It’s hysterical that Fox and Newsmax have been trying to back pedal and air “disclaimer” segments that their reporting was factually inaccurate. They are groveling, but it is too little too late!
Worse. By accepting a pardon, they are acknowledging guilt so they are screwed in the event of a civil suit.

I’ve been waiting since the Michigan hearing for Dominion to act. I figured the moment they started implying the machines themselves were faulty or in cahoots with political leaders that they had overstepped themselves. Dominion would have been stupid to let that level of defamation go without legal consequence. For once, capitalism helps us. Go figure.
