Here are some photos of Victoria & David Beckham on Monday evening in London. They attended a dinner hosted by GQ in honor of Men’s Fashion Week. Meaning, this was an event more for David than Victoria. Which is probably why he looks eager and happy – they’re doing HIS thing. When they’re doing one of her things, he looks grumpy and apathetic. Incidentally, I completely love Victoria’s ensemble here. Those trousers are amazing and flattering. Also: I do have to say, if Victoria is trying to give us a public view of how she really feels, I think she’s finally snapped! She looks completely over him. 2018 was full of stories about how David is over their marriage and Victoria is the one trying to keep them together. Maybe 2019 will be a different vibe.
Victoria and David did spend the holidays together, and they posted a lot of photos of all four kids under one roof for New Year’s Eve. You know what? Victoria looks sort of over it in those photos too. I mean, she looks happy to be with her kids, but I’m enjoying Posh’s 2019 IDGAF vibes. Let David do whatever he wants (and whoever he wants) in Miami. Victoria owns London, and she’s not going to be the only one who works to save this marriage anymore.

The look great. Her face looks incredible. She has repeatedly stated (in interviews, on her tv shows, etc) that she never smiles for papz because she thinks it makes people look crazy. Why the hell would you smile at everyone who takes your picture, especially when it happens nonstop literally every time you leave the house? Pretty sure the fact that she is on a date with her husband speaks more about the state of her relationship with him than the fact that she doesn’t wanna make it obvious that she got fresh fillers for the event.
She looks great! Love the outfit and she seems to be at a healthier weight. I would love to see her move on and find love again.

No, she actually looks sad here. There’s more of a downturn of her mouth. I hope she’s okay.
Love her outfit, except for the length of the pants. I know it’s the style, but I just can’t imagine how dirty the edges of the pants legs get while people walk around in public like that. It’s a beautiful color and fits her well, so she looks good, imo.
Many people (myself included) have a natural downturn of the mouth. It means nothing about our mood. Not everybody wants to smile all the time either, and that doesn’t mean sadness. A lot of times we are simply thinking about other things than being socially acceptable.
I can’t tell any of her expressions apart. She always looks like her shoes are too tight.
Why are they still together? If youre so over each other, you dont have to even legally divorce, you can just separate? Why live in a constant state of faking it, jeez, just for a last name? The most amazing thing is she will look back and regret all the time she wasted on him because when she leaves him, she’ll make room for someone worthwhile and she’ll be so happy that she’ll wonder why she ever stayed a day longer. I really do wonder why she wont leave.
They are a brand and are intertwined beyond having 4 children together. They are involved in a lot of business together and it helps with what they want to be involved with in the future. I think that if he is successful in Miami, they will announce a separation.
I think you’re right Tiffany, but it means that they are putting making money ahead of happiness. That’s really sad. How many Birkin bags and flash cars do they need.
They also have four kids (three at home), and that’s kept far less famous people together throughout history.
I think its partly because of the Beckham brand esp as allegedly he props up her fashion label that looses more than it makes. I like some of her stuff but its over priced – she should have made her it more affordable as her target market would have lapped it up. She had just recently opened a shop in Bicester Village, a designer outlet mall outside of Oxford and while the prices are reduced I still would not pay those prices (and I am someone who will splash out).
As for him, he has always been a cheater who had to be persuaded to go through with the wedding as rumour had it he was getting cold feet. He cheated on her before they were married and has been cheating ever since. The email leaks show us what kind of man he really is but she really does love him and always has – you can see it in the way she looks at him.
I am pretty sure it was David who proposed to Victoria, he was not forced with anything. It is normal to have hesitations when you are getting married at a young age.
Bizarre you mention her brand I am pretty sure David was cheating on his family before that. The fashion industry is very tough; you don’t get the rewards immediately. Apparently she is doing so bad that investors gave her 30 M last year.

Hahahaha, my husband and I look like that sometimes. Married 19 years. She looks like she might be exasperated on something, but I don’t think their marriage is shot. That’s a long time to tolerate intolerable conditions. Not to say people don’t take a long time to divorce, but I don’t think they’re at the edge of their marriage

He forced her into an open marriage because his cheating was too much. He is a reckless cheater, and sleeps with anyone even with the people close to his home like his first PR person, his personal assistant the cleaner of his house, neighbours etc.. . So was not surprised to see him linked with Harper teacher.
He is well known in the escort/hooker industry all over the world. He also sleeps with many young students.
When he was playing for Man utd , I heard rumours he loves anal sex and his wife hates it. It was the reason for his cheating with the wife permission.

I can believe all of that about him, what I wouldn’t understand is why Victoria didn’t dump him sooner. For the sake of the kids doesn’t sound like a good enough reason to live with a sex addict.

Of course you cannot believe it; David has employees to cover up all his affairs,apparently a whole PR department.They delete tweets and messages on forum,Instagram related to his cheating.
Pure speculation here,Victoria seems to have feelings for him and want her kids to have a great childhood with their dad in it.

He did not “force her” into an allegedly open marriage. If this arrangement was not to her liking, she was (and is) free to leave at any time.

My aunt was forced to be the slave of her ex husband.She did stay with him for 15+ years and gave him three kids.Until the day he lost it and almost killed her.
Many women are forced into this type of situation,they have to accept the husband bad behavior .I could be wrong,but I doubt Victoria wanted an open marriage with him.

Years ago one newspaper in New York wanted to write a story about David affairs,the Scientology threatened to sue and then nothing happened.
If true, that doubly sucks because Dave Gardener has two young children with Liv Tyler. I mean, who knows? Maybe they’re open about it, it’s understood, accepted, etc, but I just don’t see what’s in it for Liv-or Victoria, TBH. In theroy, open relationships are usually open both ways, but if you’re parenting young children – just judging from my own personal experience, sex with a random would have exactly zero appeal. In 2014/2015, I was nanny for a very high profile family and can personally attest that they were the most miserable individuals I’ve ever come across. I learned first-hand that money really does not buy happiness. All the private jets, mansions, designer clothes and high profile invitations to exclusive events – it didn’t matter.
I hope these two wise up and put their happiness and whatever is best for their family over their “brand” and joint earning potential. Don’t they have enough?
You know, it’s interesting to me-the few *extremely* wealthy people I’ve known, it is as if growing/preserving their wealth becomes an obsession-their first priority, even-at the cost of actually enjoying the benefits of said wealth.
It’s ironic, bc I think for most of us working class, our first thoughts about having such wealth would be the freedom it would afford us to do more of what we love, like-spending tons of quality time with our loved ones, traveling, or just being together at home.
I wonder if it’s a human nature thing-an inevitable disadventatious characteristic of owing so much money? Anyway, thank you for your thoughtful post. It’s good to be reminded that the grass is indeed not always greener on the other side. Cheers!

I don’t know, it’s hard to tell with her. She has been infamous about not smiling since her Spice Girl days and she even has addressed it in interviews multiple times saying she doesn’t like the way her teeth look. If you look at the original Spice Girl CD lyric paper thing that came with the CDs (does that have a name??), she always looked miserable and severe. To me here she looks tired, not necessarily unhappy.

It kind of looks like she’s just casting her eyes down to avoid the bright glare of the flashes going off. And of course since it’s an event about him, he’s all smiles and pulling her along.
When she started to get the tattoos related to David removed, I figured that they were done. She really adored him, and she’s done a lot of readjusting in her life to follow him as he’s pursued his career. Seems like she’s done the majority of child rearing as well, while growing a worldwide brand and taking very good care of herself. She’s been a devoted wife, a terrific mom, she’s wealthy and successful in her own right, and she looks freaking fantastic. He’s gorgeous, but selfish and entitled. Remember how awful he acted when he didn’t get a knighthood? Plus, all of the cheating. He’s an a-hole, and she could do so much better.
I had forgotten about the knighthood, imagine having to live with a person like that for years. She must be emotionally drained.
Makes me wonder why she’s still with him. The kids? Nothing would make me stay with someone like that, especially if I were as successful as her. F that.

I have read that it was. It was a make or break baby which is kind of heartbreaking for Harper.
Doubt it.They have an open marriage for years and David wants more kids.two or three years ago he went on Graham Norton(I think) ,you can see it on you tube. He is boring to watch but you can watch the first five minutes he talked about his family,and wanted Victoria to give him more kids.She is not keen on that idea.

I work as a body language expert and in my country I’ve worked as a body language analyst for both the Police and the media.
I can tell you that even though Victoria is holding on to her man (really holding on with one hand), they are NOT insync. Their bodies are actually pulling apart, almost walking different ways, eventhough they are walking they same way. Her right hand is not relaxed, as if she’s holding on to something inside herself. My guess is that she’s conflicted about something. Holding on to David cause she afraid to let go, but also ready to go her own way.
David is sort of dragging her along, and while his body language is more open and eager, Victoria is clearly closing up and in her head. She doesn’t have to cross her arms or legs for us to understand that, the way she holdes herself is enough. She’s protecting whatever it is that conflicted inside her.
In the original story (linked) there’s a picture of David with his hand very gently placed on Victorias lower back.
This is a sign of both love and respect, but the placement is not a typical placement for two lovers deeply involved with one another. It’s respectful, but also distant.
Justin Theroux did the same to Jennifer Aniston at an event just months before they split.
My guess is that if they don’t split, they stay together for the kids. They are definitly friends, but David is very dominant and not letting Victoria have autonomy. I know she’s there to support him, but where is the love?
It would surprise me if they separate during 2019.
