In a recent issue of OK! Magazine, sources claimed that Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian were going to “stream their love story, filled with nonstop PDA, of course, so guests can watch it before and after they say their vows.” Sources said that Travis and Kourt wanted a huge wedding to celebrate their love and that they wanted to put it all out there for public consumption. While Kourtney IS a Kardashian and the family loves attention, that doesn’t actually seem like her style at all. I think when Kourtney and Travis marry, they’ll probably post photos on their social media, maybe get a People Magazine exclusive editorial, and maybe it will be featured on the Kardashians’ new Hulu show. But even then, Kourtney seems the most reticent about reality programming at this point. In any case, E! News has some info about what Kourtney and Travis are actually planning:
Three months after the Poosh founder announced her engagement to Blink-182’s Travis Barker, she’s hard at work planning their upcoming vows. “Even though Kourtney would like it to be soon,” one insider tells E! News, “logistically it’s taking some time.”
For the occasion, according to the source, Kourtney enlisted the help of event planner and longtime Kardashian collaborator Mindy Weiss—plus, naturally, Kourtney’s mom, Kris Jenner, is also involved, the source notes.
“They are all doing it together,” the insider shares. “Kourtney is relaxed and laid back about the details. She’s not a bridezilla at all. Travis is also involved, but he lets Kourtney make most of the decisions and wants it to be her day.”
As for when exactly the special day will be, a second source tells E! News both Kourtney, 42, and Travis, 46, “want the wedding to happen this year.” They’re not worrying about all the small things, either. “It won’t be a huge event,” the second source notes, “only close friends and family.”
Those family members will surely include Kourtney’s kids Mason Disick, 12, Penelope Disick, 9, and Reign Disick, 7, as well as Travis’ son Landon Barker, 18, and daughter Alabama Barker, 16.
“They have a great routine going right now and spend time at both of their houses together with the kids,” the second insider tells E! News. “It’s very convenient. They definitely want to consolidate and be in one household but aren’t in a rush. It works for them right now. Travis and Kourtney are so in love and have a lot of respect for each other. They are very excited to be married and move on to the next chapter together.”
Are Alabama and Landon living with their dad full-time? It feels like it might be a bit easier to blend families in one home in this situation because Travis’s kids are teenagers who are almost out of the house anyway. As for the wedding planning… yeah, this sounds more like Kourtney. It’s crazy to think that this is her first wedding, but she’s a bride in her 40s, marrying a guy who worships her. Travis probably wants her to have everything and Kourt’s like “I’m fine, we should do it in Malibu on the beach.”

An elopement would be so cool. So anti Kardashian. You can still have a huge party whenever you want to celebrate your love.
I hope Kourtney somehow escapes from Kris for a day and a manages to keep the wedding photographed but not televised. Also as bad as the KarJenners are I like Kourt and her and Travis seem nice together. They’ve been friends for decades and he’s a great dad to his kids with his ex and he is still an active parent to his stepdaughter. Fingers crossed for these two.
I can see it going either way. She could go full bridezilla towards the end, or she could end up being extremely chill.
On another note, Travis seems like a kind person and caring dad but his daughter Alabama is a train wreck of attention-seeking inappropriate behavior. So there is some kind of parenting issue there.
And now we have little Penelope in this ridiculous dress with ripped fishnets… I hope the parenting style of Travis doesn’t influence Kourtney to abandon guiding her daughter. So far Penelope has always looked like what she is, a little girl growing up slowly and appropriately. I hope Kourtney can stick to that and not go down the path of attention-seeking by allowing her daughter to cosplay as a grown woman at the age of 12.
I had The best parents in the entire world and I was a complete asshole in my teens. I’m in my late 30’s so we didn’t have as many tools back then to identify hey this is depression and anxiety, but I was Wild.
It’s too easy to put the blame for teen behavior at the feet of the parents. In this instance, she’s growing up in the public eye. If you added that fuel to my teenage dumpster fire I could have burned down a village.
They aren’t ripped, they are sparkly. The dress is plaid, which seems Christmasy.
I think Penelope looks fine but her face looks like she’s thinking “what the ef are YOU wearing mom?”.

If Penelope wears acrylics on a regular basis I’d find that problematic but a one time dress up for a special occasion seems harmless to me.
I really like these two together and wish them well. I totally believe she would be low key about the wedding.
Why get married? What’s the point, unless you’re planning on a child. Otherwise just enjoy your life together for as long as it lasts and don’t get tied up in legalities. Bottom line, she’s a Kardashian and historically their relationships do not end well.
Maybe they will do a big wedding paid for by HULU in exchange for airing it on the show, but secretly never sign a marriage certificate. Win win for both.

I’m 37 and don’t plan on having kids and I want to get married because I love my guy so much. People don’t have to get married, but I’m so glad I didn’t get married younger because I was in relationships with jerks and this one is amazing, so I can’t think of anything better than being married. Cheeezyyy I know lol
Being married still entitles you to many things according to the law.
And some people just want to officialise it as a statement of their love.
I really don’t see what kids have to do with it. I have a lot of friends who have kids together and aren’t married but that might just be a French thing (think long time unmarried partners and parents Marion Cotillard/Guillaume Canet).

It may be a wig just like I’m hoping those aren’t acrylics but press-ons. To be frank though, I see no need for a little girl to be donning either…..maybe to look more on theme with all the older people in the photo?🤷🏾♀️

It seems weird to me that she’s managed to not marry all this time and now wants to – after each of 3 kids she ever wanted to before? Although I can see not wanting to marry a man child I wonder how her kids feel about that. Anyway if they are neighbors they seem to have the perfect setup now-kinda like goop & Brad F had in the beginning. Merging and moving families is no joke.
I think it was Scott specifically, and her instincts were right on the money there. He’s a man child still dating women half his age. Hopefully he’s a decent dad, but very smart they never married.

It genuinely seems like they love each other. The only side-eye I will give is for her whole style transformation that just seems like rock girl cosplay. But whatever, she can wear what she wants.
I think if she wants a big wedding or not, she will get her way. I remember when kris used to put pressure in her to marry Scott and she said no. I’m sure E! would have offered her and Scott a sh*t load of money for a wedding special, but they never did it. So I can see it going either way, but it will be Kourtney’s decision and not kris jenners. I think Kourt is the most resistant to kris’s opinion.
Agreed. Of all the sisters, Kourtney is the most likely to call out Kris and let her know that she’s doing things HER way. On the flip side, I do find it very weird how she’s now adopted Travis’s rocker style…that was not the way she dressed and presented herself before getting together with him so it’s clearly a case of changing herself for and adapting herself to the person she’s in a relationship with. It’s just strange to me and kind of a red flag IMO.
I agree, as Kourtney never dressed like the rocker chick, but she changed her style for him. That’s another red flag for this couple! If she did it occasionally, fine, but know she has changed. Why don’t they just live together, no need to get married.
I’ve wondered about her change of styling (and maybe even man?) with Travis as well. She dressed a lot less edgy and seemed to like clean-cut, less non-conformist guys. I can’t figure out though if it’s a red flag because she’s radically changed or if she’s just met someone in her life that fit who she was inside and freed her up to a less Kardashian clothing style to a darker/edgier one. I mean I haven’t seen this before but I can see her being THE one who was more off the beaten path and into that. If her man is and affirms it she might feel more empowered to stray from the Kardashian way.

Atiana de la Hoya- Travis’s ex wife had her with Oscar before she married Travis, and he’s stepped in as a father figure since Oscar is not present.
Travis should bring all three of his kids to the wedding. I feel good about this couple. They seem really comfortable together. I think it will work and I don’t think it’s all about the fame (which is why it will work). Glad for their happiness.

They both annoy me so much as a couple. Travis seems like an okay person, but Courtney has changed her whole style and there’s just something so phony about it. It seems temporary to me. I’m all for over the top displays of love, and I know some people think they’re cute together, but something about them together doesn’t sit right.
