YES, the minute I saw Pence’s red, oozing right eye at the debate I knew it. I think it’s obvious that both he and Trump are hiding their infectiousness in order to avoid putting a crimp in their campaigning so close to the election. Unconscionable.
I think Lindsey Graham is positive, too. He keeps refusing a test, because he’s afraid he won’t be able to chair the Judiciary Committee in the hearings for Amy Coney Barrett. I don’t trust any of them.

Pence was at the Amy Covid19 Barrett Swap Party and was sitting just inches away from Melania, Kellyanne Conway, Ronna Romney McDaniel, Hope Hicks, Mike Lee, Fr. Jenkins, Chris Christie, and Tom Tillis, all of whom have the virus. He had a meeting 3 days later in the Oval Office with Trump. And there are now over a dozen other people working in the White House, both the residence and West Wing who have tested positive. Lots of people he could have caught it from or given it too.
I’d be really surprised if he doesn’t have it.

Christie is still hospitalized and “doing well” but I kind of doubt they keep you in the hospital for a week if you’re doing well.
People were theorizing Christie is on a vent because he had phone contact with reporters the first couple of days but nothing since.

Yes- a study about covid positive patients identified conjunctivitis and eye symptoms as more common than loss of taste and smell. His eye was leaking and crusty and disgusting at the debate. 🤷♀️
I agree with this. It’s very unusual for adults to get pinkeye especially if they don’t have little kids in the house. Once I found out that covid pinkeye was a thing I thought Pence had to have it.
I thought pink eye was rather common? They even make over-the-counter eye drops now, so you don’t even have to go to the doctor anymore.
Lady D- I’ve never had pinkeye as an adult. My kid only had it once and we managed not to catch it. You usually get it from rubbing snot into your eyes which is why little kids get it.
I went to a rural boarding school growing up where, like clockwork, pinkeye would spread though the student population. Pretty hard to control especially with little kids. And it’s not necessarily from snot. (?!?) What I have found as an adult is that if anyone has pinkeye within what seems like a mile radius of me, I get it again. Not bad but I feel it. Almost as if having it as a kid made me more susceptible as an adult. I have no science to back that up, only that if anyone near me has it, I get it.
I went to a kid’s birthday party at Chuck-E-Cheese (as an adult) and got pink eye right afterwards. I was so mad!
YES! His eyes were very red, in particular his right eye. Most likely his docs juiced them up with medicated eye drops right before the debate. So, they probably look worse.

Perhaps they should ask Mr. Pence or Mr. Trump about the Regeneron being used as one of Trump’s miracle cures. Look it up, it goes beyond stem cell research and see what it is made from. So until they can justify that with their base, and us, they can just please shut it with their piety and telling us how to live our lives. My brother is a Dr. and treated my Dad, and he got all the best care and we believe in stem cell research but even they balked at that one. SO AGAIN, these sanctimonious, holier than thou, telling us what we can do or not do with our own bodies and our choices need to look in the mirror. Hypocrites!
