I never held out too much hope for the DOJ, given their current state of disarray. There are still other agencies that are probably investigating, possibly also the New York Attorney General’s Office. Just because the DOJ stopped doesn’t mean other regulatory bodies (eg SEC) are required to as well.

From what I read, it looks like they inflated the sales of her cosmetics 300-400% each year over the course of 3 or 4 years! Cumulatively, it seems they only sold about a quarter of what they claimed. Such grifters. I never believe them, so this isn’t surprising. They are Californian Trumps.
