We haven’t heard much about Prince Albert and Princess Charlene in a few weeks. The last updates were in mid-July, when Charlene revealed that she was “recovering” from an infection following sinus surgery and that’s why she hasn’t left South Africa in nearly three full months. Some European tabloids even tried to get the ball rolling on what many of us have suspected, which is that Charlene is quietly setting up a life for herself in Johannesburg, including a quiet purchase of some real estate.
Albert left Monaco last week, and presumably left the kids in Monaco while he attended the Tokyo Olympics. Albert is, of course, a long-time supporter of the Olympics and I believe he’s the president of Monaco’s Olympic Committee. He’s been in Tokyo as a “head of state” to support Monaco’s athletes competing in swimming, judo, rowing, etc. He was even on hand to present some of the medals in rowing and swimming!
Meanwhile, Charlene posted a video of her friend singing “My Hele Heart,” a song which was performed at Charlene’s 2011 wedding. I just don’t know, you guys.

This whole things is just weird. I mean sure he’s a head of state and that brings responsibilities but there are plenty of cities bigger than Monaco and he could have spent plenty of time with her if he’d actually wanted to and she legit can’t travel. Ever heard of remote working??

Also, this sounds like an event that Charlene would love to have attended, so it’s too bad she’s not there. Just raises more questions about her health and/or their marriage.

But seriously, Albert and his cheating are so bad that an Olympian is fine with missing the Olympics. Think about that one.
I bet he didn’t stomp out in a rage when his country didn’t win – ala Prince Elegant aka TOB at Euro 2020. Also didn’t bring his son in a suit and tie.

I think that Charlene could actually be getting some medical treatment in SA but that it might be for something else such as mental/emotional health or substance abuse that they do not want to announce to the world. It may very well be that she will never be able to return to Monaco full time and live there in good health. There seems to be some of the same toxicity in Monaco that we saw with MM except that PA is no Prince Harry.
Very romantic. This is Charlene being nostalgic about the past, about the love that they used to have. So to me, just like her hair was a cry for help, this post is to tell us it has nothing to do with an infection and everything to do with Albert being a d!ck. When is the DNA reveal for that child he apparently fathered?
These begging/sentimental posts from Charlene are making me wonder, has she been exiled? Are they preventing her from seeing her children until she behaves better?
