At long last, HBO has finally released a REAL trailer for Game of Thrones Season 6. No more of those teaser trailers where everyone is deader than dead and their dead face-masks are posed in the Hall of Faces. NO MORE. GoT’s Season 6 premieres on April 24th. Are you excited? Or are you just mad because Kit Harington keeps on saying words that are completely untrue? Well, behold! A proper trailer for Season 6.

Oh yes. But I feel for the poor actor, everyone wants to take a shot at his character but I guess it’s also a compliment as he’s clearly embodied the character.
He is also in the comedy Vicious with Ian McKellan and Derek Jacobi and that character is sweet, kind, and adorable, so yes, it is a compliment to him that his Ramsey is so despised
Greyscale is contagious, but we do not know how advanced it has to be to be contagious, it might have to cover you to be transmitted. It is also quite slow. And in the books it is not trasmited by objects, however it seems to be in the show since Shireen got it from a doll.
Maybe it’s just contagious when the grayscale touch the skin.
Nah. Remember when Stannis was telling Sherene that she caught it from a doll he brought her? I’m such a nerd.
Maybe it’s only contagious in the area affected, which seems to be his inner wrist.
I’m wondering if Dany is immune to grayscale but will somehow transfer it to her dragons so their skin hardens so they will not be harmed by arrows, spears, fire, etc.
And of course, even in such a short trailer they had to put in a (completely made up iirc) lesbian sex scene between Theon’s sister and whoever that other girl is.
Because clearly Melisandre’s boobs are not enough female nudity already.

So because I have ONE very reasonable point to criticize I can’t watch the whole show? That sounds like pretty dumb black and white thinking.
There are a lot of thinks I like about the show and I find it overall pretty entertaining, but that doesn’t mean I will sweep it’s flaws/problems under the carpet.
I’m so sick of this whole “Don’t you ever dare to say anything negative at all” culture that seems to be so widespread these days.

Yeah, I had to laugh about Kaiser’s comment about Cersei being a horrible strategist. Cersei does not give a sh!t about strategy. She doesn’t even try. For her it’s all about crushing her enemies. She’s grown up believing that Lannisters are all-powerful. She doesn’t realize that Tywin maintained that illusion through strategy rather than might. All she ever saw was the might.

In the book Cersie has a lesbian encounter to gain info about the her new daughter in law. So she is some what of a strategist, albeit not a very good one.

It’s possible. There was a theory going around that Robb warged into Grey Wind before he died, only to be killed a second time when the wolf died…his last words like Jon’s in the book were of his direwolf (last word on the show was Mother for Robb).
Although the show has downplayed the Stark siblings ability to warg, focusing on Bran having the ability. They all can/could (if you are Robb..it pains me).
Yes, we haven’t seen Nymeria since the first season. Book Arya saw her mother’s body through Nymeria’s eyes. And would dream about running with her pack and wreaking havoc through the Riverlands. Nymeria is a wild assassin, just like Arya.
I’d like to see that too…..Warg-Jon exacting some revenge on the Nights Watch. Or a grief stricken Ghost going bananas and destroying everyone.

To be honest, I am tired of Melisandre creepy sex scenes. I get it that Carice is a beautiful woman but come on. Curious to see what they do with Asha in the show because I am suspecting her show story line is going to be completely different than her book one.
And of course super sleuth Jorah would somehow find that ring. Greyscale is contagious but, according to the books, it is slow acting. The show, however, will have characters who need to die quickly from it die quickly…Dany somehow will be magically immune.
I just hope this season is better than season 5. Last season was pretty bad and I do think their Emmy win was based on past seasons and not for that season.

You’re thinking of OSHA. Asha is Theon’s sister’s book name, but it’s Yara on the show to avoid confusion with OSHA.
Asha (called Yara in the show) is Theon’s sister and you can see her kissing a woman in the trailer. Osha is the wilding who spirited Rickon away. Apparently those two are back this season although they aren’t in the trailer.

Yep. That sucks because I rather enjoyed when she started getting what was comming to her last season. It was far more satisfaying than I expected.
I was all on board with Cersei being imprisoned and humiliated by those nuns or whatever, but then when she had to do the Walk of Shame I felt pity for her, which I did not like. Cersei is the *worst* (after Joffrey and the Boltons), but even Cersei did not deserve that punishment.

Anyone in the realm could argue that being ‘given away’ first by a deranged bastard false king who tormented her and was also her captor and then secondly by an insane tortured betrayer of her family (while also being held captive) were not conducive to a ‘legal’ or voluntary marriage.
It is interesting though how she’ll recover down the track – she’s a ‘ruined’ woman in the medieval eyes of GoT!
