Susan Sarandon’s SAG Awards cleavage took over the internet: no big deal?

wenn23433111

Susan Sarandon attended the SAG Awards on Saturday night as a presenter and a nominee (for her work in the Lifetime miniseries The Secret Life of Marilyn Monroe). Susan wore this MaxMara suit and she took over the internet. Because I guess no one has ever seen her cleavage before? You guys, this is nonsense. Susan has always been known as a busty actress, and she’s never shied away from showing a little skin. But I guess people hadn’t seen her in a while, and they were stunned by the fact that a 69-year-old woman would wear a deep-cut suit and an exposed bra. My issue with this is that the suit sucks – I would have loved to have seen Susan in a really well-cut white suit, and if there was some bra peeking out, who cares? But this suit is terrible.

Anyway, Twitter exploded and everyone was talking about Sarandon. For what it’s worth, most of the tweets I saw were complimentary, although some media outlets claimed Susan was being “cleavage shamed” or whatever. Maybe there were some ageist comments, but then again… how often do we see 69-year-old actresses showing this much skin? There were also some comments about the inappropriateness of wearing this ensemble to present the “In Memoriam” section of the SAGs. Susan was asked to do it because she knew David Bowie and had worked with him, just FYI.

Maybe I’m just not feeling the outrage, but this really does have me mystified. What’s the big deal? No, really?

Kate Winslet was shocked! She tried to cover up Susan’s cleavage.

So the web made a Mountain out of molehills. Cue the outrage machine.

( her boobs look great. I just couldn’t resist the pun. No offense meant)

    • Zimmerman says:

Don’t particularly like the overall look, but I don’t think there is anything wrong with a woman (whatever the age) showing off the assets she is proud of. That being said, personally, I believe only one area should get the attention to keep it kind of classy, so the stomach peek made it too much.

      • joan says:

        They said “SAG”

        so she did.

      • Veronica says:

Those are not “saggy” breasts. That is how large, natural breasts actually sit on the chest. Contrary to what surgeons would tell you otherwise, DD+ sizes do not normally sit next to your ears.

      • ladysussex says:

I think she still thinks 80’s style (Madonna wearing bras as tops) is still “cutting edge” and fashionable. It happens. People get stuck in the era when they were at their prime, style wise.

    • Lilo says:

If my boobs look that great at 69, I will shove them in everone’s faces like you wouldn’t believe.

    • BritAfrica says:

      IKR? Ageism nothing else!

    • Imqrious2 says:

I think it caused a call out more so because of what she was presenting for: the “In Memorium” segment. It just seemed kind of disrespectful to me *shrugs*. I don’t think it should’ve been a “Look at MEEEEEEEE! I’m still HOTTTTTTT!” moment for Susan. JMO,

    • CTgirl says:

I don’t think that it’s ageist so much as inappropriate to the occasion and what she was presenting. I have a great rack but I know when to put them away and I think that presenting a memorial is one of those times. But I really don’t care if Susan wants to share her bounty and I doubt she cares what is being written.

  2. GoodNamesAllTaken says:

I don’t like the outfit, but her body looks amazing. I think people are shocked because of her age, because, you know, no sexy after 50. You’re supposed to dry up and go away.

I cannot stand Kate Winslet. She is touching Susan’s breasts. How presumptuous and intrusive. She just has to make everything about her.

    • Ethelreda says:

Yeah, I think the problem isn’t the outfit itself, but the fact that an ‘older’ woman wore it. If this had been a 25 year old starlet, everyone would have been going on about how sexy she looked.

And while I think the outfit is a bit tacky and dated – isn’t that whole expose your bra thing very ‘Sex and the City’?, ie, at least 15 years out of date – it isn’t THAT bad. And Susan’s boobs do look great.

      • SamiHami says:

I wouldn’t haven been going on about how sexy a 25 year old looked. This outfit looks stupid regardless of age. It looks trashy. Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should.

      • Kitten says:

I think she looks really hot.

      • Naya says:

This reminds me of an old Chris Rock standup bit about Janets Superbowl boobs, in which he was more outraged that Janet was flashing 40 year old breasts than over the flashing. His line went like, “19 year old titties; community titties! 40 year old titties; your mans titties!” ……soooooo much wrong with this.

Luckily Susan Sarandon is well practiced in the art of not giving a f*^k.

      • crtb says:

I agree with SamHami and Minxx:
It isn’t about age. I think the plunge was too low for any age. Looks trashy and thirsty. It is not the cleavage that I find offensive. Sofia Loren was famous for showing her cleavage. This was a formal affair not the beach or a mall. Would have been equally turned off if a man had a shirt open to his navel. I find the comments on this site so funny. Had this been Madonna or Jennifer Anniston or Kris Jenner or Demi Moore, everyone would be calling them “try too hard”, and to grow old gracefully. And these women have equally beautiful breast.

      • Otaku fairy says:

And if it were any of those women, there would still be some people talking about the ageist peal-clutching nature of the comments. In general, people always use age and children as a justification.for a dress code for women. If she’s under 25, it’s “That’s Exploitation ™!” and “What Is She Teaching America’s Innocent Youth?” But if she’s a parent or in her 40s, 50s, or 60s it’s she “needs to accept the fact that she’s not 20 anymore” and “she’s a mother!”

      • V4Real says:

And Chris Rock as funny as he was is part of the problem with finding women over 40 as still sexy. How many times have we seen pics of Steven Tyler parading around in male brief swimwear ? However a 40 year old JJ showed her boobs, no nipples by the way and here we had CR joking about it.

      • Wendy says:

I am with kitten. I thought the suit was decent, the color on trend and I love that she is smokin no matter the age. Yes, it was a tribute…but to David Bowie! Ziggy would be proud.

      • ladysussex says:

No that outfit is stale! If a 25 year old wore it she’d be criticized mercilessly for wearing such an unfashionable outfit.

    • LadyMTL says:

Her boobs look better than mine, and I’m not quite 40 yet! 😛
I am not particularly crazy about the outfit and I have to admit to being a bit surprised at how much cleavage she is showing (primarily because I can’t ever remember seeing her wearing something like that before) but yeah, to fly into a tizzy about it is very silly. The look is not my cup of tea, but big deal, she has boobs.

    • Sabrine says:

I don’t think David would have minded at all. Cleavage is fine but not in this format.

    • Aussie girl says:

GNAT I can’t stand Kate either. Over the last year her interviews have really rub me up the wrong way. (No pun intended)

    • I Choose Me says:

Love the suit, wish it was a camisole instead of a bra; a deep v camisole could have still shown off the girls which look great. Sarandon like Mirren has always been sexy and will always be sexy to me no matter their age. I’m glad that she has no effs to give.

I feel you on the Kate antipathy. I still think she’s a great actress but man am I over her.

      • Minxx says:

I’m with you on the camisole instead of just a bra. I think it would have been far classier but still showing plenty of cleavage. What bothers me about this look is that it shows too much of it, they’ll falling out of a bra and in some angles you can see her stomach under it. Maybe I’m old but showing a bra in a formal situation is never tasteful, I don’t care how old you are. Susan is great and I love her but she’s been acting a tad desperate lately. If this was Demi Moore, I’m sure everyone would comment how pathetic she looked.
I don’t mind Kate, she can be too much sometimes but I think it’s clear she’s making a joke here, pretending to be outraged and covering Susan’s girls.

      • Antigone says:

Yes-it would have looked much better/classier if she wore a camisole underneath instead of just a bra. She has a great body but I think considering that she was presenting an In Memoriam she should have toned it down-I would say the same thing if she were 25.

I’m jealous of her boobs-i’m 43 and have never had them lol. I’m a small 34 barely B-i’ve never had to worry about showing too much cleavage since I really don’t have any lol.

      • Nic919 says:

It was wearing a black bra with a white suit and presenting the In memoriam that made it trashy. If she had been at a club then not so bad, but a low cut camisole would have been more appropriate. This is not about ageism, but about dressing appropriately for the occasion.

    • AntiSocialButterfly says:

And the “WTF” look on Sarandon’s face is epic, priceless, amazing.

    • pinetree13 says:

I agree, Kate doing that made me cringe and she looks like she is making Susan feel uncomfortable.

I’m very conservative when it comes to dressing myself but on her it works.

    • Potato says:

“I cannot stand Kate Winslet. She is touching Susan’s breasts. How presumptuous and intrusive. She just has to make everything about her. ”

      Yes, yes, yes.

  3. BendyWindy says:

If my boobs look that good at 69, I’ll have them out at parties, too.

    • Denisemich says:

+1. The whole thing is ageist. Her boobs look great.

We all got to see Kate’ Winslets boobs in the reader and she can’t say the same.

    • Elisa the I. says:

+2. Susan Sarandon (expect her hair) and Helen Mirren were my favourite looks of the SAGs.

    • Lizzie McGuire says:

Ok so the suit is not that great but I think she pulls it off. She looks amazing! At least she looks better than Kate who looks like she uses the same dress over & over.

  4. vauvert says:

After we got to see everyone’s boobs and their biscuit, from J.Lo and Madonna to the Duchessy bits – this is nothing, by comparison. What offends is the really badly cut suit. And the white is just so boring with the black bra/top underneath. Also, her hair looks terrible. Maybe she is just growing it out, but now it looks fried and that colour is washing her out.

    • minx says:

      Yeah, her hair isn’t good.
She has beautiful boobs but I don’t care for the outfit.

    • Marny says:

I think the suit looks perfect! I also think the boobs work because of the way the suit is cut. A tight suit would have looked vulgar, imo. I loooove the cropped pants. It’s very modern.

      • Minxx says:

I like her suit a lot, it’s very modern. A low cut camisole-bra would have been FAR better, still showing her assets but tastefully.

      • Marny says:

I can get behind a camisole but I really don’t mind the bra.

  5. Mrs. Wellen Melon says:

I look forward to what Sarandon will wear at age 79.

    • jane berk says:

Cringeworthy….tacky and trashy. The feeling is she’s trying to get her younger boyfriend back. Not the way, susan-not the way!!

      • Aussie girl says:

        Ouch!

      • Minxx says:

I love Susan but it WAS cringeworthy and desperate. Her son was with her and I kept thinking that my son would have been embarrassed if I put on something like this (and I do have great boobs, btw ;). It’s not about age, it’s about taste.

      • Otaku fairy says:

Even if she was doing it for her boyfriend (which is not necessarily the case. The myth that women want to stay covered up all the time unless they’re trying to seduce a man is just that, a myth), what’s the problem with choosing to look and dress in a way that’s attractive to who you’re attracted to? I don’t think that’s the issue here tough. I think she saw an outfit that she liked, knew she’d get headlines both for looking boss& sexy in it and for wearing it at her age in Hollywood, and decided to go for it.

  6. amanda says:

Trying to outshine her young daughter? Her daughter looks great. At least I think that is her daughter, I didn’t notice the name.

    • Zimmerman says:

I don’t think that’s fair. Just because you have a daughter, does not mean you can’t try to be attractive as you see it. Also, her daughter has a very different body type and I don’t think they can be compared fairly. One is also not better than the other.

    • GoodNamesAllTaken says:

Yes, heaven forbid an older woman should look sexy or attractive. That automatically means they are competing with their own daughter because, you know, women can’t get along and are all jealous of each other, even if they are related. Thank you for perpetuating that old piece of garbage.

      • kri says:

GNAT-exactly. Not everyone is a Kris Jenner.

      • Minxx says:

I’m sorry but putting your boobs out on display in a freaking BRA is NOT sexy or attractive. It’s desperate, no matter what’s your age. It’s just trashy. I like and respect Susan, she’s a great person and a fantastic actor – she looks fabulous and sexy no matter what but there is really no need to go for this kind of sad spectacle (I’m afraid she wanted to be the talk of the internet, which kind of shows she’s getting desperate for attention).

      • Isabelle says:

It is shaming. Old or young, its shaming. Its her boobs let her do what she wants. It doesn’t matter if you want to look at them or not, her body, her boobs.

      • Otaku fairy says:

It only reads as desperate to people who have a problem with it.

      • GoodNamesAllTaken says:

        @minx
Would I wear that? No. But we can’t assign motives to her or know that she is “desperate for attention” just because she chose to. Maybe she thinks it looks good and feels good about herself in it. She is surrounded by people wearing a lot less than that every day. By Hollywood standards, this is nothing. And her breasts aren’t on display – her cleavage is but you can’t really see anything else. I understand and believe you when you say , no, this is too much for me at any age, but I think many people ARE objecting because she’s older. And the comment about trying to outshine her daughter was just gross.

      • Minxx says:

body shaming? She has a fantastic body, she just forgot to wear her blouse/tank/camisole. 😉 This outfit would be tacky at ANY age.
So glad the ladies at GoFugYourself and I agree:
        http://www.gofugyourself.com/sag-awards-fug-carpet-susan-sarandon-01-2016/sarandon-sags-2016

    • littlemissnaughty says:

Why outshine her daughter? Sarandon dresses like this – or versions of it – often. Whether her daughter is there or not. That assumption says more about you than her. And the suit is terrible but SHE looks fab.

    • Marie-France says:

Susan looks hot as always and her daughter looks beautiful. That is all.

  7. Sixer says:

How dare she be old! In Hollywood!

    • Kitten says:

Yeah she belongs in a home. She should be playing Bingo and eating apple sauce with all the other old folks, but here she is gallivanting around with her bosom of full-display.

      Shame on her.

      • Sixer says:

I know! Someone Logan’s Run her, before OLD WOMEN get out of control and feel entitled to take a share of the public space …

… or, alternatively, someone tell Hollywood that experience is sexy. Even when, shock horror, it is female experience.

      • Minxx says:

Yeah, it’s either playing Bingo in a retirement home or parading around in your underwear. There is no middle ground. Sheesh!

      • Kitten says:

She’s “parading around in her underwear”?
I’m looking at pictures of her wearing a suit with a bit of cleavage showing.
Do you have the underwear pics? Wouldn’t mind seeing them!

      • Sixer says:

*fights sudden desire to parade around in non-spring chicken underwear*

      • pinetree13 says:

Co-sign all Sixer and Kitten comments in this thread.

    • Isabelle says:

Especially when she has great boobs as an older woman, lets face it that is the real offense. She probably looks better than a lot of women much younger than her. She has walked the plank of catty women and refuses to jump!

    • GoodNamesAllTaken says:

No only is she old, she has breasts! While being old! I’m pretty sure that’s illegal or something.

  8. Lucy2 says:

A few years back she wore something that looked like it was practically falling off, so this is an improvement! I personally wouldn’t be comfortable in that, but she looks fine.

    • Esmom says:

I think she looks fine, too. Although I am not a fan of those cropped pants, yuck. Kate M acting outraged is annoying to me. As if sternum to navel baring gowns aren’t everywhere at these things.

      • JenniferJustice says:

The only thing outrageous is Kate’s marrying a man named Rock-N-Roll. THAT is crazy!

  9. lovemesseg says:

    Sad. The suit doesn’t fit.

  10. kibbles says:

She looks great for her age. In fact, she looks much better than her daughter in my honest opinion. If I were in Hollywood I’d ask for the name of her surgeon.

However, the outfit simply looked terrible and trashy. I don’t care if she had shown a ton of cleavage in a nice dress, but this would not have looked classy on any woman at any age, especially when presenting the “In Memorium” section of an event.

    • Froggy says:

I think she looks amazing but agree it wasn’t the right outfit for thr ‘In Memorium’ part that she presented. Was cringe-worthy imo. She should have known better.

    • Christin says:

I agree that it was not appropriate for leading a remembrance segment, regardless of her age. I would have the same opinion if a guy had led it wearing a shirt unbuttoned to the navel.

    • Robin says:

Not appropriate for presenting an In Memoriam segment. Plus the outfit doesn’t fit well and the bra isn’t supportive.

    • Sunny says:

      She looks great, period.

  11. ell says:

tbh, i never like too much cleavage. not because it’s not appropriate or whatever, but because imo it honestly doesn’t look good at all. i like the cut of her daughter’s dress a lot more.

  12. Snowpea says:

Bull Durham. That is all. SS you rock so bad sista!

  13. Nancy says:

She’s famous for that rack and has always displayed them proudly. I have to wonder after three kids and at age 69 where they land when the bra comes off, lol. I’m not a fan of exhibitionism, but if it works for her, it’s her body and choice. Her daughter is breautiful as well!

  14. Mudflaps says:

Im not a big fan of wearing a bra as a top but damn Susan S looks good! The pic of Kate is hilarious. She cant keep herself from manhandling Susans boobs.

  15. Snowflake says:

She looks great, shes not going to church. She also has on more clothes than I’ve seen on most actresses. Go Susan!she should have told Kate to get her hands off her tits.

  16. HK9 says:

Her rack should have taken over the internet-they’re amazing!!!!

  17. sills says:

If it were some no-name starlet trying to make a splash it might be different, but somehow the fact that it’s Susan Sarandon–who’s put in decades in Hollywood, with an impressive body of work–makes it just seem fun & cheeky. If she wants to come out and flaunt her best asset at an awards show, why not?

  18. Karen says:

Every single other actress would have taped up their boobs and not worn the bra. How many suits without shirts have we seen? So many. It’s not new. But an ample woman wears bra while doing it…. breaks the Internet?

She’s sexy. She’s confident. Listen I’m over the deep-deep v-neck trend, but Susan can do what she wants.

    • Minxx says:

She’s desperate, which is the opposite of sexy and confident. Sexy and confident women do not put their boobs on display to get attention. I say it with pain because I really like her.

      • Otaku fairy says:

Wrong. Women don’t need to “put it away” to have confidence (and avoiding the things you want to wear out of fear that others may find you “trashy” isn’t automatic confidence either.

      • bogos says:

I don’t know why people like to be extremist about things. I don’t think women should cover up nor do I think women should be walking advertisements for sex. But should women have the freedom to dress how they would like to dress? Of course. And we should also accept the consequences of such freedom.

  19. Esther says:

lol the second picture with Kate Winslet is great.

  20. smcollins says:

I’m not bothered by the age of the person wearing the suit (I think SS is fabulous), it’s the fit that bothers me. If you got it flaunt it, no matter your age, but maybe if the girls were better supported it wouldn’t seem so bad. Jmo

  21. Tig says:

I agree that outfit was inappropriate for me to be hosting an In Memorium segment. On another website, there was a raging debate over all she’s had done to maintain the skin in that area-lasers? Lots of Retina A? – it was an eye opener to be sure. And agreed- after 3 kids and 69- she’s had work done. Have no doubt she’ll continue rockin’ on- next time wear a better fitted suit!

  22. lizzie says:

kate winslet needs to sit down. i’ve seen her tits more than i’ve seen my own.

  23. LAK says:

She has always had an amazing cleavage. And she’s always shown it off. I still remember feeling anxious the night she won her Oscar in a strapless dress that looked like it might drop down at any moment – that’s how unsupported it looked and that’s how much cleavage was on display.

Considering her age, she still has an amazing cleavage, and dare I say it? Much better than the cleavage of the red pant suited actress from last year who is a full 20yrs younger!!!!

    • Sass says:

It is rather refreshing to see real boobs. Perhaps she is trying to show the world what the real thing looks like. Frankly, she didn’t look well dressed. A white or cream lacy bra would have been nicer. And her grandma shoes and the odd length of the pants was not flattering.

  24. Jag says:

I think the suit could have been better, but she looks great.

The thing that is offensive to me is Winslet touching Sarandon’s cleavage apparently without permission – going by the facial expressions.

Had that been a man touching her breasts like that, there would be no end of the reporting.

I do agree that the outfit is showing a bit much skin for an In Memoriam segment, but that’s just my opinion.

  25. serena says:

Kate Winslet should mind her own business, Susan looks gorgeous and so what if she shows a little cleavage?

  26. Hiddlesgirl85 says:

Susan looks refreshed. And the bottom half of her face looks much younger than the top half. Still, show them how it’s done, Susan!

    • JenniferJustice says:

She’s had some work done recently. She didn’t look like that last year. She had her neck done but now she looks alot different in the face.

if she wants to keep showing off her breasts, I really don’t care. I think it’s try-hard and desperate but it doesn’t hurt anybody. She’s always relied on them for sex appeal and I don’t see that changing. She’ll probably be buried in a cleavage-revealing top or dress. She is who she is.

      • Hiddlesgirl85 says:

@JenniferJustice: Hahahaha! Comment of the day. Loving the perfect amount of snark in the second paragraph of your comment 😉

I’m glad that I’m not the only one who’s noticed how different Susan looks. She also likely got her chest done. There is not way that those bad boys are staying that high (relatively) given gravity, age, and past child birth, unless you’ve gotten them lifted. If JLo would (40’s), someone of Susan’s age would as well. Especially given the fact that Susan’s already been “refreshing” herself for years, it seems.

  27. crazydaisy says:

I LOVE the suit and I LOVE the whole look—good on her! A low-cut gown would have shown the same amount of skin but this is a way more original, empowering look, and IMHO extremely flattering on all counts. I think you called it wrong this time, Kaiser. (It happens.) 😉

  28. Sarah01 says:

I think she looks sexy, but my eyes when to the blue dress that girl looks sensational! The style, cut, colour, fit are excellent.
I don’t think Susan’s outfit looked appropriate for her presenting duty, she could have popped on a nice silk blouse for that part.
Ughhh cannot stand winslet, that’s really not funny it’s very instrusive. Micheal is such a handsome guy love him!

  29. Maggie says:

She looks really pretty but is giving new meaning the word sag. She needs a bit more support in my opinion but still looks great.

  30. Josefina says:

She looks fine and she can wear whatever she wants at her age, but I do have a problem with her wearing that while presenting the “In Memoriam” section. I always expect a little modesty when talking about people who died recently.

Not like it’s worthy of some crazy outrage but what else would I expect from twitter?

  31. MinnFinn says:

Dress to honor the deceased person’s values without compromising your own value system, that’s what I think is the right thing to do at funerals/memorial services. I think Bowie would absolutely approve of and appreciate Susan showing off her ta-tas.

  32. Jensies says:

Just sent this to my friend with the hashtag #rackgoals.

Also, I love that Michael Shannon is like, don’t look down don’t look down.

She looks phenomenal. Good for her.

  33. lucy says:

I do not care about Susan’s boobs or about Kate Winslet, but: MICHAEL SHANNON! Woohoo!

Ok, but back on topic: anyone else think of the irony of the “sag” awards in the same context as Sarandon’s bosom? Not only is that an ill-fitting and unflattering suit, but that bra oughtta be hoisted up where it actually can do some good! 😉

  34. siri says:

It’s not about age, but taste. She has a good body, and great boobs. But that doesn’t mean everybody needs to see them. But ok, she did choose to give us an eyefull, just it would have looked classier with a camisole, or a low-cut top underneath. When she was sitting at the table, it didn’t look good at all.

    • Minxx says:

Thank you for restoring common sense! If she wore no bra at all and let it all hang out, ladies here would surely proclaim how “empowering” it was. A camisole or a bustier would have saved this look.

    • coconut says:

After reading this post, I googled “susan sarandon breasts.” There are many photos of her with her girls on display.

I am fine with quite a bit of boobage showing, however larger breasts ought to be appropriately supported and contained. Hers sometimes look like she’s not wearing a bra, and bra or not, they’re about to spill out of whatever clothing she’s wearing. I have similar sized if not smaller breasts than her and I wouldn’t dream of wearing spaghetti straps (talk about digging into your shoulders). Her outfit choices make it seem as if she’s fighting the fact that she’s large-breasted.

All together, my suggestion to her would be to get a proper bra fitting, and get a stylist to help her with her red carpet outfits. I agree with @Minxx that the white suit would’ve been killer if she was wearing a properly fitting bustier with it. The bra she did wear looked like something that’s not meant to be visible on the outside.

  35. The Other Katherine says:

Seinfeld anticipated this look by 2 decades — google Sue Ellen Mischke!

  36. Lisa says:

She looked fantastic that night. Love it!

  37. Veronica says:

Pretty clever PR move. When was the last time we talked this much about Susan Sarandon, yeah?

  38. go girl says:

Everyone knows Bowie was a sheltered prude who’d be shocked by the presence of breasts.

  39. Violet says:

lol that pic with Kate is hilarious. It’s like she’s thinking “is this boob real??” =o

    • spidey says:

She’s lucky she didn’t get her face slapped or a mouthful of abuse.

    • Potato says:

She shouldn’t be doing that. That’s actually pretty rude to be covering up someone’s chest like that.

    • Minxx says:

OMG.. she’s being goofy. How can you possibly see it as offensive? IF Emma Thompson were there she would have made the same or even funnier gesture. She’s a Brit and Brits have a sense of humor.
I guess you can come out to a major event wearing a bra but, God forbid, your friend makes a joke about it.

  40. Maggie Grace says:

I adore her daughter Eva – she is so stunning.

  41. Baby says:

Amazing? I always remember them being SAG-y 🙂 with little support and people always saying she should put a bra on. I grew up on SS. They look better now so I’m not sure if it’s the bra or a bit of help from the surgeon. Either way, you don’t see many women that age looking as good.

  42. Holmes says:

People were mad about his? For christs sake, they’re just breasts. Roughly 3.5 billion of us have them. I do wish she’d worn a prettier bra, but oh well.

And LMAO at Winslet. Talking about money is vulgar, but I guess public groping is A-OK.

  43. Lauren II says:

Cher commented years ago that Susan “has great tits”. I like Susan, and she looks incredible.

  44. brincalhona says:

What are those stains on Kate’s dress?

  45. Farhi says:

I think I’ve seen pretty much everyone’s boobs already with the last 2-3 years trend of split to the navel dresses. Why everyone suddenly notices when Susan Sarandon does it?
I remember last year Aniston wore a dark wine suit (for GG?) completely open at the center of her chest and there wasn’t even a bra under it. At least Susan has a bra.
This year Jenna Tatum was wearing this stunning dark blue dress which was so full at the skirt and barely there at the top. She kept adjusting it because it barely covered her. I kept thinking – what, they didn’t have enough cloth for the top, spent everything making the skirt?

  46. elle says:

Her daughter’s face looks different to me…. maybe she’s starting the touching-up already?

  47. Tredd says:

She looks fantastic (regardless of her ridiculous politics and choices in men *rolling my eyes*)

  48. mkyarwood says:

Wtf, she looks amazing! I vow to get my tits out for a special occasion when I’m nearly a septuagenarian. Because, you know what? We lost a lot of lovely people last month before they made it. I think this is a statement, and I’m reading it loud and clear.
