Check out Kristen Stewart’s new Joan Jett hair! Kristen is transitioning from long, romantic-heroine-style hair to the shorter, fringed, darker Joan Jett look. It’s most likely for her new film The Runaways, where Kristen will be playing the famous rocker. The production should be starting soon – so I suspect Kristen’s hair will be getting even darker and shorter in the coming weeks. I kind of like it. She looks hardcore!
In other Kristen Stewart news, OK! Magazine is running another Stewart-Pattinson story, this one called “Make Up Your Mind” with a lovely picture of Robert Pattinson looking lovely and anxious. In the early text of the cover story, OK! Seems to be equating the love triangle of Pattinson, Stewart and Stewart’s boyfriend Michael Angarano as a “love triangle of Brangelinian proportions.”
On June 1, the morning after their smoldering, almost-but-not-quite kiss at the MTV Movie Awards, Twilight twosome Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart stayed in a 1920s bungalow at The Charlie, a West Hollywood hotel named for onetime resident Charlie Chaplin.
Fittingly, they bunked in a cottage called the Valentino – as in Rudolph, the silent-screen romantic idol – and it made for an idyllic nest, with its two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen and even a quaint window seat.
“They were very sweet together,” an insider tells OK! of Kristen and Robert. “They were lovely.”
But before the vampire saga’s global fan base gets all dewy-eyed, there’s a bit of a glitch: Kristen, by all accounts, is still involved with her longtime boyfriend, Michael Angarano. The results? A love triangle of Brangelinian proportions.

No news there, really. Nothing we didn’t already know – although I prefer to think of it as Pattinson being “obsessed” with cool girl Kristen Stewart. But it is interesting that the whole Kristen Stewart-Robert Pattinson thing is still interesting enough for tabloids to run covers of them. It’s better than the Gosselins, in any case. So… did Kristen and Robert really shack up in some decadent Hollywood bungalow? I hope they did. That sounds like a lot of fun, actually.

I think Kristen Stewart is an individual who is struggling with her new found fame.
At the MTV Movie Awards,it was clear that she was stoned and drunk,not to mention there was a pic on the net a few months ago,showing her smoking out of a bong,and it was in public.
Hope her career goes well,but she should try to take care of herself.
Honestly,she looks like shit,and looked like shit at the awards show as well.
She doesn’t want to turn into a Lindsay Lohan,then no one will work with her.
She has said multiple times that she doesn’t enjoy the fame that goes along with acting– this is a breath of fresh air– an actor who wants to act.

She wasn’t smoking from a bong either, it was a bowl, big difference in size and public awareness (bongs are pretty big, you don’t just walk outside with one).
She’s nothing like fame-whore Lohan, what a terrible comparison, even if it was an eventual. I really dislike when people put stoners in the same category as coke heads. It’s not the same. Smoking doesn’t put you in the mind set that it’s okay to steal a car and run over people.
I really don’t even care about this girl or her career, I just don’t like herb being lumped in with psychotic chemicals and the people who love them.
Sorry, but this little girl isn’t fit to carry Joan Jett’s guitar strap!!! I have very low expectations for this movie. I hope I’m wrong, because The Runaways were a huge influence on punk rock girls of my generation. I don’t think Kristen Stewart or Dakota Fanning can do them justice.

She wasn’t stoned, come on guys. She ALWAYS talks like that, in her deep, sort of raspy voice. Even in the movie she talked like that. And she always acts like she is aloof out in public.
I remember the first time I saw her on TV at a public function, the MTV Movie Awards last year. She looked uncomfortable the entire time, you can clearly tell she doesn’t like crowded places while Rob looked more comfortable.
I’m not her hugest fan, I wish she would be more engaged in public but she is probably very shy and nervous. I would have probs dropped my award too.

Honestly? I think Robert’s gay. I get a gay vibe from him. I really do. I’ve dismissed, up to now, my feelings as a sort of American reaction to European mannerisms in some men. I’ve noticed that a certain kind of European man is much “softer” than American men when it comes to hair, gesticulation, etcetera. It’s not universal, but I never just assume a European man is gay based on what Americans would view to be effeminate behaviorisms. I think American men are a little over-the-top, at times, with the masculine crap.
The more I watch Robert, however, the more I think I might be right. Sigh. I hope I’m wrong because what a LOSS to female 20-something society that would be, huh?

Kristen is an amazing actress.I have seen latest pics of Kristen’s mullet hair cut and its like a blind person cut it…I love her long brown hair but I guess with extensions and time it will grow back. I would never cut my hair for work unless they pay me some serious $$$$. Kristen is really cool in the twilight so I look forward to her other work.
