Rege-Jean Page seen out with his live in girlfriend in London

You all know my love for Rege-Jean “the god” Page and his umm performance as the Duke Hastings. I have even wondered what the man smells like (not really but I like to joke about it). But alas, Rege-Jean is shattering the dreams and fantasies of middle-aged thotianas after getting papped with his girlfriend on the streets of London over the weekend. I am sorry to tell you the man is taken and his cab light is off.

Rege-Jean was photographed canoodling on the street near the home he shares with longterm girlfriend, “writer and footballer” Emily Brown. The Daily Mail reports that Rege gave her a peck before jumping into a car to be taken to the airport to fly to NY for a project. Perhaps Rege-Jean was on his way to host his episode of SNL with Bad Bunny in his new Icy Park gear that was sent to him from Beyonce. We know for sure that his trip abroad wasn’t for Bridgerton. Below are a few more details about Rege’s romance with Emily:

Until now, the 31-year-old actor’s steamy sex scenes with co-star Phoebe Dynevor, who portrays Daphne Bridgerton, have been given an extra frisson for smitten audiences by the actor’s apparently single status.

But he was last week spotted embracing writer and part-time footballer Emily Brown in a street close to the £800,000 home they share in North London.

Dressed in a black coat and green scarf to keep out the cold, he tenderly held his 30-year-old lover’s face before wrapping an arm around her.

Ms Brown, who was insulated in a blue quilted coat and white chunk- soled boots by US designer Steve Madden, plays for South-West London’s FBB Warriors and supports non-league side Dulwich Hamlet, whose woolly hat she wore for her stroll with her boyfriend.

Shortly after their embrace, Mr Page clambered into a chauffeur-driven car. He is understood to have flown to New York for another filming assignment.

Seriously Rege, how you gonna do me dirty like this? Ya’ll know I have been the resident middle-aged thotiana on Celebitchy since Bridgerton dropped in December. I have truly enjoyed bringing you all the business on the Bridgerton cast, specifically Rege-Jean. But I am no Penelope Featherington who sits around pining away for a man who doesn’t even know I exist. Sigh, this news hurt me to my core this Galentine’s Day but I shall recover. I am sure there is some other fine specimen out there whom I will never meet or be near that I can fantasize about. At this point, Rege and I have broken up. I wish him well with his new love, but my heart will go on.

Hopefully this news has not dashed your hopes but the man did purchase a very expensive home in London with this woman so this seems to be one of those “for real” relationships. With that being said and all joking aside, I am glad to read that Rege is in a relationship. The last time I checked in he was rumored to be dating actress Antonia Thomas but I knew they had broken up. The way Rege was going on about being alone in L.A. you’d think he was single. It is all good, I wish the Duke the best of relationship luck with his “new” flame. In the meantime I’m gonna go on the hunt for my next crush.

I don’t even care if he has a GF, I’m so excited for SNL this week lol. More Rege please!!

  2. gemcat says:

wow she looks so much like Anne-Marie Duff..who is 50 so that doesn’t necessarily come across as a “good” thing, but I think that she (Anne-Marie) is gorgeous and definitely does not look her age.. anyways..

    • lemonylips says:

She does, also Duff is super cute in real life. She lives in my London neighbourhood and I’d often see her around with kids. I think I was once like, oh hi… cause I knew her face, and then I realized how silly that was when it occured to me that I didn’t know her, but she said hi back, without any awkwardness.

        Hello from N8, neighbor!

      • lemonylips says:

OMG!!!! This made so happy!!! Hello! Crouch end ftw!

      • Sally says:

Ahhh, that’s who she reminds me of too, I came down here to comment and now I’m grinning because I have a similar story: bumped into her at the theatre once, smiled and said hi because I recognised her face and my silly brain thought she was an acquaintance, by the time I realised she had smiled, said hi back and moved on.

i wonder if the producers tell the main couple/stars to play down their personal relationships for a while so fans can stan until the hype is gone for the show. Same with Kerry and Tony and Rick and Mishek.

    • Em says:

Definitely think this is the case. There’s an interview that just came out with Phoebe and she says they know there are a lot of fans who are rooting for them as a couple and they didn’t want to ruin the magic for them, but at some point they have to say “no”. It sounds like the show runners encourage them to play coy for the publicity.

  4. Case says:

A little “yikes” that SNL doesn’t have their hosts quarantine before preparing for the show. Guest hosts spend all week their learning and rehearsing.

  5. Jojo says:

Let me text my cousin Robert and tell him his gaydar is off, because he thought this guy was gay.

    • SpankyB says:

      I did too. He’s just so pretty…

    • Sunnee says:

I also thought he was gay.

    • wtf says:

      Hahahahahahaha
      Me Too!
I was thinking about it though, as far as we believe we’ve come the truth is there aren’t any mainstream, A-list gay actors that hollywood would cast as a leading man/ love interest. I’ve been trying to think of one and I just can’t . Matt Bomer is literally a better looking Henry Cavill, but he’s not Superman. so yeah, homophobia.

  6. Veronica S. says:

“Writer and footballer” is not at all the description I expected there lol. I wonder if she plays in a league? Considering this may be a break out role for him that starts his career up, it’ll be interesting to see how they handle that. Can be kind of a shock to go from nothing to limelight that fast.

  7. Lady Keller says:

My heart goes out to this woman for the torrent of abuse she is about to get. Something tells me this man has some crazy fans out there.

    • molly says:

Also, if I had to guess, that’s definitely not the photo she wanted circulated to the world. I too wear grey sweatpants and no makeup out into the world, but I’m not currently dating the hot star of the most talked about television show. She certainly doesn’t need to be a Hadid walking the streets, but I know I would want the cameras to not have caught me mid-expression like that.

  8. Kate says:

Me, a happily married woman, looking at this headline and feeling my heart sink. “Oh no, he has a girlfriend and is unavailable!” LOL

  9. Emily says:

Bridgerton was so cheesy and his character’s arc did not make him attractive to me. I’m real life he’s hotter.

    • Becks says:

Agree. I did not like his character in Bridgerton. He played a 19th century f*ckboy, so I don’t understand the appeal and hype around him.

  10. JEM says:

He is so gorgeous, I almost can’t look at him. Like, it hurts.

  11. sophieb9 says:

She has a look of Caroline Bessette-Kennedy.

  12. K says:

He’s a very handsome guy, but I don’t get the worship over this particular character or Bridgerton on the whole, which was cheesy as hell to me. He was sometimes charming on it, but also sometimes awkward. Hope he’s able to be funny on SNL and they can do skits that are about more than just being a pretty boy.
