The “Chains” singer, 25, and the Quantico star, 36, enjoyed some time at the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s house in Oxfordshire, England, the same week Jonas popped the question.
Us Weekly confirmed on Friday, July 27, that Nick and Chopra are engaged. A third insider told Us that Chopra “was thrilled” after the Disney alum proposed. While she did not expect the engagement to happen so soon — Us exclusively revealed in May that the twosome were dating — the insider said Chopra suspected Nick might propose at some point. The insider added: “Nick really loves her.”
If this is true, the only positive news here is that Meghan is still keeping up with all of her pre-Harry friendships, which is good news. It’s a real thing, that when a woman gets married, her single-girl friendships tend to be jettisoned in many cases. But Meg is still hanging out with Priyanka… allegedly. And imagine that conversation. “Yes, it’s amazing that you married a prince and now you’re a duchess, well look who I’m going to marry: a 25-year-old Jonas Brother.” Harry was probably like, “Hard pass on the wedding invite.”

Miss World or not, you don’t get to have a career like hers in Bollywood ( for those who don’t know, Bollywood is the land of nepotism and she is one of the few who made it with no prior family connections) without having a good head on your shoulders. She has won pretty much every single award in Bollywood and has been a very savvy investor, so her series being cancelled or turning down a movie or two will not have much impact on her finances.
i’ve never liked her as an actor but let’s give credit where it’s due, she is a superstar in India and you dont reach there by chance.

Yep. I believe she’s being true (or trying to be) in this but I don’t believe he is, which concerns me. They’re not in sync together. This is too fast. It may be because she’s older and figures, why not.

This isn’t really surprising. Wasn’t Nick Jonas also “dating” Kate Hudson (someone who annoys me to no end) for a second? I say dating because honestly it was probably just a friends with benefit situation, there didn’t seem to be much of a relationship there. He has a history of going after older women. Can you imagine if he got engaged to her? I would have rolled my eyes even harder–Kate pretty much does anything for attention and shows up at awards shows even though she’s never nominated for anything (because she’s a terrible actress) and Nick Jonas, while a decent musician, just seems like a typical fat bro.
I don’t mind him with Priyanka as much, she annoys me less. Sure, getting engaged after 2 months is stupid but the age difference doesn’t bother me as much. Young guys and older women can have successful relationships just as younger women with older men.
No, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore didn’t make it work but that was ill-fated to begin with. Hugh Jackman and his wife have a 13 year age difference and they are still happily married after over 20 years together. I can’t think of more examples but I remember being really surprised when I initially found out Hugh was so much younger than his wife.
