sites because there is no story. People who don’t like him will continue to not like him and will take offense, fans will understand his meaning and his humor, and most people won’t care at all. He has a reputation as a low key good-natured celebrity, most people aren’t looking for malice from him.

A bunch of studios passed on Twilight. Summit was tiny, and didn’t think they had anything special, were hoping for solid indie returns on it. When the cast signed on, they had NO IDEA it would become the phenomena it became…. you can’t change the history here. The Twilight books had a good size audience before the movies, but the great majority of the book sales came AFTER the first movie. In no way is it comparable to the Harry Potter series, which was massive before the movies were even started.

Of course actors want to make American movies, where am I disagreeing with you? That has ZERO to do with Rob’s comments. He took Twilight because he wanted an American movie. I don’t have any idea why you are connecting that to him being proud of being British.

      • Mintessence (the original Minty) says:

You don’t see the connection? How much clearer can I be? He is proud to be British, which is natural enough, and he makes films here in America, often playing American characters. He’s “insulted” that he is mistaken for American. (BTW, he sure didn’t fool me into thinking he’s American, as his American accent wasn’t that great and he’s not a particularly talented actor in the first place.)

To spell it out: he continues to take roles in American movies, so he likes the money and continuing spotlight well enough. The last thing he should be doing is biting the hand that feeds him, i.e., equating being perceived as American as somehow insulting when many of the people hiring him and paying him good money are American producers, directors, film executives…and then there’s working with American co-stars. Not a good idea either to alienate those moviegoers who think he’s okay, and I’m not talking about his stans.

It has much to do with Rob’s comment. He said he’s left alone in his home country (as well as Europe), so being in London is “pure delight”. Well Rob, then work in England if it’s such a pain to be here. Oh yeah, they pay peanuts in England compared to Hollywood, so here he remains.

Plus, the sites that did run this story had many American commenters who didn’t like his words, quite a number of them saying they would stop watching any film he’s in. Whether it’s manufactured or not, the comment is out there and the majority of Americans who have weighed in have become unfavorably disposed towards him. I was hardly the only one who wrote that he should go back home.

      • Anname says:

“BTW, he sure didn’t fool me into thinking he’s American, as his American accent wasn’t that great and he’s not a particularly talented actor in the first place.)”

And there it is, thank you for proving my earlier point: You are clearly in that group of people I mentioned earlier, who have never liked him will take offense at his comments. You are creating a mountain out of a molehill because you don’t like him. His comment was meant to express his pride in his own country, it is not negative to Americans. He could have just as easily have said I don’t like it when people mistake me for Canadian, it wouldn’t change his quip.

And fyi, Rob is working in Europe and Canada, with European and Canadian directors, and has been since Twilight ended. His latest announced project is with a French director that he talked about in 2012.

      • Mintessence (the original Minty) says:

Actually, I didn’t care for him one way or the other. Him, I ignored. In the past, when I would bother critiquing anything Twilight related, my comments were focused on Kristen Stewart. I didn’t prove your point. Nice try, but stop ASSUMING. It’s like those one-note fans who label anyone who criticizes their idols as “haters”.

His quote I repeated was his answer to an Elle magazine interviewer, who asked him what was the most insulting thing someone ever said to him. Pretty clear question and pretty concrete reply. Expressing pride in your own country doesn’t necessitate that you belittle another country in the process. Of course I wouldn’t agree with him as I’m American and I’ve heard enough American-bashing. He sounded like an ingrate. And now I’m even less interested in watching anything he’s in.

Two other commenters here referred to his statement in a not so approving way. I replied to that, expressing my dislike of his comment and giving my reasons. MY opinion. You replied to me in an argumentative tone from the start and say I’m trying to push this. Spare me. As if I was the one who wrote the Elle interview myself. I only repeated what it said.

That you are so ready to post multiple replies to me, disagreeing for the sake of disagreeing (instead of actually “hearing” another person’s viewpoint) suggests to me that you are a Rob fan (or stan?). Or is that stooping to your level of presumption? Don’t bother answering because I’m really not interested and this exchange has become tiresome.

      • Dee says:

@Mintessence For someone not liking him as an actor and deeply offended by his persona you seem very informed about his work, interviews, private life and whereabouts… Why not just look away from him and pay attention to someone you like?

      • Mintessence (the original Minty) says:

Is that your approach? You’re not really paying attention to the point in my comments, are you Dee? You’re seeing something you don’t agree with and it seems you’re making it personal, like Anname.

Where did I express any extensive knowledge about his work or private life? I only partially saw the first Twilight and some scenes from Bel Ami, both on DVD and all of Water For Elephants in the movie theater. That’s it. I was aware of his relationship with Kristen because it was plastered all over the gossip sites. I know next to nothing about his current relationship. Don’t even begin to try and put words in my mouth like Anname.

Apart from thinking he wasn’t a gited actor, I was indifferent about Rob the person until he made that recent comment. I’m not “deeply offended” by his persona – I dislike what he SAID.

Your logic is odd: if you are going to comment on any celebs (or topics), you should know SOMETHING about them. Some research or familiarity is needed to back up your opinions.

You sound like another fan. It’s time some people realized that this is a gossip site called CeleBITCHY. Almost everyone here (if not everyone) will praise the celebs they like and criticize the ones they don’t. Follow your own advice: if you don’t like criticism, why don’t YOU look away from my comments and pay attention to those posters who agree with you? Or go to a Rob fan site. I’m sure there are dozens of them.

      • crtb says:

        @ Mintessence

I find nothing wrong with what he said. No one likes to be confused with another group of people. Ask Asians: or Hispanics? It shows close-mindedness. (because he performs in American movies, then he must be American.) He prefixed the statement as a joke. Lighten up!

      • Mintessence (the original Minty) says:

Well good for you! See, the difference between me and you [+ the other 2 commenters who replied to me] is that I’m not telling you what to think or how you should feel or behave. I certainly didn’t initialize a personal attack like Anname. But you sure as hell are telling me how I should feel. It appears that all 3 of you didn’t read his interview and are just going off the cuff. My criticism of him was hardly outrageous, so maybe you should chill out if someone expresses an opinion that doesn’t align with yours.

      • Mintessence (the original Minty) says:

        * that should be initiate, not initialize

      • Tiny Martian says:

Mintessence, you’ve now written 6 long posts about this one little quip, which to me suggests that you are extremely over invested in the subject.

Like I said before, he spoke in English, which was translated to French for the published interview, so we’ll never know what his exact words were. And it still just sounds like he’s annoyed when he’s assumed to be an American, because he is in fact British. Maybe if you try not taking people’s words so literally, and give them the benefit of the doubt instead of assuming the worst about them, you won’t be so grumpy!

      • Mintessence (the original Minty) says:

Tiny Martian: and you are just as invested, Pattinson fan.

I don’t doubt that you weigh-in on every Pattinson article. This is the first time I have.

    • Carol says:

He does give off a traditional vibe to me. I can totally see him being controlling and “over-protective.” Maybe even over-emotional.

    • Bridget says:

Big words from a guy that lives in LA.

    • Mintessence (the original Minty) says:

      wrong post

  13. Luca76 says:

I mean they are so young by Hollywood standards it would be surprising if the actually lasted but they make a cute couple. I was hoping they’d really get married and stick it to his a-hole racist fans and the crazy ones too.

  14. savingliveseveryday says:

I think shes so beautiful, fun, sexy, powerful, and creative. I think he seems just as lovely too. I think he appears to truly love her, and she is such an awesome person in her interviews….so sad if they broke up. I think she brings him something that he needs and vice versa. They have been through so much c the twihard attacks, that crazy lady spreading rumors that Robsten is secretly married, having babies, and basically stalking them. Poor guy. I hope they are as happy bc they both deserve to be. As far as the open mouth… don’t know why people focus on that. Shes so gorgeous, like a doll, who cares??? She’s not “traditional” beauty, BUT I have always found that her type is far more compelling anyway.

    • crtb says:

I think it must have become overwhelming with all of the spotlight of the media and his crazy fans. I think she may have thought it would eventually die down but the scrutiny continued at full blast. I think she was in love but has been worn down. I think the same will happen to George Clooney’s wife. She too will tire of the constant remarks about how she dresses, how much she weighs, her career, her motives for being with him, constant speculation on when she will become pregnant. I don’t know how one can date a celebrity and keep sane.

      • suziekew says:

@crtb. Bravo! Most sane comment I’ve read about these two people. It has to be hard to be torn down constantly and told over and over you’re ugly, your mouth is ugly, etc. No matter how much she may love him or he her, a woman cannot hear that type of hateful comments without being affected.

  15. The Original Mia says:

Eh, they are young. They’ll be alright.

    • Kym says:

That’s my feeling on it too. Young love and then on to the next. I just want them to send my engagement gift back.

  16. Luisa says:

They started seeing each at a time when Rob wasn’t working on any movies. I remember he was supposed to be working on an Assayas movie when it got cancelled. Afterward, he decided to follow Twigs on her tour which brought a lot of attention. Now that he is actually working, Robert isn’t trailing after her.

    • Ronda says:

i agree. i think adapting to the extreme schedules they both have wont work for most relationships. but then again its what they choose for their life, they both know that their jobs are love life killers.

  17. Cara says:

She always looks stunned and confused in photos…her mouth situation is distracting.

  18. Anname says:

The ring is still on as of yesterday, and they never set a wedding date in the first place. It’s a “wait and see” in my opinion. Long distance is hard, but they knew that going in. I don’t think he will give up on it easily, but will she?

People is not exactly the trusted source it used to be. They were wrong about the Dylan Penn thing and wrong about Emma and Andrew too. This could just be a normal work separation and a wedding date not yet set. A story built off the fact that they haven’t been seen together in 3 weeks and her solo attendance at the VMAs.

  19. Lou says:

An actor and a pop star aren’t working? Color me surprised!

They are a weird couple anyway. He got with Kristen when he was very young and only had one girlfriend before that, so this girl was probably different for a while but i never saw it lasting. Not with their schedules. It’s just too hard. They’ll probably be on/off for a while but he will be very stupid if he marries her.

  20. skippy says:

Maybe it’s trust issue thing with him. After Kristen he probably doesn’t trust women.

    • Lou says:

Doesn’t sound like it. He said in an interview that the cheating wasn’t a big deal because everybody cheats when they are that age. And he didn’t seem to mind it when he chased Kristen around like a dog in heat for a year when she was with her boyfriend during Twilight.

      • Sammy says:

@Lou it is funny Rob publically chasing after a 17 junior in high school (Kristen Stewart), who had a teenage boyfriend was perfectly fine. It was okay to go after someone in a relationship was fine with Rob, but she can’t cheat on him. I love double standards.

  21. Bridget says:

So two people who work time and travel intensive jobs aren’t sure how to make it work? Color me shocked.

And are we really supposed to scoff at Twigs trying to strike while her career is hot? A dance background like hers is literally a lifetime of training.

  22. Andrea says:

I showed her to my boyfriend and he did not find her attractive at all. I don’t get her appeal.

    • Bridget says:

Well if your boyfriend doesn’t find her attractive, the expert has spoken!

She has an interesting look. It isn’t for everyone, but a lot of us enjoy that she’s not another cookie-cutter Disney creation that’s been spackled by the same makeup trowel as everyone else.

      • savingliveseveryday says:

Agreed. I think she’s gorgeous. She’s spicy and different too. Look at those bambi eyes! And I actually LOVE her mouth. She seems smart, driven, and has a personality too. Some men (and women) love that in a partner.

IMHO, RP and KS NEVER acknowledged their relationship; neither one ever uttered the words, “I love you” to one another; I really think it was a PR move by the twilight films franchise to make the public think they were dating.

And now, with RP and Twigs, I believe the same cunning PR has been at work since their alleged love affair was reported by gossip media. After all, I-and I believe most people-had never heard of her. Also, RP was no longer in the news. This alleged relationship is neither ever confirmed by both nor the affirmation of their love for each other-or for that matter public acknowledgment of their engagement-has ever been, again confirmed by both.

In both instances, the alleged relationships PR worked. Each person-all four of them at different times-have been willing participant in the clever PR efforts to make the public believe love and relationships that were really contractual PR set ups.

Now he is working on his movies and she’s getting gossip media space. Thus, the unconfirmed engagement and for that matter alleged love relationship is now “indefinitely” on hold!

    Just my opinion.

  24. Tommi Davis says:

I don’t know if this is true but we shall see. The people making close your mouth comments sound ignorant. Very classy of you. She never wanted to be a mainstream singer so robs mainstream status never helped her audience. And he definitely seemed to enjoy underground sound so they seemed to match. she gushed over Rob but work compatibility is a real thing.

    • Nimmi says:

The mouth commentators just don’t get it. She’s got a septum ring, wears penis couture, has her mouth open (the horror!), isn’t a shy English rose, gets props from Prince and gets to date Robert Pattinson. I think people should be taking life tips from her, lol.

      • savingliveseveryday says:

LOL. Yes to this. I wish I could take an intensive class from her on how to dominate life. She’s on fire. Also, I totally heard buzz about her and listened to some of her music before they hooked up. I’m not sure why people make comments like ” She didn’t have anything going on before she dated him” Sure she did. Maybe it’s just a “scope of exposure” issue? IDK. I’ve noticed that a lot of people only listen to the music that charts. Who knows.

  25. Burn out says:

IME, anything that burns hot, burns out.

  26. Snoozeroo says:

The subtle shade against her for not being ‘good looking enough’ for him grates on my nerves. People! They don’t care what you think about their relationship!! Haters gonna hate and all that rah rah ra…….

  27. Nina says:

I hope this actually happens. It was so wrong of him to take it over the top with marriage so soon after they met, but she offered all he craved -attention, affection, adoration, lust- that kstew never gave him. So twigs got it good! But she’s the freaking rebound, I really hope he started to realise that.
To me SHE seems to be the needy and controlling one, the ‘sweetly berating him,’ comment was so telling of her insecurity & her demands to be with him all the time.
I hope he’s better now, he wasn’t last summer, and I hope he’s ready to focus on work & ditch her, she’s holding him back!
I wish her the best, but I feel she’ll slip back to oblivion if/when they’re over, she’s gonna be another case of ‘Suki Waterhouse who?’, as it was evident at the VMAs.

  28. TOPgirl says:

Oh I’m not surprised they are “drifting apart.” There is hardly any chemistry between them.

  29. Dash says:

Well this is obviously because he and Kristen are secretly still together and are looking after their secret children. The twihards know the truth.

    • savingliveseveryday says:

Those websites are a window into the dark demented minds of unstable individuals. As a fluke I stumbled upon one. I became obsessed for 2 hours. Then I had to cut myself off for my own mental health. Kristen and Rob have a VERY VERY strange life, and even stranger fan base. God help them both and anyone they build a life with.

  30. Dalovelee says:

Every single female he was attached to from Stewart and other forgettable names, was attacked by his rabid fans on media sites. What female wants to be vilified by his horrible fanatical fans. I would be scared to be with a man who has delusional female fans who basically just want to trash me online and if they are that crazy online what if one became super crazy and did something threatening. His fans said racist derogatory things about twigs .. She’d be better off without him. And probably safer.

  31. My Two Cents says:

First off, I have a hard time taking anybody seriously that has a name like FKA Twigs! Second, I think Robert seems to be a very depressed individual who would be very difficult to relate to on a daily basis. I think these celebrity couplings many times have far more to do with publicity than they do with actual dating and romance. Like an arrangement between the two management companies that puts them in spotlight.
