I hadn’t thought about Jon Peters in decades. Looked it up, he’s 22 years older than her.

  2. Mabs A'Mabbin says:

I don’t know all the Celebitchies, obviously, or huge numbers of married, divorced or widowed women. But as a woman, living an average life with friends, family et al, can any of you imagine going through the entire cycle of dating, marriage and divorce many times? Am I being simple and reductive lol? I’m talking the full range of emotions here, and it’s wearing me down to simply think about.

    • minx says:

      I couldn’t. Too tiring.

      • Adrianna says:

I could not be bothered. It would be far too much work. What I’d really like if I became single again would be more girlfriends. That would be so much fun.

    • olliesmom says:

It just doesn’t seem to be worth it at my age. And the fact that I’m too lazy. The “dating scene” isn’t what it used to be and there are a lot of bad characters out there.

      • Adrianna says:

My son is single and in his late 30’s. He said that bed is expected after about the third date and this is the norm…..I said…”huh?”…..I guess I’m out of touch………..I’d rather stay single!

    • Juliette says:

I totally agree. I am very happily married but the thought of getting married again if something happened is a big no. Too much. I would date again for sure but marriage and all that? Not a chance.

I have enough trouble with my current in laws, not doing that again lol. I love them but they are all very red necky and racist so we avoid them as much as possible.

    • Astrid says:

I’m embarrassed to say that I’m on my second marriage, and it’s a good one. We both agreed that if this one doesn’t work out, we’ll be unhappy together. A second failure would be too humiliating. But a fifth marriage LOL

      • Mabs A'Mabbin says:

Second timers don’t count. Too many variables to juggle when young, and first marriages are really lucky to essentially “make it.”

    • Eleonor says:

Never married, but it look exhausting from the outside.

    • olala says:

@Mabs i am recently barely divorced and at age of 42 i would never bother to marry again..like why??? What tge point lol. I can even hardly bring myself to live with anyone ever again. I would love to meet someone but as others mentioned the dating scene nowadays is utter shite and there are no options really outside the dating apps. Even dating is exhausting.

      • Mabs A'Mabbin says:

Exactly. Yes, I’m on my second marriage, but we’ve been together 27 years, married 24. My first husband was a cheating lying infant. The fact it lasted four years was a miracle lol. But now? If something happened, the idea of even meeting someone for drinks or dinner and getting to know them sounds like gitmo torture. I’m rolling my eyes thinking how often I’d roll my eyes.

    • Madi says:

I am on my third marriage. I’m not proud of two marriages not working out, but I am not ashamed either. I have a good job and can take care of myself. So, when those marriages became unsustainable for various reasons (addiction and narcissism, to be exact) I took it for as long as I could, and then got out.

My friends call me Elizabeth Taylor! Let’s hope I don’t go there. I do have some jewels, but I wish I had Liz-style jewels to show for all of my troubles! 🙂

      • Mabs A'Mabbin says:

Remind your friends Liz married eight times lol. Circumstances notwithstanding, giving it another go should probably be classified as hopeful lol. After so many years of marriage, the very idea of another male personality, character, habits, quirks, blah blah blah render me comatose. I’m serious… there’s drool.

    • Meghan says:

I’m going through a divorce and thought “way to give me hope, Pamela!” But really, reading all these responses from everyone on 2nd and 3rd marriages that are actually working gives me so much more hope, so thanks guys!

    • Rhys says:

Maybe, that’s pretty much all they have to do, since most of them don’t have to worry about making a living? She doesn’t have an actual career or passions, and she has plenty of money. So this is her hobby – she is doing relationships. Everyone needs to do something, otherwise life essentially can be pretty dull.

      • ms single malt says:

Does she have ‘plenty of money’? I recall issues with money were a concern for Pam.

        Ms SIngle Malt

      • tiredTreaded says:

Me thinks she had $$ issues. However, she gives to PETA & for the love of God, this man better be a democrat & a vegan. She needs a man w heart, okay, and money! Sadly we already read the actual lines he wrote of “there’s more than meets the eye”, that’s weird…his wedding vows were basically “she’s not as dumb as she looks and ONLY I can HELP her”?? Oye. Not a great sign atall Pammy 🙁

    • LaUnicaAngelina says:

I feel ya! I don’t ever have any intentions to get married again if anything happens that results in the of my marriage. My husband is great, but marriage is lots of work and sharing space is hard. Starting over with someone new sounds exhausting.

  3. Valiantly Varnished says:

Lol. Nobody is inviting Buttigieg to the cookout. NOBODY.
Also good luck to Pamela’s new husband. He will need it. Because she is bat$hit crazy.

    • olliesmom says:

Google “Pete Buttigieg eating” and see what you get. It’s like he’s forgotten how to eat or he’s really an alien who is trying to pass themselves off as human and just isn’t getting the eating thing right.

    • Juliette says:

Agreed on PA. She’s an exhausting stunt queen and so obnoxious. I used to somewhat like her but now she rubs every part of me the wrong way.

    • holly hobby says:

Jon Peters isn’t a saint either. He produced the Barbra Streisand version of ASIB and he was horrible. I think I read that when the did the reboot, they had to sign him on as producer because he owned the rights. However, he was told not to be on set and it was producer in name only. This stuff is preinternet so I don’t remember the specifics as to why he burnt that bridge. Yeah he’s not sane either.

      • BeanieBean says:

I think Jon and Barbra were a couple at the time and that’s why he got a producer credit–through her.

      • Chrissy says:

Wasn’t Jon Peters a celebrity hairdresser in the 1970? Didn’t Babs sort of help him get a name as a producer?

  4. olliesmom says:

I was surprise to see that the groom wasn’t Julian Assange.

  5. kelleybelle says:

Looks like she picked another winner. Multiple sexual harassment charges against him and one of spousal battery. Way to go, Pam. Another sleazebag under your marriage belt.

  6. Andrea says:

She seems to love going back to old loves. I am so not into repeating what was broke the first time around.

  7. Dutch says:

I wonder if a giant mechanical spider walked her down the aisle.

  8. Velvet Elvis says:

Wow, I didnt even recognize Pamela Anderson. I don’t know what all work she’s had done but she’s looking rather Britneyish.

  9. lunchcoma says:

It’s not so much that it’s her fifth time as that the previous ones were Tommy Lee, Kid Rock, and Rick Saloman x2. That’s a long list of men who abuse women.

I had been sort of glad she was with Assange, who fits the pattern but wasn’t able to marry or move in with her, at least.

  10. Justwastingtime says:

Epic Triumph of hope over experience.

  11. MoopsMarie says:

Remember when Pam said she’d never get plastic surgery on her face, that she didn’t mind aging?
    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.newbeauty.com/blog/dailybeauty/amp/4259-pamela-anderson-says-shes-swearing-off-plastic-surgery/

That’s easy enough to say in your early forties, when your face still basically looks the same. Apparently Pam didn’t like her nose getting bigger as she aged (Pink is spot-on about that fact of aging) and did something about it. Now she looks like a different person.

    • Joanna says:

Oh, no, my nose is already bigger than average. And I’m my mid 40s and thinking I’m ok with how my face looks but you’re saying it will get much worse???!! Nooooooo, stop, you’re scaring me…

      • tiredTreaded says:

NO one is happy w their rhinoplasty, not sure why. It’s the #1 repeat procedure. I say keep your nose & get physically active instead. Less $$ and more of a long term beauty boost, less side effects 🙂

  12. Bunny says:

Mazel Tov to the happy couple.

My only sibling has been married at least five or six times; not really sure exactly.

I haven’t seen them in years, because the attributes that have led them to marry over and over are the same attributes that make them toxic to everyone else on a long-term basis.

I’ve only met a few people who have been married more than three times. They all seem to be about the same, personality-wise. Scary stuff.

Why does Pamela Anderson make me think of STD’s?
